Hi team,
Yesterday i book cab for my mom and my sister from my residence (Andheri) to godbunder. The normal fares come around 430 to 450 rupees. The total kms come around 32 kms. However i'm shocked to know they charged me rs.1467/- which comes to around 3 times the normal fare.
1. The ola is not maintaining business ethics
2. For raising profit they are charging consumer very high price.
3. Customer care is not supportive, just giving the reason that the demand was more and supply of cabs was less.
4. Charging 3 times fare is not acceptable in any sense. 100 or 150 extra money charge was fine. They just looting the people.
5. Learning about them, it seems that they creating false demand for vehicle.

My sincerely request to terminate the dynamic price/ rate they are changing. Looking to get refund of money (Rs. 800). Also to penalize ola with fine for faulty malpractices.

    There is no support from ola!
    Yep! The given every customer's rides safely with ac at there desire location by me and not minding how far from my town while going home at midnights after completing my rides with genuine manner some off good customers rates me well but some negative thoughts having customers reporting lies on me blaming that i am not switched on ac and so my rating get downs if liers complaints on me i will accept, but how much struggling my hard work gave a car with a good quality.. But casually the lies about my car.. So i went to tell my complaint but ola and what ever taxi's has clarifying and supports drivers of there discussting situation drivers lose money and hard work so pls find a way solve all situation of drivers cause if drivers and customers lives happy dear ola you may too live happily!!! Let the lord bless all these people!!!

      Ola has charged me too high for a ride that i took today (22/10/17).

      First it estimated amount of rs.540 considering the longer route (About 40km) from source to destination. But the route that was taken was barely 20km. Even after such big deviation there was not change in the final bill. I had to pay 540 itself

      When i called customer care, they were unable to resolve it blaming it to unavailability of that option in their system. They are not even ready to share the details of fare breakup. Looks like a big scam.

      I want my extra amount that i paid to be refunded to ola wallet. It's about 250 rupees.
      Never expected such a bad customer support from ola.

I booked ola cab on 13 oct 2017 on 11.27 am for pick from safdarjung hospital, new delhi to drop at eastend apartment, new delhi. Iinitially fare was shown rs.194 only but during arrived at my location the driver was claimed rs. 434/- although i informed the driver at time picked up that my both location is in delhi nothing tax/charges is applicale. But in invoice it is showing mcd charges rs.200/- which is illegal. Therefore, kindly refund the balance without further delay

          Complain regarding ola cabs services

          Rider of the cab does not agree to drop at destination although ola promises to drop at any location in the city. But the rider misbehave and misguided for his personal benefits and most importantly waste the customer's crucial time.

          Even ask for the fare which does not taken at all.

          Thanks to customer care of ola who resolve the problem but still time and need of customer wasted.

          I suggest cabs services to please appoint a professional driver and clear the provided services.

            Please let me know why ola is over charging by the state tax when ola suv up tax is rs 180 and what for additional rs 50 paid and total comes to rs 230 and also note this is serious issue in delhi where ola drivers are bringing image down in front of the customers travelling outstation

            Today this incident has happened in front of me where also ola drivers not following not stopping at state entry post and they always stop at road side shop who does not even give receipt to driver

            Please let me know what action ola has taken against above subjects otherwise same complaint will be forwarded to ministry of transport for legal action against ola and customers being harassed on journey

              Though i was waiting at the pickup location, and got update as cab has arrived but there was no cab even in my nearby surrounding. After few minutes booking got cancelled, reason - driver's wait time got expired. I did not receive any call from the driver.

              B) 21/10/2017, 12:35 pm share•osn[protected] driver - mailarappa t h
              I booked a share cab and after some time of waiting when it showed 2 mins eta left for the cab, i walked out of my street and waited for the cab for long time. As usually cab drivers doesn't agree to come in the street though there is no any problem. So, to avoid any problem i did so. I did not receive any update from the driver end. When i called, he answered in a extremely rude way and he asked me to wait, once the cab reaches, i will get a call from the driver. I again waited for long and when i called to check, he rejected my call and cancelled the booking for which i got update as text message.

              I contacted ola support service and the representative committed to give me a callback at 7 am - 22/10/2017 in regard of the same but i haven't recieved any callback yet.

              Desirable resolution : i want a strict action against both of these driver so that no other passenger faces such things in future.
              And for all the inconvenience which i faced, i want a compensation.

              For ola :
              A) why are you playing with the customers?
              B) why are you putting passenger's life at risk by having such unprofessional, uncultured, ill mannered - drivers in your service?
              C) why do you run away from the customer's problem rather than solving it?
              D) who will pay for all the inconvenience which i have faced?
              E) if you can't stand on the cab service standards, then why don't you stop your service?
              F) why there's no value of customer's time?

                I have ride from faridabad (Haryana) to gurugram (Haryana) via reference no. Mini crn[protected] dt-21/10/2017 driver name anil kumar he was not given any state tax during journey. But in invoice shows ₹200 extra as state tax this is very bad experience. They always charged extra as unavoidable issues. After too many complaint they gave me complaint number 68164677. But i m not received any message or mail regarding this matter.

                  I have experienced very terrible drive with your ola driver.

                  He drop me in between of the trip and ask me to get down otherwise he will hit me in middle of the road.

                  I was travelling with my family members consisting of 3 females and 2 men.

                  Without any source of travel he walk 15-20 min to get some source to reached my destination.

                  Also i called ola support team they told me to file an fir against ola and driver without giving me any safety measures.

                  Let me know what safety measure has been implemented from your side for the case number crn [protected].

                  As per customer support ola driver has been terminated from your side.

                  Do ola care for their customers?

                    Today i booked the ola cab, destination was from dutta mandir vadgaon sheri to laxmi road for which ola sent me the sms of car & cab driver, details are : hele ([protected]) is on the way to your location in a white xcent mh12nx1881.
                    Then i called this mr. Hele who told that he will reach destination within 5 minutes but to my surprise i waited for 10 minutes & then again called mr. Hele to be told by him very rudely that he is not interested in that trip hence he cancelled my trip. The language was very rude and also he told me that i can complain wherever i want. Please look into the matter as such driver are publishing wrong image of ola.

                      I booked ola cab in bengaluru city, because of this, i have to add ola money. I have added ola money of rs 50 on 18th oct 2017. Due to some technical problem money was not added, i wait for about 42 hours, but money is still not refunded.

                        I have taken a ride on[protected] from faridabad to new delhi indira gandhi airport terminal 1 d and the driver took us to wrong direction driving towards international airport instead of domestic gateway increasing our bill and wasting our time. He took us at least 7-8 km extra though the road. He was looking confused and inexperienced. He also was not efficient with the gps system.

                              Today morning around eight clock my dad booked ola cab from chatrapati shivaji international airport, mumbai (Bom).

                              The bill was 487 driver charged rs180 more saying that airport parking and all that stuff.

                              I took a share ride in ola (OSN[protected]. I paid money through ola. When my journey ended Driver said that he didn't received the ola money and asked for cash. So I paid him 192 in cash. Later also I checked that money was deducted from my Ola wallet.

                              I have not recevied the cash back even after several cmplaints to Ola.
                              There is no responce for the above complain.

                                On 14th october 2017 i booked a ride by ola from rajivgandhi international airport to lakadikapul, hyderabad and reached comfortably at the destination. I was charged rs.747/= [ref no: crn[protected]] the charges includes rs.200/= toll fee at the airport. While exiting the toll gate the driver asked me to pay the toll amount of 200rs. This was charged in the bill. As i am having a ola money wallet i could not notice the charges at the destination because the charges indicated rs) 0/=. As i have already paid the toll fee it should be deducted from the bill. Or the driver should not have asked me to pay the toll fee. Now this is a double payment. So kindly refund the money by credit to my ola money account. The drivers may be instructed to pay the amount or if the passenger pays that should be deducted from the bill duly. Kindly do the needful.

                                  On 10 th of october i took an ola ride which was barely 10 to 15 minutes away. The maximum amount that was to be charged was not more than 70 rs but a total of 462 rs was debited from my bank acc. The rider put in a false distance and travel time. I called up ola customer care. At first they were not willing to help me but later they did. They even told me that the excess amount that was charged would be credited back to my account but nothing has been credit to my account and they are also unwilling to send me an acknowledgement via email. Never expected this from ola. My loyalties with you'll have ended.

                                    I booked a cab from civil line, jaipur to panna meena ka kund, rajasthan
                                    I had selected cash payment, while waiting for the cab to come to my destination, the app gave me an option to rechagre my ola wallet, so i did for 599
                                    And i did not manually change the payment mode to wallet payment.
                                    It was a share ride, so as i got up the driver took the otp and it showed in his mobile to collect cash from customer, 164
                                    Hence i gave it to him
                                    After my ride was completed, when i took the next ride, i saw that for the previous one money from the wallet was also deducted

                                    I have already complaint to the ola support team, but they deny the refund
                                    And say things like "your request (Ticket[protected] has been resolved."
                                    Please help!

                                      I booked an ola this morning from my home in bandra to sahar international airport. The ola fare showed 122 rupees at the time of booking. The cab driver followed his route and dropped me at my location. However my bill showed 188. If i have got in and got off at my location and have not asked for anyother route why am i being charged extra?? I called ola customer support however
                                      Ola customer support is not helping online as they say i have used the refund system more than 5 times this month. Kindly note that i have used the reverse charge option only twice this month. There were two more cancellation charged which i have paid 50 rs for.

                                      Kindly note that i have tried to use the refund option via the support billing issue system however i am getting the message that you are unable to process my request as i have exceeded the number of attempts for this request.

                                      This is not acceptable. I need the refund for being charged extra by ola for no fault of mine. Kindly escalate this issue.

                                      So pls note -

                                      I have not exceeded 5 times this month. I have also paid the owed amount for 2 cancellations.
                                      More importantly that is no reason to charge me extra for a trip which says 122 upon booking and when i have got off at my exact location.

                                      I want my refund of 60 rupees charged extra for no reason by ola. I am seriously disappointed and if the same is not refunded i will have no option but to file a case against ola. It maybe just 60 rupees for ola but for the passenger who has done nothing wrong should not be charged extra. How do we trust ola if things like this are going to happen. You show 122 and i have not kept the cab waiting or asked for another route or got off at another location. So its shocking that you charge me extra. I dont even owe you any amount for any previous cancellation charges as i have already paid that amount.

                                      I am hoping you solve this issue rite away as this is called daylight robbery on part of ola.

                                      Today I was travelling by Ola cab and the driver took me by wrong route and then he charges me extra fare. When there is no mistake of mine how can he do this? Drivers should have knowledge of the routes and see to the comfort of the passengers. I'm highly disappointed.

                                        I had taken ola cab yesterday from new delhi railway station paharganj side to mabarani bagh.in between my phone got switched off. On request of cash from driver i had paid him in cash the bill amount. Later when my phone got on it is showing the same amount whuch i had paid to the driver. But rs 599 which is in my ola money wallet has also been deducted to 0. This type of issue from ola is not acceptable.
