I am unsatisfied with the Auto Driver.. I booked the Auto on 27-Feb to reach contonment Railway station. he took more than 11 km from home which is in Murgeshpalya.. Also, I have paid full amount by cash and Ola money.. I told him to use my ola money.. But he asked me to pay full amount. So, i have paid full amount by cash.. I just checked my old amount the amount is zero balance.

    Yesterday (02.03.2016) I have sent my friend by OLA Cabs.
    Booking referance was OSN38228209.

    I had sufficiant amount in OLA money, but the driver has been collected the money (Rs.321)from my friend and my OLA money also deducted.

    Today I called the Customor services and reporting about this problem, but the person (His name is Asiz) said that they cant refund the money back. I asked to transfer the call to his senior, but he said that he could not.

    When I ask about Mr.Asiz said that their company is act like mediator. They do not consider customer satisfaction and all.

    Really its a fraud services and do any thing for money
    I had to leave for airport, I booked cab using ola app 4 times but after confirmation it got cancelled each time. Even I called driver hr said he is on his way but then it got cancelled and he did not pick my phone up. This has happened earlier also. I tries with different phone also, but no luck.

I am lodging a complaint against the auto driver whose details are mubasheer and no. is [protected]. I want to make sure that no one should cross these kind of auto drivers.         Driver didn't accept ola money and asked me to pay in cash so i said that i will cancel the ride and register a complaint about you.
        He very blatantly said OK OK do it like he didn't even care .
        If you are gonna keep hiring drivers like this and resolve our complaints then how are we supposed to feel safe in your cabs.
        When they don't have any fear of complaints how are we supposed to feel safe.
        They will do what ever they will want and we can' t do anything.

          When I booked the Ola cab, he came and argued that he'll not travel, the registration no. is not matching. He simply refused to travel, and took his car away. Due to that I had to cancel my travel and as a result a message came to me saying the, Rs 50 (extra) will be charged on my next ride. You must consult with the driver directly...

          THE EXTRA CHARGES :
          Rs. 50 will be charged on your next ride as cancellation fee. If you are charged incorrectly, go to support section on app and claim a refund.

          I need a serious justification for this incident.

            i dont understand what types of driver are there in Ola Cab, yesterday i booked ride CRN number CRN[protected], we had bus booking from anand Rao Circle at 8:30 pm, when i called to driver he was telling to cancel the ride as Its very Far, then i told ok i will cancel by giveng comment Driver Denied duty Then he started abusing me so many Bad words he used, i am so much angry and disappointed, he was telling he have my location he will come to my home to hit me. what type of gundas are there in your OLA Cabs, i will Do legal police complaint on him, and i think its my last Ride with Ola in future i will never take your service. driven number is [protected].i want strict action to be taken againts him.my nuber is [protected]

            Just raise a police complaint with proper document proof (Audio file of call and some other related documents). They will react u as soon as possible if you done this.

              Driver charged me twice
              I took an Ola share ride (OSN[protected] from Bhangagarh to Satgaon and the driver's name was Sakil Ahmed.My ride was scheduled on OLA money by default and since I was coming from the hospital, I was in a hurry.When the Cab arrived, there were 2 more passengers in the cab.When those passengers reached their destination, they paid the driver Rs 100 and he had to return Rs 30 back.He didn't have change, so he asked me if I had change.So I gave him Rs 82 in cash which was by mistake as I forgot that my ride was on OLA money.Now after I reached my destination, IT was the driver who should have checked what was the payment mode.I'm sure he knew that it was OLA money, still he didn't return the double charge he took from me, After I reached home I remembered and I called the driver very politely about what had happened and he said that he'll return the money back. But it's very ironical that now when I call him, he's not picking up the call or some women picks the call and tells that he's not available.Now after 3 days from the incident i'hv decided to lodge a complaint against the driver, so that he can't do such things again.I'm very disappointed and probably will not opt for OLA again.

                The complaint is about overall service offered by ola. I will enumerate 3 instances:
                1) On 16th Feb 2017, there was 6 cancellation. the first cancellation was at 12:12 pm, followed by cancellation at 12:19, 12:27; 12:36; 12:41; 12:54 respectively. I got the cab at 1:23 pm. The cab booking process was started at 12:00 pm. Out of the cancellations made two cab were allotted by your agents. I spoke to 4 different people from your call centre. One driver denied duty after siting in the cab because the payment was through ola money.
                Your agent asked me to get off on the road in the hot sun & do alternative arrangement after wasting one hour.
                2) On 23rd Feb I get allotted a wrong cab, going in opposite direction and on cancellation, cancellation fee was charged.
                The above two instances are only few examples of the bad service ola is offering.
                We are paying heavy to the cab service and definitely expect good service. The ola charges customer, driver on cancellation. But there is no compensation if customer is made to wait.
                The ola peaks its prize during the peak hours and yet makes customer to wait.
                The customer service cell of ola do not function effectively.
                In spite of repeated complaints no action has been taken.
                We expect value for money.
                The agony and prolonged waiting time does affect the routine and the very purpose of choosing ola service

                  Hi Team,
                  We booked an Ola Cab for commuting from Giridhar Executive Park till Rajiv Gandhi Airport (Hyderabad).
                  The distance is approximately 19 km and it takes about 20-25 minutes to reach.
                  • The Ola cab driver took a longer route and took 68 minutes to drop us to the airport
                  • The cab fare (which ideally should have been 250 or so), it cost us 529 instead, almost double
                  • The cab guy also charged us 30 Rs for the toll – which later when we got the bill, was already added there ( You refunded 29 rs instantly for the same)
                  • We did not check the toll charges that time- since we were by then running terribly late for our flight
                  • Most of all- we missed our flight that day – and had to take alternate flight costing us a difference amount of 12800. (Happy to share any required details for the same) .
                  • The Ola person also called us to check if we asked the driver to take longer route – and we told then at that time itself that we never did!
                  • We are expecting Ola to help us refund this – and the entire inconvenience we had because of the same

                    I have been using Ola from many years and facing issues related to trip fares and refund issues etc.. from many years. I still stuck with them as they are Indian by origin and had good business model. This week I found many new things about this taxi co. which disappointed me. First, they charged me twice for the same trip today by credit card and cash. I was informed me that cash will be refunded once I approve my credit card payment. They turned back on their own promise in no time once credit card payment was processed. Drivers are very rogue compared to UBER. I was also informed that Ola cheats drivers as well, and this is why drivers are also eager to cheat passengers to earn extra bucks as soon as they notice elderly passengers. In this case, I had booked cab for my mother who paid taxi fare as cash as driver started making scene in front of my relative's house.

                      It is regarding this auto driver, an OLA Auto connect.
                      On the date 8th Feb, I forgot a bag in his auto. The bag contained a skating kit.
                      Despite continuously emailing and following up with OLA's Customerservice, they are unable to give a definite answer.
                      Neither the auto driver is available on phone.
                      OLA cannot handle these many people profiles then should think of closing down.

                        My last ola ride was exorbitant i feel. I booked an Ola micro from Mahalaxmi race course Mumbai to Airoli ( Navi Mumbai). It upgraded to Accent without our knowledge and charged us 730 rupees whereas we paid 450 rupees while going
                        This is sheer cheating on your customers. Please explain the sudden surcharge and upgradation to ola prime without prior information.
                        Driver very rude.
                        Refused to come to pick up point.
                        Disconnected the phone and cancelled booking on his own.
                        Shocking behaviour.

                          It is nice to see that Ola has started the facility of providing cabs for outstation. There is no such criteria of giving drivers an extra commission if they are going to other city. I booked the cab 4-5 times from chennai to Vellore but the drivers are cancelling the ride because I denied to pay him extra commission of Rs 300. The way they were behaving was very irritating. Kindly take an action against these drivers because we are not using Ola to entertain their requirements rather to get an easy and tension free ride and reach the destination as fast as possible.

                          Please mention in your site that no drivers are supposed to take an extra commission from the passenger and take strict actions against them.

                          These drivers have become very clever nowadays. What they do is as soon as we book a cab they ask us to cancel the ride from the app and they will take us to the destination privately so that they don't have to pay whatever amount of money they have to pay to your company and the entire money goes to them. So ultimately it's your loss and also our because theythen increase the price if we go privately.

                          Please mention in your site that no drivers are supposed to take an extra commission from the passenger and take strict actions against them.

                            While boarding in car for required destination the driver informed me that I have booked in prime and prices are too much.He would book in mini/micro for less price and immediately taken out my mobile frcefully.After 1 km of travelling he forcefully took me down from car and arranged for another OLA.I did not agree to leave out from his car.Thus he had wastage my time for 45 min and my appointment got delayed with Minister/MLA due to his inhuman behaviour although I did not ask him to cancel and book another one.These things happened after he was receiving call from a lady continuously after my boarding in the car.The driver was very much busy in talking with that lady in phone and always telling that he is coming within 2 min.He forcefully got me out from the car after 1 km although my destination was 15 km approx, I refused to pay him Rs.132 which he forcefully getting me down and demanded illegally.Due to torture and attack to a Senior Citizen and not reaching the destination in time I could not complete my appointment and incur losses of Rs.5 lacs which I demanded from your concern failing which I would have no option but to report to News Media and legal action would be taken by me against the authority responsible for it. I was saved due to my brother and good driver of next OLA sri Sukhendu.
                            He was forcefully and repeatedly taking away my mobile and deleted every booking details in mobile.He threatened me to recover money from my residence.

                              Respected Sir,
                              I had booked an Ola Cab(Mini) on 25th of February whose CRN No. was[protected] from 126, Tara Park, Behala to 103, Seth Para, Howrah whose total charge came up to Rs. 272.
                              Now today 27th of February 2017, I had again booked an Ola Cab (wanted Mini but given Prime Sedan) from the same pin location to the same drop location and the CRN No. was[protected] but the total charge came up to Rs. 427 which is just the double of the previous amount.
                              I was literally shocked to see such a vast difference between the two amounts for the same journey. It was actually unbelievable that when I had booked a Mini Cab I was provided with a Prime Sedan and when I had called up the driver (Shaban) and when I had asked him he too told me that It was a Mini Car and now I came to the conclusion that the driver had also misguided me.
                              I would hereby request you to make some necessary changes to your system so that no one has to face the same problem.

                              The actual fare shown was 41 rupees. The driver demanded 1.5 times of the charge 60 rupees. He refused to close the meter. I paid 60 rupees to him as I didn't want to argue with him.

                                I have recently taken a ride with OLA micro which should cost me somewhat between 130-150 as per estimate. but additional Rs 135 has been charged as surcharge without any prior notice. As per Indian Govt rules, no surcharges are allowed by cab companies but OLA is still adding it in cab bills. Even if they want to apply surcharges then at least they should inform the customer before booking. @OLA These type of fraudulent activities are quite inappropriate way to earn money.

                                  I had booked a cab at 6Am bcz my guest's flight is scheduled but just before 5 min your driver had cancelled ride. As its early morning and there will be no vehice available. Somehow i again tried to book an ola but there was no cabs available. Later the same driver is messaging me on whats "apka raja" and some cheap things.

                                  I complaint on your app support corner but till now i did not get any reply from your side. Is this your professional behaviour? In this way you are trying to satisfy your valuable customer? I need telephonic councelling from your side else i llfile a complaint against you

                                  Because now its a question of women security.

                                    My mother travelled from Rajnagar extension, Ghaziabad to New Ashok Nagar Delhi-96 after confirmed rate of Rs 314 but on destination the driver demanded Rs645. Kindly refund my extra charged money at the earliest so that further trust can be built up otherwise. The details are as follows :

                                    Today moring i booked ola auto from hotel ajanta to karumandapam its just 2.2 kms so the amount is rs 29 only but the auto man shows that it us 6.37 kms and amount got the amount from me is 70 rs . The ride time is 5 mins only.. how is it possible to ride 6.37 kms in 5 mins that too in auto.kindly make ola cab to refund my amount and warn them.

                                      I booked a OLA Share Cab on 23rd Feb '17 (OSN[protected] . I was trying shared cab for the first time. The experience I got, would make it my last OLA share trip.
                                      To cut the long story short, I got down at my destination. Driver asks for cash.
                                      I check my OLA App if the money has been deducted from my Ola Money account. I was using OLA after long gap hence did not remember the last Ola Money balance. I do not find any link on OLA App to check OLA Money Statement. I do not get any SMS for money deduction. Driver and one more passenger is waiting. I pay Cash Rs 501 to the driver.
                                      Later after much research on Ola Money I discover that Rs 501 has been deducted from my Ola Money account as well. I call customer care. Customer Care executive refuses to refund the amount and asks me to talk to the driver to get the cash back. (Earlier they used to refund without much debate).
                                      I call up the driver. Driver says he has been denied online payment through Ola Money and the Cash I paid him is his only remuneration (I have recorded his statement on my phone). Whom do I believe ? Where do I go?
                                      Ola and driver both refuse to refund the excess amount charged.

                                        I booked ola cab to go to airport at 4 am (25th Feb). This is biggest mistake i did. Cab driver (CRN: 587905nnn) called me for direction and as soon as i said to airport, he said I need to pay Rs. 120 extra without bill. I asked why, and he said this is for return toll charges. I said i will not pay until unless it is part of bill. He refused to take me to airport and drove off. At early morning i do not have any option as i might miss my flight at 6:20 am. I decided to drive to airport as it is an important occasion for my wife and 6 year old daughter.

                                        This is a disgraceful business practice by Ola to blackmail customer asking for more money without bill when i had no choices left. I need to pay now parking charges at airport and again need to go to airport to pick up my car as my return ticket is to rly station. It makes economic sense for me to pay Rs. 120 as bribe instead of spending (Rs. 800 for parking charges and another 800 for taxi to airport to bring back the car.) I still did it because i do not want any other customer to suffer like this. My complaint in FB was answered by copy and paste kind of a response.

                                        This is unfair trade practice.
                                        1. Ola promised a service for certain charges, and when customer did not have any choices left, you asked the customer to pay more money. This is unethical way of doing business.
                                        2. Ola asked customer to pay extra money without any receipt.

                                        Ola, Can you please let me know why this is not considered as unethical practice and unfair way of doing business.
                                        I booked an ola ride and the pick up started from an another location.

                                        Wait timer was put on, cab was not even at my location and i had to bear the burden of time in waiting for another cab.

                                        Extra burden of 200 rupees in time of 15 mins.

                                        Sheer disappointment!
