On 5th july 00:15 hrs (12:15 am in late night) we took ola rental. Our trip no. Is
Crn[protected]. We boarded from thakur village, kandivali east and went to nariman point. Spend some time there and then via gateway of india, we returned back to reach thakur village kandivali back at 2:51am. We didnt travel anywhere else. We were shocked to see the bill as 2910/- with travel km as 147 km. The distance travelled by us can not be more than 100 kms as thakur village to marine drive area is appx 40 kms only. How this kms has been overshooted? Pl get it analysed and arrange to refund the extra money charged to us immediately.

    Dear Sir, while i was driving my car an Ola Cab number Mp 04 CJ 3588 just hit me driver side also when I said to park the car and come it drove off Please I want you to resolve this problem also give me the Number of the driver Namely Bhawani Prasad Bawra and when i called there customer care they said they cant help in this i have to book the car.

      I was taken 3137 datsun go from ola with 20k deposit, ola is not stand on their ruls, i frusted by visiting ola office day by day. My comolaint not resolve by their officer and managers also not stay on their commitment. When i went to surrender vehical to ola officer said u can't get reversal and Don't know how to talk wit partners. I surrender vehical because of ola not stand on their contract and they not accept their mistake and my money is not reffundable by ola said by officer
      I uploding video of that two office swapnil patil and manager arun sir.
      Pls help me how i get my money return. And i enclose tha images for evidence, i have some video of officer and managers of ola but not able to uplode..

        Don't you think so that i was cheated by your esteem organization.
        Because they assure me before ride on taxi that fare will within 325/rs only and no heavy traffic was there.
        My experience with ola was very good. During my last so many trips.
        Even when i returned from goregaon to international airport, mumbai on 3.07.2017, i paid in uber just 328/rs.
        So please you are requested to go through by matter.

        I am sure that there will be some mistake in meter.

        Even when i returned from GOREGAON TO International Airport, Mumbai On 3.07.2017, I PAID IN UBER JUST 328/RS.
        So please you are requested to go through by matter.

          Refer my complaint dated 14.06.2017. booked ola around 11.30 approx, showed booked but no details. had to book a uber instead. In the evening too, same problem with booking confirmed but no whereabouts of destination nor estimated fair. vehicle no. is provided in my earlier complaint dated14.06.02017.

          Now I am being shown that am amount of Rs. 50 will be deducted from my next booking without any fault on my part, rather I was faced with harassment

          please take action in this regard and let me know early of the action taken..

            Hi,

            2nd July, Driver Name - Amin Dos Mohammed Khan. I was having my OLA Money around 599. Driver stopped the ride at Kandivali Charkop, Ola money din't got deducted on the same time due to connectivity problem . I paid by cash Rs 258. Next day my Ola money also been deducted.

            I call to the call center . Firstly the employee of OLA Cab including the telecaller and the supervisor Mr.Chandrakant are unprofessional.I have been calling from the 4 days for the refund of my ola money and speaking to such fools hired by OLA. I know its an Indian company so i can understand i will never grow up. TAT Time for the service resolved is 24 to 48 hours . Now its been more than 70 Hours and the ola company does care about his own customers . I have been trying to convey the refund message to each employee till now. I been speaking to Mr.Chandrakant from last 3 days he just have the fixed statement it will take 24 hours will refund you. And the funny part is the customer is telling me my email to not registered with OLA and not been verifies ( Hahahhahah) was so funny after having so many fares now they come to know mail mail ID is not yet registered .

            Very Important henceforth me personally not going to book a cab from OLA any more . I will prefer UBER which is a international company and have a very good service . I will recommend non of my family and friends never ever book a cab from OLA they are not at all on there terms and conditions. how the company is surviving till now .

            I want my ola money back by today or else i will keep posting a blogs for your company for doing the fraudulence with the customers i know i am not only the one who is facing the issue there will be n number of other customers.

              Hi,

              This is regarding booking ID: OSN[protected]. The booking was at peak hour on Whitefield to Hoodi track of Bangalore and my primary reason to book a cab was to avoid the toxic fumes on the road. To my utter amazement, the cab driver refused to turn on the ac even after repeated requests and I had to breathe in the toxic fumes for the entire journey. Further, the support executive at your customer care tried to close the issue just by saying that appropriate action will be taken against the driver. What is this appropriate action and how does the customer verify that an action was taken? Even if the action is taken does it help the customer in any way who had to breathe in those fumes and sweat.

              I, hereby, demand a compensation for this ride that justifies the pain that I had to go through. Merely apologizing doesn't work. If I fail to pay for any of my rides and merely apologize at the end, would that suffice for you? I guess not. So please, I do not need your apology. I need a compensation for my suffering.

                How can a driver said that I can not leave you at your home because of heavy traffic...I m really furious about it.my wife was travelling from Kriti Nagar to Sagarpur west, Street no.10 n d driver denied to left her to home...I have noted the details of driver.and when I called her he told me wherever I want to complaint you do..this is a redeculious answer I hv heard.i need a answer or else I will put this incident on social media n everywhere..

                  After deboarding from train at railway station, i booked an OLA cab from my registered mobile no [protected] on 14.06.17. I was infored that a Wagor R in rs 161/=has been booked and will come in few minutes. I talked to the booked driver who asked me to come outside RAILWAY STATION. As i had luggage and family with me. I asked him to come at the designated place insde the railway station w2here othwr taxi including ola's were coming. He said OK.
                  But he did not respond. after about 20 minutes when i again telephoned him. The he answere that my booking is not coming on his phone so he will not be able to feed OTP so he can not come.

                  I told him that thei is unfair and i will complaint.
                  The i had to take a pre paid taxei from Railway station and came back I cost me 250. I have a receipt of this travel even today.

                  My account in OLA says that booking was cancelled. the truth is that driver canceelled the book and i paid more to come to my house. I have a receipt of rs250 also which was given by the preppaid booth to me.

                  I dont feel comfortable with OLA now.

                      I booked Ola Outstation cab for 1st July 4 pm for 24 hours n return by 2nd July 4pm. I was charged for 2 days when I booked the cab for 1 day.
                      The charge for another day was triggered because I exceeded 24 hours due to the driver being not contactable for over 2 hours when I wanted to return and also the cab being caught by police due to over speeding which wasted more than 30 mins.
                      The total time exceeded was less than 2 hours. I have complained Ola about this to which they promised to get back to me within 48 hours. I have chased them twice but they keep asking me to wait.

                        After so many emails, but contact person Mr Kunal Sinha was not able to resolve my query.

                        On 29th of june 2017, i got message from Ola for coupon code for Rs 149 which is applicable for 15 kms and 55 minutes ride.
                        I took a cab and successfully applied code.
                        my travel was around 14 km and i covered in around 30 minutes.
                        But OLA detect Rs240 from my ola money and just give me Rs25.9 discount and they are not given me the reason for this calculation.
                        Also, help me for refund my money because this is not happened first time. Ola continuously doing this kind of fraud.

                          I requested for a receipt for this trip and OLA never provided an invoice/receipt for this.

                          multiple times OLA called me mentioning that invoice cannot be provided, but no reason was given.

                          During one call, the customer service agent mentioned that invoice cannot be provided as no license for operating auto or something like that, but they will not share the details over email..

                          Hence i requested for Nodal/Appellate office contact details, which was also not provided.

                            This is regarding the rate charged by OLA cabs. I am a regular user of OLA cab services. This usually happens during the peak hours. It is been observed that, just to show the cabs are in great demand, they wont allot a cab. instead they increase the price. I have observed it many an instance, the cab shown on the app will be still there but the booking wont happen.even after repeated try booking wont happen. once the the estimate shown came up from 119 rs to 251 rs still booking did not happnd though there were 3 cars available. wen i checked on the very next day, the price started from 251 till we it reached 300 rs, i stopped looking for it.
                            OLA cab is looting their customers. This should not happen again, unnecessarily they are charging high saying its peak hours.

                              Today I took a ola cab from my residence Inderpuri to Terminal 1 Indira Gandhi Airport for RS.242 . While making payment an amount of RS 75/- was added as cancellation charges for the previous cancelled booking which was not my fault. The driver didn't report then. The cancellation charges of RS 75/- may be refunded to me.

                                I had booked ola on 27/06/17 at 9.30AM. Mini was not available. Share was booked for 2 people from Banaswadi to Marathahalli. We boarded the taxi at 10.11 AM. The driver confirmed the destination from me. But the taxi went on and on . Neither the driver nor customer care nor his ola contact was able to provide any relief. The ola employee's rote reply was "you will reach your destination in specified time of 1 1/2 hours. " . After 2 1/2 hours we were dropped suddenly in JP Nagar 6th phase at 12.20.That too as we told the driver that we will sit in the cab till night. By that time 5 people were with us one by one. Subsequent OLA sent mail regretting and refunding Rs.205. They say it was due to a technical glitch. Driver name B Gopalkrishna OSN[protected] Absolute irresponsibility on the part of driver and customercare.

This was after a OLA driver cancelled abruptly after 15 minutes. The driver no is [protected]. we (2) boarded the taxi on share basis at 10.11 AM. The driver confirmed the trip to my house at Marathahalli . One lady who was sitting was dropped at Ulsoor or so. One man was dropped near Garuda Mall. To our DISMAY, the driver went towards to pick up some at Richmond Road, instead of moving towards Domlur side. After picking up him, the driver told that he was to be dropped T IIM, Bannerghatta Road. We asked him to drop somewhere towards Marathahalli, but he told that possibly after dropping him, he will get a trip towards Marathahalli side. We told him that something was wrong and he may get a booking towards Banashankari. EXACTLY the same happened. One man boarded and he was to be dropped at JP Nagar Metro. Another lady boarded and she was to be dropped near Banashankari side. The cab went on and on. I told that the driver that we were ready to sit till night. The cab went near Brigade Millenium and was heading beyond JP Nagar 7th Phase. Several times the driver confirmed that my destination was Marathahalli. Even now my trip shows my house address as destination
                                  In the meanwhile the driver talked to their care centre and also asked me to call customer care. He and I got the same reply. That I will be dropped within the stipulated time ie. 1 ½ hours. Whereas there was no such estimated time information at the time of booking. The 2 persons who took the call first did not comprehend a thing of what was the issue. Once the driver talked to his company, may be something went on. I was abruptly dropped in JP Nagar. It was.12.35pm. For 2 hours and 24 mins. We were taken away and away from our destination. Once the driver understood that something was amiss, he suddenly closed our trip at JP Nagar. The 3rd person who picked up the call possibly had by this time understood that there was a glitch, told he will take a complaint and I got a refund od Rs. 205/-. I GOT A mail from them apologizing and informing that there was a technical glitch. SUCH A NIGHTMARISH EXPERIENCE.
                                  Then I take a UBER and reached home at 1.30 PM. OLA takes money in advance, and the driver simply repeats that he has to follow the route given by them. In case we want to get down, money is not refunded. I think that good sense prevails and their customer care people understand atleast genuine complaints. Some of my friends suggest me to lodge a police complaint and some to file a case.

                                    I am prakash living in chennai usually used to ride ola autos. Recently (Jul 02, 2017) i had a ride from ambattur ot to pammal. The auto driver named baskar l (A tamilian) who came for pickup in ambattur ot and drove for about 26 kms and once the destination came, the ola navigation system showed the charge of rs.328. I didn't have the change, so i asked driver if he had change for 500. He said, he is having change. So, i gave him rs.500, then he asked me if i have rs. 30. I said no, i dont have change and i have only rs.50. He asked me to give 50 and once i gave the total of rs.550 he returned me rs.20 and said thats it and left the place without giving the right balance amount (550-328=222).

                                    I have book Ola via CRN no.[protected] on 17th may, 2017 from Andheri to CST railway station with mini car. When I reach CST OLA driver collected rs. 1171 from me. I don't know how they charge 1171 for 37 KM. Ride time is 68 mins. I want my amount returned. Salute them for worst service & cheating like this. Please find the attachment for details.
                                    Ola driver abusing and denying duty while my parents getting drenched in rain waiting for the Ola Share. The selected driver by Ola denying his duty straight on face and abusing the heck out o[censored]s. Ola cabs should be an obsoleted company in a country like India. It's more likely to serve for Pakistan .
                                    Drivers name B.srinidhi basulu, crn[protected], compelled me to wait, without any call from driver, hoping every cab may be mine, but by fortune. I got an auto, and I was saved from missing train. If you are unable to serve kindly give a miss call, so that, customer could by phone, confirm it's trip. Thanks for your uncertain services.

                                      This is a very serious case, found three men literally in your Ola cab along with the driver drinking inside the car, tried to hit me n my wife n kid on bike, on being asked Showing middle finger n hitting us and running and driving very rashly, near nesco Goregaon, I have registered a complaint against the vehicle number MH 04 HN 3759 in kurar police station. Never expected Ola to provide vehicles to such *****s, I will make sure I will never use Ola and tell my friends to get rid over such company who gives reckless drivers to serve to the customers

                                        This is to bring to your notice that the driver whose details are attached in the screenshot is an extremely unprofessional and very rude * who doesn't know how to behave and talk to female customers. The day my wife booked the cab, this driver disconnected the call 3 times in the mid of the call and was standing 300mts away from the pickup. And when asked for the same he started behaving so rudely to my wife and even told that he doesn't want to take her booked trip. He was so rude and abusive and don't have a courtesy also. Is this the kind of ### you people have as drivers.?

                                        I want to raise a complaint in the police station also against the ola and driver also on rude behavior, abusive and molestation case.

                                        I will definitely post an article on all the social websites twitter & facebook also with the screenshot if necessary action is not taken against this ### driver.
