CRN[protected] I had booked a ride on 29.04.2017 for 5:00 am from Motia Khan to New Delhi Railway Station. Your Driver came 15 minutes before the booking time and was continuously troubling us to start. He charged Rs.150 for the ride whereas I got the payment receipt for Rs.96/-. We paid it as we had to catch the train. In addition to that, your driver was abusing us for making a short ride in the early morning. Kindly the feedback.

    Reference CRN[protected], please be informed that I had availed the services of OLA ( Driver-Pankaj Malik with Mobile no [protected]) on 15th April 2017 from Sector-55, Noida to Udyog Vihar, Greater Noida. I had to step out to get change to pay the driver and since I was in a rush, I unknowingly left my powerbank in the back seat of the white Beat.Trying to reach the driver to this date has been futile, since he just won't pick up. I don't hope that I would get back my belonging but do train your drivers on ethics and courtesy of returning to people what's not rightfully yours.
    I booked ola auto and travelled for 8.93 kms and was charged 115 which is very high..kindly justify

      Drivers are very rude in ola auto. I stopped using due to poor service.
      Two times driver didn't turn up on time and initiated cancellation without acknowledgment.
      Drivers are unwilling to wait even for a minute and are rude at times. I used the service for couple of days and switched to uper pool due to devastating experience in ola auto.

      Such a big fraud..One person from Customer care has called and asked the complete card details to transfer the fund. he attempted to withdraw 5000 from my account.
      As per your ola auto service under 4 km distance expected charge is 29.but ola app showed 98 Rs.So we overcharged 69 Rs for ride CRN[protected].That you have to repay us.

        I had booked an ola mini (Rs 8/km) from airport to my house which is 29 kms away. While booking they didn't show me a price rise of 1.9 times but at the time of check out suddenly a bill comes of 1210 whereas the bill should no where exceed 400 - 500 bucks. Called up the customer care via the drivers mobile, the guy at the other end convinces me that sorry, the mistake is on our part, please pay only 500 bucks. Suddenly within 20 minutes, the mail comes from ola services that u need to pay the other 720 bucks too. So on tuesday had a word with the customer care from my registered mobile n she says she can't help it. This is pure cheating.
        Driver drop me at a wrong location in Pune. Due to this I have to walk for 3 KMS please take nesscary action on driver.
        Today 25th April 2017, i have taken a ride from Dilshad Garden to Jhandewalan and back, both the times they charged MCD tax of Rs. 100 each ride from me.

        I send a mail to OLA support also.

          Hi, I had a word with an executive Balram from chennai customer support team regards to a simple query on being charged extra. He was very rude. The way he spoke to me made me take it really personal. And i definitely need to raise a complaint on him. Goin on a call from one to two managers is no way goin to help me. You can listen to my cal. And you wil kno how rude he was and hw simple my query ws. I definitely need an answer to him being rude. I really took this personal.             As per their cshback offer I have recharged for 999 but no cash back received

            Similarly two times applied back100 code. It is successfully applied but no cash back.

              Ola cab computed the travel distance incorrectly and excessively by 4.2km. Trip undertaken on April 29, 2017 in Chennai, India.

              I had another person travel in a 2-wheeler along with the cab for the entire trip. Ola charged me for 40.2km while the actual distance traveled is only 36km. We have used Ola for a very long time and have never had a chance to independently validate the distance charged. It appears that Ola is likely "padding" distance to the trip charge and making extra money.

                Driver - name santosh / mobile number [protected], reported at 1. Pm in the afternoon on sunday 30th april 2017, at hotel bhawna clark's inn at kailash puri crossing at agra. The driver did not put the meter on in front of me, it was on before he had reached the pick up address. He dropped me back at the hotel at 5.40, and told me the meter reading was rs.900.95, when i protested and rang up mr. Varun upadhyay, mobile, no-[protected] who had book the cab, which was a tata indica, he said that the fare was correct and so i paid the driver mr. Santosh. I was not given the rate of the cab fare as well as the receipt.

                Previously when i had used the services of ola, with a luxurious car for a longer duration and more km. S i was charged much less around rs.700. Matter needs investigation and return of the extra charged amount.

                  I was raiding in OLA cab in the morning to airport. The driver charged Rs.569/- for 7 KM distance. While booking I was not notified this amount. While droping only the driver insisted this amount saying this the OLA system generated amount. I feel this is really cheating and planning to raise a complaint in the grievience cell.

                    I took a cab from the Bangalore airport at around 6.09 am in the morning on 27th April, 2017. I was sleep deprived and extremely tired after a 4 am flight. As I exited the airport, I chose Ola over the AC buses (run by KRSTC) as i thought it would be more comfortable. (despite having to pay double the cost). However, it turned out to be just the opposite.

                    The cab driver was rude, arrogant and a bully to say the least. He refused to switch on the AC despite repeated requests. He said he did not have money for the extra diesel and blamed OLA for his plight. According to him, OLA does not settle driver partner dues on time and hence they were left with no choice but to refuse AC services to customers. The only way he would switch on the AC, he said, was if I paid him extra cash / transfer funds to his bank account directly. I found myself caught between this ugly spat between the driver and company and had a horrific experience throughout the journey. If that was not enough, he took out his frustration on me and was constantly blabbering something in his local language, he would not let me rest. Further, at every toll he haggled me to pay the charges in cash. It was only when I blatantly refused (as it was against OLA's policy), he paid and proceeded ahead with the journey. This happened at every toll we passed on our way to the destination.

                    While on my journey itself, I immediately raised a complaint with OLA, however, to my surprise they never responded other than on the toll issue. It was then that I called their customer support to again escalate the issue and demanded a refund for all the harassment and inconvenience. Their customer support team brushed aside the issue saying it was merely a case o[censored]nprofessional conduct by driver. They blatantly refused to acknowledge the harassment that I was subjected to and denied the refund on the grounds that I was given a drop irrespective of anything else.

                    When the trip ended, I was really frightened at the way he was shouting at me for not agreeing to pay the fare in cash. I was taken aback by his violence. I thought, as any sane person would, that it would be best to take this up with OLA instead of further haggling with him.

                    I urge Mr. Bhavish Aggarwal / senior management to look into this extremely disappointing OLA experience and take appropriate action against those involved, also do suggest me an appropriate remedy / compensation.

                      Today on dated 29/04/2017 I have booked a OLA CABPrime Sedan vide CRN NO[protected] from Indore Railway Station to Vijay Nagar. Driver has refuse to start on account of luggage, Luggage was four small suitcases and two small hand baggage/laptop. There is only two passenger. He refuse to keep small luggage inside the car, and there is no carrier on car. When we asked to cancel the ride so that we may book another cab. he started misbehaving us and not cancel the ride resultant OLA Cabs charged cancellation charges without our fault and we Senior Citizen has unnecessary harassed and has to book another mode of transport . Passenger coming from long distance by train or air has to carry some allowable luggage. Ola cab has to take action against such driver and waive the cancellation charges with apologies.
                      Dear Wealth,

                      Recently there are lots of complaints raised by customers against OLA Cabs. If we keep calm again and again means they keep doing always in future. So all are requested to complaint this to Consumer court in order to avoid this kind of activities. Also you may claim the concession from them for this.

                        Yhis mail is with reference to he ride booked by me on April 27, at 12:59.
                        Ref no. CRN[protected].
                        The driver asked me to cancel the ride as he did not have permit to go towards Noida as explained by him. Afterwards I immediately books Ola cab for the same destination. Deduction of 50 Rs was made wrongly made as cancellation fee.
                        How can a customer be liable if the driver is not ready to commute to the destination.
                        Please refund the wrongly charged cancellation fee of Rs 50.

                          I am regular user of ola (Weekly 2 - 3 times) on 16th apr i have travelled to nanganallur to chrompet at evening 4 pm via ola. Regularly i use to travel these 2 places via ola frequently, its charge me around rs 140 - rs 160, but this time they charged me 587, and deducted money from my ola money, i asked to deactivate my account, but still its not

                            Booked Ola car today April 26, 2017. Driver confirmed pick up at 11.04 AM. Driver confirmed arrival to location on calling him. Thereafter he is not picking calls. Car No 2575. Driver mobile [protected]. Send sms to driver at 11.11 AM stating that complain will be made against him. No response.
                            Second time such poor service from Ola. Switched to Uber for this ride.
                            Booking code for ride for Ola is 1773
                            I have done the payment of rs 600 on ola recharge using coupon code which says on next recharge you will receive the cash-back.
                            I have done the recharge of Rs 600 but didn't receive any cash back .
                            Despite repetitive email to customer care I haven't received any response from them

                              Dear sir/ madam,

                              It is to inform you that ola shuttle had 3 major life threatning breakdown on the route of bhiwadi to eil on 03.02.2017, 10.04.2017, 18.04.2017 for which refund of amount is not made till date. I have left ola bus service due to bad management and unprofessional behavior of akshit (Ola coordinator for bhiwadi to eil route). Hence i request you to kindly refund my amount of rs99*3= rs297 (Booking amount) on rides which i could not avail due to ola shuttle breakdown. Plus taxi charges of rs.500*3= rs.1500 which i have paid due to inconvenience (As mentioned above) caused by ola shuttle. Total refund amount rs.1797. I already made my request at [protected]@olacabs.com on 21.04.2017 and further i also made complain about two fellow passenger and akshit (Ola coordinator for bhiwadi to eil route) on 24.05.2017, 25.05.2017 and 26.05.2017 but till date no response is there from ola administration and i hope that prompt action will be taken by ola management against three people mentioned in above mentioned mails and my refund amount will be credited in my ola money account otherwise i will look for legal option.

                                Hi I have traveled in Aurangabad from Pratap Nagar to S Club chow in bajajnagar. It is around 9km distance. My total bill was Rs 275/-, which is very high. For 9 km in Mini cab it should be around Rs.120-150/-. When I asked to driver about the High charges he told me that you have been charged Rs.180/- as base charge. I even don't know what is this base charge. I should be inform about this base charge. I am frequent user of OLA.
                                I am trying to raise my complaint using Mobile app or on Web but not sufficient medium for it.
                                Please help me in this.

                                  I have been using Ola Taxi services since March 2015. And I have used it almost across country as I am a frequent traveler. Suddenly when I tried booking Ola I got to know that my account is permanently block due to violation of ola policy.
                                  I wrote to grievance cell and the repeated response is due to violations of ola policy my account is blocked and I had repeatedly been asking them to specify which policy have I violated, but their response is same which is not addressing my query.
                                  I need ola services and my registered mobile number is a permanent number so I cannot change that either.
                                  I need support for unblocking my account.

                                    Today i had booked a ola car no ka51d5593 at 3.15 pm from yelahanka (Bangalore) to basaweshwarnagar (Driver no [protected]). The fare shown prior to trip was rs266/-. The driver took a rpund about trip and demanded rs 401/- om conclusion of the trip. The same was settled in cash.
                                    Pl refund the excess fare charged and let me know why the excess fare is demanded by ola drivers. The trip was concluded at 4.15 pm

                                      Today, I boarded an Ola Share cab at 9.45am for Thane West. Suddenly the driver asked for my destination. Upon hearing it, he was shocked because the co-passenger was supposed to be dropped first at Naigaon east. It was a totally different route that would take me minimum 1 hour more as there is work going on the bridge since 2 years.
                                      As the last person to be dropped, I would have to travel to & forth the bridge. On this bridge, traffic is halted one way for 20 to 30 minutes and later halted for the other way for similar duration of time. It meant that I would have to spend at least an hour for the deviation.
                                      When I called Ola number[protected], the CSE was not willing to listen and sternly told me that the Driver, Co-passenger & I had agreed to the Policy and Terms of Agreement hence she would not be able to do anything. When asked to transfer to Supervisor, I was told that a call back would be arranged within 4 hours??
                                      With no other option, I got off the Ola Cab near the junction of the bridge and took another cab. There was no point in me deviating from the route for more than an hour. Needless to say Rs.231/- got deducted from my Account and I spent around the same amount to reach my destination.
                                      At 4.53pm, a Supervisor called from[protected]. Again, this Ola Staff was in no mood to listen to anything. Speaking in an attempted foreign accent, he just wanted to inform me that as per GPS, the deviation was within the limits of a Share Ride & that he could not nothing about the same. When the call got disconnected from his end, he did not bother to call back.
                                      This is the worst experience I've ever had from Ola. I NEED THE AMOUNT TO BE CREDITED BACK TO MY ACCOUNT. If this is the type of Customer Service, then I will have to switch to Uber

                                        I was charged extra when i used share pass. When i contact the customer care person they are very rude and he is telling its prepaid one if i want i need to book otherwise i need to use the public transport. My question to ola is flat fare is applied to 12km my distance is 12.40km, how it is charged 92rs. Very worst. Its a kind of cheating. Cheating peoples and eating money. I need a prompt reply from ola. Users better say no to ola. Avoid it. With our money only they are living. If we stop using it then how you will run it. My question is morning i am starting from home to office which is 12.40km and they charged 73rs and evening office to home same distance 12.40 km, but they are charging 92rs. I need the refund of money. People be alert. Say no to ola. #olacabs @olacabs
