I was driving my scooty and suddenly from no where your ola cab driver almost hit me (Hr 63 c 1965).
This incident happened on 8th september 2017 around 6:15 pm on swami dayanand marg.
He didnt even stoped his car or apologized for what he did. Me and my mother could have been hit very bad. I have myself been in ola cabs abd they are pretty good but having this experience made a very bad impression.

    Hello ola organisation if anyone don't want to take share ride in ola then what, s the meaning of share today i, try to book my cab and in app cab is within the 1 minute but no one take my request, i, ll try more than 10 times 2 person take and after 10-10 min they cancled why? If a customer cancled we have to pay in next rides but if a driver cancled than what?
    I am very upset today with ola. 😣😣
    This is not the way u serve for your customer and a person book cab u take and then deny not a good way of your services i always used ola or prefer my frnd also but after today i am going with u very upset, it's a very bed impression...

      I booked an ola cab from barasat under district 24 parganas north to dumdum airport to board my flight. At first i scheduled my ride at 3:00 pm using ride later menu and ola successfully booked my ride which was sharp at 4:00 pm. Later on they cancelled my ride giving reasons that they don't have any cab in my area and this message was sent to me at 4:05 pm. As it was necessary for me to reach airport to board my flight, i once again booked ola cab instantly for airport. This time the driver was so rude and refused to switch on a. C.in the cab, when i asked him why a. C. Is off, he started misbehaving with me and after 10 minutes he said i won't take you to the airport, cancel the ride or get out of my car. I was in need to go to airport so i didn't say anything and asked him that i will complain about your behaviour but he was so rude that my whole journey was pathetic. Vehicle no wb19f 4073 and name of driver was raj gupta as shown in ola application.

        I devangi ([protected]) travelled from ghatkopar east to kandivli west on 7-sep-17 at 3.39pm crn number [protected] where i was charged rs.511

        I had requested an ola mini however was sent ola prime and was charged accordingly. Without realising that the car sent was a prime one, i started the journey and hence was forced to complete it.

        I called ola care at 1.15pm today from the same cell number to a very cold response from ms. Priyanka, who without even listening to the whole narrative was adamant that the charges were correct and that the amount was shown on screen. I was checking all the amounts on screen to decide on which cab to book and am sure that i booked ola mini...

        More worry some is the response from call centre as there was no intention to help and the call was concluded before it even started!

        Please help.

          I have booked cab at 9.
          05. Can arrived at 9.45. Thats still fine. But i dont understand why ola share takes booking if the share routes are different. There was passesnger whose booking was mumbai airport and we had booked cab for goregaon nesco whose route is altogether different. My interview is scheduled at 11 and m still in cab.. And not even reached airport to drop 1st person.. From airport stil it is 8 km. Who will bear loss of my interview. Why ola entertain booking on different routes.. Does u have value of someones else time n money. I had lost my interview today.. Very ridiculous n bad service.

            I had taken a ola cab from kalighat (Kolkata) to salt lake (Kolkata) on 7 september 2017 the total amount payable before booking the ride was shown as 205 and i was charged 227 after completion of the trip. I demand a refund or credit of the extra amount i have been charged immediately to my ola money account.
            It was a very unsatisfactory experience with ola cabs.

              I have booked a cab from navalur to perumbakkam in a so called high demand range portrayed by ola cabs. Trip charges from navalur to perumbakkam in cacb may take max of rs.250, yet i booked this cab which showed rs. 307 as trip fare as i was in emergency. After all such waitings & efforts to explain the route to driver, the cab finally arrived & we reached the destination in nexy 20 mins. I was so shocked to see that the trip fare was rs. 475 at the end. Ola cabs are now demanding too much money from customers just thinking that no customers are crap. I spent 15 more mins to call the customer care of ola to explain the scenario & the irresponsible agent just gave an answer that he cant do anything with this issue. These ola cabs were good in initial stages, but now that they started looting money by creating their own demands of vehicles. If vehicles are in demand, then please stop your services. Instead you are collecting too much money from customers betraying them in the name of demands. Such a worst experience. Un installed the app & i will never use it anymore in life which made my whole day go bad. Sick ola service!

                Dear, sir
                My name is johny deepak lakra and i am a ola partner. My car number is - jh01cc-7405.
                On 2/8/17 my driver was actually completed 3 bookings and cash collection was 518 but in my device shown that 5 bookings was done and the cash collection was 1866. It was incorrect.
                And currently on 1/9/17 rs. 313.71 and on 2/9/17 rs. 475.79 charged as penalty for fraud booking but my driver was never done any kind of fraud booking.
                Please solve this issue. Thanks

                  My indusind visa debit card was stolen on 2nd september along with my mobile phone. Between 12.30am-12.55am there were suspicious transactions for a total of rs.22000/- when i was trying to get off the ola cab the mobile might have fallen in the car. I have raised the same with the indusind customer care & i was told that the transaction was done by an ola driver & i have received the required details about the driver too. However request you to kindly investigate & get the refund for me.

                    I am one of the ola partner running 3 cabs with ola, my name is abhimanyu a roy prop of roy tours & travels, mobile no is [protected], it is high time, we are frustrated with ola system. As my vehicle mh47n3776 is charged repeated penalty for fraud booking without any such frauds. We contacted to all the possible source of ola but everyone is helpless and always give us excuse that sir this is decided by ola system, till now at least 5 times penalty is being charged and whenever we talk to ola dispatch section on [protected] they tell us that sir we dont have any information and is decided by our system so we can't do anything about this. Some of the attachment we are providing for your reference.

                    I also Faced The same problem and OLA Company is Not Ready to provide any information on the Money deducted as FRAUD Deducted, Hard work become nightmare for me now, from 3.00 to 10.30 Continuously, I driven the vehicle without any single stop. and for that they have given me the award as Fraud. I am planning to take legal Action against their company under with Human right negligence. you can also Join with me to fight with them.
                    I'm a ola auto partner, today suddenly 174 rs is deducted from my ola partner app mentioned fraud.
                    I called the customer care they are telling we can do anything in this case, because the system itself deduct this charges.even they r not telling the reason.
                    Please resolve this issue soon.

                      I booked the cab for my father aged 68 years from ranga reddy district court to bowenpally. As it was raining heavily i called him and asked to go near the canteen to pick him up and he asked me the destination. After that he switched off his phone.
                      After waiting for 20 minutes the ride was cancelled stating customer was not at the pick up point.

                      I have booked a cab and got a estimated fare of 114 rs but as i reached my destination got a bill of 408 rs i have used coupon code i want my refund to be given otherwise i m not using ola anymore fake companies fraud cheating peoples give my refund immediately

                      Worse service I had book ola share cab from begumpet to chintal he dropped wrong destination at chintal basti OLA people argue with us and support to there people and charged over our self and b4 started I asked to cab driver he doesn't listen my words completely we got unsatisfied with OLA
                      I booked an auto which estimated my fare to be 37 rs but it turned out to be 67 . I would like to be refunded the extra 30 rs that I was charged .

                        This is an extract from an email which i had sent to ola on aug 15th 2017.

                        I had spoken to one of your cse on the 4th august, 2017. And i had raised a complaint against the driver subhash mahadeo. He just refused to take me and my 3years old daughter to my home. Also he was rude and said go and complaint i don't care. I felt so angry at him he also said "mujhe ghar nahi jana kya"! What kind of language is that with a customer 😡😡😡 i don't wish to accept this kind of behaviour from anyone. And i want you to take a strict action against him so that he doesn't repeat the same with anyone in future. Mind you he is also putting ola's reputation at stake!
                        I also want a detailed email stating what have you guys done to solve my issue. Or else i will have to forward this email to your ceo.

I want to see some action from your side, so that in future every woman doesn't fear from taking an ola ride. I know you are busy but i am sure you are customer friendly organisation and don't want to lose regular customer.

                        But in vain. Ola doesn't care and they just want to mint money with zero customer satisfaction. There was zero response from them. I believe in karma.

                          I booked a ride (Crn[protected]) with ola on 5th sept, 7 pm from kanha restaurant, queens road (My office location) to marudhar vihar (Residence location) which is approx 3 kms, fare was showing as 29 inr. I took the drop at the correct loacation that's marudhar vihar only. I had linked my sbi cc with ola, today morning when i again had to book the ola to marudhar vihar (My residence) to kanha restaurant (Office location), to my great surprise, the last night fare was showing as 126 inr. I contacted customer care, but response was not satisfactorily, as they are saying they called the driver but driver is saying that he does not remember. Oh my god.. How ola can partner these type of driver's? Now ola is saying that they will revert in 24- 48 hours. I tried to call the driver ([protected]) but he is not picking the call.
                          During the trip, he also asked me whether i opt for online payment or cash? The clear case is that driver has not ended trip after my drop at marudhar vihar.

                            Ola driver kamal singh bearing car no. Wb 19h 5629 charged 300rs though the bill was 243rs.. My mom and aunty was in d car and they didnt hav the ola app with them.. Someone else booked it for them nd the dacoit kamal singh took the advantage. Please take necessary steps against this # kamal singh... Is this ur service dear ola??? Ola appoints dacoits nd thieves in their company???
                            Plz take remedial steps against rascals like kamal singh whose phn no. Was [protected]..

                              On 4th of september we availed a cab at 10:35 from kiit road area in bhubaneswar.
                              Soon after getting down we realised that one of my friend had left his phone in the car. We contacted the driver of the cab, ananda parida.
                              He refused to give back the phone in finding it. He then had the audacity to ask my friend to come to the place where he lived, around 27 kms far along with 2 beers. As my friend wanted the phone urgently, due to official and personal reasons, he had to comply. We were really disappointed. And we want strict action to be taken against mr. Ananda parida.
                              His car was a white chevrolet beat.

                                This ola, i dont know why ola auto wont take request even after 10 autos in near by location and if it started raining so u forget for cab also. This is our ola service. Drivers will tell you 2 min sir i m coming and you see in map they are standing in same location for more than 10 min and coming after 10-15 min. Ola people should experience their service by own then they will understand pain of customer, we believe thats why we took your service else their no right to be exist in indian market.

                                  At 4th sept, i have booked the cab as per my description mentioned in photo, i am in urgency to reach y office but :

                                  Case 1 : booked the cab and call the driver he said he will be come for pick up within 10 min, then after 15 min i called him again and at that time i just track the driver and i am giving the right and short direction to reach my pick up point but he said he is not able to come for pick up due to some sort o[censored]rgent work and he request me to cancel the drive and i did it and they debit -25 from my ola account

                                  Case 2 : at this time i book the another cab and called the driver and he said he will not able to my destination place and denies me for pickup, then i said if you don't want to go there so why have you pick my booking, then he is abusing me lot and hang up the call

                                  Case 3 : at this time driver again book another cab and call the driver but he is not reachable and i start online tracking of his car but he just 100 mtr away from me and he is quite visible to me but his cell no is not reachable and i just walked and go to him ask for my pick then he said he is not interested at that destination and for sorry

                                  I just want to know, are you giving me the free service or am i begging you to drop me at my destination??? I am your customer and i am in rush to reach my office destination.

                                  Now i had the worst experience ever and from now onward i am not going suggest the ola to anyone, but uber support me lot in this hard time to get my office on time.

                                  Kindly provide the quality service to your client or customers or either ram down your whole business. Due to just poor service.

                                  Today 01-sep-2017 I had a missed transaction ie Rs1000 has been deducted from my Bank account and gateway stopped working when I recharge ola money.Not able to understand how to get back my money.As in paytm the option is already there but in OLA I am not able to find out.

                                  Please let me know the mail-id of customer care in Bangalore.

                                    On sunday the 3rd sep i took a ola mini at around 6.40 pm for travel to chetpet from kastuba nagar and i was astonished to get a ride bill for rs.492/- which is exorbitant by any standard for 11.4km. Before the ride i was never informed of the fare to be charged.
                                    I feel really cheated and would like to inform you that will not use unless my complaint is resolved.

                                    Ose As I tried to reach your customer care on my complaint of excess fare charged on my travel on 3rd Sep 2017, I was contacted by one person from your customer care whose mobile number is as follows [protected] he has debited my account after obtaining my debit card number a sum of Rs.492/- promising me that the same is being refunded.
                                    Please check into the episode and do take care of customers interest. I will not be using Ola cabs till my complaints are resolved.

                                    On the 4th evening the customer care personnel has duped me by taking my debit card numeber and again charging the same fare Rs.492/- saying it is being reversed. His mobile no. is [protected], you are requested to take action against the staff and refund the amount.

                                      This is to bring it to your notice that i have lost my nikon dslr in one of the ola cab (Tn12q8640) on 30th august 2017. After informing the driver of the cab about the same he as the no. Belongs to ola the no. Is now with him (Bala) and not the previous driver (Muthu. R) after informing about the missing dslr he said he will inform and ask the concerned driver about it and give me a call the next day. But since i spoke to him i haven't heard back from him and the no. Is switched off. Kindly see into this as soon as possible.
                                      Someone called my father. Took his card details and transferred money to ola. Kindly help me blocking this transaction.

                                        Today morning my husband was travelled by ola to thane but ola take a route of jogeswari link road so its too long and time taking therefore he left the ola near Tata power borivali east and paid full money. Than he booked orher ola.
                                        Its totaly unfair by ola service. We attached herewith the photo for ur confirmation.
                                        Its already came 15min. Late as per confirmation.
