    I am regular user of OLA cab services and use to keep high amount of OLA money to avoid cash payments. Current balance in my OLA money is Rs. 1200. I have also availed their OLA pass facility by paying Rs. 399. Today my account got blocked. I tried to reach their support division but they can't explain the reason for blocking. My OLA money also not getting refunded. The executives as well as supervisors over there are not replying properly.

    You kind interference in this matter would be highly appreciated. Do let me know if you need any other information.

      This day morning i had booked OLA Micro cab from Choolaimedu Vanniar street and get dropped at Ekkattuthangal, regular fare comes around Rs.80 only, but this day charged Rs.175 and select Coupen offer also : FLAT75. Why you are sending sms to all like providing offer. Please don't cheat. We have alternate option also. Why always choosing OLA?? It was best fare, but now your fare is more than Fasttrack, Uber, UTOO, etc..
      This day evening also palnned to book, but mind changed after this cheating happen. Please don't circular fake news like FLAT / PRIME offer.

        I last used this app on 27th March. On 2nd April when I opened my app it was blocked my the company.

        I have given complaint to their support team as well as to grievance cell.

        But the problem is not solved yet. Moreover my amount is blocked in ola money.

        how to retrieve the money.

          I booked an Ola share to navi Mumbai on 29th march morning. Waited more than 10 mom and boarded the cab. Soon I realised my co passenger had a drop to bandup which is in opposite direction. How can a cab be allocated like this. I asked the driver to call customer support, unfortunately she had no clue and was wastage of time. Then i called customer support. Your agent asked me to get off the cab and book a another cab.
          I got down in the middle of the road in the hot sun. Tried booking another cab but didn't find one. Ultimately I had to take a rick to station and travel in train.
          I wasted more than an hour in this cab trouble and was V late to work.
          I got down in the hot sun and since i have health issues with sun, i suffered the rest of day with headache.
          This was the worst of experience.
          My earlier complaint is also not resolved till now.
          Kindly let me know how are you gonna compensate for the pain you have caused.

          I had travelled today, 5th April 2017 through Ola cab (CRN[protected]. The driver name is Krishnaraj. The driver had overcharged me Rs. 60 over and above the meter reading. He also has a rude behaviour.

            I have a ride on ola cab on 1/4/2017 between Maurya Enclave, Burari, Delhi to Sangam Vihar, Near Batra Hospital, Delhi. The Distance in between of above mention places are 37 to 38 kms. as per google map & also according to my own vehicle. But in ola invoice it is mention 73.6 kms. & according to that they charged 971/- rs. from us as a fare which is almost double of the actual bill & double of actual kilometers. I have also attached google map distance picture & ola invoice in which you can clearly see the difference in kilometers. I have tried to complaint on ola customer care but they refuse me to register complaint by giving me reason that we are not able to lodge your complaint because we have no facility to register a complaint & they also told me that you can lodge your complaint through app after that I have tried so many times to register complaint but not successful to register my complaint through app. So, I can say that this is the worst experience with ola because they charged double money from us I want that money back to my account ASAP.

              I am customer of Ola since 2014. I lost my registered mobile number. As it waa not able to delete ola profile I have created now id with my new number and started using services. As i recieving information from Ola saying i can add my debit/credit card and travel with that.
              As i waa not getting the option for it i called customer care and they raised support ticket on that. As there was no rply from their side since 10 dqys and i called back. She said offer is available only for selected customers.
              My question is, if it so why i recieve offers?
              Why only selected customers? Others who all are using Ola are stepmothers son?
              How can we update ola app if we lost our sim?

                This is to inform that, i didn't travel in ola cab, chennai city. Of all, i never reside at chennai, i want to point here. The booking and billing update is received every time to my gmail account. This is a nuisance. This is been done for three times.in our family everyone have their own car, there is no requirement of hiring a car. I would like to register a complaint on the ola cabs and the customer support for this issue.
                I would like to request you not use my mail id to book ola and also i want to know who has used my mail for such billing process.

This driver is a cheater, My wife took old cab today 9 april 2017, at 12.45 diver dropped her ar kandivali, she add money in ola money wallet nd she did it for the first time, she didnt realised as amt deducted frm wallet nd she also paid cash of rs.368 to driver. Which the driver didnt denied nd took the money as well. Very unprofessional if customet dont know abt this nd if driver is much knowledgeble then he should have educated abt the facility. Very bad experience nd unprofessional. I requied an answer with old team.what they will do abt this. For ref plez check the screen shot

                    On 29 November Rs 1500 were added to Ola money account. My credit card was debited but my ola money account was not credited. I was advised to take up with bank. Bank investigated case and informed me "The investigations completed and the referred transaction is found to be valid as per the Association guidelines...transaction record received from the member Bank substantiating the validity of the transaction for your reference"
                    Please credit Rs 1500 to my Ola money account

                      If ola doesn't assure a ride, why the hell do you have an option called 'ride later'? Are we crazy fellows to pre book a cab for no purpose? It is mentioned that the driver details will be shared 15 minutes prior to the ride, fine. But if you cannot find a ride you are obliged to inform the customer about the inconvenience! We have to keep waiting and waiting and waiting and when we contact the customer care number, we are informed to book a new ride. I hope this complaint reaches the appropriate authority.
                      Dear sir;

                      There is a fraudulent transaction of Rs 10, 000 from my fathers SBI account in Nilgiri to OLACABS.com. Please hold this transaction, It is a fraud, who somehow was able to transfer the money from SBI ATM card no [protected] to OLACABS.com.

                      Please let me know, if you have any details of this to [protected].

After booking I have cancelled the trip and as per your policy only Rs.50.00 is cancelled on cancellation of any trip. In this regard, I would like to draw your kind attention that instead of Rs.50.00, Rs.75.00 has been charged which is against your Ola policy and the same has been charged on my today's booking. The booking was done on same route.

                          Today around half an hour ago, booked an ola moto and due to a change of plans, i cancelled the ride within a minute of booking. Then again i booked a ola moto called the driver and asked where he was, the one i had booked earlier was with him only, he asked me why did i cancel the ride earlier i said it was a change of plan, then he said he cant come as he is less of petrol. I said ok i'll file a complaint against u that u denied to come. He said ok file a complaint and i would also file a complaint against u that u had cancelled the ride earlier, i also agreed and i had cut the phone. I cancelled the ride within a few minutes and the driver also arrived. He came and started abusing me. I am giving u the details of the driver and i want the dtiver to be removed or punishned of not then i'll have to file a court case against ola of harrasment

                            I had booked OLA cab on 25h Mar for outstation travel from Pune to Nashik.

                            CRN number[protected].

                            I discovered it today that the OLA driver details shared by OLA were of Mr. Abhay Nimbalkar but the driver who reported on 25th March for the trip introduced himself as Mahesh. He mentioned that he is called Mahesh at home and his name on the records is Abhay. Since it was almost midnight I never thought of cross checking the details as he was carrying the phone number provided by OLA. The vehicle number was also the same - MH19-Y-7778) as communicated by OLA hence I did not bother to check any further details.

                            I need to understand the process to ensure credibility of the driver being sent by OLA for all their rides.

                              I pre-booked a OLA cab on 2017 March 31st evening for April 1st 5.45am to catch my flight.

                              OLA cancelled my booking on 1st April 2017 5.45am without prior notice and not arranged any CAB.

                              I called OLA Customer care, they replied they dont have CAB.

                              I have screenshots, I booked a OLA Cab immediately by 5.47am.

                              On what basis, OLA couldnt arrange a CAB?

                              My bank account has been hacked and an amount of Rs7000/- in three installament of Rs 2000/-, Rs4000/- and Rs1000/- has been withdrawn on 1st April 2017 The amount has been withdrawn which is showing that the payment has been received by OLACABS.com Gurgaon.

                              Kindly look into the matter and revert the transcation.

                                Ola shouldn't provide address of the users before booking as they check the most favorable distance and select them.
                                We users find cabs and autos nearby but none of them confirm ours because ours is in a short distance.
                                Yesterday due to peak time in the night none of the cabs or autos confirmed where we had to wait for one and half hour and then board a bus and leave.
                                We opt for cabs in the night for our safety and the drivers choose whats favorable for them.
                                It would be better if the drivers are provided with the address after the users give the OTP if not they take advantage of the situation where we are left with no other option

                                  We had booked an Ola cab on Friday around 8 to 8.20 am from Santacruz East and had put the dstnation as Bhiwandi and post that the driver had came to the spot. After reaching to the destination the driver denied to go to Bhiwandi telling us the reason of gas shortage. Y did he said no inspite the destination was entered while booking. The name of the Ola driver is Shamsad Ahmed. I want an action as asap on this. If the destination was entered y did he reached to the spot. Appreciate if you can take an action against your Ola driver .

                                    My name is Rajesh Goyal, resident of Ajmer (Rajasthan). I am a Government Servant in SBI.
                                    Today I booked a Ola cab (CRN[protected] from Ajmer Railway Station to Panchsheel Nagar from my phone no. [protected] at 12:53 PM. Driver name was "Anil" with White Shift Dzire.

                                    I clearly locate the address to the driver but he didn't respond me properly and however when I reached to him he didn't respond properly and was very angry don't know why! I told him "at least you should try to call me or locate me by call" on this conversation he respond me very abusively that " Tere Jaise chappan 100 bhut aate h, chal ja " and he cancelled my booking and I was stuck.

                                    Unable to understand what happened, Is this the Customer Service you are providing to me and my family. I was with my old mother & wife, it was a hot day of Rajasthan and I was surprised!!! and very disappointed from this service.

                                    I always use Ola cabs for travelling and this is my worst experience ever and still shocked that how come a service provider of a reputed million $ company can talk like this!!! I am also in this service industry by providing banking services and going to retire but I never seen this rude and abusive behavior.

                                    Is this the OLA CABS services, on which they proud. If this is the scenario I would not use it's services in future and not allow my family and friends to use this.

                                      Hi, I had booked an ola trip yesterday, 5 Apr. Cab no. MH02CR8666. White xcent @ 12pm. The driver refused to answer my calls even after reaching the pick up destination (as per the ola tracker). After calling him 4-5times he didn't respond and I waited for 10mins, then he canceled the ride without intimation. Worst service, as this is the second time it has happened .

                                        I have booked a cab OSN[protected]Wagonr DL1RT-A 8421).My 73 year Old age father & My sister in law traveled .Driver Sarfaraj[protected] had not drop on Exact drop Point(New Delhi Railway station). after that My Father had left his train Gomati Exp. I was also Tracking the cab and asked to Driver that why are you going from different road.if Driver take the right turn from Delhi Gate to New Delhi railway Station than he had reached on time .I had many times request to driver that Please drop on New Delhi railway Station because my father is 73 year old. But Driver attitude was not good. My experience is very very bad.I had lost train Reservation Charge and traveled charge of cab.after Suffered from that problem i had went to railway Station and hire a auto and went Anandvihar Bus stand and pickup the UP roadways BUS.Than My father reached ALIGARH(UP). Please return my money .
