The driver name Muddassar Patel who is attached to my car needs to be deactivated and blocked permanently for integrity and security reasons. The reason is that the documents submitted is of the name mentioned above but the photo or the person who is actually driving is different. I also believe that strict action should be taken against the OLA executive who has registered his name in OLA records. I will surely take legal action against OLA for the same and taking customers for granted. As soon as i realised it i am bringing this to your notice.

I have book ola on 29 May 17 for 30 May 1005 AM with CRN[protected]. But on last movement ola has cancelled my booking due to that i unable to manage other option. I got mently distrubed due fear of losing flight from Delhi. This cause me great inconvenience and also financial loss to manage other options. I will go to consumer form against ola.

    As in subject, mh03bc3022 car number and crn[protected], he didn't have the courtesy to call and apologise. Cancelled as i did not tell him the destination... Very unprofessional and affecting the ola brand. We were all at inconvenience due to this behaviour...
    Does ola allow a driver to cancel without any valid reason... Is this going to be addressed as i do not see this kind of behaviour arising from uber in mumbai i

    Looks like there is nothing done by OLA on cancellation and hence they are free to take this decision without an impact to their rating
    The ola driver charged too high for the ride even though the distance was not very large. The white vista driver charged Rs.450 for a distance of around just 6-7km on the morning of 30th of may 2017.

      My parents were travelling from chanakya restaurant to hotel royal orchid.. I bookes cab it was showing only hotel royal orchid no area was showing.. So i selected.. It was showing 117 rs... Driver thought that hotel is in banipark... My parents were continuosly saying dont take this route... We r telling u the route.. But he always say no.. I know the route n i ll go by my route... At last my father say that we r not going to banipark... We want to go royal orchid dirgapura... N driver charged 200 rs.. From them... It was fully drivers mistake... N i wnt my money back.

      Ola charged me more on, where uber charge in morning less to go, on returned Ola charged just double for 17 Km
      Phone lost in the ola cab where we can put some material..at door of cab where the is some space... We are travelling from palam quarter to anand vihar railway station..Handset was lava flair z1.. One sim of vodaphone and as card of 16gb.many pics
      I hired a OLA Taxi on 14.05.2017 at 8.30 PM from galata gate to my residence about 17 KM
      In the morning I use uber Taxi and paid Rs196/- for the same distance,
      but Ola Taxi charged Rs 346/- for the same distance
      Hence they cheated me

        Driver dropped at bandra station, claiming booking for the same.
        Further it was very inconvenient, as i didn't get a cab for 1 hr. & subsequently tried to book ola cab minimum 5 times from that location.
        Every time driver was refusing after confirm booking.
        Finally traveled with great difficulty by private taxi.

          I have hired a eon Ola cab on 14.05.2017 at8.30PM on return to my home where I go to galata gate Jaipur in morning by uber at8.30AM
          I paid Rs 196/- for to go by uber which also took long rout
          I paid Rs 346/- for return journey by Ola eon cab
          hence 1.77% more than uber for same distance where uber also took long rout than usual 17 km
          I usually go to my relative by my car and it is 17 km distance
          hence we can say Ola cab are more cheater than uber

            Dear ola team,

            On 27 may 2017 booked ola cabs. We have given the guidance of pickup location to driver by calling on his number [protected] nearly 6 times besides gps. Every time he was assuring that, he will reach the pickup point in 2-3 minutes. We called ola customer care number [protected] so that they will guide the driver & bring seriousness to driver of dropping us at exam center of llm entrance in time but invain.

            I have already informed the driver that i have to appear for my llm entrance exam during my every call.

            The driver canceled ride after half an hour waiting and stopped responding calls.

            I could not reach my exam centre in time and hence missed my exam. It has reflected major loss in my legal career profession and mental agony by missing the exam.

            On 27 may mailed to ola support; not received satisfactory response, on 2nd june mailed ola support 2nd time but in vain.

            The attachments and screenshots are the evidences in support of our claim. Attached llm entrance hall ticket also for reference.

            We have expressed our concern through mail and also through this forum (see the complaint on 2nd June 2017) but not received any response from your end.

            Please address the concern as I am worried of missing my academic year of LLM.

            We will wait for 15 days from now and if not receive any response from you, we are constrained to proceed legally in formal manner.

            It seems you are not interested to address our concern. Even over phone not received appropriate reply when called Ola call center. Can we expect your reply at the earliest. We have given enough time to respond, now we cant wait as it will affect my legal profession career besides LLM course.

              Mera mobile is ola cab me reh gya tha 10min baad maine call kiya phone turant switch off ho gya tha... Maine driver ko call kiya to unka reply tha ki kisi sawari ne phone utha liya hoga... Itni fast koun si service 10 min ke ander sawari bhi mil gai aur phone bhi switch ho gya...

              Mujhe iska turant reply chahiye agar nhi karte to police complain bhi kar dunga is driver ke khilaf...

                As calculated its 13.8 kms from shivanagar to madiwala for which should have been rs.180 approximately, the entire money of rs..483/- in my wallet has been deducted,
                Dear ola team

                I am again and telling that my total ola money was. Deducted, i want to know the reason.
                The driver was honest to call and tell that extra amount has been deducted from ola wallet and kindly report.
                So i sent mail if you not refunding my balance amount that is unfair and loosing a good customer. Kindly verify since 6th april 2017 i am using your service and spent approximately rs.10-12000/-.
                I was not happy with the reply of ms. Sreevani sending an automated report without even verifying, rs.260 is n0t a big money but the customer support and service is important.

                  I recharged my OLA money wallet with Rs 599 using the code OMMAY599.

                  But I have not received the 25%-off vouchers, they promised for the recharge.

                  When I contacted OLA customer service, they say the promo code wasn't applied. Even after repeated emails they send me the same template reply.

                  The only reason I recharged for the amount of 599 was because if this offer. The was automatically applied on Ola App, when I clicked on the offer in the page.

                  As a regular customer of Ola for a long time now, I feel very cheated by this.

                  You sent me the offer notification. I recharged as soon as I received it. I added the code OMMAY599. Now when I have used it, I haven't received the promised vouchers.

                  Please look into this. Your response is extremely disappointing and amounts to cheating a regular customer of Rs 599. I did not expect such practices from Ola.

                    distance 7 km and bill 147.

                    but in same time approx. 8 am I booked ola from belghoria to camac street distance approx. 16 km bill was 207. CRN[protected]

                    I want to know why they took more price before peak hours.

                      Bavdhan-pune to mumbai international air port distance is 151 km check on google maps, actual distance coveted by taxi is 170 km-acceptable. Driver charged 60 km extra, that is total 230 km. Logic of extra charge is not explained, when complaint raised to ola. They have not given any explaination for overcharge, this is clear cheating by driver. I want ola to return extra charges charged and explain how driver can charge extra. Ola is a gps based travel service and should charge based on actual distance travelled. Even rate card does not indicate for any extra charges. It was a non stop ride from pune to mumbai airport.

                        I booked a cab on 29 May 2017. the driver reached on pick up point and he refused to pick up just bcoz I have cerebral palsy he said that book another cab. his behavior was so bad and I want to take action against him so in future no one will face such problems again or plz declare in OLA sites that we dont serve a disable person.

                          My name is mohit bhardwaj, have my car attached with ola, through this email i would like to you bring to your notice a serious escalation against driver attached with ola richard dsouza pan card no. Bpkpd5193k, driverss licence no mh-02-[protected], he was attached to my car last week and drove for 3 days till 22nd of may, this driver is a serious nuisance and a thief, he has ran away with all the cash kept in my car collection of approx. Rs 6800 plus rs 500 extra which i gave to him for toll and cng which was earned through cash rides and has also broken the mobile handset which was given to him to be used as a device, i visited the borivali mumbai ola office twice but was told to send an email as they could not do anything there, i have tried to contact this driver and in response i was told (Joh karna hai karle police waale and ola waale meri jeb main hain, mera uthna baithna hai inke saath), when i went to his address mentioned on the adhar card i was told (Iska har 2-3 hafte main aisa kaand hota hai as he is a serious drug addict as well) i must have called him at least 100-200 times but he has blocked me and has not given my money and money for damage for the broken device he kept in the car and ran away, i was told by him koi mera kuch nahi kar sakta joh karna hai karle ja, today when i saw my ola partner application i could see that his name is not even there as a driver for my vehicle, i am writing this email to you as a serious escalation as he has also told me he has deposited fake documents in ola, if you check his date of birth on his adhar card and his licence its not even matching, i don’t even know how ola could attach him with such fake documents (He told me unhe jaake 200-300 diya toh ola waale kuch bhi kar dete hain paisa khake..

                          Ola is a very big brand guys and i have full faith and trust in this brand i am just wondering how many people he must have cheated before me, including me and how many more genuine ola partners he can easily cheat by just changing ola partner after running away with the cash and device and as he has no fear of police or ola he might even steal someone’s car as when i went to his area i was told iske liye yeh chooti se baat hai, drug addict aadmi hai, i am sure with his attachment in ola with fake documents he feels he can do anything as his dob is also different on his licence, aadhar card and his pan card, i request ola management to block him permanenty from ola so that he stops cheating more people, such people are only spoiling the ola brand name and people like me are getting cheated by thieves and drug addicts like him (I also fail to understand how was his police verification approved, my sincere request is to please take this escalation seriously, i will be also forwarding this complaint to police station, will post it on facebook, twitter and social media so that everyone can realise that such cheaters are tought a lesson by blocking them permanenty so that they dont cheat others.

                          Hoping for the strictest possible punishment for him and waiting for your reply.

                            I booked an Ola cab on Saturday 27/06/2017 at 18:53. Driver name Ravinder ([protected]) White swift dzire - HR 66A8639. The driver called me that he is waiting at my location in Alakhnanda market. I told him to stand near SBI atm which was on the road in Alakhnanda Market. We reached couldn't able to find the cab, I called the driver once again he said I am just 300 mts fare from the pick up point, he asked me where you want to go, I said Noida Sector - 74. After that its been 20 mins cab didn't turned up. I called the driver once again to check where he is lost, he said client is already sitting with me and he is going to Laxminagar. I told him when you spoke to me I told you I will go to sector 74 noida then how come you taking different client to laxmi nagar. This was my first problem I faced.
                            Second time when I booked the cab it was mini the fare was showing till drop was Rs 355/- I clearly mentioned my drop point on the app Supertech cape town sector 74. Noida. Driver Mr Subhash came late reached in 15 mins while booking it was showing 3 mins. When I was dropped the driver charged me Rs 415/-. Subhash car was White wagon R HR 55AA6862. Subhash told me could be an technical error thats why the amount was showing less. These 02 issues are very serious for me. I want full refund for this harassment and wrong billing. If the problem is not sorted out then I will go very higher which you have never thought of.

                              Driver missbehaved after puting wrong destination and took money for 100m distance we asked him to atleast drop us from where he picked us up bt he didint and left us on road. When i have paid via online volet it was not alerting so driver said pay in cash, i paid him cash of 542/-. Later i got the message of online duduct also.                                   We booked a Old share cab for Ashish Complex @ Rs.191, booking was confirmed and within 2 mins it got camcelled from your end & we had to book a new cab @ Rs. 195. If we cancel a booking, you are charging 25 Rs. Cancellation fee, then why are you not refunding same amount in case you cancel the booking, This is not fair. We expect quick action on this.

                                  We lodged a complaint against booking cancelled by you and we immediately got a call from [protected], asking about nature of our complaint, as a compensation, he offered rs. 500, but for that he wanted our dr. Card details with cvv no. & told you cannot transfer money to our old money account. Why it is so? We will not give any account no. If at all you wish to resolve this matter by said amt. Please transfer it to my old money account.

                                    I booked a ride from kbr convention hall to chappal bazar. My wife n my kids were travlleing. My wife asked him to put some ac.. He refused, then she opened the window glass the driver asked not to do that... She felt suffocation inaide. Driver misbehaved n asked my wife n kids to get down.. He left them at gayatri mitra residency... Just on the road, just few mins away from the origin...

                                    My wife is 8 months pregnant n she had to wait on the road in this 40degrees temperature n she had to take an auto to reach chappal bazar.

                                    This is the service o[censored]r drivers. Here i am sincerely requesting you to cancel his membership asap and take necessary action. Rs 86 has been deducted from my account for this ride.

                                    If not i am going to the court for sure.

                                    Please check my previous mails i really had bad experiences with ola drivers where 4 drivers continuously cancelled the cab request before picking up the passengers.

                                    Please let us know what you would do if the similar incident happens with ola md or cmd's wife?

                                    Please do not allow these kind of people who do not know how to talk and behave with the passengers... Would the driver does the same thing if her wife was there in the cab?

                                    Here i am requesting you again n again to cancel his membership n never take him again in ola... If no action taken then i dunno what i am gonna do with the driver n i am going to the court.

                                      I'm writing to bring to the notice of everyone the absolute shameless and callous attitude of Ola customer care. They charged me 2.5 times the base fare and there was absolutely no indication of that when I hit on confirm booking. Also, they have disabled the viewing of this particular ride that I took after I logged in a complaint on their support center. I wonder what kind of a service provider would indulge in such lowly underhanded tactics other than one that is trying to hide its nefarious intentions and operations. I'm seriously considering filing a case against this company if they do not respond logically to my complaint within an acceptable timeframe. I'm truly shocked at this kind of service and tactics. Please stop treating customers this way! You never know when bad times hit you!

                                      I have lodged complaints on the in-app Ola support section. However, rarely has any complaint been even responded to, let alone be addressed to the satisfaction of the complainant. It is appalling that they even disable the revisiting of the ride details when you try to click on it to review it. They don't want you to raise another ticket. This is absolutely not how customer satisfaction processes work! I work in service industry too and we can't stop a customer from raising further tickets to unresolved ones. This is underhanded, unprofessional, appalling and disturbing too if you ask me. You are arm twisting a passenger to accept sudden obnoxious dynamic pricing without displaying the charge correctly while booking and using further cheap tactics to stop them from raising further complaints on the concerned ride. Please come back with a valid and logical explanation for such unprofessional and unacceptable customer service protocols you have set up. Please refund the remainder amount to my account as I am sincerely hoping to settle this matter sooner or I will be forced to seek legal action.

                                        i booked this auto, when i callled him, he asked me where to drop, i told him Padampura which is near to the pickup location, he didnt came for 30 minutes, and i was calling him again and again, then i decided to go on his location, I met him, he was full drunk, his smell was so intence, i asked why are you not coming on my location.? he replied इतना छोटा भाडा नई मारते हम(it means we dont take small rides), then i told him to cancel the ride, he abised me and my mother, he said matharchod, bhainchod to me and my mother,
