On 14th october 2017 one fake person calling from mobile no. [[protected]] claiming to be from syndicate bank took details of my syndicate bank account debit card and illegally purchased for rs. 9999 twice from my debit card account on pos[protected]olacabs62398 at www olacabs com

Kindly take action to arrest the person and credit the amount in my bank account.

I have booked my ola sharing cab here are the details of driver and his car

I booked rented ola from sector-56 gurgaon.

After i got into the one car i got message that i have booked another and i should pay two.
The person was not appreciating that i did not book and instead charged for me.
I had to pay rupees 429 without travelling. I shifted to ola from other services as it was going well. You can see the number of days that i used at hyderabad and gurgaon.br...

Ola cab driver was using abusive language when i tried to talk to him about my ride. Please take necessary action against him. These type of drivers should be suspended from their job.

10th oct booked an ola cab for cp at 5.30 in morning. Received the confirmation. I had booking in volvo upto agra against payment of rs. 900. Waited till 6.45. There was neither any call from driver nor any message about cab no, driver name or phone no. The bus was shduled for 7 am. India volvo bus refused any refund. Whereas i lost 900+ another cab charges till agra. Lodged a complaint with their budh vihar corporate office without any result....

I took an ola mini cab for my trip from hotel src grand, vijayawada to vijayawada international airport, gannavaram, viajayawada on 04.10.17. Upon completion of the trip the app has shown rs. 533/- needs to be paid. However, i have received an invoice only for rs. 357/-.in this manner, ola is cheating me as well as the government by not paying the gst for the total amount.

This cab driver with the vehicle ka02 aa 5902 was heading towards kothanur.
The roads are a bit bad as there is water clogging here. This cab driver came from back and where there is no space he is trying to over take and not allowing me to pass as he saw that i was a woman driver he can do anything.
He came too close to my car purposely as he was trying to get me off in the water so that he can take his car forward roughly....

Can anyone tell me what's the status of my complaint regarding refund of amount wrongly deducted 4 times a total of 860 rupees.
It's been 4 days and every day i been calling ola support for this. Every time i call ola senior floor supervisor promises to call back with status on complaint for refund and no one calls back.
This is very unethical and annoying that ola has completely disregard to it's customer.br...

We have taken an ola outstation cab (Crn [protected]) on october 6th of 2017 from chennai siruseri to nellore (Ap). We were informed by the driver that we need to pay the state permit which we obviously agreed to.

Once we were at the border the driver asked us to pay rs.2500/- as the state permit charges which we doubted if that would be the right amount and still paid him with trust and requested him to provide the receipt...

My account with ola app has been blocked since 8th october 2017 and no valid reason has been given. Kindly see to it that the account is unlocked at the earliest and i can avail the services. Only once i have cancelled maybe in april. After that some two cancellations have been done by the auto drivers stating no reason whatsoever. Please look into tha matter as soon as possible...
