I have booked Ola from kalyan railway station west. When the car arrived, the Rickshaw driver and their union present there didn't allow me, my brother, my sister in law and her 3 years old daughter to board into it. There was heavy luggage with us. Even after request they refused to co-operate and finally we have to walked 1 km distance with our luggage to board into car.
Why they hell they did that? It is costumer wish what transport they prefer. Is it their father road? Those crabs doing dadagiri there on road.
Our responsible police really need to look into this kind of forcement from that idiots driver and their gunda's union leader.

    Hello Management.
    Yesterday i took your service and i must say you have to take care of your driver. I paid the bill and i went to airport and i forgot my cell phone inside the white tata zest at near about 1am . I went to inside i realised that i do not have my MOBILE i called my home and my mother call the driver(Binod Das). He denied that there is no mobile phone. I can still remember that i put my mobile phone in the dashboard of the car.

        I had booked a cab on 31st march, 2017 through Ola Cabs with CRN[protected].
        The driver is Vasant and the car is a White Swift Dzire MH14FC5189.
        The luggage was in the boot for the entire duration. However I forgot to take it with me when I ended the trip. I contacted the driver on 1st April, 2017 when he informed me that the luggage was not there anymore. From the end time at 8:00 pm on 31st to the next morning when I contacted the driver, the car has been in possession of the car owner and his drivers. Now he is claiming that the luggage is not there and is making different excuses of how it could be lost. It is the responsibility of the company to return my stuff as I clearly remember that the last place I kept them was in the boot of the car. The luggage is 2 Wilson rackets and one Bose speakers along with a pair of chargers. All of them are very expensive.

          My ride started at 08:05 but I was charged from 07:48. I even have the call logs which say my cab didn't reach me by 08:05. I tried mailing them and even posting comments on the social networks but they don't even talk. Please find attached the logs in support of my complaint. I called the driver at 08:05 for confirmation of where he is, so if I was on the ride at that time, why would have I called him that too for 1 min long call

            I dr amit agrahri, did booking on 26th march sunday at 11:33AM.
            I travelled (infact my brother)from charbagh railway station to hussainabad clock tower.
            Bill was Rs 0 on board, because payment done already by ola money of Rs 153/-
            Inspite of payment done by ola money he took fraudently Rs 150/- as a bill.
            I told to return my money, first he told, will give tomorrow, now he is not listening.
            I am attaching invoice along with this complaints.

              More fare was taken from me than it should have been as the app was showing less amount than what he demanded to take . Even after arguing with him he didn't agree to take the given amount . This is NOT at acceptable and should be looked into this matter. It isn't the first time when some cab driver has done this and shouldbe put to stop for once and for all to set an example . I might take this matter to consumer forum if your firm doesn't take steps towards it.

                This is regarding Ola auto ride KRN[protected].

                Total distance is approximately 1.7 km for which fare is Rs.29 (Rs.29 for 4kms).

                But I was charged Rs.123 for the same as their app showed 8.57 Km.
                I have raised the complaint with Ola support with complaint number 41224647, but they refused to refund my money.

                This has to be the biggest scam by these loot companies in order to loot the customer.

                Hence requesting you to refund my money immediately and compensation of Rs. 10000 for the mental harassment and agony caused by Ola.

                  Thank you for your email.

                  Whatever, you have mentioned, I have understood the terms and conditions. Yes, this is correct, I have de-boarded the cab at my own will.
                  Now my first concern is : could you please provide me some justification, if someone is not willing to go on or someone is not feeling well or if any urgency takes place & wants to get down, then what is the policy for that, not keeping in mind the "urgency" . That means, once you have boarded the cab (Ola Share)fortunately or unfortunately, you will have to continue the ride at any cost till the end in order to save money. And it seems, once you have boarded Ola Share, the "cancel ride" is invisible for the customers.
                  You have replied very smoothly and professionally. I appreciate that. However, I have mentioned that, you can or rather, Ola can charge me for 10 minutes ride or cancellation price. Again, this is not acceptable that, Ola will charge me Rs.132/- just for 1.5 Km ride.

                  My second concern is, if I've not recharged my Ola Money account, then how you would apply the charge. Could you please enlighten me on that so that I could be aware of before boarding Ola Share going forward. Please provide me some logical answer.

                  Today is the first time, I boarded Ola Share. I must say, my experience with Ola (Ola Micro/Mini) is always awesome. In some extent, I always feel that Ola service is better than the other cab service provider. I always trust Ola. If you go through the history, you can see that, again I have booked Ola Share in order to reach the destination.

                  Again, I am saying, if you can't do that, please escalate to someone who is able to arrange for the refund. The amount might be big or small, whatever, but the logic what you guys are putting across, which is not acceptable from a company like Ola.

                  Please note that in Ola share the pickup and drop is preset for every passenger as the driver has to deviate the route to pickup/drop the co-passengers. Incase of delay in reaching the drop location or if the passenger de-boards in midway we shall not be able to compensate or refund.

                  If you are booking cab for any important meeting or other events, we would suggest you to make booking from other categories like Ola Micro, Ola Mini Etc, this category of the cabs will reach the destination as per the ETA. To know about the deviation policy click here and refer to term no 5. Rights and Obligations: Do’s & Don’ts and condition no 2. However, we will forward this to the relevant team to fix and improve time management in such cases.

                  This is a complaint with regards to the ticket no : 41257049

                  I have already spoken to your customer care agents, sent several emails, however, nobody has resolved the issue. I am a regular customer.

                  On 29th March, I have boarded the cab (Ola Share) unfortunately or fortunately for the 1st time. I always book Ola Micro/Mini. Soon after boarding the cab, I came to know the driver is taking longer route (from Haralur to Koramangla and then from there to Kalena Agrahara)than the usual one and I will have to reach the destination as soon as possible. I know this is OLA SHARE and they will follow their own, but this is not the easy route. Hence, I got down from the cab within 5 minutes of boarding. I tried to cancel the boarding, but I was not able to do that. I requested the driver also, but he did not (whether, he did not or he was not able to, don't know).
                  Hence, I called up to your customer care team to cancel. However, my trip was not completed. My concern is why I have been charged Rs. 132 from my account ? You should charge me for 5-10 minutes riding or cancellation fee which is justified. I did not ask for complete refund. That does not mean, he will travel whole Bangalore to earn more money and I will enjoy the ride with him for the whole day. That does not make sense.

                  As per my knowledge, a customer can change the drop location after boarding the cab. Without my concern, within 10 minutes, my trip status has been updated to "completed" that is from Haralur road to Kalena Agrahara. The driver covered 14 km distance within 10-15 minutes specially in Bangalore following the main road (Haralur-Sarjapur-Koramangala-Kalena Agrahara), Koramangala, because there was another passenger.

                  I have few concern.

                  1. how would you charge a customer if there is no pre-paid Ola Money in his account. Hence, the question comes in mind that, cash payment is good option for a customer in order to avoid such incident.

                  2. And again, it's another concern, if someone does not find himself comfortable in front of the co-passengers after boarding the cab, & wants to get down from the cab (the reason can be anything, any emergency can take place), then the same policy would apply for him ? In a nutshell, what I have understood that, once you've boarded Ola Share, you will have to complete the ride at any cost in order to loose the money, am I correct ?

                      I received ola referral code worth rs 100 and i registered and used that referral code.Now they are denying me the cashback but ideally that ride was supposed to be free.

                      I am Rahul Singh registered with Ola Cab to avail the service since my friend gave me a coupon to try ola.I applied the coupon took the ride.But every time you people are denying me the cashback saying that it was not applied from my side.

                      I applied it and it was showing in offers and free ride section and being a new member I thought that I will receive a free ride since it was already applied.

                      Now, that it was not applied ola, I am supposed to get cashback in my account.You people don't want the customers to be happy. Every other company tries to make the customer happy but you people don't want that also.

                      Please let me know if I will receive cashback or not.I am really irate with the experience that I had with you.

                      I want refund.

                        I booked an ola auto for a distance of about 4 kms (jainagar 2nd block to forum mall backside). I got down from the auto telling the driver to end the trip. I received a trip ending msg about 25 mins later saying my bill is rs 155, instead of 29. Since i had ola money in my account; it got deducted from there.
                        This is the limit of cheating and treachery one can expect from such a company. Even after putting the destination in the app, how can the driver end the trip 6.5 kms beyond the given place with ola doing nothing about it. Although this, not being a big amount is a diabolic reflection of the new ways by which a customer can get cheated. I hope to see a quick resolution in this matter, else there is no scarcity of good cab/ taxi/ auto providers in Bangalore.

                          App mentions extra charge if more than 24 hrs but not how much extra.

                          Travel Time 29hrs approx
                          Charged for 48 hrs plus 2 day driver allowance.

                          Nowhere is it mentioned that full 2 day charges will be levied if time is extended.

                          Solution expected:
                          1. Mention charges with clarity upfront before booking.
                          2. CHarge on pro rata basis and refund the excess that you have charged.
                          Travelled yesterday 23rd march 2017 from vignangar to domlur, krn number:[protected], at 1:10pm.

                          Did not received total bill msg, also the driver charged me 130 rs by cash, later 29 rs got deducted from ola money as well. I end up paying extra. Also to note, i travel this route everyday, bill never exeeds 110 rs by auto.

                            I have booked Ola Share for two person on Mar 26, 2017 having OSN[protected] White Wagonr) driver name Rajesh Kumar . I was with my 2 years old baby and my aged mother, we travel to the place within the waiting time but he cancelled the cab after saying that he can't wait for so long and he take my purse with him. when i called him back he called me at his place to collect my belongings. I have to walk to that place in such a sunny day with my baby to collect the same, it was totally mannerless and rude. I highly disappointed with the services and the staff hire by you to serve the public . I expect a immediate action for the same

                              Dear Sir,

                              I had booked an Ola Mini (CRN[protected] on 28 March 2017 (10am) from New Ashok Nagar to Lado Sarai, both of which fall within New Delhi. The pincode of New Ashok Nagar being 110096 (a Delhi pincode). The same pincode can be seen on the invoice as well (attached).

                              At the time of booking the estimated fare was shown as Rs.252/-. However, the Ola mobile app had trouble recognizing the pick-up point as within Delhi since it lies close to the Delhi-Noida border. Post the pickup the app has recognized the pick-up point as within Noida and unjustly charged me Rs.100 State/MCD tax even though no such tax was paid or even had to be paid by my cab driver. The location is evidently in Delhi, it can be seen in the map on the invoice too.

                              I request and expect a refund of Rs.100/- charged extra as State/MCD tax at the earliest.

                              So, this was the first and last time I'm using this service. The cab driver was rude by hanging up on our face when we were trying to tell him a easier way to pick us and he cancelled the trip and didn't listen to us AT ALL. This is his CRN[protected] Parminder Singh - would appreciate some action from your end. Please, it was rude of him.

                                Today(27th march 2017) in morning i took a Ola cab in Hyderabad, he droped me at my destination. i kept my mobile for charge, and i forgot to take it back.. exactly after 5 minutes i'm calling that guy, and he is not picking my call.. i tried from another number, his no was busy..([protected]) i called back and again he was not responding.. its my humble request, please contact that guy and deliver my mobile soon, before i reach towards police for my problem.

                                  Pls ck the invoice attached, my wife paid the driver Rs 215 cash and I also before the journey started informed the driver to collect cash and he did but also collected 149 Rs from my ola money and now he is behaving innocent. I need my ola money refund or cash refund as this driver belongs to your company and I am your regular patron as per the record you can see

                                  I hope to get a good resolution in 24 hours time and hope you will keep me as your patron.

At drop location, driver said bill is not visible on his mobile & it was taking time on my mobile as well. I thought some network issue, As driver was in hurry, I paid Rs 1400/-, thinking estimated bill is anyways Rs 1370.
                                  But after driver left, the bill message on my mobile was Rs 832.
                                  When I called & informed Ola on this, they are simply closing the issue without even answering the questions raised by me (Ticket[protected]. What is the reason for such huge difference between the actual bill and estimated bill? ??

                                    I booked a Ola cab on 27 mar 17 in Raipur. After booking I called the driver and asked for the ride to my destination. He replied that there will be extra charges and return charges will also have to pay. Since I denied to pay extra and I asked him to cancel the booking, he started using slang languages to me saying that U cancel the booking. I just asked him if the driver is having problem with my destination, he should cancel the booking. His misbehave felt me to unlike OLA now.
                                    Max time will try to not to go through OLA. If someone don't like customers, they don't deserve to get respect from others too...
                                    I have used ola cab from my house in juhu, Andheri West to bis office in Andheri East. I forgot my mobile phone in cab. Please return it back.
                                    I took an ola cab today morning, had used driver's USB cable to charge my phone and by mistake left my phone behind. The trip ended and contacted the driver but driver says there is no phone in the car. Please ask the driver to return the phone.

                                    I took this ride on March 18th, 2017, 12:05 AM, Driver asked for cash and I paid full amount Rs.107 in cash and later on I checked the same amount got deducted from my ola money. in short I have apid twice for the same ride, so can you please refund my ola money back.

                                      Hi Team,

                                      I am not happy with OLA cab service, as I have book cab on[protected]. I don't want to disclose cab number, as he was late for pick up and take me long distance and charge me extra, if I say please take 10 mins ride forward but driver was argue with me not to go. Charge me extra for that, if I pay with OLA money they will cancel my trip and your service charge will ₹ 75/- for cancellation of trip, hence I have discussed not to recharge OLA money and 5 years ban on hiring OLA cab, there no promise code and no discount, please stop using OLA cab and I have uninstall OLA cab app.
                                      I have cancelled my ola share pass but no refund was credited to my account.

                                        I haven't taken any ride because the driver is telling me that your ride is cancelled due to some technical problem in his mobile. But I was in hurry so I try to re-book rather than to settle it, but during re-book fare increased so I change my mind and took local cab.
                                        After 10 days mail sent by ola team that my payment of 198/- rs is outstanding.
                                        But my question is why it is outstanding though the ride booked through CASH PAYMENT METHOD.
                                        Due to miss information provided by driver to me, why should I pay ?
                                        Ride didn't took you can check your gps route.
                                        Cash method selected why it is showing outstanding.
