I was coming from office shivaji nagar pune towards aundh on honda activa. Suddenly i was crossing pune university fly over. The driver dash the vehicle from back side and i lost my control over the activation vehicle and fallen downwards. But the driver ran away straightly. I myself stand alone and again started two wheeler. I also tried to follow driver. I caught car driver by punching my hand on the side glass. But driver was very rude. He don't stop the car and again ran away. The driver vehicle no was mh20 eg 5775. My mob no is [protected]. He don't have any respect about a lady. Plz forward car driver details to my mobile no. Strict action should be taken by ola company on car driver. The incident took place between 6-6.30pm on date 14/06/2017 the car is of ola car company.

The incident happen on 14 Jun between 6 - 6.30pm.I was going towards aundh pune from SHIVAJI NAGAR on Honda activa.suddenly. The driver dash activata from back side and ran away. I lost my balance and fall on road. I caught driver by punching hand on the car glass. He didn't responded and ran away. My mob no is [protected]. Strict action should be taken on car driver. He don't have any respect for lady.
My account is blocked on 07/06/2017 due to wrong billing of rs50/- witout my ride. Pl refund the amount wrongly charged & unblock my account

    At about 11.15, booked a ola cab, showed booked but no other information given. Had to book a uber.in the evening, booked a ola at around 7.45 pm. Showed no destination point nor estimate, just confirmed. Deiver too felt problem. Car no. Wb-04, g 7203, otp 6814, from mob. Of anwesha duttagupta. Now i am shown an amount of rs. 50 2 b deducted in my next ride. Why? Should forgo ola booking?

      Crn no[protected]. Got no information for reason of cancellation by driver. When called ola no then it said not calling from registered number although i called from registered no [protected]. I am a privilage ola select member then also not getting any benefit. Regards praveen misra. Mobile no [protected]. Get me compensation as i am getting late because of this.

      I lodges a complaint just in ols service regarding account block. I received 4 _5 call in a minute. All your support executive were demanding of my debit card number. Expiry date, otp etc. . Why i share my otp and card details. I m not setisfy to your support executive.

        Hi

        I have booked a booking on ola app on 8th may in mumbai, while booking showed pick up time 5 minutes and when booking confirmed it started showing 15 minutes. I called the driver and driver confirmed it will take 15 to 20 minutes as he in opposite side of mine. I cancelled the booking by giving the reason driver was late.

        Yesterday they charged rs 75 as cancellation fee for the 8th may ride, when i first contacted the customer care one person told he will send the sms where there is link and you need to give details. I received the sms and clicked on the link and it showed no booking details.

        Once again i contacted the ola they told it is not possible to refund and when i asked then why you send the sms with link there is no reply.

        He transferred his call to his superior and he also told it is not possible to refund.

        I am suggesting all the persons be careful about ola as they are money makers by wrongly charging the customers.

        I have uninstalled the ola app and decided i and our family will never take ola from today onwards.

        All Please note the immediate update

        I received a phone call from No [protected] and he spoke with me in Hindi and mentioned he is from Ola cabs.
        He called me ##### and ###### and asked why I complained and disconnected the Phone
        Please note this is the way the Ola cab staff behaves with customer by calling them ##### and ######S

        I hope all travellers will take note of this abuse once you started complaining. They are not worried about the feeling of customers and calls and abuses them in bad language.

        This shows the company is making only money and they are not bothered about the customer feeling

          Today (014/06/17), i have used to ride ola auto from myalpore to adyar under otp 7659 (Auto number# 7428) where they charged rs 62/- for service and paid rs 70/-, later i had received message that rs 50/- paid by ola money valet and requested to pay balance of rs 12/- thru cash mode but when i check with him (Auto driver) he said no message received by himself and collected full payment from me.

          I really disappointed on this service and requesting you to look into this & refund my money back to me.

            Already we submitted complaint in your rides - support option on 02-jun-2017. But till now amount not credited in our account.

            Driver not came and cancelled the ride on his own saying that he is at tambaram and it will take 1 to 2 hours or more than that for reaching to radhanagar, chromepet.

            Already we submitted complaint in your rides - support option on 02-06-17. But till now amount not credited in our account.

            Pick up location wrongly taken by your application and driver asked to change the pick up location. When we tried to change the pick up location, it was not changed. Hence, cancelled booking.
            It observed that the cab driver for ola reg no. MH14gd 0302 is regularly making the city roads dirty by spitting frequently. This is contributing to unhygenic environment of Pune. Attached are photos as evidences. Request to train the drivers to follow good practices while on duty.

              When we booked the ola auto, two drivers came for the pick up. They were in drunken condition. The took us into different areas and disturbed too much during the ride. After we reached the destination, he cancelled the ride and charged too much. We asked him why he cancelled the ride. He replied that there is a problem in ola app and cancels automatically.

                Dear ola management,

                I would like to inform that ola taxi driver deepak walia[protected] banged in my wife's car driven - on 8th june, morning 8:25am in sector 27-d
                Deepak came to drop/pick someone in sector 27-d. My wife left for office at 8:20am and on the very next turn to our house, she turned the car to right
                When deepak was coming from the straight road and after seeing my car, he still continued to drive on same straight road and didnt bother to slow down.
                Eventually, his car's right side hit our car's left side. Thus, destroyed left head light, fender and bumper. I had got it analyzed from agency and got estimate
                Of 19000. When i called deepak back to tell the esitimate i got, he started behaving like anything and started giving lame excuses.

                I strongly recommend ola to check in this matter and ride on which he made this accident on 8th june and enquire about the episode.

                If such cases will continue to happen, ola or any taxi company will have a very bad name in market.

                When i asked if he can be of any help to me getting my car repaired, he blunlty said no and just have one excuse that his car also got some minor dent due to the bang.

                My family has suffered alot due to this ola service in chandigarh where drivers dont take ownership and just make fool of people of chandigarh.

                Kindly let me know if i can be of any help to investigate the deed of this ola driver and now ignoring the victim like anything.

                  I am a police officer. Today morning at 02.50 am i booked an ola cab from my mobile no. [protected] to pick up my family from green tower apartment, sector-23, dwarka, new delhi to t-3, igi airport, delhi to board a flight to jerman. A swift dezire with driver gayan singh having mobile no. [protected] intimated by ola was contacted who gave time of 10 minutes to report. After 10 minute i rang up again on the said number thrice but no response and when i tried fourth time the mobile was switched of. Then i had to book an other cab from uber and after much embarrassment caused by ola i reached the airport by uber at the last minute with my family. Thanks to uber.

                  Now i am sharing this bitter experience caused by ola, with my all relatives and friends and on all my groups on face book and watsaap. Apart from this i am also going to file a complaint in consumer court against ola for the compensation.

                      Good evening, this is in regards to the ola cab driver who came to pick me up for a meeting from electronic city to kormangala. (Bangalore) driver details-mr manu r/code-crn[protected]Tata inidca)-.
                      The driver was rude in his talking we were two doctors traveling to the meeting to pick up our colleague on the way, he told us this is not a bmtc bus, and we were forced to stop our trip half way through and take another cab. I have been using ola since past three years and me and my colleagues highly depend on your company for the services as we travel a lot, i would recommend you interact with this driver and give him a strict warning as how to talk to ladies, i even warned him we would complain but he told he doesn't care which shows that complaints in ola are not taken seriously, we were left stranded on flyover, kindly get back to me, as this had cost me a great deal of disappointment in your company and i have lost faith in your system, i rather use other cab services with descent drivers.

                          So i was charged ₹150 extra, unjustly for parking/toll, while there was no toll on our way to my destination. And it is not the first time i've taken a trip on the same route so believe me, i know. Even the driver was quite surprised with this. And i had to pay him the amount in cash as it would have been unfair to pay him ₹150 less as the mistake was on company's end and i'd really appreciate if my money, charged for an imaginary toll on our way, is returned to me as soon as possible.
                          Dear ola, i do not pay extra ₹600 every month for ola select membership to be charged for made up reasons. Irony is that i saved 45 and was charged 150 instead; so much for the savings.

                            This Legal Notice is in reference to OSN[protected]. I booked an Ola Share on June 8, 2017 using Ola App for two people including me. Pickup location was Gulmohur Towers, Chiranjeev Vihar, Ghaziabad. Drop location was Vaishali Metro Station. When Cab did not reach the location inspite of 5 minutes having elapsed, I had to call the driver (“Mr.Dharmendra Kumar” as per your APP). The first thing driver told me is that he is at far off place and by the time he will reach the ride will be cancelled (although as per map his location was shown to be very close to my place) and he insisted me on cancelling the ride. When I told him the urgency, ​he feigned unawareness about my location. Not only did I guide him to my location but for his convenience also came out of my flat and stood on the main road with my aged father. But after some 10 minutes exercise, after making me very late for my inevitable appointment, he finally told me that he cancelled the ride long back. When I told him that my app still shows some 12 minutes time to board, he dared to ask me "abbey pheli​ baar cab book ki hai kya"(Have you booked the cab for first time) and in reply I told that I will complain against him. Then he told me that “saale gaand maar ke andar kar dunga” (I will #### your ###) and “teri biwi bhi chod dunga” (I will #### your wife). Innocent me, without even knowing what would be coming forth, kept the call on speaker and got defamed, abused in front of my parents, colleagues and a friend. I immediately disconnected the call to save myself from embarrassment and further slander.

                            This unexpected behavior of your employee has caused harm to my image/reputation in front of my parents, colleagues and friends. I had already reported the incident the same day through Ola App but Ola has not shown any seriousness about the same. This lackadaisical attitude puts the safety of millions of passengers at stake and hence this legal notice. PFA call record of the same.

                            I hereby put you to strict notice that if strict action is not taken against the driver within 3 working days and also if I am not intimated and assured of the same, I will be constraint to inform appropriate authorities, share it on social media and take legal action against Ola and the driver under appropriate provisions of Indian Penal Code, 1860.

                              I had paid for my ola ride by my debit card as i had received a message from ola team that i would get discount if i pay by card. First i did not get any discount as usual. Ola coupons never apply and it is just a sham. Second i am still being asked to pay (Payment pending) else the app won't open. I used to travel daily 52km with ola and had always promoted it to my friends and family but of late i am highly disappointed and have shifted to uber since the app won't open unless i pay extra money. I request team ola to fix it please.

                                I had booked a micro ola cab for 10th june, 2017 morning which was duly confirmed by the company. The ola cab driver did not reach the desired location despite guiding him properly. On trying to contact he did not take the call. On my 11th attempt he rudely answered my call and told me that he had cancelled my booking. This is, by all means, an unprofessional approach which resulted in missing my train and an important appointment. Who is responsible for all this? How am i going to be compensated for this sort of attitude which caused me financial and mental agony? Am i required to move court of law for redressal of my grievances? May god save me from booking any ola cab ride.

                                    The distance of this journey is 50 minutes almost. But the ola cab driver were late to cover this distance on 2 hours almost.

                                    Dear sir, i want to legal action for this trouble because i my 300 money for ticket and lost my business about 10, 000 rupees and waste time. I want compensation for this loss.

                                      On june 1st 2017 i took a ride from indranagar to bangalore international airport with driver ameen shariff crn[protected] model nishan sunny. After i finished the ride money 916 rs ia deducted from my ola money but that driver requested me to pay the bill in cash ans said that sir your ola money will be refunded somehow i got fooled and paid him in cash. It seems driver is running a scam where i[censored] tell him that u have sufficient ola money and will pay by that then he tells the rider that "he doesn't have sufficient cash to fill the fuel and his atm card also broken. Please pay the amount in cash so that i can fill the fuel in car you will get your ola money refund." this is how he try to trap the rider. Now on airport itself i raised a complaint to ola to provide me refund but no action taken. After 7 to 8 days they said your money can't be refunded without telling any reason. Neither they took any action against that fraud driver.

                                      I want ola to refund my 916 rs ola money and a strict action against that driver so that he should not make fool any other customer further.

                                        This car was in mahim at 7.35pm evening with passengers and the driver was rash driving. I was on bike and almost met with accident because this car driver took wrong right turn.

                                        When i stopped him and questioned so he gave bad words and came out to fight me. I just took his car number and went from there.

                                        I don't know the make of car because driver was very aggressive so i did not decide to wait there longer or else he would have hurt me.

                                        Please take this complaint and request to take appropriate action since such drivers are dangerous for road, passengers and other riders.
