    Good evening, this is in regards to the ola cab driver who came to pick me up for a meeting from electronic city to kormangala. (Bangalore) driver details-mr manu r/code-crn[protected]Tata inidca)-.
    The driver was rude in his talking we were two doctors traveling to the meeting to pick up our colleague on the way, he told us this is not a bmtc bus, and we were forced to stop our trip half way through and take another cab. I have been using ola since past three years and me and my colleagues highly depend on your company for the services as we travel a lot, i would recommend you interact with this driver and give him a strict warning as how to talk to ladies, i even warned him we would complain but he told he doesn't care which shows that complaints in ola are not taken seriously, we were left stranded on flyover, kindly get back to me, as this had cost me a great deal of disappointment in your company and i have lost faith in your system, i rather use other cab services with descent drivers.

        So i was charged ₹150 extra, unjustly for parking/toll, while there was no toll on our way to my destination. And it is not the first time i've taken a trip on the same route so believe me, i know. Even the driver was quite surprised with this. And i had to pay him the amount in cash as it would have been unfair to pay him ₹150 less as the mistake was on company's end and i'd really appreciate if my money, charged for an imaginary toll on our way, is returned to me as soon as possible.
        Dear ola, i do not pay extra ₹600 every month for ola select membership to be charged for made up reasons. Irony is that i saved 45 and was charged 150 instead; so much for the savings.

          This Legal Notice is in reference to OSN[protected]. I booked an Ola Share on June 8, 2017 using Ola App for two people including me. Pickup location was Gulmohur Towers, Chiranjeev Vihar, Ghaziabad. Drop location was Vaishali Metro Station. When Cab did not reach the location inspite of 5 minutes having elapsed, I had to call the driver (“Mr.Dharmendra Kumar” as per your APP). The first thing driver told me is that he is at far off place and by the time he will reach the ride will be cancelled (although as per map his location was shown to be very close to my place) and he insisted me on cancelling the ride. When I told him the urgency, ​he feigned unawareness about my location. Not only did I guide him to my location but for his convenience also came out of my flat and stood on the main road with my aged father. But after some 10 minutes exercise, after making me very late for my inevitable appointment, he finally told me that he cancelled the ride long back. When I told him that my app still shows some 12 minutes time to board, he dared to ask me "abbey pheli​ baar cab book ki hai kya"(Have you booked the cab for first time) and in reply I told that I will complain against him. Then he told me that “saale gaand maar ke andar kar dunga” (I will #### your ###) and “teri biwi bhi chod dunga” (I will #### your wife). Innocent me, without even knowing what would be coming forth, kept the call on speaker and got defamed, abused in front of my parents, colleagues and a friend. I immediately disconnected the call to save myself from embarrassment and further slander.

          This unexpected behavior of your employee has caused harm to my image/reputation in front of my parents, colleagues and friends. I had already reported the incident the same day through Ola App but Ola has not shown any seriousness about the same. This lackadaisical attitude puts the safety of millions of passengers at stake and hence this legal notice. PFA call record of the same.

          I hereby put you to strict notice that if strict action is not taken against the driver within 3 working days and also if I am not intimated and assured of the same, I will be constraint to inform appropriate authorities, share it on social media and take legal action against Ola and the driver under appropriate provisions of Indian Penal Code, 1860.

            I had paid for my ola ride by my debit card as i had received a message from ola team that i would get discount if i pay by card. First i did not get any discount as usual. Ola coupons never apply and it is just a sham. Second i am still being asked to pay (Payment pending) else the app won't open. I used to travel daily 52km with ola and had always promoted it to my friends and family but of late i am highly disappointed and have shifted to uber since the app won't open unless i pay extra money. I request team ola to fix it please.

              I had booked a micro ola cab for 10th june, 2017 morning which was duly confirmed by the company. The ola cab driver did not reach the desired location despite guiding him properly. On trying to contact he did not take the call. On my 11th attempt he rudely answered my call and told me that he had cancelled my booking. This is, by all means, an unprofessional approach which resulted in missing my train and an important appointment. Who is responsible for all this? How am i going to be compensated for this sort of attitude which caused me financial and mental agony? Am i required to move court of law for redressal of my grievances? May god save me from booking any ola cab ride.

                    On june 1st 2017 i took a ride from indranagar to bangalore international airport with driver ameen shariff crn[protected] model nishan sunny. After i finished the ride money 916 rs ia deducted from my ola money but that driver requested me to pay the bill in cash ans said that sir your ola money will be refunded somehow i got fooled and paid him in cash. It seems driver is running a scam where i[censored] tell him that u have sufficient ola money and will pay by that then he tells the rider that "he doesn't have sufficient cash to fill the fuel and his atm card also broken. Please pay the amount in cash so that i can fill the fuel in car you will get your ola money refund." this is how he try to trap the rider. Now on airport itself i raised a complaint to ola to provide me refund but no action taken. After 7 to 8 days they said your money can't be refunded without telling any reason. Neither they took any action against that fraud driver.

                    I want ola to refund my 916 rs ola money and a strict action against that driver so that he should not make fool any other customer further.

                      Complaint car number : mh46-bb-0465

                      This car was in mahim at 7.35pm evening with passengers and the driver was rash driving. I was on bike and almost met with accident because this car driver took wrong right turn.

                      When i stopped him and questioned so he gave bad words and came out to fight me. I just took his car number and went from there.

                      I don't know the make of car because driver was very aggressive so i did not decide to wait there longer or else he would have hurt me.

                      Please take this complaint and request to take appropriate action since such drivers are dangerous for road, passengers and other riders.

                        I really didn't want to give any stars but just because of the sake of leaving a feedback i had to! Yesterday the driver who picked me, specially saved my number and is constantly sending me messages on whatsapp. I've blocked him but this was very unexpected.in future i'll probably not be booking rides from my phone. Very disappointed with the ola staff!

                          Total waste of time. Boarded share ola yesterday and i was first to ride and my destination was electronic city phase 1 but was taken to bangalore trip through domlur mahadevpura all lanes inside to pick up and drop other travelling with me. So the algorithm for ola cabs is not up to mark. They should pick customers who needs different destinations routes, its time waste for first person whose destination is far end. Today also going to silk board to reduce my travel time but unfortunately cab went through same yesterday long route. I am sitting inside for 1 hr 30 mins and not reached yet to silk board, boarded from seegehalli.

                            I got the message from ola that "take an ola mini ride in delhi-ncr & get 50% of[censored]pto rs.75 on your second mini ride of the day today, 25th may. Ride now! Bit. Ly/1olacabs ”. I did the same thing but i didn't get the discount on my second mini ride on same day 25 th may. I complaint twice to ola support but first time they didn't resolve the issue and closed my complain without solving it. Second time i raised the complain but i think they blocked my email address because i the mails including the screen shot of the offer message i got from ola has been sent but not delivered to their email [protected]@olacabs.com. Is am totally fed up!!!

                              I, mrs. Uchil aged 65, had booked a car in the morning from dahisar east ovaripada, between 7.30 & 7.45 to go to k. E. M hospital. But as the cars were not available at our location, i booked it from nearby location i. E. Gokul anand hotel, dahisar est. I had initially requested him to come to our location. I. E. Ovaripada which is 2-3 mins away from the gokul anand hotel but when he said he cannot come i agreed to reach him by taking an auto. As my husband is a semi hempleigia patient i had requested driver to come to our place. But when i reach gokul anand and called the driver he told me the drive is cancelled from the office. Why was it cancelled when i told him that i will reach him from where the booking was done. I didnt get a cab and i had to take an auto to borivli and then a taxi to kem hospital. I was very angry by the driver's reply. I had also explained that my husband is sick. I want you to take a strict action against this driver his number [protected]. Is this the way ola provides services to the physically challenged people or senior citizen

                                I took a share ola cab from my office in pune on 7th june 2017 at 5.45pm (Car - white swift dzire - mh12nx4806). Cab arrived on time, all three o[censored]s were female passengers. Cab driver named salim shaikh started playing loud music. I told him thrice to low the music volume, but he dint seem to like it. He stopped for 2 minutes and then again he started playing weird loud music (Inappropriate songs), i told him to stop music, on this he argued with me, called up (Or made up a call) to someone talking in an abusive language and indirectly threatening and showing his frustration of taking a passenger who said him to stop music. Mine was last share drop, after dropping off 2nd co-passenger, in 100 m distance he started acting as if his gear box had some problem and giving me a reason that we cannot go forward because of breakdown of vehicle.
                                As per him, vehicle could not be moved at all. I got down of the of cab, and within next 15 mins, he drove off (His acting ended) and his purpose of abandoning the trip midway was successful. I wasted almost an hour because of this trip and landed at a place which was not 7 kms away from my pickup point.

                                Raised a compliant against the driver, i received my refund but what action has been taken on the driver is still not disclosed by ola saying its confidential.
                                Ola should take strict action and pl. Screen drivers background before taking them on board.

                                  For vehicle number - up32 hn 3454 - driver name idris khan,

                                  Ola cabs please take action against this reckless driver. This man was driving on the wrong side of the road and almost tried to kill me when i was riding on my bike. The incident happened in-front of the iim lucknow campus and while he was dropping a passenger into the iim lucknow campus. When confronted he used a threatening language and also he was in no mood of accepting his mistake.

                                  Please make sure that you vet the drivers properly before employing them and make sure that the drivers don't have criminal background.

                                    . I booked a ola on 27th march 2017 night from mumbai terminal 2 for sanpada navi mumbai, and after reaching home i paid the bill of of rs 675 + tip of rs 25 and my wife gave the driver extra rs 50 as he was extra helpful.
                                    But we did not see he update his app for payment received.

                                    Now when i try to book a ride i m not able to book any ride from my app as it says bill of rs 674 + 50 cancellation outstanding.

                                    On lodging a complaint with ola i am told that "the drive claims non receipt of the money.

                                    I have neither registered by credit card nor using ola wallet. How can that be possible that the drive will ever live w/o taking money.

                                    I have been following up with their call centre but w/o any luck and the answer is same every time.

                                    In fact i have cctv footage of our society cctv where it will be visible i giving the money and my wife giving the money.

                                    So be ware of these unscrupulous people when u deal with taxi services like ola and uber and many more to come

                                    I suggest u send the drive to my place and i will show hin the cctv footage

                                      Ola cabs (Cab service in bengaluru) is charging extra to its rides. While booking the cab the distance is 45 km and the fare is 850. After traveling the distance is 45 km and fare is 1448. The bill is incorrectly created 78km and charged incorrectly for 33km

                                        The driver told us to cancel the booking as he wanted to do it personal. We declined his offer. He started the meter but after reaching the airport he took the rs.500/- given by us and told us as he will not get any return passengers the remaining amount is extra payment. We had no time to argue as had to catch our flight.
                                        I am surprised by the type of drivers hired by ola. Is this the service in which the customers/clients are being harrased by charging extra.
                                        If it is inconvenient for your drivers then the company should look into the matter but definitely the customers should not be taxed for this problem.
                                        I want my refund of the extra unofficial payment done to a drunk driver.
                                        I have decided never to use ola cabs as they are stouts fleecing money from their customers.
