I booked a cab around 09-:00 and then i put my luggage and then i asked him i cannot go so i have him 100 rupees and he told me he won't cancel and put penalty and then took 500rupees from me. After that he cancelled the booking. He asked me give me 500 rupees i won't put any penalty. I was waiting for 15-20 minutes so pls i gave him 500 rupees and he told me he doesn't have change will return 450 back. Then i called and i told him i need my change back so he told yes bhaiya i m coming and he didn't arriv and i called him to give my money back and that driver just told me forget about ur money now. I said i will complaint and he told me i will come to your home and beat u up as he was some harayanvi *

    I have booked a ola shuttle of WB19H7833
    Today 12th July, at 7:02pm at ecospace. I was there till 7:40. But unfortunately I don't know why shuttle went away without picking me!! Which type of driver he is! Irresponsible I have spent my money also. It is already deducted. Very poor service.
    Please let me know what is the reason behind that? We don't have any value of time! I waited for more than 30min. They were too late. If they can't give proper service then they shouldn't serve any this kind of service! How will I get my money back? Please try to resolve it! I am a offiecegoer I have to do lots of work as well. I won't give valuable feedback to anyone. I request you to charge the driver of the shuttle.whu did he do that! Please kindly review my notation. Thank you!

      We took a cab from east of kailash to nizamuddin railway station at 5:15am on 12.07.17. Our destination was just 15 min away and we have a train at 5:50am. But we reached station at 5:42am as our cab driver who was not aware of the route and was not following our instructions properly.
      Our train was just to leave and we took the same in hurry which was not safe also.
      And this all happen because of the driver.

        The above share cab was booked on 11th july... The cab did not come to my pick up point and was arguing that he was at my point... I was on the road waiting and told him i couldn't see him... However he cancelled the trip without telling me and i was charged a 25 rs for cancellation... I will not pay for it because i have the call recording and it wasn't my fault... I will raise a complaint if this is not resolved.

          I would like to complain regarding my trip on 6th july 2017. I have booked a cab prime suv on 6th july. Iboarded the cab at himagiri nagar colony and dropped at himagiri nagar colony itself. It was not even a kilo meter. But still from my ola money it was a debit of rs279. This is so disgusting. Necessary action has to be taken regarding this. And return my rs 279 back in my ola money. Next time i got an idea that we should not use ola money but we should pay the cash. If you are charging rs279 for not even a kilometer., then it is waste o[censored]sing ola cabs. The driver as me to give a complaint regarding this issue

            I have booked ola cab on 09.07.2017 ; about 4-5 cabs were available in the app. The moment i booked the cab driver vikram singh (Dl1rta9947) msg came in my mobile and within few minutes the cancellation message also came. Then again i booked cab and driver vikram singh (Dl1rta9947) msg came for booking. When i called up vikram singh (Dl1rta9947) he confirmed his availability and said that he has reached at pick up location. However, he was not their. When i asked him to reach in my block "c" he was very adamant to talk and hang up the phone. The second time when i called him up he was very rude. And at the same time ola msg of 50rs cancellation charges came, when i even dint even cancelled the cab. The msg read out that as i have wasted valuable time service of driver i have been charged so.

            I would like to tell that i was a female pessenger with heavy luggage and 1.5 year baby along with me. This, kind of rude behavior from your driver is not accepted. I request you to take strict action against the driver. Further, i would like to enquire about the policy - that what about the valuable time wasted by passenger if booked cabs are canceled from your side.

              I'm not at all satisfied with my last ride with ola. The driver didn't drop me at my destination. Instead he asked me to go via train because of traffic. It was evening time and how was i suppose to go via train from andheri to virar..?? He directly refused to go saying that he doesn't have cng in he car. I had 3 heavy luggage's with me. Please i request you to take an action on this.

                I had booked the ola auto service from above mentioned address. But the driver collected extra charge from the passengers intentionally from them by telling a false stories.
                The same thing i was complained to ola customer care services they said to raise complaints on ola app but there is no option to lodge complaints in ola app so i call to customer care of ola and raise complaints but no use after 2 days again i call to ola customer care but they said my complaint was closed.
                This is the reason can clearly understand that they were cheating customers and misusing customer money. They had not refund the balance amount which paid extra 120 rupees.
                The drivers and management were doing a scam of ola cabs. They were demanding extra amount from passengers.
                So i request government to take a serious action on ola company and refund the extra amount which i paid to driver

                  My previous account is blocked and i created a new account with a same e-mail address but it was not accepted by the app and showing a message that this email address is already in use. The account is blocked and i taken a new sim and as i try to login with the new number then it shows that message. The email address is [protected]@gmail.com.
                  Can you help me to solve this problem.
                  We have booked ola rides for 4 tyms and they got booked we have waited for 5 mins long and then rides got cancelled automatically.. this is very time wasting wait..not at all satisfied with the services
                  While booking it says Rs 8 per Km.
                  I travelled for 1.8 kms...they are saying your charge is 129 Rs.

                  Aven after waiting so long... Ola is BAD.

                  HORRIBLE Service.

                    Booked a cab for dropping at airport. The driver was supposed o pick up at 3.45 am. No message from ola regarding trip other than the confirmation of booking. When searched in the application, a cab was assigned. Tried to contact the driver and the number was switched off.

                    Imagine the situation, whar we have to take a flight at 6.00 am and the callous nature of the service provider by not responding.

                    Un-fortunately, there was no provision to call and enquire the status. The standard reply when lodged a complaint is that they will take care next time.

                    At 5.45 am, i receive a message that my trip has been canceled.

                    Ola talks big and claims of excellent service. This is the service they provide.
                    Fortunately, another service provider responded and we were able to catch our flight.

                    We suffered lot of agony and tension because of this in efficient service by ola.

                      I left my bag in the cab. I called the driver then he said to meet at tilak nagar metro station so that he can return the bag. But when I went there he didnt pick up my call.
                      I also tried calling many times but he never picked up my call. Now he is saying that he shifted his house so he wont be able to return the bag back.

                        Dear sir,
                        I had booked an ola outstation a couple of days prior to my visit to rajmachi base camp, lonavala, it showed that it'll give me the details of the driver 45minutes prior to my travel, but at that time, Ola just cancelled the ride, stating that no cabs are available due to high demand, whereas there were cabs showing on the map but none of them were sent to my rescue, I tried booking the Ola outstation on 3 occasions but it disappointed me on all the occasions, and I'm really disappointed with this, moreover I couldn't make it to my destination and the bookings that I had made for my trip out there were in vain, I spent a sum of Rs820 + taxes for the guide for 4 people and none o[censored]s could make it, so I would like a compensation for that amount as soon as possible
                        Please look into this matter and let me know how could you make up for this and I was highly disappointed with Ola, as one the best travel companies, couldn't arrange an outstation cab for me which is definitely not acceptable and highly unprofessional.

                          Today at around 10pm, I booked a sedan ola cab(CRN[protected] to get back home. The driver(Pradip kumar) confirmed the ride and after 10 min he arrived near our location. Then I called to give him the directions. After a detailed direction, he confirmed that he understood the location and will arrive soon. Next thing we knew, in less than a minute the driver cancelled the ride and left that location. My family and I had been waiting for the ride for 45min since the booking in the middle of the street.
                          We suffered a lot for this careless and unprofessional attitude and demand some action to be taken regarding this.

                            Hi there,

                            I have purchased a Ola share pass of Rs 199 for 25 kms. Today, when I was booking a cab from Nehru place to Sector 70 Noida, the fare showed an amount of Rs 261 and with a notification below saying "pass not applied as regular fare is less" How is that possible? Cause of which I didn't book a cab. How poor service is this? What's the point of purchasing pass then, if i have to pay the normal fare? I would like to know why this happened and also considering your services I want my refund of the pass purchased. I have even attached a Screenshot of that, in case as a proof.

                              Hi,
                              Think a situation when you are going to hospital alongwith your wife and 6 weeks old kid and on a highway the driver forced you to getoff from the cab in a dusty environment. I spoke to customer care team and they told me that driver has off his duty and hence you suppose to leave the cab. Now i have been saying that action has been taken against the driver but what action has been taken they will not disclose you. I understand that they are not taking any action against the driver, so that they are not disclosing it.
                              I missed my doctors appointment, i kept standing on a highway with 6 weeks old kid and my wife in dusty environment of delhi on 4th of july at 12 PM .

                                I booked a ola mini from kutchey road to central railway station on 2nd july 2017. I'm a single passenger. Took a route that is less than 6km which is beach road. Tata indica vehicle no:0740 driver name is vinoth and his mobile numbers [protected].ac was not working and more over he charged rs.355/-
                                I told him that i will lodge complain. For that he said that he resigned the job and that was his last working day with ola and challenged that even owner of ola can do nothing.
                                What kind of dishonest people the ola is employing to shattere the company name.

                                  A cab booking was done on[protected] for pickup from Undri, Pune to Pune airport on[protected] at 0930 hrs.It was confirmed and CRN was issued.But on[protected] there was no intimation and no trace of cab .you can imagine the hardship and mental tension, I had to undergo to avoid missing my flight. This is not the first time that it has happened .There is and an incident where booking was confirmed and then it was canceled by simply giving excuse that no driver is available.

                                    Yesterday, means on[protected] time -07:45 PM.I have booked Ola Cabs micro.I made him alert that as due to weekly-market in few lane's of my home so that he may not reach to me as in time.So, i made him clear that to wait at some point of location so, that i could possibly arrive at that location which is below 100 meters to me.But, he denied my word and behaved as he like and waited some far approximately 500 meters and told to me to come to him .I have wasted my time by walking 20 minutes since the driver told me a wrong address as he not aware with location.He is supposed to come at my location as my request but not. I uninstalled OLA app from my phone forthwith.And, again driver made a call from his personal mobile and said "Sir, please kindly note that you have booked cab but not an cycle so that i can come in ease" he then end the call with above words of sarcastic
                                    1) Driver has to be under severe action as he impolite to me.He is completely insane
                                    2)Ola has to shut off with these kind of drivers.
                                    3) Ola and driver has to withdraw his words that he used against me.
                                    4)Notifying to people not to use OLA
                                    5)I have made many rides before in OLA and some other but not faced any issues as i am now

                                      On 5th july 00:15 hrs (12:15 am in late night) we took ola rental. Our trip no. Is
                                      Crn[protected]. We boarded from thakur village, kandivali east and went to nariman point. Spend some time there and then via gateway of india, we returned back to reach thakur village kandivali back at 2:51am. We didnt travel anywhere else. We were shocked to see the bill as 2910/- with travel km as 147 km. The distance travelled by us can not be more than 100 kms as thakur village to marine drive area is appx 40 kms only. How this kms has been overshooted? Pl get it analysed and arrange to refund the extra money charged to us immediately.
