We are two girls traveling at night in share cab to wards samshabad and the driver is accepting the rids in the opposite way and talking in a rude manner and I felt like no safety for women in ola I would not recommend to any other girls and would like to escalate this in all social media.

    I regularly take an OlaAuto for my office commute of less than 2Kms and my cost is Rs.29/- (Ola has this flat Rs.29/- for 4Kms). During the ride on 28th Feb 2017 ref: KRN[protected], i took the same route - using same pickup and drop pins. I had a meeting and was running late, so the guy dropped at building entrance and there was traffic. He was taking longer to close the trip and said - Sir, network slow it will get debited in OlaMoney. You can leave. I just trusted Ola for i am using daily. But after my meetings later post lunch, i get an alert on my phone that total bill was Rs.483/- for some 39Kms and 216 mins travel. If you calculate locations in google maps - it is hardly 1.8 - 2Kms and takes 5-8 minutes. I was drained out completely of my OlaMoney. I made a complaint to Ola many times with screenshot of pickup and drop locations, travel history. Also, there is proof that i got down from Auto, entered building CCTV camera, my swipe-ins to office, etc...
    Please help me get justice and refund. Ola is not responding to my complaints for nearly 10 days now.

      Today I had taken ola auto for my ride from Kamaraj nagar to Babusapalya.. the fare was 199. I had 75 as a Ola money and the payment through was 124. But the driver forced mw to pay extra 20RS and he rounded it to 150. In hurry instead of hundred rupees note, I had given him 500 rupees and a fifty rupees note. After some time when I asked him by mistake I have given you 500 rupees means, He argued very badly telling no... you gave only 150. I'm feeling very bad. It's all of cheaters. I was overcharged and cheated. I hate OLA Auto. The auto driver's name was NAYAPASHA. Hi auto number was KA01D2426. This happened on 9th March Afternoon 12.30 types.

        I had booked an Ola Cab on share basis from Hyderabad Airport to Creative Prime, Kondapur, Hyderabad 500084. I had kept my wallet in the Passenger side door in the front seat. He dropped me around 945am. I remembered at around 1045am and the driver did have the wallet and I collected the same at around 1115am. Thanks to the driver for the same. However on checking contents I found 2 notes of Rs 2000/- missing (total Rs 4000/-) only. All the remaining items were OK. On questioning the driver he claimed ignorance of the same and due to lack of time I could not make a formal complaint at the police station. Instead the driver expected some reward for returning the wallet. The driver details are as given : Driver Name T Chandra Seva (+91-[protected]) - Car - Silver Indica - AP28TV4714. Would need help to take action against the theft of Rs 4K. Thanks
        I am complaining against Ola Share Receipt for OSN[protected], it was a worst experience today, instead of entering exact drop location driver dropped me long before my destination. The location where driver dropped me it was almost 500meters before from my entered destination, this kind of service is not expected from ola. Kindly look into this.

          I booked OLA cab on 4th March 2017 with CRN[protected]. I booked it from GD Colony, mayor vihar phase 3, new delhi to Anand Vihar terminal. OLA has charged me 100 rs extra for MCD toll tax which I think not applicable for travelling within Delhi. I have already raise this issue on OLA application but not receive any resolution till now. Please help me on this issue.

              I was travelling from bandra terminus to elphistone, before the ride, estimated amount showed ₹225 which included ₹60 for sea link toll. We did not use the sea link still the payment amount was ₹225. The driver was arguing and wasted my 15 minutes to pay the bill amount. He took &170. A very bad experience with ola and also i used code HAPPY50 and i got discount of ₹8 only. The driver was different in the picture while booking and some other person was driving the cab.

                I have brought a new Airtel mobile connection from Chennai Registering my details. I downloaded OLA app and registered to OLA app using the same number. To my surprise the profile details was of a different person and his/her travel history was available to me. It's a safety and security concern. I contacted customer service they asked me to change the profile by giving different email. more over they are help less to provide me a clear answer and how to avoid this.My worry is I am currently on short visits to india and when my mobile number gets Deactivated and assigned to a new person my travel history and all details are available to them.

                  , I have been using this cab service every Monday for the past two months from CMBT, Chennai to One India Bulls Park, Ambattur, Chennai and all along I have been charged only 108 RS a maximum of 123 Rs and the distance is just 8 kilometers. But today, 20/02/2016. I was charged 245 RS for the same and it was claimed to be twenty kilometers. The driver said his GPS was showing 8 kilometers only. When contacted the customer care through the driver, they said it is showing 20 kilometers in their system. CRN[protected]

                  Took my friends wife number from his cellfone and he is misusing it and texting her i want strict action against this incident or i am lodging FIR against your company

                    i am vinay kumar giri.I take a ride from Vasundhara to Kaushambi on 1st March. My booking no is CRN[protected]. Ride estimate is around 100/-. It take 22min 7.6KM from my home to reach kaushambi. You charged 222/- from me. This fare is included State Tax/MCD 100/- . If i traveled from Vasundhara (UP) to Kaushambi (UP) without going to delhi. How can OLA charge 100/- as State Tax/MCD. I put the complain on 1st March itself but still didn't get and reply fro OLA team. I want refund asap. OLA is making fool of customers.

                      Had a HORRIBLE experience with Olacabs today for booking no CRN[protected]. The booking was for a outstation trip from Mumbai to Pune (1 day round trip). Olacabs confirmed the booking at 4:00 pm, 4th March, sent the driver details 1 hour prior to the boarding time along with a notification that the driver would pick us up at 4 pm from Mumbai and 4 pm on the next day from Pune.
                      It was a 24 hour package, and the estimate as per the locations I put was 3200 for close to 282 kms (excluding toll). There wasn't a delay in the pickup and drop and the driver was extremely courteous. When I reached Mumbai today at around 6:09 pm, I was charged exorbitant rates i.e. 5877 Rs. When inquired by calling the customer care rep, I was told by Mr. Mayanak (Supervisor) that I had exceeded the 24 hour travel and charged for the extra 2 hours however they do give a buffer of 1 hour.
                      First of all, as intimated by your notification, the driver picked us up at 4 pm respectively on both the days and the delay was not fromm our side.
                      Secondly, they did mention on their app that extra charges may be applicable in case we exceed hours. I understand that you may charge a substantial fee however, Olacabs has charged me 1 day complete base fare (Rs. 2499 approx) + 250 (allowance for the driver). This wasn't mentioned anywhere in the OLA app or communicated via msg as well.
                      Also, they have charged me for 325 Kms. The excess Kms have been used by the driver as he had gone to his relatives place to stay. How can you charge the customer for the usage done by your drivers?
                      Mr. CEO, request you to take notice of how customers are being fooled by Olacabs with incorrect information and charged like crazy for no reason. Really disappointed with the services and would any day recommend Uber over Olacabs.
                      Guys, would request to share it as much as possible so that other customers are well educated before trusting such companies.
                      Many a times inspite of availability of Ola auto or Ola cabs unable to get booked it happens upto more than 1 hour and the motion of auto is not correct and auto comes at the destination but shows long time to get on the location it may sometimes cancel the ride by seeing long time arrival to destination and again it takes time to book the cab.
                      We know that ola r cheap but they are takinh huge money without any calculation if we r going to 30km with ola mini it should cost around 180+40=220 and its taking around 600-700 why you are taking so much i want an answer or i will take necessary action i will do a fraud case on you. I will see that how ola exist in india.
                      Yesterday booked ola and shown pending rs116/- so cancelled the trip..already used for ola on 25 th Saturday morning from Egmore rly stn to Vrisa appartments and fare RS 255/- cash paid and settled only. Further not used ola only uber . So how is pending amount Rs 116/-
                      Please don't cheated .

                        I am a regular traveller using ola share from Thakur village to powai. Previous experience has been that co-passengers route falls on same route while booked on ola share. Today, due to technical reason both are on exactly opposite direction and showing a drop time of 1.50 hrs. I contacted ola customer care to inform the inconvenience but the representative was not able to understand my query. In fact I am being told in the near future & for comfortability I shud book micro or mini and avoid using ola share. I was asking to cancel this ride & do not deduct any charges but it didn't happened. Moreover, I am recommended by driver to get down near by location & find suitable mode for my destination. Ridiculous overall customer experience!!

                        The driver refused to follow directions I gave him. He insisted on following a route that was incorrect. Dropped me off in the middle of a highway with no way to cross the road or find some any kind of transport.

                          We are residence of Kolathur Sarojini Nagar, today (05.03.2017) we return puzhuthivakkam Hindu Colony 1st main road to kolathur at about 09.15 pm at that time OLA cab fare states Rs.349 we started journey from puzhithivakkam, hindu colony to kolathur, after getting down from the car, the car driver shows the fare Rs.1, 100. In this regard we talked to Office they also insists give Rs.1, 100. We says at time of booking they shows only Rs.349/- but they told only sorry and they told pay the Rs.1, 100, this is premium time sunday. After discuss OLA office staff through phone but not fruitful. This is unfare trade practice. Whether OLA will take necessary action in this regard.

                            I have been overcharged on a OLA shared trip. Also they are not giving any breakup of the bill. I traveled on 28feb on same route on individual booking and the amount charged is same as shared. Also when asked about breakup they refuse to give any breakup. The support team speaks rudely and asks me to directly file a complaint or fill a lawsuit if I want to.
                            From past one month I'm not able to book any cab or an auto from the app.
                            I says some technical problem.
                            I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling umpty number of times but it is still the same. Please do something about it.
                            Not at all professional at calls and don't have a position to Escalate.. Makes customer as their Level and no solution for anything...

                            It's pathetic for customers to invest money inreturn poor service... Advice to take an action and make this cab services licensed cancelled for ever

                              I travelled through OLA CAB against CRN[protected] from Mansarover Park Delhi-110032 to Ghazipur Delhi-110091 and back to Mansarover Park in OLA Rental Cab. In my invoice Rs 300/= levied as State/MCD charges. In this context I would like to inform that my destination and home location both are in Delhi. No where we crossed through GT road toll point and Koshambi toll point. Please get refunded Rs 300/ as charged in excess.

                                  What is the exact cost of ola cab.
                                  Why you are giveing wrong statements to the public by advertising per km. 3/- ed today I have taken cab from you it's hardly 40kms distance up and down but you are charged 982/-rs this is really too much of cost this is not foreign country this is our India why you are cheating public like this you are broken my heart by your cost seriously I have to go consumer court I need from call or reply from you who will respond for my loss I want my amount reasonable cost take give my amount returned

I booked the Auto on 27-Feb to reach contonment Railway station. he took more than 11 km from home which is in Murgeshpalya.. Also, I have paid full amount by cash and Ola money.. I told him to use my ola money.. But he asked me to pay full amount. So, i have paid full amount by cash.. I just checked my old amount the amount is zero balance.

                                      Yesterday (02.03.2016) I have sent my friend by OLA Cabs.
                                      Booking referance was OSN38228209.

                                      I had sufficiant amount in OLA money, but the driver has been collected the money (Rs.321)from my friend and my OLA money also deducted.

                                      Today I called the Customor services and reporting about this problem, but the person (His name is Asiz) said that they cant refund the money back. I asked to transfer the call to his senior, but he said that he could not.

                                      When I ask about Mr.Asiz said that their company is act like mediator. They do not consider customer satisfaction and all.

                                      Really its a fraud services and do any thing for money
                                      I had to leave for airport, I booked cab using ola app 4 times but after confirmation it got cancelled each time. Even I called driver hr said he is on his way but then it got cancelled and he did not pick my phone up. This has happened earlier also. I tries with different phone also, but no luck.
