I travel every day from dlf phase 4 to gurgoan sector 18 where my office is located. I use a micro or mini and my fare is around rs 150 back and forth.
On the following dates as metioned below ola cab driver did not close the meter when i got down hence i was overcharged. I pay by ola money and just noticed it yesterday evening. So my morning fare was refunded since it was same day.
Request fare on the other days be refunded

    Hello,
    Yesterday i booked for ola prime. The fare was rs.294. Me n my husband were boarded to ola.. Though i dont have sufficient balance in my ola account. So i added some amount in my account during ride. After sometime i gotdown n my husband continue it till destination,.in the destination he asked 218 to my husband, my husband gave it n also deducted my ola money 294 from my account. I called to that guy, he told that he ll talk to that company n return back me. After that he switched off his phone. Can i get the suggestion for this please. I tried fro ola support complaint, t. They were saying sorry for this inconvinience. What should i do?

      I complained earlier also for my last ride but didn't get any response. The delay in pickup was manageable but traveling without ac during peak time with jam roads was horrible. We were not able to breath. Our lungs were full of toxic air hence felt i'll. You know the air quality of bengaluru and that too during evening hours. It was a nightmare.
      We should be properly compensated for this unthinkable journey.

          I had booked ola cab for my sister for drop at sahar airport mumbai from deccan gymkhana pune. The driver and cab details are

          Majahar ([protected]) and car a white ritz mh14fc2585.
          The pick up time was 4 pm on 25th oct. The pick up was alright, but when the taxi reached mumbai, the driver lost his way, may be he took a wrong exit. He has to inquire of the route to airport, which is strange for a professional driver. My sister was distressed being traveling alone. With great difficulty she could reach airport. On reaching airport the driver asked for more money than the estimated amount given by ola. The ola amount after the discount was 1630 /-. The driver talked to me as if it was my fault that he lost his way. He was demanding more than 2000/- after the bad service he has provided. All this experience discourages me to take the ola service again. It is very bad experience for me and for my sister.
          I would like to lodge a strong complaint on the service provided

            I booked a Prime SUV, which came to pick my passengers but lastly refused to take them with no reason. The name of the driver is Dhananjay Dubey. He told us he cannot pick 7 passengers though while booking through the app, it shows a Prime SUV holds 6-7 seats. Lastly, I told him even to pick 6 of my passengers, but he went away with his car literally slanging us.
            I don't know why he behaved like this but being a regular customer of OLA cabs, I want strict action against him unless I will be bound to knock the doors of consumer forum.

              Oct 6th 2017 i booked ola cab crn [protected]. I'm waiting more than a min but he is not responding my calls long time i tried to him he is not attending my call so i'm cancel my ride but later today 25th oct 2017 i booked cab and that time they charging cancellation charges rs.50/- addionaly. Driver only done the mistake why should you charge to me. Please enquire and reverse back my cancellation charged amount.

                Crn[protected] - 21.10.2017 - travelled from basaveshwara nagar to subramanyapura. Driver name is raveesh ([protected]). He took cash rs..270/- from us mentioning that app had a problem and later on even the ola money got deducted. When i called him he agreed to return the money. He did not turn up. Later on when i again called he said money will be refunded to my ola account. However the company is not ready to take this responsibility. I feel driver and company go hand in hand for such day light robbery. This is disgusting. Ola cab is a unethical company with no integrity.

                  Hi,

                  Regarding crn[protected]. I booked a cab on oct 13, 2017.

                  I had unpleasant and unsafe ride experience. Called customer care spoke to swetha and vidhya her supervisor both were of no help. Within 10 mins i had to get down the cab and decided to call customer car from cab and told them i’m not paying for unsafe ride of 10 mins. They insisted me to pay 8 hrs package as per policy. The customer service was pathetic and because of this drivers are so confident in misbehaving with female passengers.

                  I got various calls and i called ola serval times still my issue is not resolved. They keep calling me to make the payment for ride not taken.in addition they billed me for 10 hrs extra.

                  Please resolve this issue at the earliest.

                    Today i took ola cab from grant road to vasai. It was 71 kms and it took 91 minutes for the ride. Ola has charged 3 times the usual fare. When u asked for detailed fare, they informed me various type of charges as applicable. They have levied charge's which other taxi or app base cabs don't charge. Need refund for the same. Also it was not a peak hour and they have just charged me rs. 27 per km. After base 20 km. This is just plain cheating base taxi app system. Will file a legal complain for this matter if i don't get refund

                      My ride to rml hospital on oct 21 with driver charan singh was over charged both cash and ola money wallet was deducted. Booking was from [protected] by name shimona. Driver phn no is [protected]. I called driver and asked why did he take cash when money was already deducted from wallet... He replied that in his phone money payment was through cash. Please correct ur technical fault. Donot give ur 3 day stupid refunfrule. Otherwise will take further strict action

                        Here in chennai, auto driver charged 20 rs extra than what was actually charged as per the message.
                        V had no option but to pay as they create scene in public.
                        This is happening for the 2nd time that they charge more than what actually we have to pay. I request ola company to take serious action against this as it will damage the image o[censored]r company only
                        We dont find any difference between ola and normal auto in terms of cheating customers

                          Just wanted to share my experience with olacabs today... I booked a shared cab for my friend from dwarka to jnu and as i had only 14 rupees in my wallet, i asked her to pay the remaining 127 amount to the driver in cash as the total amount was 141. Right when she reached and got down the cab, i got a notification in my app that my wallet amount has been deducted and 127 rupees came as amount due to be paid in one crap feature #olacabs has recently launched called ola credit which lets you travel cashless if you have your credit or debit details added which i don't. After talking with my friend, i got to know that driver made my friend pay full amount that is 141. On registering a complaint, ola said that the driver denied taking any cash, and hence they said, they won't nullify the credit due or refund the wallet amount. What am i supposed to do in this case. It's not that the amount matters but there is no sense of responsibility left in the market. When i asked the ola to confirm from the other people travelling in the same cab as the couple traveling with my friend were really good people and i was sure they would at least tell that my friend paid the amount in cash and driver is lying, they chose not to respond. Please do something if you can!

                            I had booked ola cab today (23.10.7) at 14.26 pm. Otp was 5780 and car no. 621 (Swift as per online booking) for travel from nityanand hall hingne khurd pune to pune airport. It was showing 6 minutes to arrive the cab. I had contacted driver at 14.29 pm. He told me that he is at wadgaon & it will take another 8-10 minutes to arrive at pick up location. So i was waiting at the door of nityanand hall since 14.30pm. However driver didn't turned up.in fact he may had stopped elsewhere and not turned up at nityanand hall. I think he may be delayed due to traffic. I unexpectedly received cancellation message at 14.41pm stating that cancellation charges rs. 50- are due from me and adjusted in next ride which is totally the fact of irresponsibility. Driver of cab name appears ketan j. He even didn't had a curtsey to call the passenger if he had waiting somewhere else. I had to catch a flight. This irresponsible driver created a great trouble and hardship to me. Anyhow, i had made alternate arrangements in hurry as time was very short. You are requested to take stern action against above driver. Recover rs. 1000/- from him. Also cancell the cancellation charges which was the foolish act of driver and not of mine. Sheikrishna joshi.                               Driver asked me to come to his location.
                              I was having luggage with me but i agreed to walk a bit. He made me walk 400-500mtr with luggage round and round. He was not stopping his car.

                              In call he was telling me "for your 70₹ i'm not going to park at road side. You are saving your money. I have to deal with traffic police."

                              He was very impolite rude argumentative during whole conversation.
                              When i finally found him he was again not listening and at the end asked me to drop off. When i denied he tried to throw my luggage outside the car from his seat and also intended me to leave the car.

                              When i asked him to call customer care he denied by saying "this is my car & i'm not going to take you ahead."

                              I asked him to cancel the ride from his end, he denied.
                              At the end i left the car.

                              (I tweeted the complaint to ola)

                              After 5minutes he again called me asked my location. He came to the spot and when i tried to open the door he drew away and cancelled the ride.

                              This was an highly disrespectful behaviour in mid of the road. All these happened in front of a fellow shared passenger.

                              This is an highly outrageous behaviour by him.

                              (I tweeted again)

                              I received a call by ola team but i'm not happy and satisfied till now.

                              Nobody is doing a charity, we are paying for it.
                              He is nobody to tell me how much i'm paying.
                              If this can happen with me then this can happen with any female senior citizen as well. What if it happens in night.

                              Lack of sensitivity, manners, moral responsibility.
                              Highly aggressive, impolite, rude, improfessional.

                                Very bad experience. Ref.: CRN [protected]. Driver heavily drink alcohol. Drives very unsafe. Stopped car at wrong place and argued with us drop at there. Abused in very bad language while there is ladies with me. Threatened us. Ola drivers are very bad and unsafe. We also complained to customer care, but not received any response.                                 The ride was cancelled because the Ola cab driver claimed a flat tyre and did not report on time. Not the fault of customer.
                                Rs. 75 was charged in next ride as cancellation charges.

                                  Yesterday i book cab for my mom and my sister from my residence (Andheri) to godbunder. The normal fares come around 430 to 450 rupees. The total kms come around 32 kms. However i'm shocked to know they charged me rs.1467/- which comes to around 3 times the normal fare.
                                  1. The ola is not maintaining business ethics
                                  2. For raising profit they are charging consumer very high price.
                                  3. Customer care is not supportive, just giving the reason that the demand was more and supply of cabs was less.
                                  4. Charging 3 times fare is not acceptable in any sense. 100 or 150 extra money charge was fine. They just looting the people.
                                  5. Learning about them, it seems that they creating false demand for vehicle.

                                  My sincerely request to terminate the dynamic price/ rate they are changing. Looking to get refund of money (Rs. 800). Also to penalize ola with fine for faulty malpractices.

                                    There is no support from ola!
                                    Yep! The given every customer's rides safely with ac at there desire location by me and not minding how far from my town while going home at midnights after completing my rides with genuine manner some off good customers rates me well but some negative thoughts having customers reporting lies on me blaming that i am not switched on ac and so my rating get downs if liers complaints on me i will accept, but how much struggling my hard work gave a car with a good quality.. But casually the lies about my car.. So i went to tell my complaint but ola and what ever taxi's has clarifying and supports drivers of there discussting situation drivers lose money and hard work so pls find a way solve all situation of drivers cause if drivers and customers lives happy dear ola you may too live happily!!! Let the lord bless all these people!!!

                                      Ola has charged me too high for a ride that i took today (22/10/17).

                                      First it estimated amount of rs.540 considering the longer route (About 40km) from source to destination. But the route that was taken was barely 20km. Even after such big deviation there was not change in the final bill. I had to pay 540 itself

                                      When i called customer care, they were unable to resolve it blaming it to unavailability of that option in their system. They are not even ready to share the details of fare breakup. Looks like a big scam.

                                      I want my extra amount that i paid to be refunded to ola wallet. It's about 250 rupees.
                                      Never expected such a bad customer support from ola.

I booked ola cab on 13 oct 2017 on 11.27 am for pick from safdarjung hospital, new delhi to drop at eastend apartment, new delhi. Iinitially fare was shown rs.194 only but during arrived at my location the driver was claimed rs. 434/- although i informed the driver at time picked up that my both location is in delhi nothing tax/charges is applicale. But in invoice it is showing mcd charges rs.200/- which is illegal. Therefore, kindly refund the balance without further delay
