On 4th of september we availed a cab at 10:35 from kiit road area in bhubaneswar.
Soon after getting down we realised that one of my friend had left his phone in the car. We contacted the driver of the cab, ananda parida.
He refused to give back the phone in finding it. He then had the audacity to ask my friend to come to the place where he lived, around 27 kms far along with 2 beers. As my friend wanted the phone urgently, due to official and personal reasons, he had to comply. We were really disappointed. And we want strict action to be taken against mr. Ananda parida.
His car was a white chevrolet beat.

    This ola, i dont know why ola auto wont take request even after 10 autos in near by location and if it started raining so u forget for cab also. This is our ola service. Drivers will tell you 2 min sir i m coming and you see in map they are standing in same location for more than 10 min and coming after 10-15 min. Ola people should experience their service by own then they will understand pain of customer, we believe thats why we took your service else their no right to be exist in indian market.

      At 4th sept, i have booked the cab as per my description mentioned in photo, i am in urgency to reach y office but :

      Case 1 : booked the cab and call the driver he said he will be come for pick up within 10 min, then after 15 min i called him again and at that time i just track the driver and i am giving the right and short direction to reach my pick up point but he said he is not able to come for pick up due to some sort o[censored]rgent work and he request me to cancel the drive and i did it and they debit -25 from my ola account

      Case 2 : at this time i book the another cab and called the driver and he said he will not able to my destination place and denies me for pickup, then i said if you don't want to go there so why have you pick my booking, then he is abusing me lot and hang up the call

      Case 3 : at this time driver again book another cab and call the driver but he is not reachable and i start online tracking of his car but he just 100 mtr away from me and he is quite visible to me but his cell no is not reachable and i just walked and go to him ask for my pick then he said he is not interested at that destination and for sorry

      I just want to know, are you giving me the free service or am i begging you to drop me at my destination??? I am your customer and i am in rush to reach my office destination.

      Now i had the worst experience ever and from now onward i am not going suggest the ola to anyone, but uber support me lot in this hard time to get my office on time.

      Kindly provide the quality service to your client or customers or either ram down your whole business. Due to just poor service.

      Today 01-sep-2017 I had a missed transaction ie Rs1000 has been deducted from my Bank account and gateway stopped working when I recharge ola money.Not able to understand how to get back my money.As in paytm the option is already there but in OLA I am not able to find out.

      Please let me know the mail-id of customer care in Bangalore.

        On sunday the 3rd sep i took a ola mini at around 6.40 pm for travel to chetpet from kastuba nagar and i was astonished to get a ride bill for rs.492/- which is exorbitant by any standard for 11.4km. Before the ride i was never informed of the fare to be charged.
        I feel really cheated and would like to inform you that will not use unless my complaint is resolved.

        Ose As I tried to reach your customer care on my complaint of excess fare charged on my travel on 3rd Sep 2017, I was contacted by one person from your customer care whose mobile number is as follows [protected] he has debited my account after obtaining my debit card number a sum of Rs.492/- promising me that the same is being refunded.
        Please check into the episode and do take care of customers interest. I will not be using Ola cabs till my complaints are resolved.

        On the 4th evening the customer care personnel has duped me by taking my debit card numeber and again charging the same fare Rs.492/- saying it is being reversed. His mobile no. is [protected], you are requested to take action against the staff and refund the amount.

          This is to bring it to your notice that i have lost my nikon dslr in one of the ola cab (Tn12q8640) on 30th august 2017. After informing the driver of the cab about the same he as the no. Belongs to ola the no. Is now with him (Bala) and not the previous driver (Muthu. R) after informing about the missing dslr he said he will inform and ask the concerned driver about it and give me a call the next day. But since i spoke to him i haven't heard back from him and the no. Is switched off. Kindly see into this as soon as possible.
          Someone called my father. Took his card details and transferred money to ola. Kindly help me blocking this transaction.

            Today morning my husband was travelled by ola to thane but ola take a route of jogeswari link road so its too long and time taking therefore he left the ola near Tata power borivali east and paid full money. Than he booked orher ola.
            Its totaly unfair by ola service. We attached herewith the photo for ur confirmation.
            Its already came 15min. Late as per confirmation.

              Today, some fellow called to me and asked my some personal banking information which i shared by mistaken, he has transfer rs. 20, 000 in two tranches (10000 each) from my account and transferred into ola money as i know from my sbi passbook.

              Fund transfer details are as under :-

              Kindly get my money recover, what information you further want, please let me know.

              For last 2 weeks each and every Ola autos denying the rides and asking for cancelling if not giving extra money. Accepting the ride also they are carrying other passengers directly and long after cancelling the rides.this place Ola auto drivers are doing this for long .

                Yesterday evening I went a ride from my house to periyar NAGAR grand sweets with uber cabs and the charges were 100 only. When I am coming back to my house with your OLA cabs I was charged 227 which was so high for the distance of 2 ks. Please give the refund the excess charge for which I will be much obliged

                On 2nd September I booked cab from Bashar NAGAR to rajeswari nagar I paid 227 where's i paid 100 Rupees only through uber. The total distance is 2.3 ks.
                Please look into this and pay the excess charges
                I paid Rs 227 for a ride from jawahar NAGAR to rajeswari NAGAR. The total distance was 2.9 km. This charge was too much and I paid Rs 100 only for the onward trip by Uber. So this amount is higher side please check and reverse

                  I had a customer today morning from mumbai. Pick up location was service road near domestic airport. But the rider called and asked me to pick up at domestic airport pick up point. I told him his pick up was incorrect and a additional charge of rs 100 will be needed as airport pickup charge which i had to pay from my pocket. Put of professionalism i agreed to pick up from the changed location on the agreed terms of payment of the airport fees by the customer up and above the ride charges. Buy on dropping off the customer he refused to pay the charges and ola sent him the mail suporting him. So i guess i made a mistake showing professionalism and not canceling the ride. Kudos ola for thugging my hard earned 100 rs. On top of it the bill generated on my device was 64rs more then the bill generated on the customer's app. So again he paid that 64rs less.
                  I want to know about some issues with booking/cancelation of ride, but i have not found any custmer support for the issues, no any custmer complaint no given by the compny on the ola app. maine ola ke website pe diya gaye phone no. [protected] pe call kiya, but call recieve nahi kiya gaya

                    This is to bring into your notice that today around 12:44 am at atul katariya chowk gurgaon, ola cab number hr55 w 2573 has banged my car and caused damaged and after asking him to park the car on road side to settle bilaterally. The driver ran away, i also noticed that driver was not driving well and 3 passengers were on board. I raised a complain for which ola refused to take bear monetary loss caused and didn't gave me satisfactory answer. The fir has been raised in sector 18 police station gurgaon and if no action taken from ola i will have to take this case to civil court. Request you to do the needful.

                      I got a message from am-olacbs which said that i have got offer of flat ₹25 on ola share rides valid till 3 sept 2017 and there was no mentioning of a coupon code whatsoever. And today is 2 sept the day i booked it. When i tried booking a share ride it did not show ₹25 as the fare. Soni tried calling customer support. The executive told me that u shall confirm the booking of your cab and i[censored] have to pay more than ₹25 then we will help you or refund the extra charge. But when i tried calling after my ride they said that it is not possible that we will send such message. So i told them send me a number so that i can whatsapp u the screenshot of the message that i recieved from them. So they told me that u will get an email where u can reply us with a screenshot but no such email has been arrived to me so i searched the web for registering this complaint

                        Today in the morning at 11:40 i booked a ola share cab from ludhiana railway station as it was raining heavily. I got the booking confirmation message and the driver (Amandeep singh) called me for the booking confirmation. Driver was not confident that he would be coming to pick us up but somehow booking was confirmed. After a couple of minutes i got a message and a mail saying that your booking has been cancelled. This was really frustrating as it was raining and there was no other option for us. My osn is[protected]. I had 25 rupees penalty for cancelling the booking (Though it was waived off in ola support due to driver's fault). All and all it was not a healthy approach by ola to their customers. There is a lot of competition in the market now a days and what matters the most is service. Really disappointed by ola. Looking forward for improvement by your side.

                          My mother, mrs. Sunita mhatre became victim of debit card fraud. A fraud person who said his name is rahul sharma, his telephone number is [protected]/[protected]/95077066 pretended to be a bank of india staff made following fraudulent transactions with our debit card with details -
                          1. Inr rs. 10000 from boi saving bank account on (31/08/17) at around 12.20 hrs pm towards a fraud purchase on www.olacabs/l88203 using boi debit card * * * 2822.
                          Total fraud deduction = inr 10000

                          Other transaction of 15000 rs is done for fraud transaction to the mobile wallet pvt limited which i am following through separate complaint

                          I request you to please cancel the transaction and refund the money back to the original bank account.
                          Note boi-complaint pos transaction for rs 10000 is lodged with ref no 010917data75965.
                          In case more proofs like complaint to bank, complaint to police, pass book details shall be shared when requested
                          Kindly help me. I will be highly obliged.

                            Today morning i booked ola micro from worli to koperkhairane the estimated bill shown was rs. 320, where as at destination i was billed for rs. 1085.
                            When enquired they said it's peak rate we are sorry we can't help.
                            The prime cab rate is not more than 650 then how could this micro charged 1085 and if it's peak rate then why it showed estimate of 320.
                            Please be careful ola has started such kind of cheating even at airports.
                            Also suggest me how can we take action on such cheating.

                              On 24/8/17, we booked an ola cab in the evening at 6:10 from kandivali charkop. The driver was at link road and said that he is on his way. So we kept waiting for him until it was really getting late for our train. Later on we contacted him he said he is coming then he went in front o[censored]s and then we called him he didn't received our call after looking at the app i realized that he had cancelled the ride without informing us. Because of which we were really late to book another one. His name was vijay ketkar. Mobile no. [protected]

                                  Trip crn [protected] booked for 2 days and 400 kms for rs 6069 (Not hourly basis). Trip finished after 360 kms and 2 days. Amt charged rs9089. Explanation by ola care : trip ended 2 hrs late and so 3 days charged. This condition was not communicated at the time of booking and was not even known to the driver. Booking intimation had clearly mentioned that additional driver allowance rs 250 only payable if duration exceeds. This excess charge by rs 3000 is illegal, unfair, and loot. A refund of rs 3000 is requested to restore customer faith in ola. Hope wiser councel will prevail and a refund can be expected. Also, this particular condition which ola customer care rudely informed me when he asked me to better pay up should be highlighted in booking details in the interest of ola and the customers.

                                    I have booked a ride for ola shuttle from ajoynagar (Kolkata) to sdf (Salt lake sec v) at 9.35am on 30th august, 2017.

                                    But my registered mobile number and qr code does not match when i entered into the shuttle. Driver told me to get down from the shuttle and report to the office.

                                    Shuttle: srn 7715031
                                    From : good wheel care - ajoy nagar
                                    To : between cognizant and mcdonalds - sdf

                                    I called to the ola shuttle customer care. One lady from banglore picked up my call and refunded the money immediately.

                                    Note: i dont know the reason. But i realized that this the only day i booked ola shuttle just before 3 minutes from pickup time. This might be a reason.

                                      I had booked ola outstation round trip from chennai to pondicherry for 2days, but my booking exceeded by 3hrs and ola had charged me for entire 1extra day because i booked got extended by 3hours. This is totally unfair to anyone. Also no where in the ola app details are mentioned about such charges neither details are shared at the time of booking nor ola driver was aware about such charges.

                                        On 26.8.17, an ola cab wb04g 5231, owned by jyotsna jha, resident of 71/h, bangashree pally, behala, kolkata - 700060, driven by sambhu prasad yadav, resident of harish chatterjee street, kolkata, having driving license no. Wb[protected], caused an accident, which is an outcome of rash and negligent driving and severely damaged my car and denied to take any responsibility of this incident, which is an insult to an injury. A police complaint has been lodged in this regard in kolkata with bidhan nagar east police station on 27.8.17.

                                        The registration of this ola car should immediately be cancelled.
