Whenever i got offers like free next 4 rides after taking one rental ride for the same day offer... I got this offer only once applied but after one time... I never got that offer applied and i have to give money to driver..
I will never use the ola service and i lost so much amount while having offers from their end on my registered Contact number.

    As soon as my Ride stopped, inspite ride amount Rs 264 was deducted from my Ola Money Acount, driver was pressurising to pay in cash as his system was not showing the credit and was blaming Ola server might be down, wherein Rs 264 were automatically deducted when ride was stopped. I argued to him that how come Ola server error s down when the debit transaction has already happened. He was not ready to listen and and I was forced to pay him the ride amount Rs 264 in cash also.

    Now when I reported to Ola customer care they say that no cash was collected by the driver, simply telling me that I am lying!!

    This is clear case of Robbery this organisation is promoting.

      I travelled in ola share yesterday night (8:00 -9:30)for distance of 27 km and I was charged 300 Rs for The ride. There was a pick up inbetween with slight deviation on my ride and dropped them (2persons) at their destination. After which there was another pick up where I had to travel 5km back again which caused inconvenience to me in terms of my time and money.in cities like Hyderabad travelling back for 5km matters allot. I think if I had paid The same amount to any other public transportation I might have reached earlier with minimum amount, and The local autos or The buses what ever The transportation will not give a back pick up u are only worse service providers I have ever experienced ( OLA cab) here by I demand for proper justification to be done thanking you.
      Thrice I booked cab from Railway colony to Pandori wariach in Amritsar and consecutively three times got the message your driver is on the way but driver didn't arrive and responded well when we called him. It's really worst experience and pathetic service... will never suggest anyone to opt for OLA cabs.

        Yesterday night i had a ride from indra nagar to kengeri. I had left my phone in the cab. When i called the driver and asked about phone. He said other booking was there they might have taken. How come driver know which customer has lost his mobile in cab. Haven't shared my name too. Please take a necessary action or i will be giving police complaint the same.

          Hi,

          I have taken a share ride from koregaon park annex to bhavdhan pune amounting
          Rupess - 184/-.
          Date - sept 10th 7:48 pm.
          Osn[protected].

          I have paid cash for the ride but it got deducted from ola credit too.

          Mind it old credit is just another way to make customer fool for money as the app will force you to activate it and later they will charge you 2 times for same amount.

          I have made call to customer care once i was going to book cab again and it was showing due amount in my account. On my surprise neither app was helpful to address the issue nor customer care.
          On my dismay ola asked me to pay 3rd time as customer care can't do anything.

          Now my concern is
          Ola as a company does this many cheap acts to rob customers who can't fight back?
          Isn't this with ola driver and ola system who paid in cash.
          Why ola insist for credit once i or many other always prefer cash through deal.
          Is this ola creating a value in customers once customer is making complaint that he paid in cash and ola charged him twice on credit and cash still company customer care agent deny we can't do anything without even checking records and driver?
          If they don't have any coordination with driver and ola company then what safety they are talking about with ola customers tomorrow any driver can rob customer and all ola will say we can't help it, you just pay for the ride twice.

            My guest was going to ride from chinchoti anjur pata road to new panvel.
            The ride estimate was 1300 rupees something..

            I paid driver earlier 1500 rupees and driver said he will return the remaining amount by paytm. Total cost of the rode is 1243 rupees.. Remainig amount is 257 only..

            But now driver saying he will not return.. I called to ola cab customer car now they saying they cant register a complaint because the ride was completed before 72 hours.

              I had taken a ride with ola on 12.09.17 (From hsr to anand rao cicle at around 7 am and reached destination around 8 am) with yogendra, vehicle no. Ka-01-ae-5169 with phone no. [protected] and [protected] to reach office. When i reached my destination, i paid the ola driver and got out of the car, immediately i realised i had left my phone in the vehicle and tried to call the driver and my phone. Immediately after few calls the driver switched off my phone and never answered his phone. I tried to call ola several times but what they told me was surprising"please register a complaint with the police, we are an aggregator so we do not have any liability. Once you lodge a complaint we will assist cops but we do not take complaints directly from customers". This time it was just a phone, what if sometimes someone has worse thing happening to them?
              Request you to block the driver from further association with ola as he may continue this with other customers as well and also assist upparpet police by informing his whereabouts as a police complaint has already been filed in that police station report no. 136072/2017.
              Also, i will be filing a consumer complaint against ola and all its directors in their personal capacity as they cannot wash of their hands by saying they are not liable.

                Ola have blocked my account and saying that I violated their terms and conditions. As per my knowledge I have not caused any such issues. I am mailing them to check what violations I have caused and for that they are not responding at all.

                I just wanted to know what violations I have caused so that made to block my account permanently.

                Until now they have not responded.

                  On saturday 9th september 2017 morning 5am, i booked ola cab. Driver - sunil v (Contact no - [protected], crn - [protected]) came and picked up.
                  On completion of the trip, inr 879 was deducted from my ola money account. But driver insisted that cash has to be paid as his system is showing cash option only. We told that ola money is already deducted but driver was hell bent to take cash. He told that we should call ola customer care and get ola money back.
                  After cash payment, when i called ola customer care, they plainly refused to give ola money back. They said that driver fleet partner has confirmed no cash was taken.
                  This was an act of cheating from ola and their driver. Double money was charged. Please support to resolve the issue.

                        11.9.17. Today morning at 7.30 am i have booked ola cab from gsr garden old safilguda to gulf oil corporation ltd., kukatpally which is 200 meters insire the idl access road. Ola cab driver had dropped me aat idl access road telling that my drop location is on the road, when the corporate office is 200 meters inside the main road. I am taking ola cab since more than 10 months and i did not had such problem. We have a company bus, but since i have my knee pain i take cab since it picks up from home and drops at my work location and return also i take the ola cab. Today the driver have behaved very arrogantly.

                        Cab was booked by my younger son mr b susheel semwal, contact no.[protected] and mail id is [protected]@gmail.com.

                        Please instruct the hyderabad ola office to keep the drop/pick up location the corporate office of gulf oil corporation limited, kumatpally, hyderabad, talangana.

                        Kindly revert back on resolving the above issue.

                        Today i booked ola, first they show 200rs and after my destination come they show the bill of 316rs wtf you cheaters
                        I am mostly reliable on ola coz in btm most of the auto guys won't put meter.
                        Now that I see no cabs or autos near my location if I have to travel too near or 4kms above . Day by day services are becoming pethatic.

                        Please provide more cabs and auto in and around btm

                          I had booked a ola cab on 11.09.2017 at around 7.30am for my trip from generosia, baner, pune to hotel raviraj, deccan, pune in maharashtra, india. The driver came and stopped at location around 300 met away from pick up location which was not visible from the pickup location.

                          Driver's name is chandrashekhar

                          When i phone him and requested to come on the pickup location, he disconnected the phone. So i went searched the vehicle and went and boarded into it. Meanwhile the driver cancelled the ride without informing me. The driver gave me the reason for cancellation as "no report", at location he was had perked his car, for 5 minutes. He also informed to book again as he could not do any corrective action. This caused delay of about 45 min.

                          As i have meet and he directy cancel my trip and due to this i was not in time at my clg so its not proper service as per my choice

Am using it by regular mean bt on 8sep i have to go to jhajjar i had searched by ola ride they showed to me price of 1175 and cabs are available for that i booked a cab first to 3drivers refused to go and one accepts then he started the ride bt after knowing of distance he refused to go what us this nonsence when once u pic the ride and u started we beleved that u will drop us on our destination.. How can we trust ola i[censored] did this type of neglegence.. If a girl going alone by ola on trusting them what they will do.. They drop to unknown place.                               I have booked a OLA cab today on 10th September, 2017 at around 5.35 PM to travel from Sector 29 Faridabad to IGI Airport, New Delhi. Honda Amaze with Registration Number: HR55AA3864. Estimated amount was Rs. 699 with distance of 33 km. Initially the driver failed to locate my location and after repeated explanation with a prominent landmark of Holy Child School, he failed to understand. He doesn't have the sense of right/left direction. After starting the journey from my residence, despite of telling him to take the Badkal Flyover route to go through Pahari Road, he refused to follow my instructions and took the alternative route as shown on his map on mobile via Badarpur, Greater Kailash and Vasant Kunj. He completely has zero knowledge about Delhi roadmap and does not know the basic traffic rules.

                              Finally we reached Airport at 8 pm after starting at 5.45 PM. It is a Sunday with almost no congestion and the total km covered is 54 km with total amount being around Rs. 1100. He took three wrong routes three times even after being guided by a policeman. He knew absolutely nothing, violated the signal, got police case and so on. As a cost of all these, we missed the flight to Kolkata.

                              I refused to pay full amount to the driver and I paid only Rs. 500. I booked a new flight and now awaiting to board. The only reason behind this flight miss is the driver and OLA cabs service. Meanwhile, I received a call from OLA and even after telling them my entire harassment, they said, that my residual balance will be added to my next bill. Now who will bear my loss of Rs. 16000 that I used for repurchasing my air ticket. I was bound to repurchase another ticket just because of the negligence of the driver. If this is the support and customer care provided by OLA Cabs, then I am sorry to say that neither I will nor I should recommend OLA to anyone. Horrible service and wastage of money.

                                Today at around 5:41 p. M i have booked a ola mini : white dzire. The name of the driver was ganga chaupal and the crn [protected]. The driver's mobile number was : [protected].

                                The pickup location was debigarh, p. W. D road and when the booking was made the gprs showed that the ola car is 4 mins away from the pickup location (Near desh bandhu road).

                                I have called the driver and he said that he is coming within 10 minutes!!! Then the play begins from the part of the driver...

                                I have waited for 20 minutes and called the driver repeatedly. He received the first & second call and then stopped receiving. I have made the call till 6:02 pm. He did not responded and all of a sudden he cancelled the trip!!

                                He did not make any intimation about his unwillingness to go the destination (I have given the drop location as santragachi station road).

                                Actually this was an emergency situation for me as i was visiting to my maternal uncle's house. My uncle passed away just a few hours ago!!

                                Although these are not important for this type of "unprofessional" driver. How dare to cancel a trip without intimating the passenger!

                                You, the ola cabs are out n out professional service provider and your drivers are very professional too, well behaved. I am a frequent user of ola cab. But today's incident make me rethink about your service and the good will of your company is shattered to me as well. I have to convey this incidence to all my near ones, so that they don't have to face this type o[censored]nprecedented incident in future.

                                I shall request you to take initiatives to stop this type o[censored]nethical n unprofessional activities from the driver's part.

                                  Today i booked an ola ride from satya vihar colony to kiit campus hostel kings palace7, the driver subhash pani owner of white swift (Od02ae 4130) asked my otp saying that i have arrived the location give me the otp else the trip would be cancelled.
                                  I gave him the otp, he did not come also the ride was cancelled and then i get a message saying that i would have to pay an extra rs25 for the cancellatin of my ride.. Which has been included in my fare.
                                  I would request you to plz look into this matter... I want my money back... Didn't expect this kind of hospitality by ola...

If you don't want to take the ride then you you accept it. On emergency purpose Oly we book the Ola auto but the thing totally changed.

                                    I am abish christo silvester. I had booked a chennai ola auto from choolaimedu to saidapet via my phone number [protected] some time back. The auto driver, who was new to the locality, lost his way and could not reach me even after clear and continuous instructions from me.
                                    Finally, having given up hope of reaching me, the ola auto driver asked me to cancel the booking. Unknowing the consequences, unwittingly i cancelled the booking and tried booking another ola auto. But to my surprise, i have been promptly charged a fine of rs.100/- for none of my fault.
                                    Ola must have confirmed with the concerned ola driver what had happened, before unfairly charging a customer.
                                    Due to this unfair incident, i have been forced not to book ola anymore till the outstanding fine of rs.100/- revoked from my ola account.
                                    I request you to esquire in to the matter and cancel the fine of rs.100/- which is outstanding in my ola account.
                                    Hoping for an early resolution in this matter.

                                      Today on sunday 10th september 2017, i booked a sedan (Xcent reg. No. 6745 driver's name: vishwajit ph. No. [protected]) around 1:50am for the pick up from lohegaon pune airport. The driver was 1 min. Away from the airport as shown in ola interface. I called the driver and he confirmed me that he was in the airport area only. Again i called him on his mobile at 1:57 am and 1:59 am as he hadn't shown up. He hadn't picked up the calls. After a minute i had seen him leaving the airport with another customer. This is either the case of double booking or the driver had turned down my booking without informing me to pick up a customer without ola booking who was giving him extra fare. This is certainly not a fare business practice and with this, customer gets suffered. I hope this complaint will be noted and will be acted upon.

                                        The driver was rash and negligent because of which a girl got badly injured. Not only did he lack in driving skills but also in humanity. The complete absence of empathy in him was deeply shocking. I would recommend ola services to please give a proper training as well as make sure the driver knows the rules of driving. The trip not only caused someone their time money and peace but also someone else's health. Worst cab experience till date.
