Today i booked a ola cab from my place gaughat to fungaon water park in allahabad city.
First driver anil kumar sharma vehicle no up66k5886 and grn no 80997204 has cancelled the ride on its own lying about his location although on gps his car was showing nearby.
Then i booked the second ride. The second driver jitendra pratap singh grn no[protected] came. When my family borded the cab he asked that your fair snowing approximately 300 rs but you will have to pay 600 rs for this ride. When i objected he started misbehaving, abusing and forced my family to get down in rain.
Please look in to the matter. Anticipating a positive response from your end.

    I am reproducing here under a letter i had emailed to mr bhavish aggarwal, ceo, ola cabs on 6 june 2017 seeking redressal after a particularly dismal experience with ola, that i had on 26 may 2017, primarily due to the singularly unprofessional and unethical treatment meted out by the concerned cab driver, followed by the hopeless response from the ola customer care services, who appeared to be hand in gloves with their driver partner. Well, even after 15 day since narrating my experience and hoping for appropriate redressal fro the ceo, ola cabs, i am quite shocked at the complete silence in response to my email.
    My email to ceo, ola cabs follows:

    Dear mr bhavish aggarwal,
    I have been a frequent user of your ola cab services in the delhi-ncr region and also elsewhere, occasionally, as the preferred cab service, ola cabs being of indian origin, and i have been, more or less, with a few exceptions, reasonably satisfied with the experience.
    This matter is regarding my latest and, perhaps, last preferred use of ola cab services, which was also my maiden ride, using ola rental services, that i had wanted to avail of on friday, 26 may 2017.
    Unfortunately, today, as a thoroughly dissatisfied customer, after the dismal experience with ola, primarily due to the singularly unprofessional and unethical treatment meted out by the concerned cab driver, followed by the hopeless response from your customer care services, who were contacted with the hope of suitable required actions for redressal of my problem, which i thought, they did, seemingly, in the first instance, i have been constrained to take up the matter with you, the ceo of the company. Of course, i also had the option of airing my grievances about my experience with ola and its driver on the ola website, but i decided to instead write to you so that you get a first hand user feedback and opportunity for remedial measures for redressal of the grievance.
    Well, i had booked an ola rental cab for 8 hours/ 80 km and your driver, some mr imran khan reported for duty in his chevrolet beat cab at the appointed time on 26 may 2017. I had many official meetings during the day at various locations within delhi/ ncr, with the first meeting being at indirapuram, ghaziabad and the remaining at one of the ministries of govt of india in central delhi with a few senior bureaucrats.
    Anyway, i got down at my first destination in indirapuram at around 10:45 am and it was decided that the driver would wait for my call at a spot convenient to him near the building. After about an hour or so, the driver called me on his own and inquired as to how long i would be there, to which i responded as per my estimate and schedule of my other meeting in delhi.
    After conclusion of my meetings at indirapuram, at around 12:45 am or thereabout, when i tried contacting the driver for going to the next destination in central delhi, i found his mobile phone to be continuously 'not reachable'. As i was getting late for my next meeting, and the driver was just not contactable, i reported the matter to the ola customer care and explained the situation. Understanding my urgency, your customer care representative, a lady, ms parmila, also tried contacting the driver by putting my call on hold for a few minutes, but then confirmed after many unsuccessful attempts that the driver's mobile number was still continuously 'not reachable'.in view of the situation, in consultation with your customer care representative, it was decided to close the trip/ booking then and there. Subsequently, i made alternate arrangements for my further travel during the day.
    However, to my shock i realized later that for the unilaterally truncated trip, your driver had indicated completion of the trip at my residence, that is, the point from where it had commenced in the morning. For this abandoned trip, i was billed an amount of rs 1, 720.00, towards which, rs 1487.00 of my ola money balance was automatically deducted from my account, for the actual use of the cab only from my residence in mayur vihar phase-1 to indirapuram, after which, on account of the circumstances explained above, the trip/ booking had to be cancelled in consultation with ola customer care.
    I again contacted ola customer care, when i was informed that the back end team of ola was reviewing my complaint. Finally, i received the trailing email from ola customer care on 29 may 2017 evening, intimating, inter alia,
    "... Post validating the ride details, we see that the driver partner dropped you at the desired drop location and he was waiting for you to come back and he tried to reach out to you through call. Hence, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to refund in this case..."
    Having narrated my above unexpectedly distasteful, unsavoury and shocking experience, may i request you to please look into the matter and arrange for a revised bill for my trip along with the refund of the excess money deducted from my ola money account.

      When i got outof the cab i immediately noticed i left my phone in cab. I asked the driver to return my phone but he had left and when i dialed his no he said he will return my phone after this pick up but when i called him he made some other stupid excuse and kept on delaying and now he is asking for 500 rs to return my phone.         Rs. 200 from my ola money wallet has been transferred to wrong account ([protected])... The money has been debited from my ola money balance. I would like to reverse this transfer. I even tried to call this account number ([protected]); however the transaction is still showing pending but the same amount has been debited from my wallet.

        Appreciate help in reversing 200₹ back into my wallet

        This is the worst app for cab booking .they are not at all cooperative. Nd the cab drivers are worst even an auto wala is thousand timea bettrr than them

          Have been facing issues in ola share since a month repetitively i. E., delay in pick & drop co passenger location so far, cancellation of cab by driver, ola app problem such as though cab is near app books some far location cab.
          Though have complained abt this but instead of resolutions it's repeating.
          High time, shud respect time of your customers.

          I have changed my sim card in to other mobile and trying to login in to ola app but it is giving message that from your device too many ola account logins are done. What to do for ola app to work in this device.

            I am frequent user of ola cab & auto. On 15th june i have booked ola cab @12.00pm (Sedan) which needs to come at 1.00pm but driver has cancelled ride at the last moment & again i have to book another one which came at 1.45pm which package cost was rs 3032
            While returning back from raigad, due to traffic & rain it comes 1.30hrs late
            So the ola charged rs 5986
            And again we dont know 2nd day billing has started unless we have not paid full amount. There is no communication from company and driver. We only realize when driver asked us otp to stop ride & payment and after payment driver denied to stay next 22hrs (This is our right as we have paid 2 days payment) i. E. We have charged double and we are not benefited for next day journey. We have contacted support but they just ignored complaint and after many communication just refuse for either refund or one day free ride

                I booked cab for gurgoan subjected for interview. Cab drivers firstly did not follow the gprs and when called he was said he is on the way. He not only delayed my departure but also cancelled the ride for god knows what reason. I received a message that ride cancelled and 50 rupees fine to be paid for booking next time.
                This was absolutely rubbish that i being victimised and i would pay.
                I have already compliant about same and i would post this to all medium possible to get this forced fine to end.
                And yes finally would like to say to ola... Bye bye from this customer and surely very soon you would get more bye bye. Till you don't start acting and understanding that it's customer service industry.

                Please refer the bill where in excess bill for double toll charged . The driver paid only one toll but you charged two so please refund Rs.30 immediately CRN[protected] my phone No.[protected] . Please credit Rs. 30 on Olamoney.

                  My name atul jain, mob. [protected], amritsar, punjab, india. The day before yesterday 17/06/2017, i booked cab with ola app for 18/06/2017, time : 8 :45,
                  From 234/13, punjab & sind bankwali gali, hussainpura east to drop point festyn royal resort, verka bypass, majitha, amritsar. And my booking was confirmed and informing me details 15 minutes before ride, i got this msg, on the schedule time s. Kuldeep sing driver call me and ask me where to drop and when i told him the drop point he refuse to drop and forced me to cancel the ride and told me to book privately and he is ready to go and fare rs 250/- its to much high and instead of ola money which is just rs. 114 - 120 for same ride, it is such a disgusting you are hire looter not driver, they make fool to ola company and spoil the image of ola, its really poor service and ola believes that they are biggest and bests in india sorry ola you should think on this and correct your self...

                    I have been using ola transportation on daily basis from last 6 months, hence being a loyal customer and trusting ola, i booked an outstation ride (24 hrs) yesterday for the first time from wakad, pune to panchgani which was to start at 12 pm.

                    On a return journey, due to the heavy traffic and long route taken by the driver, we reached almost an hour later i. E. @12.40. Because of this incident, i was charged for 2 days instead of one day.

                    Original bill - 2236 rs
                    Charged bill - 2236 + 2871 = 5107 rs

                    I request you to please have a look into this issue and refund me the extra amount charged (Rs. 2871) for the one hour delay.

                      Dear ola officer,

                      On 18 june 2017, at around 5 pm, i booked an ola cab from kalra electricals, lajpat nagar 4, new delhi to my destination mayur vihar 1.
                      Vehicle no. Was hr... 5582, named diksha and phone no was [protected].

                      After the booking, as usual, i contacted the driver and he told me that he'll soon reach me. At my every call he kept assuring that he he is just reaching in a while and he is very near to my place etc. I kept waiting there for almost 2 hrs but he didn't turn up: because of his attitude i've lost faith in ola now. I wasted my very valuable time.

                      Request you to look into the matter and take strong action against such unprofessional people. Look forward to hearing from you soon.

                      I went to thirumala Darsham on 11th June by ola cab. I booked for 24hr. Estimated price was showing around RS 3500 for 326 Km. Bur ola app calculated distance travelled by me was 420 km between thirumala temple and nesapakkam, CHENNAI. And charged RS 4362. So ola wrongly calculating distance between source and desrination

                        Sir i booked ola cab on 19jun sunday from majestic bangalore to husamaranhalli the fare collected by driver is rs 471 but i got massage in my mail is rs 396 why there is difference of rs 75. I asked driver regardig this he told that rs 471 is fare on screen. I have to pay that. Just 3 say before i had paid rs 390 from here to bangalore city railway station

                          I booked ola cab and after reaching near my destination i came out of cab to ask to exact location to a nearby shop and that time driver asked me to pay the billed amount till then. I was having 500 rupee not and my bill was 115 i gave him 500 note and 15rs change seperately. He said he doesn't have change he will take change from a shop and come. The time i turned around for asking the location to a shopkeeper he sat in the cab and ran away. This type of thiefs ola cabs are providing for service. I strongly advice ppl not to take ola cabs they are not at all safe. If ola drivers can steal money and run away then they can do anything. I hope if this complaint is resolved i will get my money back.

                            I booked a ola auto from chennai using a 50/- promocode provided to my account by ola and driver asked me to pay extra 50/- in additional to the final bill amount for luggage for which i agreed, after my trip the bill amount is 250/- so i need to pay 250/- + 50/- additional​ for luggage charges to driver, but driver asked me to pay 50/- more for the discount promocode which i used in booking (My final bill from ola is 300 - 50 discount = 250/-), i immediately called the customer service for help, they even talked to driver but he didn't agreed finally the customer service asked to raise a complaint so i gave 350/- to ola driver and raised a complaint but now the customer service team replied to my mail stating that you accepted to pay 100/- for luggage charges to the driver so they will not provide the balance money back to my ola account. This is injustice, i need an answer for this

                              A cab was booked for outstation pune to mumbai on 16/6/2017 by my uncle. The driver was specifically informed about a road block and directions to approach the pick up point. However, the driver refused to follow the directions and after coming to the blocked gate, asked my uncle to cancel the booking by refusing to come through the right gate for pick up.
                              An international flight was to be taken and emergency measures had to be resorted to in order to avoid missing the flight due to the sudden cancellation by the ola driver which was totally unprofessional.
                              The booking number was crn[protected], driver vikas, vehicle mh 16 bc5000.
                              Appropriate action may be taken so that customers may continue to repose trust in your service.

                                Hi team

                                Cancelation fee charged with riding bill.
                                The booking canceled by driver because otp was not appear at that time.
                                And same time driver didn't discussed for cancelation will be chargeable.

                                Your driver was not too very well familiar with the procedure how to find the otp when screen is disappear.

                                Moreover you should be talk first if charged cancelation fee and same time it should told by them.

                                As per my concern i am not happy with your this type of services and your cancelation is not genuine, you should case back the fee with tax.

                                  It is so sad that, on one side we are moving towards digital india and on another side, #cybercrime is increasing day by day! On 15 june at 2:50pm, mr. Kunjar singh (Guard in my office) received a call from [protected] who told him that his sbi debit card has been blocked & if want to re activate then he has to give the code. He gave them the code because he was not aware of such kind of fake calls or #frauds.in the next few seconds, he received a message which stated that his balance had been deducted and rs. 8000 has been transferred in the account of www.olacabs.com.
                                  It was shocking to see how looted money is transferred in the account of #olacabs. Transaction sms screenshot from sbi are attached.

                                  Today i’m writing about this incident because mr. Kunjar is not the first and last victim of such kind of frauds. The fraudster has taken his one month salary. He is a poor man & now he has nothing to pay to his landlord. It can also happen with our near and dear ones. It is time to share this kind of post in the maximum way possible so that honest people are not robbed of their hard-earned money. Doing so will also help those people who are unaware of the existence of such #crimes and take precautionary steps in the future.

                                  Surprisingly olacabs are ready to help in this issue. Being such a reputable company if any such incident happen they should investigate the issue & find the culprit. But its seems they are culprit itself and using their system to make fraud & looting the poors.

                                  Please share this to everyone who is using their services who know next victim will be you or your friend.

                                    But evening when iw as intend to book ola cab, i found that my account has been blocked and i am not able to book my cabs.

                                    Neither i am able to talk to customer care as my ola services has been blocked for any reason not known to me.

                                    Please let me know the specific reason of blocking my account or refund my balance money.

                                    I will happy if you restore/unblock my account otherwise please refund my balance money.

                                      On 14 jun 17 i booked a cab from delhi to alwar for round trip within 12 hours. The approx cost shown during booking is rs 3369/- with conditions rs 9/- per km for extra mileage and rs 2/- per minute for extra time.

                                      Firstly after calling three times to driver, he reported one hour late. Further he took half an hour for making state taxes.

                                      On completion of my trip, it was 353 km and only 1 hour and 45 minutes late. Final billing wasn't generated by driver. On calling to call centre they forwarded final bill to my email, which was 1 and half times more than actual. They charged for 503 kms in place of 353 km used and extra time for 2 hours and 45 minutes in place of 1 hour 45 minutes.

                                      I am sapan kumar pal. Advance booking ola cab after 4 hours. But ola cab not reached my location in this way cancell my train and loss my very very urgent work. So i request you immediately take actions of ola cab for my loss.
