1) In previous ola app they used to show us the peak pricing but now they are not showing the peak pricing details. By hiding the details they are charging the prices.

2) Now they are not showing the fare break up like distance traveled, peak pricing, ride time etc in the invoices. Directly showing the amount charged and taxes in the invoices.

3) Every time they are charging higher by setting peak price and cheating us. The ola advertisement shows 6rs/km which is not at all applicable as every time they are charging higher by hiding peak price.

Kindly check the screen shots attached showing the old app invoice and new app invoice.

I booked a cab through OLA, driver cancelled the trip. And they are charging the cancellation charges and also not waving off and not deleting my account.

Please help.

    As per the scheme upto Rs 75 cashback is applicable on first time using debit or credit card for cab rides. I got the cashback in the previous two rides on Monday and Tuesday evening but not on the ride in Wednesday morning even though my bill was more than the amt to be credited as per the condition placed by ola. Please credit the amount in my ola money

      I have booked ola cab yesterday my booking no. Is crn[protected]. I have traveled 18 km from your auto and my bill was 20 rupees in his and my mobile. Whatever mistake in your software. I don't know. I told him that take 20 rupees. After this your driver uses bed language in front of all market and forced me to give 150 rupees. And finally i payed him. Whatever mistake in your software. I don't know. He took my mobile and give 5 star by itself on feedback. That was very sad moment for me..

      OLA CAB - For the same distance of 9 kms in the morning, I was charged RS.155 but in the evening on return it was Rs.279 for the same distance which is nearly double for the same distance. Even the driver himself agreed it was doubled. I need a decent reply for this double charge and immediate refund. Pls reply soon

      Just blocklist the OLA from your preference. If all done the same means they would feel the same on them will believe their fault. Also i[censored] wanna take any action against them means file a case against them in consumer court.

          I have been using ola auto past 2months on daily basis for travel to office.. distance-1.2 km. I used to be charged 29/- as per the 4kms offer. Today suddenly i have been charged 37/- i am told rates have increased. Then why still showing that offer. Then customer care said, 1st 10 rides is flat 29/- after that 10rs access fee! I have never seen this clause ever. I preferred ola auto to normal autos as Bangalore autos overcharge!
          I was tolerating ola autos cancellations​ and not responding to booking even though i saw empty ola autos passing in front of me! I already raise these issues without any results. After this misleading fares and no transparency in the fare system, i will choose not to use ola auto anymore.

          I am facing the same issue every day and this is happening since the past 10 days. Earlier it used to be 30rs now they charge 37 Rs. It is a case everyday and I am not sure if this is genuinely for a high demand of autos

            Hi,

            I am pamidimukkala sree arsha Ex employee of olacabs who worked from aug 2014 and resigned

            on 21 sept 2015. I have rejoined on 9th december and have resigned again on 21 sep 2016.

            I have resigned in first case due to my health issue and I had undergone surgery for nose, I

            have promised and told ola that I would be back and as per the need I had resumed services.

            I had moved to olacabs strategic team (Market research team) in kormangala auro center.

            In the month of Feb 2015 I had moved to MR team. I was under the supervision of Anil Bajaj

            and Munish Jindal. The issue is regarding the letter which has been sent to my home address in

            visakhapatnam and my parents who were unaware has acknowledged it.

            The MR team has been given force resignation in terms as the process has undergone changes

            it shut down and I had resigned just 20 days before that, they have been paid with the 13 days

            salary and given months salary compensation. I had told the respect AM parikshit borah the

            reason to leave in second instance about the health issue (Accident - Nerve rupture and damage)

            I Have clearly mentioned that I can't serve notice period as I was unable even move on my legs.

            I didn't like the way you people did, I have updated my phone no to my own and you should not

            drag my dad and call him. The person named sai lekha or sasi lekha he told didn't play good role

            If one's parent who lives far off location and has no clue on any subject related to that they can't

            answer right. For your kind information I would be proud to tell that I have worked with

            Madhusudhan subbanna, manjunath raghunath who pioneered ola when it was little and I was

            doing one the best agents on floor and that was the reason picked up to serve in Market research

            team. Don't be partial or helpless if one employee do leave the organization. I have respect on

            my managers and olacabs but this incident has ruptured everything. Also I would like to tell the

            PF amount was not processed. My father has told that I need to revert back email, I had no other

            Hr email available and Please escalate issue if needed. I am in recovering phase and would be

            perfect after a period of time. Do the needful if its worst case that there is no resolution deduct

            money which you had not settled in my case for the rest of holidays left for year and

            compensation given to other people in MR team. As now the process is outsourced and they

            are not under the payroll of olacabs they won't be questionable there on but I have verified and

            checked from the first instance in my case. Do it earliest and process my PF amount without any

            if and else clauses.

            Also what the hell is wrong with you people when BG team of genpact had contacted you've not shared the second experience and it caused my job. I am coming to bangalore and as you people are not bothered I would directly move to higher authority let it be until Bhavish Agarwal.

              Got an extremely bad, misbehaving and unprofessional experience from OLA today. I booked a cab with OLA from New Delhi to Cyber CIty Gurgaon. While I boarded the cab driver asked for the OTP, once provided he Started the trip and then asked me about my destination. However, I already put in the destination in my booking itself. After telling that it's Gurgaon he started arguing that he can't go there. If I want him to take me for the ride then I'll have to pay Rs 200 extra in cash to him. While I denied, he stopped the trip that charged me Rs 204 without even moving the cab by an inch. It auto-deducted my OLA money and the driver asked me to deboard the cab saying he was getting late. And the most surprising part was that while I checked my ride history it was displaying the driver's rating as 5 start from my side which is not at all my feedback for him. This also raises a question about women security as the driver can further do this to someone else may be in the mid-way where the cab availability might not be too frequent .                 Dear Ola Team,
                I am very much dis appointed with your service as i am not expecting this type of behavior from your side. I booked a Ola Share from Lower parrel to MIDC Taloja which was clearly mention in my account during ride but may be due to some technical glitch at your driver mobile & at your service the dropping point shown at MAHAPE. I was new in Mumbai I told to your customer care and shown my mobile to your driver in which my destination is clearly mention as MIDC Taloja, He agreed but he has some other booking also, I talked to your customer support but their behavior was not supportive, I told them please arrange another vehicle for me to drop at my point but he clearly disagree and told me that your money will be refunded and you have to book new booking through app.
                Please find the attachment which was clear your doubts too, Please refund my money as my ride was not completed but your team dropped me in midway of some place, Its new place for me I can't believe that this type of response i get from a reputed firm.
                May be some technical glitch but response should be good from your customer care side so that atleast person feels some relief.
                Please refund my money and do the needful so that same problem not occurred in future.
                Hope i get resolution at earliest.

                    We requested driver to help in loading our little heavy suitcase and he said put it yourself and it's not my job. His tone was very rude, insubordinate and insensitive.
                    You should not have such rude and crude drivers in your list. You may warn him or even take him off Ola role. We expect them to be extra polite, atleast to senior citizens. Action taken may be communicated to us.

                      I had booked ola cab at 3.30 am on 9.5.2017. The driver Malakappa Hosamani was assigned to pick me and drop at Bangalore airport. When I contacted the driver he asked me drop location. Later he did not come to pick and kept his mobile off. For this i was charged Rs. 50 as cancellation fee though I reported the driver did not come to pick.
                      Because of this I had to face lot if inconvenience and tension at this early hour of the day.
                      I feel Ola has acted very unfairly and following unethical practices.

                        I was travelling by Ola Auto to a nearby location, I had ola money in my wallet and because of the signal problem i dint receive any information about the amount deducted from wallet, So I paid amount to the driver and later when I got signal found that the amount has already been debited from my ola money also . when I call there call centre and spoke to their representative ( Mr. Pradeep ), he strictly said that the amount cant be refunded . is this the way to collect money from customer ., Please help to resolve the issue and get my Ola money back to Ola wallet .

                          On april 27, 11.11am, (Crn[protected], i do not know what this no. Is, but this no. Appeared in your app) i booked a cab.

                          I was waiting in the middle of the road in front of my house. The cab approached and i waived at him. He didn't care to stop. He went away and never came back. And after sometime i received a message that the booking has been cancelled.

                          I was promptly billed cancellation charge of rs. 50/-!!!

                          So what was my fault that you charged me cancellation charges???

                          This is my first experience with ola. For no fault of mine i have been billed the cancellation charges

                          I am regular user of other services and i am generally familiar with the system. I never had such problem with other service providers.

                          I complained to you on phone and through app but no resolution yet.

                          Could you at least let me know what was my fault?

                            Had booked a ola rental cab 2 hours package from singasandara to lalbag garden yesterday after noon 3:30pm. While getting down in lalbag had paid rs 600 as per 2 hour ola rental plan and had given stop trip otp to driver driver name is sudhakara ([protected]), he told me that internet is slow he will stop trip, after some time. After 3 hours his friend called me for otp was busy had given the otp after one hour. Now the driver and his friend are asking me to pay 1500 again. Amaze ka04ab1301. Why have to pay extra 1500 again because of driver issue.

                              I have taken an Ola ride from Indra Vihar Khoda to RK Puram New Delhi through one of my friend's account when i submitt my ride location it showed fair as Rs. 254 but when taken drop it charged Rs. 375. I was thinking to create my account with Ola but now i deceided that i will not use Ola cab again in future and i will suggest to my friend that not use Ola cab ever. It's very poor service. i am using Uber cab for last one and half years but i didn't face such kind of issue there.

                              Now tell me how you charged fair for this ride.

                              Ola auto assures us to charge Rs 29 for distance under 4 kms whereas I was Rs 10 extra twice for travelling a distance of 2.8 kms...Constumers come under there false pretext and fall prey to such schemes. Kindly look into this matter.

                                The customer was a lady, he said he would do something if the lady is single, she is my sister, i wanted to book a cab for her from Langer House to Suncity, the driver loosed his talk. i was serious, he said he would do something or said some bullying words about my a sister. we have seen these kind of abusing things by cab drivers before. i'm requesting you to please suspend him or cancel his license.

                                  I will take serious action against ur company for giving wrong info or ur application n sending wrong alerts.
                                  I again received a notification from ola app to travel 1st 4 km for only Rs29/-
                                  I have already repoted this issue before n i was informed that this has now changed n it's Rs39/- for the 1St 4 km now.
                                  If the offer is changed ur app needs to be updated .
                                  I need u to fix this asap
                                  I have attached the alert that i received today on the 7/05 for the offer which no longer available, but u guys are still sending that alert putting the cust n auto driver in a dispute n this can also lead to a fight.
                                  I will take action against this as i have already requested u to change this before, i also received a reply, but no changes done.

                                    I lost my valuable belongings in the cab. The drivers name is Saif Patel, Car no. MH04HN2735, Beat. Contacted driver 5 to 6 times, most of the times he does not pick up calls and when he does, he gives reasons like he is not on duty or he is somewhere else. I need cooperation from OLA over this or else unfortunately i have to file a complaints against this. Moreover, there is no proper customer care number where i can speak. Request you to look into this matter on priority since it has already been delayed by 3 days and i am worried for my belongings.
                                    I booked ola prime sedan at 11.25 AM on 26th April at 50% discount at mini fare rates as displayed on the app while booking from Santhome to Anna Salai chennai. But I was collected prime sedan rates. The excess fare may be credited to my ola account.
                                    I have accessed my ola account too many times in different mobiles
                                    So now I can't able to login the account

                                      Dear Ola Support,

                                      Actually last two days back, I booked a ola auto, I had sufficient money in ola money. I booked that service for my sister and I mentioned her to don't pay cash, because already I had ola money like that I told and send her. But after dropping that auto driver forcing her to pay the money by cash. And also he told I am not at all getting money from ola company, you only need to pay that money by cash like that he told.

                                      This is a poor way of behaving for a girl. I am not at all accepting your security .. you are managing worst way.

                                      He got amount by cash and also I debited amount from ola money.

                                      Not at all for money I feel unsecure in ola..

                                        The pick and and drop location autometically changed to other location after booking the ola cab in share. Ola cutomer care executive sadir claimed that it changed to the nearest bus stop as it is for ola share express. However if the location given for is the actual and a proper bus stop and the ola cab is going through the same route then why would the location change to another bus stop. If it changes nearest bus stop then my home's nearest bus stop is jessorroad not vip. For ladies its a security issue when the drop location changes without notice to a location which is not safe. Ola cab service must solve this problem in the system logic.
