Dear sir/ madam,

It is to inform you that ola shuttle had 3 major life threatning breakdown on the route of bhiwadi to eil on 03.02.2017, 10.04.2017, 18.04.2017 for which refund of amount is not made till date. I have left ola bus service due to bad management and unprofessional behavior of akshit (Ola coordinator for bhiwadi to eil route). Hence i request you to kindly refund my amount of rs99*3= rs297 (Booking amount) on rides which i could not avail due to ola shuttle breakdown. Plus taxi charges of rs.500*3= rs.1500 which i have paid due to inconvenience (As mentioned above) caused by ola shuttle. Total refund amount rs.1797. I already made my request at [protected]@olacabs.com on 21.04.2017 and further i also made complain about two fellow passenger and akshit (Ola coordinator for bhiwadi to eil route) on 24.05.2017, 25.05.2017 and 26.05.2017 but till date no response is there from ola administration and i hope that prompt action will be taken by ola management against three people mentioned in above mentioned mails and my refund amount will be credited in my ola money account otherwise i will look for legal option.

    Hi I have traveled in Aurangabad from Pratap Nagar to S Club chow in bajajnagar. It is around 9km distance. My total bill was Rs 275/-, which is very high. For 9 km in Mini cab it should be around Rs.120-150/-. When I asked to driver about the High charges he told me that you have been charged Rs.180/- as base charge. I even don't know what is this base charge. I should be inform about this base charge. I am frequent user of OLA.
    I am trying to raise my complaint using Mobile app or on Web but not sufficient medium for it.
    Please help me in this.

      I have been using Ola Taxi services since March 2015. And I have used it almost across country as I am a frequent traveler. Suddenly when I tried booking Ola I got to know that my account is permanently block due to violation of ola policy.
      I wrote to grievance cell and the repeated response is due to violations of ola policy my account is blocked and I had repeatedly been asking them to specify which policy have I violated, but their response is same which is not addressing my query.
      I need ola services and my registered mobile number is a permanent number so I cannot change that either.
      I need support for unblocking my account.
      Kindly respond.

        Today i had booked a ola car no ka51d5593 at 3.15 pm from yelahanka (Bangalore) to basaweshwarnagar (Driver no [protected]). The fare shown prior to trip was rs266/-. The driver took a rpund about trip and demanded rs 401/- om conclusion of the trip. The same was settled in cash.
        Pl refund the excess fare charged and let me know why the excess fare is demanded by ola drivers. The trip was concluded at 4.15 pm

          Today, I boarded an Ola Share cab at 9.45am for Thane West. Suddenly the driver asked for my destination. Upon hearing it, he was shocked because the co-passenger was supposed to be dropped first at Naigaon east. It was a totally different route that would take me minimum 1 hour more as there is work going on the bridge since 2 years.
          As the last person to be dropped, I would have to travel to & forth the bridge. On this bridge, traffic is halted one way for 20 to 30 minutes and later halted for the other way for similar duration of time. It meant that I would have to spend at least an hour for the deviation.
          When I called Ola number[protected], the CSE was not willing to listen and sternly told me that the Driver, Co-passenger & I had agreed to the Policy and Terms of Agreement hence she would not be able to do anything. When asked to transfer to Supervisor, I was told that a call back would be arranged within 4 hours??
          With no other option, I got off the Ola Cab near the junction of the bridge and took another cab. There was no point in me deviating from the route for more than an hour. Needless to say Rs.231/- got deducted from my Account and I spent around the same amount to reach my destination.
          At 4.53pm, a Supervisor called from[protected]. Again, this Ola Staff was in no mood to listen to anything. Speaking in an attempted foreign accent, he just wanted to inform me that as per GPS, the deviation was within the limits of a Share Ride & that he could not nothing about the same. When the call got disconnected from his end, he did not bother to call back.
          This is the worst experience I've ever had from Ola. I NEED THE AMOUNT TO BE CREDITED BACK TO MY ACCOUNT. If this is the type of Customer Service, then I will have to switch to Uber

            I was charged extra when i used share pass. When i contact the customer care person they are very rude and he is telling its prepaid one if i want i need to book otherwise i need to use the public transport. My question to ola is flat fare is applied to 12km my distance is 12.40km, how it is charged 92rs. Very worst. Its a kind of cheating. Cheating peoples and eating money. I need a prompt reply from ola. Users better say no to ola. Avoid it. With our money only they are living. If we stop using it then how you will run it. My question is morning i am starting from home to office which is 12.40km and they charged 73rs and evening office to home same distance 12.40 km, but they are charging 92rs. I need the refund of money. People be alert. Say no to ola. #olacabs @olacabs

              I took this ride CRN[protected] on Saturday, 22nd April - Pune to Mumbai by Ola outstation. I reached destination on time but driver was not able to end trip due to issue in Ola app. I paid him cash of Rs. 2171. Later on I received invoice which deducted my Ola money as well of Rs. 2630 + cash Rs. 502 = Rs. 3132. I tried calling driver multiple times but he is not picking up my call. I have raised complaint on Ola help line and support center but no resolution yet. I should get refund of Rs. 2630 as I have already paid driver cash of Rs. 2171.
              Same problem happened twice with me..cash paid + ola money swiped off.. Amount though leas than urs.. Till now its not been refunded..
              Stop using Ola Money and Ola cab. I have invoice that says cash paid 500 and their driver is saying he didn't received any cash. Ola and driver both are lying.

                I was riding with the driver kuruba ([protected]) in a white indica ka01ae7904
                We had to cross the toll and he asked me 45rs - i agreed to pay - but he already had a two way receipt and he showed that and moved out of the toll - but he asked me to pay that 45rs to him. I denied as we are already out of the toll and i wanted a receipt for the same - for which he stopped the car and started fighting - he also mentioned if you want take this receipt - but pay me 65rs as it's two way.
                Dear ola team - what kind of drivers do you have??? This man is trying to make money through toll charges??? - just imagine if he is going to cross this toll 10 times today - and he is going to do this to all this customers and make money!!! Ola you have always been a disappoint for me!! - i have been riding in your app since some time and i am also a ola select member. I regret my decision of riding in your cab service.

                  Today i started from new deli railway station to faridabad. After comming to mathura road petrol bunk the driver told me to go by some other vehicle because he has to fill cng which will take lot of time. I have refused and told him to fill fuel then we will proceed further. He forcebly booked another vehicle after paying rs.200/- i did not even noticed the message to my phone, no message to my phone confirmation reg payment.
                  He informed same otp number to other driver and finally dropped at the destination and took rs.600/- without bill. When asked the driver told that he is not from ola cabs. Finally i have lost rs.800/- from my pocket with out any bill which i have to submit to the company. This is very bad experience for me. I tried to contact ola cab driver is switched off his phone.

                  Inspite of me not breaking any rules and regulations of Ola my account bearing mobile number [protected] is blocked.

                  Can you please provide me the clarification.?

                  More over I have my Ola money left as part of balance within my ola account.

                    I was book a ola cab. But drive does not give any response. First time i called him he pick tha call but next 10 time he does not. I was argently going some where. Drive name is Satinder kumar and car number ''HR 38S 3010''. Contact number ''[protected]''. Second thing is that ''then one time book ola and i am cancel so i pay extra 50 rupees on next booking. So their why i am pay 50 rupees on next booking. Thats not my fault.

                    It is very sorry to infirm you that regarding behaviour of your driver after booking your service. I wait almost 1 hour after booking and call 5 time but driver not come at my pickup point.

                      As on 15 April 2017, I had taken ola cab for my ride from Nizamuddin Railway Station to Dilshad Garden. the fare was 203 in which Rs. 100 was charged for state tax which is totally fake and wrongly charged by your side/ system error. How can within one state, state tax would be charged. I was overcharged and cheated. CRN No.[protected]. When I was made call to customer care they were said yes it is wrongly charged and added to your bill by system error.

                      In this regard, if we are not responsible, so how can you charge for your mistakes.

Date 18 april 2017 when i was dropped gamri road near ghonda chowk i forgot to take my bag which consists colths. I call the drive he said bag with him i continue touched with driver but his give me wrong commitments to return my bag. Please get this resolved asap for me as i need my stuff back.                         Extra charges taken through Ola App for auto ride from Dharampeth Grih Nirman Society Ramnagar Nagpur to Pratap Nagar Square i. e. Taken Rs. 136/- for the distance of 4 to 5 kms, however app shown as 8.something kms. Auto Driver was also said this. Do the needful. Arrange to refund extra amount paid as early as possible under intimation to me. Waiting your reply.

                          About ola bike i choose to ride a bike and booked it u put drop location and ride was confirmed but when i asked driver to drop to my location he refused saying he can't go so far i asked them why ola confirmed my booking he said he didn't know.
                          Second complaint is that my travelling distance is 25kms so the cost comes around 300-380 bucks but from past 2 weeks same distance takes around 600-1000 bucks i don't understand why and it is not even peak pricing

                            On 17th april 2017 when i was coming back from office i booked ola cab offline. After that i received a message in which two options were given for prime and mini. I booked for mini. On ola cab app when i checked for fares it was showing rs 270 from noida sector 58 to ghaziabad vishnu enclave near panchsheel primerose. But i was charged rs 730 which is no where justified because i was not informed neither by ola cab nor by the driver about the charges.

                            Even in the given bill which is given below there is nowhere mentioned about extra charges i.. E.. Why it has reached from rs 338 to rs 730.
                            But now i have nothing in hand being a women i have to ask for money from other people. I feel ashamed on ola cab facility that they are charging wrong money from the people without intimating them. I think if it is done by mistake then i should be compensated for that.

                            In future i will not book cab from ola cab because they dont take care of the people how they are earning money and these people are charging it wrongly.

                            On 18april when i called the customer care they were not ready to accept there mistakes. One of the executive told me that mam you are charged for peak pricing. When i heard i got shocked like i was not told about all this and even ola people has not taken my confirmation on that which they are supposed to take as it was explained to me by one of customer care executive at ola. So, i requested a call back from the supervisor after giving the time when i will be available to talk to him but i got the call at wrong time.
                            Again i made a call to customer care the same evening again i requested acall from supervisor. On 20th april supervisor called and requsted the screenshot of the messages i received.. I have already sended but till now nothing is done

                            I called ola cab today on 21st april 2017 for asking when it will be reolved but they say again it will take 2 hours to reply

                            I have nothing in hand other then waiting for my compalint to be resolved which i am doing from 17 april which quite long time.

                            Kindly help me out in resoving this issue as soon as possible

                              I booked a micro cab on 21/4/2017 at 7:30 PM. I have been a regular customer of OLA cabs but I have never seen such a pathetic response from a driver. Not only he did not respond to the booking and also behaved rudely when I called him to know about his location. He came near my location and called me and said you are not here I said I can see you please follow the GPS or shall i come to you?. He hung up the phone and cancelled the ride and charged me 50rs cancellation. Right away I called him and he responded rudely with aggressive talks and abuses. What kind of behavior is this. Please take some action because as a regular customer I am feeling so offended.

                                This is to inform you that when there is a booking received by driver and he went for the client location and clicked client located then customer is not coming or responding and the driver when cancelling the trip, he gets ddd and if it happens 2 or 3 times then penalty rs250/- charged and if it happens once more then 1/2 hour of off-road so without our faults we operators are paying penalties, so please consider it and please do change these rules. If a customer is complaining about driver then you take action we don't mind but instead of doing any faults if the customer is not coming or not responding our call and we cancel that booking then we are getting hurt. Today this happened to my car having registered number od02aj1843 in odisha so requesting you please go through it and kindly take another way for us because it's so hurtful for us.

                                  I have been using Ola Cabs since 28th of March 2015. I travel a lot and so have used the Ola Taxi very extensively and also referred it to my family and friends.
                                  Recently on 13th April 2017 when I tried logging in the account said that my account has been permanently blocked. I tried calling the head office and they indicated that I have violated Ola Policy !!! This s shocking as I have never violated any of their policy rather I had been a consistent user.
                                  I have written a series of mails to their Support department and all I have received is a general statement saying I have violated the Ola Policy. No valid reason provided for blocking my account and they say that I have violated the policy, which is not true and can be cross checked.
                                  I am feeling very dishonoured and facing mental stress. I still travel a lot and so Taxi is my need and also a safety issue.

                                  I need support to resolve this issue.

                                    I use ola rickshaw daily from my home to office and it takes only 4 kms, since last a week i m paying 20 rs for the ride and suddenly today rickshawala named dinesh charged me 38rs and in my ride it was showing i took ride of 6km, i want answer how the distance gets changed within a week?? I was not happy the way they cheated me.
                                    Can anyone tell me how the distance changes from 4 km to 6kms?? Will i get my extra charged money back??

                                      Hi all,

                                      This is regarding the ola cab driver's misbehavior on my trip last saturday and customer care's non-response despite repeated calls.

                                      Trip details:
                                      Date & time : 15th april 2017, saturday. 7:57 pm
                                      Cab: white xcent
                                      Drive: narender sharma
                                      Complaint :
                                      1) on the start of the trip when the driver was instructed to take the route as told he denied saying that he will be going as per navigation.
                                      2) while on trip he was driving rash and taking wrong cuts and when requested to drive slowly and properly as i was accompanied by my 2 kids he still continued to drive rash.
                                      3) on handing over the cash, driver shouted and was rude when returning the change. He was in quite a hurry and misbehaved.

                                      Complaint about ola cab's customer care:

                                      17th april 5:03 pm

                                      The matter was reported thrice to the customer care with all the details (Refer to the timings mentioned above) and the only answer i got id that the concerned department's tem will contact me in 15 min, in an hr. And so on. Till date the matter is not resolved and i haven't heard from the so called "concerned department's" of ola cabs.

                                      Indeed this shows sheer carelessness and no respect for female's complaint and i have lost trust in ola.

                                      I request all the readers to boycott such cab service and write their complaints on public forum to make other people aware of such incidents if they have ever come across.
