I have made a travel from Kolkata airport to my home yesterday. And the bill amount shown was 839. The driver asked me to pay him the amount on which I provided him with a 2 notes of 500 each and he gave me back 160. When I checked the invoice it showed tht 458 went from my ola money Wallet and only 358 cash was paid. On complaining the same to ola they refuse to accept this nd has told me tht I have paid only 358 to him. I'm quite stuck now as I'm not sure who to approach and whom to complain.

You need to escalate with Ola via email. They solved it for me.
I frustrated with it bcoz I have trying so many times to open my ola account but I am unable to open it. now I have no other option to trying another apperson in place of thisapp

After completion of ride driver to me to pay the amount .I was paid amt and I check application there is also amt is deducted.i complaint to ola after 24 hours company Denise the same .The also involved into with there driver .

    Yesterday i have booked a ola cab from my mobile no. [protected] and the crn is[protected]. I have booked the cab to ride from beliaghata sales tax to kodalia battala, near harinavi. Just after booking, i have called the driver mr. Prasanta mondal, phone no. [protected] at 10.52 pm and he asked me to cancel the ride as that time he was near ruby and also expressed his inability to reach beliaghata sales tax point. He repeatedly asked me to cancel the ride. Then i told him that if i cancel the ride from my part it would be chargeable and i have requested him to reach beliaghata as my husband was waiting for him. After hearing this he disconnected the call and i tried again and again to contact him but failed.

    As i do not have any option that moment i have cancelled the ride and asked my husband to take a taxi from beliaghata.

    Hope, you will take proper action against that driver mr. Mondal as if we do not get service from ola, in future we have to opt for other services. If this incident occurs repeatedly, ola management will suffer huge loss and their goodwill too.

    Kindly take drastic action in this matter.

    You are requested not to charge any cancellation fee in my future ride as your driver denied to pick up and i have to cancel the ride as i do not have any other option that time.

      Because of your peak pricing drivers are refusing to take any booking. I had booked a cab from manapakkam main road to forum vijaya mall with the following details:

      Narayanan ([protected]) is on the way to your location in a White Xcent TN07CJ2912.

      Once you board the cab please share OTP-6018 with driver to start trip.

      It was showing 3mins at the time of booking and went on to 7 mins with no call from the he driver and when i called he said he hasnt received any booking from my end because at that time the fare was only 150rs and told me to book another cab.
      When i checked again the fare had gone up to 340rs for the same trip distance.

      Then i booked ola share for tje same trip with the following details:

      Ashokkumar m ([protected]) is on the way in a Silver Bolt TN12S6106. Please reach In_Gate to board your cab. You're paying Rs. 81 for this ride. Share OTP 9767 only on boarding cab
      Sorry! Your Ola Share booking OSN[protected] has been cancelled as driver was unable to serve you this time. Please try booking again.
      This is causing unnecessary inconvenience to many passengers because of your peak pricing. You say you do it cause this will encourage the drivers to go out in traffic but this is been used by your so called drivers to get more money for the same trip and there by not accepting the normal fare ride
      Your cab services along with the drivers have drastically gone down.

        I had taken ola cab from sahakar nagar to mysore circle. cab no. is KA-52, A 2026 and driver name V chandan his mobile no. [protected]. I left my iphone 5 in cab itself. after getting down from the cab, I realised that i left my phone in the cab itself and immediately i called the driver on his mobile. his mobile was switched off. I called my mobile. it rang twice and after that got switched off. I called ola support complaining about their driver but the CRM instead of helping the customer and lodging their complaint they asked me to keep trying with the driver itself and they cannot do anything regarding this. the driver has switched off his mobile and it is not in service even after 5 days of the incident. I am really disspointed with the ola service as i know the thief and still ola is not helping me in catching hold of the driver. How can ola keep such thieves without cross verifying their back ground??

          Ola presence in transportation become preeminent player. I really appreciate for the hard work ola team put in to reach the top. As we all know the drastic changes in the environment becoming a serious threat for our kids (Future generations) and vehicle pollution attribute majorly to it. I have consistently noticing especially cabs are emitting lot of carbon.

          As a company, you can minimize the environment damage by enforcing strict rules to have accurate emission test for vehicles.

          If you thing, it's not the right forum to raise this concern please guide me to the right contact.

            I am from faridabad haryana my vehicle no hr70c 1249. I am drive my little daughter drop in school. When i am at adore chowk greater faridabad. This cab driver drive in high speed aprox 120 kmph. When i am crossing the road this driver accident my vehicle. Passenger in the cab shout pls see front but they are seen back side or other side. Then he hit my vehicle my back door was totaly damage approx 50000/- expenses in my vehcile repairing. The owener of this vechile was not come in police station i am trying to reach the owner but he can not cooperate with me. So please do something about this vehicle.

            Not service in ola auto. most of the driver are drunken. behaving very harshly. stopping the auto unnecessarily . charging double the money during night.

                On 23 Jun 2017, I booked an Ola rental CRN[protected] Sedan Prime @2017 Rs for Dilli Dekho - 10 Hours and 80Kms package for visiting Delhi various places with my family - [Wife, 2 Years Old Son, 10-Year-old Niece, Sister In Law, Brother In Law].

                After boarding the cab I asked driver AC is not working, he replied that there is too much hot outside hence it would take the time to cool the cab, after 20 minutes and 8..7 Km I raise same concern again but he failed to justify and stops the cab asking me to call Ola customer care and stop the trip.

                I called the customer care and he agreed with my concern and asked me to deboard the cab and deducted Ola money will be refunded back, which I followed and booked another Ola rental from my wife phone to continue the trip.

                Now, I have been done multiple follow ups for [Ola Support] #51750510 case to get a refund but they are denying to make any refund for the that abandoned trip with stating that "YOU WERE CORRECTLY CHARGED AND UNABLE TO REFUND".

                Now I am seeking consumer forum help to get my deducted money refund with compensation.

                I followed up with customer care over call and mail as well and consumer forum also enquired about the issue from their end, after which today I got resolution and got a refund. Although it took 6 days to get resolution from Ola, thanks for Consumer Forum that make them resolve it as soon as possible.
                Today I have got the refund of 1735 back in Ola Money, Ola had deducted 282 Rs for 8.7 KM Sedan Prime Trip.

                I am all set now, thanks for consumer forum support.

                Attached image is shown 1000+1017 Credited and Debited then 1735 Credited back as a refund.

                  I recently booked ola outstation cab. On quotation, it said rs. 12/- per km including driver allowance and taxes. On final invoice i was charged with rs. 750 for driver allowance for 3 days + rs. 856 for service tax. Why do this? I am attaching both the quotation (Though not for same trip) and the invoice. Is there a way to resolve this? But the services of the driver was excellent. Decent driver with good driving skills. Not too fast but made our time valuable.

                    This my worst experience with ola for today. You can trace the details. At least 5 times i called to call center before booking. But it was busy. Then i booked ola rental for 6 hours 60km. The driver mr. Indrajeet arrived asked me otp for start then i told him. Then he said destination i want to travel yavat bhuleshwar mandir is not in city limits. This is not mentioned on ola app. Then driver called to customer care from his phone. Then lady representative told me to cancel my ride. As it is not sheduled from system. Your money will not get deducted. But when i cancel my ride. Amount rs.1077 got deducted from ola money. Again 3/4 times i called to call center again but finally after 10 min for each call my call connected. And u r another lady representative. Told me that she will not refund my money. I get punishment for my untravelled ride. If ola is not going to refund my money. I will publish my experience with facebook. And all social media because no body get cheated. Like me. And waste had earned money. As me. I just loss myrs 1077within 10 min. Without leaving my society. Customer care representative s are misleading me.

                      That means i have lied to collect just 120 rs.. And i don't have any others work accept calling u guys... Just to collect 120 rs... I have been travelling in ola sometimes good experience sometimes bad experience i haven't complained just because i understand drive problems... First time just because... My dad been cheated of 120rs which is not even a lot of cash my bad a elderly person doesn't no much of all this...... U guys should at least try to believe the customer then... Your drive worst service ever

                        Dear sir/madam,

                        I booked a ola share cab yesterday. I had to wait for 15 min and the driver came and i boarded the cab. The driver was asking the drop location and then he simply asked to cancel the booking. I want to know what is the kind of respect ola give to customer's time. That are very keen in making money. That are not bothered about anything. They respect the drivers time by charging a cancellation fee on customer but it is not so when the driver cancels. It is also unfair that the customer care representative also not resolving the issues. They are just asking to do another booking. What should i do when i trust ola for catching a bus or train. Many times we are in stress after booking a ola cab believing that we will reach ontime to the destination. Yesterday i was stressed a lot by the behaviour of the driver. Need a justice for this act by ola.

                          While i was confirming the booking it showed just 239 rs estimated... And finally took more than 600... I asked the driver abt this... He said i dont know... But u got charged very high... That was my 1st ride on ola... And its bad... I need refund... See the screenshot for more details..

                          Service was speed in chennai... But charges are too bad...

                          Ola auto arrived is different number and charged me more than prime sedan rates I drive from the same place to same destination much worse than normal auto fares 161 rupees charged compare to previous day ride which was only 148 rs please take necessary action. They are looting money with auto thugs

                            I have visited to your ola office at andheri they was just ask me to seat for 3 hours and after that i ask them to attach my car indica. Thry said someone has already attach your car in 2015 and i already explained them how it can ne possible my car was manufactured in year 2016 still they refuse an ask me to come after 2 days. I visted still same thing and they are responsing me like a fools no values no value of time. So please assist on a same on my number [protected].

                              I am samridhi agarwal. I applied "select" coupon code while booking an ola ride in april, which gave me one month of free membership of ola select.

                              After somedays, i went to "ola select subscription" page to cancel the membership, but found that there was by design no cancel button - only a "renew subscription" button (Which remains deactivated.

                              Meanwhile, i was hospitalised for maternity on may 19.

                              After the expiry of one month of this "free" membership, ola automatically charged my wallet rs 599 on may 27 and extended this "ola select" membership on a paid basis. Wow!

                              When i went to cancel this "ola select" subscription, i was again confronted with the same problem - there still is no option to cancel.

                              Next i called their call centre where i learned that i can only cancel this subscription within 7 days from the date when the money was deducted from the wallet. What more, i can't cancel the subscription of future months as well. E. G. To cancel the next month's subscription i will have to wait for the money to be deducted on 26th june and then cancel it within next 7 days, else they won't offer the return.

                              Needless to say, the poster boy of indian start ups has stooped so low to these dirty and dishonest tricks to earn the extra money. The whole "ola select" business smells shady when you don't give the customer the option to cancel and automatically charge him rs 599 in the garb of offering free one month membership. This leaves a very bad taste - not only the way this whole "ola select" campaign has been conceptualised and run is so disnonest, but also the way customer service executives react to the agony of customers is so heartless that it reeks of a well thought out conspiracy by ola to dupe the gullible customer of a neat rs 599 per month of his/ her hard earned money, so that ola can show profits to command a better valuation from the vcs.

                              I am hugely disappointed with ola to have resorted to these kind of shenanigans rather than focussing on improving the quality of falling service standards.

                              I want ola to not only issue the full refund of rs. 599 that they have charged me for the month of may, but also apologise and introduce a permanent "cancel the ola select subscription" button that remains active all the times, immediately on the "ola select" membership renewal page so that they can't arbitrarily charge the customer in the garb of offering something for free. Rbi officials should take note of this misuse of wallet and vcs as well.

                                Hello,
                                Ola has started its fraud bussiness as customer are growing. Now to cheat people it has started the concept of peak hour, while booking very cleverly they show an estimated price and keep peak hour info hidden. But when you complete your ride they ask more than double payment. Please careful about this fraud tactics of ola.

                                Ola should show this extra charge information clearly while booking which they charge for peak hour. I got info about extra charge after booking by message.

                                  I have booked a ride 6 hours in advance from kalamassery (Kerala) to cochin airport. The last minute i got a call that the cab is on the way. However later 15 minutes, the i received msg that your booking is cancelled.

                                  Due to your last minute cancellation and bad whether, i arranged alternate cab which caused me rs. 2000.

                                  Do not play with customers and being ignorant. Generally i book cab with either fastrack or uber but yesderday i had thought to choose ola and ola shown me how much worth it is.

                                    I left my id card in cabs. Then i contacted the driver and he said it is with him. Now his phone is switched off and no response in from other end. I have to go to delhi and i don't have any id for the airport. As it is necessary for the airport, so i want my id back. Take any action as soon aa possible. Driver's no is [protected]

                                        I have noticed since laat two days. Most of the can driver deny to come to location and if they come they say we are at location.
                                        most of time waste innlocating them and then ride gwt automatically cancel. this has costed me more than 200 rs as of now.
                                        additionally u suggest share pass .but this is of no uae fr long km distance.
                                        i haav experienced ver poor a service from u and ur employees.
