Ola vendor management services.
Am facing issues since last year october. I visited office that time to know the what all things r required and documents office establishment.
Management explain me the things what all r required like kyc documents office establishment certificate service tax certificate, current account and employees as well as branding. Manager ask me to visit when everything is ready they i'll provide me a vendorship.
Soon i started the process i found the office at itpl location with parking place. All facilities i arranged what all things r required. Like furniture. Fabrication. Branding. Wifi. Desktops. I have four employee well trained for attachment. Almost 20 to 25 lakh i invested. Then in november i visited office with all documents with office photos as well. They checked all the documents and said they need one week time they have to do verification before the process said. I agreed. Again next week i visited surprised they said we stopped giving vendorship for present have a patience for more two months in february they i'll give us vendorship. Then we visited to on february again they said give us one week more time. Till now i have visited office may 20 times all the time am hearing excuses and false hope from ola vendor manager srinivas murthy. Am fed calling customer care to help out to get vendorship no response from their side. I have sent emails but no response from their side till now. Dear ola management my request with i[censored] can't able to give vendorship why u people gave us false hope and ecouraged me to open office now what about my investment i did depending on you. What about my patience i kept on you today tomorrow and paying rent.4 employee salary. Electric city bills. Wife telephone bills without income am taking all these expenses since last 8 months.
My request to ola gm and the owners please provide me a vendorship

Please be informed that OLA CAB one the pathetic service provider in india.

Yesterday I booked OLA cab but your driver cancelled my ride just because of I have wrongly selected sharing I was ready to Pay and re-book the OLA but not ready to listen as well as your your Team charged Me Rs.50 that ride was not cancelled by me however was ready for sharing.

Now you need shut down your service because I was not able to cought my Train just because of your driver and his behaviour is like he is running OLA company tanks to UBER cab from bottom of my heart who helped me Lot yesterday.

I am gonna to update the same on social media and website you guy are charging without ride and you driver demand for extra Money.

Good work worst and pathetic service provider OLA CAB SERVICE.

    I had booked a taxi from ola mini taxi nd we were 2 person nd 2 lougage when driver came to pick up me then he refused to take my lougage in their car nd told me book tht sadan car nd his behavious was very bad. Nd am getting late for my flight... Nd i missed tht flight. Am very disappointed from ur ola app.. Plz take some action against them. His name is - mahesh kumar

      On 18th June Sunday I had paid extra money totaling Rs 71 + Rs 25 = Rs 96. According to OLA's policy if I pay the driver and money is deducted then nothing can be done . But in my case Rs 25 paid as cancelation fees to the 2nd driver and deducted from my Ola account should be refunded .

      I had checked my ola account today and it shows I paid Rs 25 cancellation fees unnecessarily for my 1st ride and that was added to my second ride which I paid by cash of Rs 71 . As you can see clearly in the attatched file the person I had canceled by mistake was the one who picked me up at 3:02 PM . I cancelled bcos he was not arriving on time. The second trip I had taken the cancelation fees was added onto for no reason . As I was busy that day I had no time to check how the charges had come .Now when I tried using OLA for a ride I found Rs 75 is not there. It is embarassing as I checked my OLA acount and saw no cash . Demand refund .

      And in my second ride paid 71 by cash and ola money was amazingly deducted under wierd circumstances at 7: 37 am. I fought with the driver cos I wanted to pay by ola money but couldnt get a proper net connection . Then paid by cash

      First photo I attatched shows the amount I paid on my second ride and OLA money was deducted . 2nd photo shows the 2 rides taken on june 18. The cancelled guy was the guy who picked me .

        I booked a ride on ola osn[protected] and I gave ola share and mistakenly choose 1 passenger instead of 2 passenger.When I thought of cancelling the ride and book a new one and told cab driver about it he said it's not a problem . But when the Ride was over he forced us to pay double the bill amount saying two members boarded so the charge will be doubled and he humiliated and forced us to pay.
        Due to our time bound emergency to catch the train we paid 300rs with no options left.This was the worst experience ever.I am frequent traveler with cabs with ola and uber but never experienced such humiliation.

          Today my relative visit in ola samalka to kashmiri gate isbt and booking by me, on booking time amount was showing 347somthing but on dropped time he charges 688,
          This totally unfair amount charge by ola. Driver manipulate to us,
          I want refund back my amount or will go in consumers court.

            On 4th june, 2017 at 3pm, i booked a ride on ola cab (Vehicle no. Dl1rtc0173, driver vikas) through my mobile app, from sector 137, noida to surya nagar, ghaziabad. At the time of booking, the estimated ride amount was shown as rs.533.

            The ride started as booked and the driver followed the route originally shown on the app to the driver as well as to me. There was no diversion of route.

            After starting the trip, midway, i got the sms that the ride amount would be 534.

            After reaching the drop point, the driver asked me to pay rs.638 and not rs.534. I told him the amount shown on my mobile is rs.534 only and hence i cannot pay more than rs.534. This amount was adjusted from my ola money balance of rs.533. When i refused to pay the higher amount, the driver called his office and asked them to revise the fare to rs.638 on my mobile also.

            After about half an hour, i got a sms that the ride amount was rs.637 and not rs.534. I did not accept such arbitrary revision in ride fare and immediately requested ola to review and correct the mistake.

            I have sent several email messages to ola on the above problem but they are not resolving the problem. Instead, they keep on repeating the stereotype message.

            It is clearly high handedness of ola management who are trying to fleece passengers by such arbitrary revision in ride fare after completion of the ride. Pl take appropriate action and advise me

              Mansarovar to durgapura railway station crn[protected] rj 14 td 7120 driver name is gorishankar. Driver treat misbehave and intentionally hold long route from mansarovar to gopalpura and then durgapura rly. Stn. Instead of mansarovar to vijay path then shipra path maharani farm and lastly durgapura station. Charged 112/- for 3 km. Company's image make down due to this.

                I hired ola cab at raipur today at 7:30am for dropping to raipur airport. They charged minimum in base fare ₹195 which is far high then its regular base fare of ₹35
                I was charged peak time charges ₹188.2 also without notifying me at the time of booking. I was forced to pay rs608/-. I was helpless as i need to catch my flight & was getting late.
                It is really really very undue charge.

                    My wife mrs. Pratibha nehete took a cab cg07ma9145 of bheluram nahar from bhilai to raipur airport on[protected] in the morning. This driver stopped the cab st somewhere near supela and asked her to get down or pay 950 rs. Or cancel the booking. Her luggage was thrown down. Being a single female and frightened and no other option she cancelled the booking. And then had to carry the same cab to airport.

                    How do you select a cab driver?

                    Just tell me if its safe to take you cab again?

                      I would like to inform you that i have booked ola taxi through my mobile no [protected] [[protected]@gmail.com] and traveled from velachery to kolathur today the fare arrived for rs. 359/- paid to the driver. Again the return travel i booked from kolathur to velachery but the vehicle didn't come on time. So i called the driver no @ [protected] three times but the driver didn't respond properly [but fine rs.50 imposed for the same]. So my brother in-law mr. M. V. Sathish [senior advocate] booked from his mobile: [protected], email [protected]@gmail.com for me. The booking completed without giving the drop location and the fare is not displayed. So i thought it has taken by default for normal fare but the fare shown in driver mobile as rs.1020/- when i arrived velachery and he collected the same amount from me. Then i checked with your customer-care the invoice amount shown as rs. 969/- this is different than the amount collected by the driver.

                      The return journey fare is 3 times higher than the upward journey in your same ola taxi at the same time billing amount in driver device and your invoice is different? This is highly objectionable and cheating me and i felt very unhappy in your service. So i request you to consider this issue and take suitable action to refund the excess amount rs. 831 collected from me at the earliest.

                      The following difficulties were observed in my experience with ola cabs.

                      1. Many customer locations are not available so it takes nearby or far locations accordingly charges comes more
                      2. Booking is accepted without drop location without showing fare which cause huge charge to the customer
                      3. Peak hour charges is too high which is highly objectionable. You must have sufficient taxi for service it is your problem but why you charge from the customer. For example the normal fare Rs. 341 for my trip but collected Rs. 1020/- who gave permission to collect such huge money?
                      4. Invoice bill and Driver device price differs [Rs. 91] in my trip. we could see the invoice after paying to the driver as per his device reading
                      5. Tariff also high comparing to other taxi providers
                      6. After booking the drivers doesn't respond properly and they never come to the pickup point so customer has to wait for long time and cancellation also could not able to do in time because of driver delay or response finally customer has to pay fine it is intolerable
                      7. It is observed that some drivers consumed alcohol so they never respond to the customer
                      8. The customer grievances were not taken into account properly which indirectly support to the drivers who are improper in their duties
                      9. I felt very bad experience and mental agony in my trips and collected the payment abnormally as I mentioned in the previous email.

                      So once again I request you to refund the excess amount Rs 781+50 cancellation charge collected from me [Total Rs 831] without loss of time. Otherwise I will take legal action and give your bad service and cheating the customer with improper app to the press.

                        Today i booked a ola cab from my place gaughat to fungaon water park in allahabad city.
                        First driver anil kumar sharma vehicle no up66k5886 and grn no 80997204 has cancelled the ride on its own lying about his location although on gps his car was showing nearby.
                        Then i booked the second ride. The second driver jitendra pratap singh grn no[protected] came. When my family borded the cab he asked that your fair snowing approximately 300 rs but you will have to pay 600 rs for this ride. When i objected he started misbehaving, abusing and forced my family to get down in rain.
                        Please look in to the matter. Anticipating a positive response from your end.

                          I am reproducing here under a letter i had emailed to mr bhavish aggarwal, ceo, ola cabs on 6 june 2017 seeking redressal after a particularly dismal experience with ola, that i had on 26 may 2017, primarily due to the singularly unprofessional and unethical treatment meted out by the concerned cab driver, followed by the hopeless response from the ola customer care services, who appeared to be hand in gloves with their driver partner. Well, even after 15 day since narrating my experience and hoping for appropriate redressal fro the ceo, ola cabs, i am quite shocked at the complete silence in response to my email.
                          My email to ceo, ola cabs follows:

                          Dear mr bhavish aggarwal,
                          I have been a frequent user of your ola cab services in the delhi-ncr region and also elsewhere, occasionally, as the preferred cab service, ola cabs being of indian origin, and i have been, more or less, with a few exceptions, reasonably satisfied with the experience.
                          This matter is regarding my latest and, perhaps, last preferred use of ola cab services, which was also my maiden ride, using ola rental services, that i had wanted to avail of on friday, 26 may 2017.
                          Unfortunately, today, as a thoroughly dissatisfied customer, after the dismal experience with ola, primarily due to the singularly unprofessional and unethical treatment meted out by the concerned cab driver, followed by the hopeless response from your customer care services, who were contacted with the hope of suitable required actions for redressal of my problem, which i thought, they did, seemingly, in the first instance, i have been constrained to take up the matter with you, the ceo of the company. Of course, i also had the option of airing my grievances about my experience with ola and its driver on the ola website, but i decided to instead write to you so that you get a first hand user feedback and opportunity for remedial measures for redressal of the grievance.
                          Well, i had booked an ola rental cab for 8 hours/ 80 km and your driver, some mr imran khan reported for duty in his chevrolet beat cab at the appointed time on 26 may 2017. I had many official meetings during the day at various locations within delhi/ ncr, with the first meeting being at indirapuram, ghaziabad and the remaining at one of the ministries of govt of india in central delhi with a few senior bureaucrats.
                          Anyway, i got down at my first destination in indirapuram at around 10:45 am and it was decided that the driver would wait for my call at a spot convenient to him near the building. After about an hour or so, the driver called me on his own and inquired as to how long i would be there, to which i responded as per my estimate and schedule of my other meeting in delhi.
                          After conclusion of my meetings at indirapuram, at around 12:45 am or thereabout, when i tried contacting the driver for going to the next destination in central delhi, i found his mobile phone to be continuously 'not reachable'. As i was getting late for my next meeting, and the driver was just not contactable, i reported the matter to the ola customer care and explained the situation. Understanding my urgency, your customer care representative, a lady, ms parmila, also tried contacting the driver by putting my call on hold for a few minutes, but then confirmed after many unsuccessful attempts that the driver's mobile number was still continuously 'not reachable'.in view of the situation, in consultation with your customer care representative, it was decided to close the trip/ booking then and there. Subsequently, i made alternate arrangements for my further travel during the day.
                          However, to my shock i realized later that for the unilaterally truncated trip, your driver had indicated completion of the trip at my residence, that is, the point from where it had commenced in the morning. For this abandoned trip, i was billed an amount of rs 1, 720.00, towards which, rs 1487.00 of my ola money balance was automatically deducted from my account, for the actual use of the cab only from my residence in mayur vihar phase-1 to indirapuram, after which, on account of the circumstances explained above, the trip/ booking had to be cancelled in consultation with ola customer care.
                          I again contacted ola customer care, when i was informed that the back end team of ola was reviewing my complaint. Finally, i received the trailing email from ola customer care on 29 may 2017 evening, intimating, inter alia,
                          "... Post validating the ride details, we see that the driver partner dropped you at the desired drop location and he was waiting for you to come back and he tried to reach out to you through call. Hence, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to refund in this case..."
                          Having narrated my above unexpectedly distasteful, unsavoury and shocking experience, may i request you to please look into the matter and arrange for a revised bill for my trip along with the refund of the excess money deducted from my ola money account.

I asked the driver to return my phone but he had left and when i dialed his no he said he will return my phone after this pick up but when i called him he made some other stupid excuse and kept on delaying and now he is asking for 500 rs to return my phone.                               Rs. 200 from my ola money wallet has been transferred to wrong account ([protected])... The money has been debited from my ola money balance. I would like to reverse this transfer. I even tried to call this account number ([protected]); however the transaction is still showing pending but the same amount has been debited from my wallet.

                              Appreciate help in reversing 200₹ back into my wallet

                                Have been facing issues in ola share since a month repetitively i. E., delay in pick & drop co passenger location so far, cancellation of cab by driver, ola app problem such as though cab is near app books some far location cab.

                                I have changed my sim card in to other mobile and trying to login in to ola app but it is giving message that from your device too many ola account logins are done. What to do for ola app to work in this device.

                                  I am frequent user of ola cab & auto. On 15th june i have booked ola cab @12.00pm (Sedan) which needs to come at 1.00pm but driver has cancelled ride at the last moment & again i have to book another one which came at 1.45pm which package cost was rs 3032
                                  While returning back from raigad, due to traffic & rain it comes 1.30hrs late
                                  So the ola charged rs 5986
                                  And again we dont know 2nd day billing has started unless we have not paid full amount. There is no communication from company and driver. We only realize when driver asked us otp to stop ride & payment and after payment driver denied to stay next 22hrs (This is our right as we have paid 2 days payment) i. E. We have charged double and we are not benefited for next day journey. We have contacted support but they just ignored complaint and after many communication just refuse for either refund or one day free ride

                                    Hai sir my name is santhosh i was travelled in ola cabs booking is conformed and i was called to driver and driver is picked the call her told me i'm on the way to your location please tell me your otp one time password okey i can tell the otp number but that driver not come so i can change other driver but my account is blocked that's not my fault pls help me

                                      I booked cab for gurgoan subjected for interview. Cab drivers firstly did not follow the gprs and when called he was said he is on the way. He not only delayed my departure but also cancelled the ride for god knows what reason. I received a message that ride cancelled and 50 rupees fine to be paid for booking next time.
                                      This was absolutely rubbish that i being victimised and i would pay.
                                      I have already compliant about same and i would post this to all medium possible to get this forced fine to end.
                                      And yes finally would like to say to ola... Bye bye from this customer and surely very soon you would get more bye bye. Till you don't start acting and understanding that it's customer service industry.

                                      Please refer the bill where in excess bill for double toll charged . The driver paid only one toll but you charged two so please refund Rs.30 immediately CRN[protected] my phone No.[protected] . Please credit Rs. 30 on Olamoney.

                                        My name atul jain, mob. [protected], amritsar, punjab, india. The day before yesterday 17/06/2017, i booked cab with ola app for 18/06/2017, time : 8 :45,
                                        From 234/13, punjab & sind bankwali gali, hussainpura east to drop point festyn royal resort, verka bypass, majitha, amritsar. And my booking was confirmed and informing me details 15 minutes before ride, i got this msg, on the schedule time s. Kuldeep sing driver call me and ask me where to drop and when i told him the drop point he refuse to drop and forced me to cancel the ride and told me to book privately and he is ready to go and fare rs 250/- its to much high and instead of ola money which is just rs. 114 - 120 for same ride, it is such a disgusting you are hire looter not driver, they make fool to ola company and spoil the image of ola, its really poor service and ola believes that they are biggest and bests in india sorry ola you should think on this and correct your self...
