I hired a Ola micro from MIAL T-2 on Jan 28, 2016. Ola has a pick up atP^ level.
I booked the ride. CRN no. CRN[protected]
1. The Driver's name was Muddassir Ukaye. The person who picked me up was not the same as it appeared on the receipt. a villager from Barshi, speaking Marathi. He was very well behaved.
2. I was waiting at P-6. The driver asked me to come out at the bust stop.
3. I came out and was asked to pay taxes by the MIAL staff, which I did.
4. The ride was uneventful and acceptable, although the vehicle was quite rickety.
5. There was no toll tax paid at Mulund Eastern Express highway. The driver showed the card. which was seen by the top collector and allowed to go. I have seen this during my several rides earlier.
6. I Asked the driver about it, and he mentioned that the Toll tax was paid as a monthly pass @ INR 1000 per month. He said that this pass was provided by ola (not purchased by him).
7. On arrival, I received the receipt.
8. To my chock, INR 100 was charged as P-6 charge, which shouldn't have been charged to me.
9. I was also charged INR 35 for the Mulund toll tax.
10. The receipt shows these as add ons, on which the company doesn't pay any taxes.
11. I read that Ola earned INR 135 extra...tax free.
My expectation is that Ola should stop fleecing the customers in this manner.

V1ery sorry to say that I feel cheated when Ola charged Rs 425 for the distance of hardly 4 km (deducted from Ola money)

    And my understanding on SMS received on 31st Dec given hereunder

    "There is no upper ceiling, no "conditions apply" words and not asked me to refer any link for conditions as said in your mail conversation"

    They gave only 150/- cash back on my three rides instead 50% on my three rides.

    Having checked our records, we see that you have received the offer code "HNY" for the ride taken under offer on 31st December and the offer "HNY" gives Rs.50/- discount for next 3 rides. However, you haven't applied the offer code. Hence, as one time exception we have credited Rs.150/- to your Ola account. I am sorry to inform you that we are unable to process any further refund for the same.

      Had a very bad experience of my last visit to Bangalore. I had hired this ola cab from Bangalore airport to Rajaji nagar. At the time of bill payment
      the driver I could not access the phone and I ended up paying 900 as against the original bill of 663. I called the driver and he promised me to return back the excess charged amount but then he did not revert.
      I was there for 4 days in Bangalore, but he did not revert. The amount is not concern for me but its necessary to show this things are happening.
      Our HR of Siemens forces us to use OLA so we go for it, but I am going to highlight this case to them also.
      I had given this feedback to ola on mobile app, but it seems they are simply not concerned.

        Ola charges Peak Traffic Fare. The Peak traffic fare of 2.4 has been charged. Also the Peak charge icon is so small and in corner that customers cannot see it often. Customers are in desperate need and they have no choice to give. When there is strike by certain sections of transport they resort to this more and it is very unethical

        Fair Price should be around Rs 180.

        Customer also could not understand peak fare stuff as he encountered first time and no vehicle was there.
        Had to wait for long time as their Server was not connecting.
        So it is entirely unethical.

          I am sorry to inform you that when you were informed by me that I have to go sankara eye hospital and your driver of the vehicle also confirmed that when I rode the vehicle and when he dropped me at HAL and from that place I had to hire an auto Rik Shaw to reach my destination .I was thinking when I do go to Delhi may be tomorrow I will ride Ola but I may have to think twice now .I may book Opera ride now from sankara to my home Atik confident Sompura gate Sarjapur Road just within half an hour.
          It should be sent to Ola Cabs and wrongly it have been sent to you.

            I had booked Ola cab in Pune for travel between Kothrud to Ghorpadi. Initially I received one confirmation. The driver arrived near the pickup, but could not locate the exact pickup point. After sometime i received a message that my booking has been cancelled and i have to book another ride. Accordingly I booked another ride and and the driver arrived in 5 minutes.

            However, the shocking part was, I was charged Rs 50 extra as cancellation fee by the other driver. This was totally unethical on Ola's part, since the booking was cancelled by Ola/driver.

            We had to suffer multiple times due to Ola for that ride. First, it was because the driver was not able to locate the pickup. Second, Ola/driver cancelled our booking and we had to book another ride, thus wasting our time. Third, and the most unacceptable was charging for cancellation, though the cancellation was not from our side.

            Very poor experience and I think Ola has lost a customer forever.

              Today i had a worst experience with Ola Auto, when i am booking ola auto from app, i get no. After that i was refused by 3 auto walas to take to that destination, 2 didn't respond to my call & 1 cancelled, in all these my 1 hour was wasted. Finally i had to cancel my plan & return to airport. Plz cross check with auto-people before giving there no. To passenger.
              I had my 8am nagpur delhi flight. So booked for 6 am ola cab by its " book for later" option.
              But in the morning they had no cabs on road at 6 am. I don't know why do they then take bookings. Because of them I missed my flight. They should be sued for this.

                I am a OLA SELECT CUSTOMER, I have OLA MONEY minimum balance is always Rs.500 in the OLA Account and also OLA Credit limit of 3000.

                For last 3 days I am being asked to pay Bills after travel in CASH. I have been talking continuously for last 3 days and also mailed the problem but no body seems to care nor revert back except sending a mail that the issue is RESOLVED.

                CAN anybody look into the problem and respond to me to resolve the problem.

                      OLA is not taking care of the drivers that's the reason drivers are not taking care of customers. OLA is harassing and making false allegation against drivers and not supporting drivers and customers. OLA just fetching money from customers and drivers in form of penalty. NO Resolution!!! NO Customer Centrix!!! NO Satisfaction!!! Only Harassment from OLA to OLA Customers and OLA Drivers also. OLA will make money and will run away after spoiling everything.

                        This whole reduced fares on Ola is a farce. Please check the fares at the time of booking and take a screenshot because Ola has started charging much higher than the fare quoted at the time of booking.
                        And when I raised a complaint (Ticket[protected] I was told that there was a surge in fares and that they send notification for that.
                        I was being charged same fare without any surge by Uber and I just chose Ola as one of the two. Least did I know about the fast Metres or wrong fares. For a ride of 36 minutes I was charged Rs. 286/- instead of the fare of Rs. 114/-.and despite raising a concern the Ola guys have only sent an email saying your query has been resolved.
                        I think it's time this company will start going down because of its unethical practice.

                            Hi, I boarded the cab on 26 Jan 2017 from Pune Railway Station to Wakad. the Driver asked me to pay cash and said he will raise a request for refund. As I was alone at 6 am in the morning I paid the cash and waited for the refund. Today I called CC and they said it is between customer and driver Ola does not take any responsibility.driver name uday patil phn no.[protected]. I spoke with the driver but now he is not lifting the call and Ola says they cant contact driver. Highly irresponsible Ola. I want my money back.

                              I am ola customer since more than a year.I started booking ola cab from 8.39 am today. Four bookings were cancelled as the cab driver did not turn up. Ola Share Receipt for OSN[protected]When I called him he accepted that he received my phone & will return it in the evening. But since the evening he is not picking up any call & Ola customer service is not helping me . They can easily contact to the driver but they are not doing so.                                     On both occassion drivers denied duty lastly had to book uber which came on time, this is really a very serious concern.

                                      I am writing to complaint against the OLA driver(Mr.Raju).who drove for us from Gurgaon to Rohini.Dated 29th Jan.

                                      I was travelling with my Finacee who is a new user to Ola. I had 844 Ola money in my Ola wallet.I got a drop at my resident which is in sector 7.I have asked the driver to drop my fiance at Rohini east metro station which is a nearest metro station from my place.

                                      I have informed my fiance not to pay anything to the driver as I have enough Ola money in the wallet.

                                      To my surprize I got a call from my fiance soon after he deboarded the Ola.That driver has asked him to pay Rs 100 more due to insufficent fund in Ola wallet.

                                      I rechecked my Ola wallet and found 210 ola money and the invoice of Rs.634.

                                      Now I want to know why the driver has cheated us.You can see my account I am an old customer for Ola.I use only OLA cabs because of some trust.Now after complaining in the call center.I am getting a revert that I have to call before paying to the driver.I did not call at that time because I had trust on you guys.But I was not aware that you people are cheaters.

                                      It is not a matter of Rs 100.Its a matter of trust.which you have lost.Going forward I will never use Ola again.I am deactivating the account today.Also recommend my friends not to use Ola ever.

                                      I also want you to penalise this drivers sincerely hope that you consider this
                                      behaviour unacceptable, and that you will take appropriate steps to
                                      reprimand these drivers. I would appreciate follow up information from you
                                      so that I can be certain you take this information seriously. Please call
                                      me at [protected] at your earliest convenience. I await word from you.

                                      I missed my meeting because of that

                                        Ola recently offered rides at FLAT Rs.99 through a code "HAPPY99". The term and conditions are not absolute. They don't include the surprises/exceptions a customer may have to face/know respectively. In my case, even after applying the code and availing the offer, a fare of Rs.349 was charged instead of Rs.99. The deal clearly said that i would be charged flat Rs.99 for riding 12 km in 30 minutes. Also, the free ride time of 30 minutes doesn't seem to the ride time. Instead it is the time from which i book the ride till the driver stops the ride. This would mean the 30 minutes given to ride 12 km may not be 30 minutes at all. It may mean 20 minutes or 10 minutes or even less depending on the time the driver reaches your pick up point. Now, if a customer is expected to ride 12 km in just 20 minutes or 10 minutes in a city like Hyderabad where the average speed of a city ride is just about 10 km an hour, then the deal seems to have be designed by a master at duping customers
