On 29 November Rs 1500 were added to Ola money account. My credit card was debited but my ola money account was not credited. I was advised to take up with bank. Bank investigated case and informed me "The investigations completed and the referred transaction is found to be valid as per the Association guidelines...transaction record received from the member Bank substantiating the validity of the transaction for your reference"
Please credit Rs 1500 to my Ola money account

    If ola doesn't assure a ride, why the hell do you have an option called 'ride later'? Are we crazy fellows to pre book a cab for no purpose? It is mentioned that the driver details will be shared 15 minutes prior to the ride, fine. But if you cannot find a ride you are obliged to inform the customer about the inconvenience! We have to keep waiting and waiting and waiting and when we contact the customer care number, we are informed to book a new ride. I hope this complaint reaches the appropriate authority.
    Dear sir;

    There is a fraudulent transaction of Rs 10, 000 from my fathers SBI account in Nilgiri to OLACABS.com. Please hold this transaction, It is a fraud, who somehow was able to transfer the money from SBI ATM card no [protected] to OLACABS.com.

    Please let me know, if you have any details of this to [protected].

      My name is Mr. Bharat D. Patel. Further, I have booked a mini car yesterday form Shahibaug to Naroda GIDC. through Cell No - [protected] and mail id - [protected]@gmail.com. After booking I have cancelled the trip and as per your policy only Rs.50.00 is cancelled on cancellation of any trip. In this regard, I would like to draw your kind attention that instead of Rs.50.00, Rs.75.00 has been charged which is against your Ola policy and the same has been charged on my today's booking. The booking was done on same route.

        Today around half an hour ago, booked an ola moto and due to a change of plans, i cancelled the ride within a minute of booking. Then again i booked a ola moto called the driver and asked where he was, the one i had booked earlier was with him only, he asked me why did i cancel the ride earlier i said it was a change of plan, then he said he cant come as he is less of petrol. I said ok i'll file a complaint against u that u denied to come. He said ok file a complaint and i would also file a complaint against u that u had cancelled the ride earlier, i also agreed and i had cut the phone. I cancelled the ride within a few minutes and the driver also arrived. He came and started abusing me. I am giving u the details of the driver and i want the dtiver to be removed or punishned of not then i'll have to file a court case against ola of harrasment

          Hello,

          I had booked OLA cab on 25h Mar for outstation travel from Pune to Nashik.

          CRN number[protected].

          I discovered it today that the OLA driver details shared by OLA were of Mr. Abhay Nimbalkar but the driver who reported on 25th March for the trip introduced himself as Mahesh. He mentioned that he is called Mahesh at home and his name on the records is Abhay. Since it was almost midnight I never thought of cross checking the details as he was carrying the phone number provided by OLA. The vehicle number was also the same - MH19-Y-7778) as communicated by OLA hence I did not bother to check any further details.

          I need to understand the process to ensure credibility of the driver being sent by OLA for all their rides.

            I pre-booked a OLA cab on 2017 March 31st evening for April 1st 5.45am to catch my flight.

            OLA cancelled my booking on 1st April 2017 5.45am without prior notice and not arranged any CAB.

            I called OLA Customer care, they replied they dont have CAB.

            I have screenshots, I booked a OLA Cab immediately by 5.47am.

            On what basis, OLA couldnt arrange a CAB?
            My bank account has been hacked and an amount of Rs7000/- in three installament of Rs 2000/-, Rs4000/- and Rs1000/- has been withdrawn on 1st April 2017 The amount has been withdrawn which is showing that the payment has been received by OLACABS.com Gurgaon.

            Kindly look into the matter and revert the transcation.

              Ola shouldn't provide address of the users before booking as they check the most favorable distance and select them.
              We users find cabs and autos nearby but none of them confirm ours because ours is in a short distance.
              Yesterday due to peak time in the night none of the cabs or autos confirmed where we had to wait for one and half hour and then board a bus and leave.
              We opt for cabs in the night for our safety and the drivers choose whats favorable for them.
              It would be better if the drivers are provided with the address after the users give the OTP if not they take advantage of the situation where we are left with no other option

                We had booked an Ola cab on Friday around 8 to 8.20 am from Santacruz East and had put the dstnation as Bhiwandi and post that the driver had came to the spot. After reaching to the destination the driver denied to go to Bhiwandi telling us the reason of gas shortage. Y did he said no inspite the destination was entered while booking. The name of the Ola driver is Shamsad Ahmed. I want an action as asap on this. If the destination was entered y did he reached to the spot. Appreciate if you can take an action against your Ola driver .

                  My name is Rajesh Goyal, resident of Ajmer (Rajasthan). I am a Government Servant in SBI.
                  Today I booked a Ola cab (CRN[protected] from Ajmer Railway Station to Panchsheel Nagar from my phone no. [protected] at 12:53 PM. Driver name was "Anil" with White Shift Dzire.

                  I clearly locate the address to the driver but he didn't respond me properly and however when I reached to him he didn't respond properly and was very angry don't know why! I told him "at least you should try to call me or locate me by call" on this conversation he respond me very abusively that " Tere Jaise chappan 100 bhut aate h, chal ja " and he cancelled my booking and I was stuck.

                  Unable to understand what happened, Is this the Customer Service you are providing to me and my family. I was with my old mother & wife, it was a hot day of Rajasthan and I was surprised!!! and very disappointed from this service.

                  I always use Ola cabs for travelling and this is my worst experience ever and still shocked that how come a service provider of a reputed million $ company can talk like this!!! I am also in this service industry by providing banking services and going to retire but I never seen this rude and abusive behavior.

                  Is this the OLA CABS services, on which they proud. If this is the scenario I would not use it's services in future and not allow my family and friends to use this.

                    Hi, I had booked an ola trip yesterday, 5 Apr. Cab no. MH02CR8666. White xcent @ 12pm. The driver refused to answer my calls even after reaching the pick up destination (as per the ola tracker). After calling him 4-5times he didn't respond and I waited for 10mins, then he canceled the ride without intimation. Worst service, as this is the second time it has happened .

                      I have booked a cab OSN[protected]Wagonr DL1RT-A 8421).My 73 year Old age father & My sister in law traveled .Driver Sarfaraj[protected] had not drop on Exact drop Point(New Delhi Railway station). after that My Father had left his train Gomati Exp. I was also Tracking the cab and asked to Driver that why are you going from different road.if Driver take the right turn from Delhi Gate to New Delhi railway Station than he had reached on time .I had many times request to driver that Please drop on New Delhi railway Station because my father is 73 year old. But Driver attitude was not good. My experience is very very bad.I had lost train Reservation Charge and traveled charge of cab.after Suffered from that problem i had went to railway Station and hire a auto and went Anandvihar Bus stand and pickup the UP roadways BUS.Than My father reached ALIGARH(UP). Please return my money .

                        The cab driver charged additional money from my wife...its already done n ola money...but driver didn't inform and collect additional money from her later I call and ask him he told sir for filling fuel emergency only I collected the money ...call customer they will refund the additional money...but till now no solution from ola cab and customer care side

                          05 Apr 2017, I booked OLA from RPS Savana, Sector 88 Faridabad to Unitech Infospace Sector 62 Noida.
                          Total distance between the pick up point and drop point is 31.5 KM but bill was calculated for 59.7 KM
                          I called customer care regarding the same but no body helped me out because bill was already paid via OLA Money.

                          I have attached the bill and actual distance between pick up & drop point for your reference.

                          Request you to reimburse the amount for extra 28 KM charged.

                            Suddenly on 1st April.17 i noticed that my services are blocked by Ola cabs.

                            Despite of many attempts they are not specifying any incident or details for stopping my service.

                            They also have my Ola money to be refunded.

                            This seems to be unfair that the company is black listing its customers without any intimation & specifying the reason

                            In each of the mail, they are simply saying that the blocking is system driven, however no system runs without human intervention.

                            I urge to know the specific reason, because i have incurred huge pain & financial loss due to sudden stop of services.

                              On 30th March at 5:36 pm I took Ola share (Booking no. OSN[protected] from gate 2 DLF1 to Lake club Kolkata. I was sharing the cab with 2 other people. After the cab started, I came to know that first drop is in Patuli which is entirely different route that Lake club. Time taken to reach lake club from DLF1 is less than time taken to reach lake club from Patuli during peak traffic time. I had no other option than getting down at Abhisikta and take other transport. I paid Rs. 119 using ola money. I complained in twitter to ola support. Initially they acknowledged my complaint and responded that they r looking into it. But after 30th March 10:30 pm, received no response from them. I have sent a complaint to their CEO B. Agarwal (via twitter) as well. Please look into this.

                                The assigned driver TOUSEEF AHMED on the night of 2nd April at 7 pm did not take us to our destination and instead deviated away in the wrong directions telling us it was a short cut.
                                He had an unusually indecent behavior.
                                Caused panic and frustration!
                                He kept deviating from the prescribed gps maps time to time stating it was a short cut.
                                Had a tremendously irritating nature.
                                and finally dropped us in some unknown location and sped away.

                                I would like to share this awful experience with one of my ola ride from electronic city to nyanapanahalli. Driver refused to drop me at my location and when I asked him to do so then he started abusing me. He was about to hit me.
                                If you don't take it seriously then I will go to consumer court for sure.

                                  My ola money has been deducted twice now and the driver told me that he didnt gt ola money which is the reason why i gve him cash even after hving ola money

                                  if it was desucted why does the drver ask for money at all
                                  either drivers are thieves or ola
                                  but since this happned twice with me i am sure there is a problm with your ola systm
                                  mybe they ask their drivers that ask money also if the girl is alone n tell her that money hasnt been paid
                                  i dont know i dont care what the systm is but why the fck do i suffer because of them
                                  208 rs is lost just like that because the ola drivers are not given apt infrmation at the right time
                                  this is thier miscommunication error
                                  i dont think its okay yaar

                                    I had booked ola micro on march 31 2017 (Crn[protected] from simla house nepean sea road to willows twin tower mulund west for my mother in law and 5 year old son at the fixed charges of inr 508. Cab (White swift dzire) came on time but the same got broke in middle of the way near central railway colony, dadar. The driver of the cab - gyanendra singh rajendra bahadur helped my mother in law to get the another ola cab to reach to the destination with my son who was already sleeping in the cab. My mother in law was asked to pay the bill charges till the place the cab broke which was inr 125 and was asked to pay the balance money to the next ola cab driver which was supposed to be just inr 383. But once she reached to the destination the ola driver showed the fresh bill to be paid for inr 754. We mentioned that we had booked the cab for just 508 and why should we pay for more than the fixed charges. He denied and was asking for the full money. We also called up the earlier driver. Initially he said that you pay the balance money only that is inr 383, but later he said that you will have to pay as per the bill of the ola cab which was called by him to cover up the remaining travel. We paid the bill of inr 754, over all we paid inr 879 for the travel from nepean sea road to mulund which was booked for just inr 508. We ended paying 371 more than the fixed charges.
                                    Ola app is not working since last 3days. i have uninstalled and installed it agian. but again same problem occurs.

                                      Ola is getting worse day by day. I booked a cab today OSN[protected] & when I gave otp driver told that the AC isn't working. There were 3 more people sitting & it was entirely packed & I asked driver that how can you run a cab when you know maintenance is required. I called Ola customer care & they told they can't really do anything & even if you take ride or not the money will be deducted. I didn't take the ride just after giving the OTP I got down & went with uber. These guys have waste laws. Please return my money. My email id is sahni.[protected]@yahoo.com
                                      I have taken an ola auto from kaggadasapura 6th F cross to new thippasandra market around 6 O'clock. It came upto Rs. 119 at the end of the trip, the distance from kaggadasapura to new thippasandra is hardly 4 and half kilometer. Request you to please resolve this issue and please give me the cash credit.

                                        I had booked an OLA RIDE LATER cab last evening for today early morning 5:20 am for airport drop . While I was committed that driver details will be submitted 15 mins before the schedule, there was no communication till 5:25 am on cab/driver details. Ultimately booking was very quietly cancelled without any message or email or call causing severe inconvenience and leading to near miss of my flight. Further it doesn't even have a forum to call or complain. Very poor service.
