I really didn't want to give any stars but just because of the sake of leaving a feedback i had to! Yesterday the driver who picked me, specially saved my number and is constantly sending me messages on whatsapp. I've blocked him but this was very unexpected.in future i'll probably not be booking rides from my phone. Very disappointed with the ola staff!

    Total waste of time. Boarded share ola yesterday and i was first to ride and my destination was electronic city phase 1 but was taken to bangalore trip through domlur mahadevpura all lanes inside to pick up and drop other travelling with me. So the algorithm for ola cabs is not up to mark. They should pick customers who needs different destinations routes, its time waste for first person whose destination is far end. Today also going to silk board to reduce my travel time but unfortunately cab went through same yesterday long route. I am sitting inside for 1 hr 30 mins and not reached yet to silk board, boarded from seegehalli.

      I got the message from ola that "take an ola mini ride in delhi-ncr & get 50% of[censored]pto rs.75 on your second mini ride of the day today, 25th may. Ride now! Bit. Ly/1olacabs ”. I did the same thing but i didn't get the discount on my second mini ride on same day 25 th may. I complaint twice to ola support but first time they didn't resolve the issue and closed my complain without solving it. Second time i raised the complain but i think they blocked my email address because i the mails including the screen shot of the offer message i got from ola has been sent but not delivered to their email [protected]@olacabs.com. Is am totally fed up!!!

        I, mrs. Uchil aged 65, had booked a car in the morning from dahisar east ovaripada, between 7.30 & 7.45 to go to k. E. M hospital. But as the cars were not available at our location, i booked it from nearby location i. E. Gokul anand hotel, dahisar est. I had initially requested him to come to our location. I. E. Ovaripada which is 2-3 mins away from the gokul anand hotel but when he said he cannot come i agreed to reach him by taking an auto. As my husband is a semi hempleigia patient i had requested driver to come to our place. But when i reach gokul anand and called the driver he told me the drive is cancelled from the office. Why was it cancelled when i told him that i will reach him from where the booking was done. I didnt get a cab and i had to take an auto to borivli and then a taxi to kem hospital. I was very angry by the driver's reply. I had also explained that my husband is sick. I want you to take a strict action against this driver his number [protected]. Is this the way ola provides services to the physically challenged people or senior citizen

          I took a share ola cab from my office in pune on 7th june 2017 at 5.45pm (Car - white swift dzire - mh12nx4806). Cab arrived on time, all three o[censored]s were female passengers. Cab driver named salim shaikh started playing loud music. I told him thrice to low the music volume, but he dint seem to like it. He stopped for 2 minutes and then again he started playing weird loud music (Inappropriate songs), i told him to stop music, on this he argued with me, called up (Or made up a call) to someone talking in an abusive language and indirectly threatening and showing his frustration of taking a passenger who said him to stop music. Mine was last share drop, after dropping off 2nd co-passenger, in 100 m distance he started acting as if his gear box had some problem and giving me a reason that we cannot go forward because of breakdown of vehicle.
          As per him, vehicle could not be moved at all. I got down of the of cab, and within next 15 mins, he drove off (His acting ended) and his purpose of abandoning the trip midway was successful. I wasted almost an hour because of this trip and landed at a place which was not 7 kms away from my pickup point.

          Raised a compliant against the driver, i received my refund but what action has been taken on the driver is still not disclosed by ola saying its confidential.
          Ola should take strict action and pl. Screen drivers background before taking them on board.

            For vehicle number - up32 hn 3454 - driver name idris khan,

            Ola cabs please take action against this reckless driver. This man was driving on the wrong side of the road and almost tried to kill me when i was riding on my bike. The incident happened in-front of the iim lucknow campus and while he was dropping a passenger into the iim lucknow campus. When confronted he used a threatening language and also he was in no mood of accepting his mistake.

            Please make sure that you vet the drivers properly before employing them and make sure that the drivers don't have criminal background.

              . I booked a ola on 27th march 2017 night from mumbai terminal 2 for sanpada navi mumbai, and after reaching home i paid the bill of of rs 675 + tip of rs 25 and my wife gave the driver extra rs 50 as he was extra helpful.
              But we did not see he update his app for payment received.

              Now when i try to book a ride i m not able to book any ride from my app as it says bill of rs 674 + 50 cancellation outstanding.

              On lodging a complaint with ola i am told that "the drive claims non receipt of the money.

              I have neither registered by credit card nor using ola wallet. How can that be possible that the drive will ever live w/o taking money.

              I have been following up with their call centre but w/o any luck and the answer is same every time.

              In fact i have cctv footage of our society cctv where it will be visible i giving the money and my wife giving the money.

              So be ware of these unscrupulous people when u deal with taxi services like ola and uber and many more to come

              I suggest u send the drive to my place and i will show hin the cctv footage

                Hi consumer complaints,

                Ola cabs (Cab service in bengaluru) is charging extra to its rides. While booking the cab the distance is 45 km and the fare is 850. After traveling the distance is 45 km and fare is 1448. The bill is incorrectly created 78km and charged incorrectly for 33km

                Km travelled is only 45km however the billing shows 78km and charged extra.

                  The driver told us to cancel the booking as he wanted to do it personal. We declined his offer. He started the meter but after reaching the airport he took the rs.500/- given by us and told us as he will not get any return passengers the remaining amount is extra payment. We had no time to argue as had to catch our flight.
                  I am surprised by the type of drivers hired by ola. Is this the service in which the customers/clients are being harrased by charging extra.
                  If it is inconvenient for your drivers then the company should look into the matter but definitely the customers should not be taxed for this problem.
                  I want my refund of the extra unofficial payment done to a drunk driver.
                  I have decided never to use ola cabs as they are stouts fleecing money from their customers.

                    When I booked Ola for Railway Station nearby, it charges extremely high amount with calculations gone awfully wrong. Then, it refunds some small amount as ola money into my account. Even this is small. The calculations of fares are not at all transparent and there surely needs to be something done about it.

                    As for the exact amounts are concerned, Ola charged for 16.2 Kms. For 12.2 Kms, it charged 342 Rs. to begin with. Then, it says I was given a rebate of 132 (I should be happy now !!) and overall it charges me Rs. 252. Then, it reduces it to Rs. 112 (As the actual distance was only 7.5 Kms). But that would also mean a per km charge of Rs. 30 post the first 4 Kms which is nowhere mentioned. Highly non-transparent and unethical behaviour by this company.

                    Driver harass the customers all the time . When it showing ur cab is in 2 min. And driver says it will take 20 min. All the time it happened with me. Very pathatic service ola have.next time I'll never select this service and will tell all my frnds n group that uninstall OLA app. Don't use this service.

                      I booked a ola on my way to railway station. An hour prior to my train timings i booked ola cab. Once the cab reached, he saw my luggage (Just one suitcase) and he started yelling at me saying he will not allow my briefcase in the middle of the road and he demanded me 200 rupees more.                         The captioned topic refers. I took a ride on a Ola cab ( CRN[protected] on 5th June evening. The estimate at the time of booking showed around Rs 250 for a 12 km ride. On reaching destination the bill turned out to be Rs 621 which I paid thinking it to be congestion charge. When I got the e receipt an hour later I was shocked to see the the travel distance of 34 kms! The travel map showed taking a opposite route to Mulund and coming back to Versova via Powai, whereas, the actual route taken was BKC-Western expressway-Milan Subway-Juhu Circle which is around 13-14 kms.This is clear tampering of the route map by the driver Shahabuddin Sheikh. In Mumbai at peak hours to cover 34 kms you need atleast 2.30 hours and not an hour and 2 minutes as per the data.

                        Please have it it investigated.

                          The best worst answer from the customer care. We boarded the cab around 12:44 am on june 4th with crn[protected]. When we boarded and at the toll gate the cab driver asked the toll gate fee which i rejected to pay as i booked the cab by ola money. The ola cab driver informed that you pay the amount otherwise u will be dropped at airport agian. So i asked him to drop at airport. For that ola has charged me rs. 459/- from my ola money. The unprofessional driver details has been provided by ola and unfortunately ola has charged me the bill which is very unfortunate and poor service from ola. Rs.459/- has been deducted where my mistake is not there and i didnt get the proper solution from the customer care also. It worst service and response from ola. When i call to the customer care they informed that driver partner should be available. How should i approach ur driver where my mistake is not there. Refund the amount.

                          Ola should not suffer and blame the customers for their profits.

                            I engaged ola cabs for my travel from dwarka sector 4 to t3 terminal if i airport new delhi on saturday 4th june 2017. The mini cab fare estimate while booking showed rs.265. The cab driver expressed certain difficlty in his mobile phone as a result he could not use his mobile during the entire trip. After reaching the destination he could not close the trip and did not collect any money. My ola app and my booking of that trip was to paid through ola money. Much later on 4th june i received an invoice for that trip for rs 548. Ola cabs had deducted rs 355.00 from the ola money and balance for settlement by cash. This is increasingly higher fare and the entire ola app system seemed to be quite unfriendly and unsystematic. I could not raise any complaint through the app. After reaching mumbai similar problem was faced by me about the fare. I switched to uber and could travel incurring normal fare. I wish i could speak to someone in ola cabs and sort out this issue.

                              Total ride cost 247 rupees
                              Got paid 126 rupees from my ola money wallet
                              And i have paid 230 rupees instead of 121 rupees, the extra amount 109 rs which i paid pls transfer to my ola wallet, i hope this happens due to acceptence of new ride without completing the current ride by the ola driver. And after completion of ride the total amount was not shown.

                              I booked a cab from Faridabad Sector 10 to Gurugram Sector 23. But Cab droped me at Gurugram Sector 21E and saying to considered this location is the Sector 23.

                                They are increasing the fares widout informing any one. I went from same location to location for 200 times, the fare was charged rs 50 however suddenly from few days they are charging exorbitantly higher fees. And the interesting fact is that my office to home return journey is charged with only Rs 50 however they have cheatingly put the higher rate in my home to office journey. I have complained in customer care but they dnt have sufficient explanations. Pl do something against this co

                                  The driver name Muddassar Patel who is attached to my car needs to be deactivated and blocked permanently for integrity and security reasons. The reason is that the documents submitted is of the name mentioned above but the photo or the person who is actually driving is different. I also believe that strict action should be taken against the OLA executive who has registered his name in OLA records. I will surely take legal action against OLA for the same and taking customers for granted. As soon as i realised it i am bringing this to your notice.

                                  I have book ola on 29 May 17 for 30 May 1005 AM with CRN[protected]. But on last movement ola has cancelled my booking due to that i unable to manage other option. I got mently distrubed due fear of losing flight from Delhi. This cause me great inconvenience and also financial loss to manage other options. I will go to consumer form against ola.

                                    As in subject, mh03bc3022 car number and crn[protected], he didn't have the courtesy to call and apologise. Cancelled as i did not tell him the destination... Very unprofessional and affecting the ola brand. We were all at inconvenience due to this behaviour...
                                    Does ola allow a driver to cancel without any valid reason... Is this going to be addressed as i do not see this kind of behaviour arising from uber in mumbai i

                                    Looks like there is nothing done by OLA on cancellation and hence they are free to take this decision without an impact to their rating
                                    The ola driver charged too high for the ride even though the distance was not very large. The white vista driver charged Rs.450 for a distance of around just 6-7km on the morning of 30th of may 2017.

                                      My parents were travelling from chanakya restaurant to hotel royal orchid.. I bookes cab it was showing only hotel royal orchid no area was showing.. So i selected.. It was showing 117 rs... Driver thought that hotel is in banipark... My parents were continuosly saying dont take this route... We r telling u the route.. But he always say no.. I know the route n i ll go by my route... At last my father say that we r not going to banipark... We want to go royal orchid dirgapura... N driver charged 200 rs.. From them... It was fully drivers mistake... N i wnt my money back.

                                      Ola charged me more on, where uber charge in morning less to go, on returned Ola charged just double for 17 Km
                                      Phone lost in the ola cab where we can put some material..at door of cab where the is some space... We are travelling from palam quarter to anand vihar railway station..Handset was lava flair z1.. One sim of vodaphone and as card of 16gb.many pics
                                      I hired a OLA Taxi on 14.05.2017 at 8.30 PM from galata gate to my residence about 17 KM
                                      In the morning I use uber Taxi and paid Rs196/- for the same distance,
                                      but Ola Taxi charged Rs 346/- for the same distance
                                      Hence they cheated me

                                        Driver dropped at bandra station, claiming booking for the same.
                                        Further it was very inconvenient, as i didn't get a cab for 1 hr. & subsequently tried to book ola cab minimum 5 times from that location.
                                        Every time driver was refusing after confirm booking.
                                        Finally traveled with great difficulty by private taxi.
