I had booked a cab on 14th January 2017 at 5.50AM.Cab driver called up me at 5.55 AM and informed me that he has arrived at the place.I have informed him that I will reach in 5 minutes time.After reaching the place along with my wife and kid, i could understand that he has cancelled the trip, with out informing me.I had to reach airport by 6.25 AM.With luggage and family along with me, I could not search another vehicle in time.Finally I could manage an auto but I could reach the airport by 6.35AM only.By the time aircraft(Jet Airways) had closed their counter and I missed the flight.As a result, I missed the connection flight from Mumbai to Mangalore also.
I had to book another ticket and had to travel at 11.05AM which costs us Rs24000/-.
I had also lost Approx Rs. 17500/- for the earlier ticket as cancellation fee.
Altogether I had faced lot of mental struggle and loss of money and time due to the unethical behavior from the driver of OLA.I request to arrange the compensation for the same.

    I Dr Khwaja moinuddin while travelling in Ola car swift dzireMHO3BC4085/OSN[protected].lost my purse and valuable Rs seven thousand &PAN car/Driving licence /MMC Reg card/Bombay YMCA Permanent card.Mr Asif was informed.I am making a formal Complaint to police.driver has not responded to my complaint.because when I sat in the car checked my purse.it was there.After I got down the purse wasn't there.I was sitting in the front seat.
    We booked ola mini from 7 tomb to samajiguda yashoda hospital. Driver was not confidet about route and reached to destination through long route. Consequently i had to paid Rs. 390 whereas while going to 7 tomb the taxi fare was Rs. 180. I think it is not jenuin fare. CRN was[protected]. Let me know whats wrong was

      The day before yesterday I was driving the bike and the old cab drivers split on the road without check behind vehical that split comes to on my pant and he just saying sorry while driving he was eating some stupid material make u guys can understand that things..And behind lady guest was sitting and she was literally upset I told them to clear it and he just say sorry sir it was just a mistake this type service you guys are providing...
      Please make sure that next it won't be happened again..
      And the next signal he was splitting on the road back to back...Again I go there and tell him to please clean it he say do what ever you want to do...

        An ola driver stole my Iphone. His name is Pramod, phone number : [protected], car name : White Ertiga, car number : HR55Y3826, CRN number was :[protected]. The car was booked by Nishant Bharali, phone number [protected], Date : 17.01.17, Time : After 11:00 pm
        Please do something regarding this issue. And I am sure that the driver took my phone because he was the last person I met before my phone got lost. And I remember I left my phone in the car, when I asked him to check he said he didn't find any phone and he was being rude and after that he switched off the phone. I clearly remember I left it in the car itself. I warned him to write complain against him then he said "he doesn't have only 1 car, he has 9 cars so a complain doesn't really matter much for him". This statement of his clearly shows up everything. So, I request you to take some action as soon as possible. It's a matter of IPhone stoled by an Ola driver. I hope you understand.             On 18th January, 2017 I booked a cab for my grand father and uncle. i patiently waited for the cab to arrive. the cab driver passed my lane and decided to take a very long unnecessary U-turn. After my father explain the locations to the driver, i waited on the road for 10 minutes. I called the driver up and asked him where he is because we had been waiting for the cab for over 20 minutes. Because I spoke in a higher volume, the Driver cut my call and just cancelled the booking leaving us cab less and after wasting 20 minutes of our time. At the same time, i have called him 10 times his phone not being reachable or not picking up. The Drivers name is Md Khan and mobile number is [protected]. Ola Cabs really needs to make their drivers a little more polite in taking to their customers before they loose all their loyal customer like I was.

              I booked a micro mini cab ( Wagonor) on 16th Jan 2017 from Dwarka sector 11 to Mahipalpur via airport and distance was approx. 16 kms. I regular travel by cab, this distance used to fare comes approx. INR 250 to INR 350, but yesterday fare came INR 821/-; It was unexpected. I am afraid now to travel by Ola cab. I am requesting you kindly look into the matter.

                I took ola from Ashok vihar 1 to Vasundhara Enclave at 1pm.Money charged was too high, though the distance was only 24km it was charged for 34 kms, that too before upgrading the company did not inform me with any surcharges.Charge from Ashok vihar 1 to vasundhara enclave can not b Rs951/-.Look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible
                Hi, Unnecessarily while booking ola cab, it navigated me to ola pass share and bought pass for me. Where I am not frequent traveler, it is unnecessarily deducted my 150 rs and offer only 50 rs discount and other money is wasted. Please refund me my money back or extend validity of my pass.

                  I want my money back
                  Send me drivers information and I will take it my way otherwise I have to go to upper Complaints

                    I booked Ola Cab today for a distance of 34..3km which took 120 minutes. So the total amount will be Rs.451.60+100(MCD Toll)=551.60, However, the invoice shows as below:

                    Total Bill (rounded off) ₹956

                    WHY HAVE YOU UPGRADED Prime Sedan, when I booked Micra (Prime Sedan - White Swift Dzire Upgraded from Micro)

                    why the factor"Fare Increase* ₹451.6" added in the bill with no justification. Also, the driver collected 956+100(extra) mentioning Rs.100 as MCD toll.
                    He mentioned that Rs.100 will be included in invoice, however it was already included in 956.

                    The worst part is that ola does not have any complaint redressal system on these issues.
                    Ola must charge as the price shown on website. But it does not.

                    I have been cheated badly by Ola and surely never going to hire it again. Such a big cheat company and it's driver.
                    I have paid 500 more than what was to be paid.
                    Kindly look into this.

                      Ola Share Pass charged at 1 ola ride and INR. 40 for the same distance for which Ola Share at regular rates charges INR. 55.
                      Also they are charging INR. 40 after the ride.

                      I just don't understand why don't they show the share rates before riding?
                      Also when the matter is escalated, nobody is accepting their fault, they just have one line disclaimer, this is what we do.
                      I have been trying chasing the Ola support on their email portal : [protected]@olacabs.com since past 10days, but no one is willing to respond me back.
                      These guys are fraud and fake

                        Yesterday I had booked taxi for my friend from Devinagar bengaluru to Mysore Road KSRTC Bus Terminal vide CRN[protected]. OTP was 4551. After reaching the destination, the driver Ravi P had collected cash Rs. 254 as well as deducted from Ola wallet an amount of 254. In this way he had cheated me. Kindly take action against such bluff masters before I escalate this to consumer court. I really shocked after seeing this incident.How safe our ola wallet is?. There is no such security while deducting money. either no OTP or email alerts on money deduction. How one could trust Ola money?.

                        Let me know what action you are going to take against this cheater.

                          On 15-Jan -2017 I booked Ola for my parents from Narayanpeth Pune to Pimpale Nilakh Pune, The Ola CAB drivere billed 233 RS which got deducted from my Ola wallet . At same time the driver took the money from my parents also in cash . When contacted Ola the response was pathetic . they say they can refund the amount .I need to get in touch of driver and take the money . How come this happen ? This is pathetic if ola takes money isnt it olas responsibility that they are accountable for same .

                            Yesterday I have booked ola mini whose fare is Rs 7 per km and travelled from chinarpark Brand factory to Birati bigbazar, whose distance will be hardly 10-12km.
                            The car given was white indigo.
                            But it took Rs 177 for such a short distance.

                            Attached is the ola driver and fare details.

                            Kindly do some needful and help me in getting my extra money back.

                            Temporality blocked for more than 24 hr. Ola didn't show correct pickup time n often gets late...in that process I cancelled my rides bt ut got blocked. Kindly unblock it soon as I find trouble in travelling from my workplace.

                            I have been using uber due to irregukar block n find it more time bound .

                              Monday 9th jan 2017, around 5 in the evening, I took a cab from 2nd Cross Brindavan layout, Horamavu to RTO Indiranagar, the expected fare was 125-130, after reaching the destination, since i had ola money, i just asked how much to the driver, an he asked what was the fare you saw i said 125-130, and he agreed, but he did not stop the ride, later in the night time i got a bill of 1028, an i verified he did not stop the ride, whatever money i had in ola wallet was gone.
                              The informed it on Ola app, but no one has responded till now.

                                On 11.01.2017 I booked OLA mini at 6.47 p.m. from YMCA Royapettah, Chennai to West Mambalam. The CRN NO. is[protected]. Driver name Mr.Jainudeen M.A. The distance is approx 7.5 km. Fare charged is Rs.409/-.
                                The same time Uber showed only Rs.133/- fare! As UBER taxi was about 15-25 mins away, I booked OLA. Local Auto demanded only Rs.150/-. On my call to OLA support, they simply like a machine reitereated the peak time fare is 2.2 times plus taxes. There is no justification in charging more than 200% as peak time charges. That too only in the evening hour of aroung 6.45 p.m. This is a daylight loot! U may charge reasonable peak time fare, say 50-75% extra for peak time. This is very unfair business practice. I[censored] do like this people will desist from OLA and opt for other transport operators.

                                I request and demand refund of atleast Rs.200/- from OLA for the exhorbitant fare charged.

                                    The driver had reached the wrong pickup point... I was at Kasturchand Park... where I was dropped 30 minutes ago by one of your ola cabs. When I told the driver that I am at Kasturchand Park he said that he was at Byramji town which is around 4-5 kms away from Kasturchand Park I.e my pick up point... further I am very shocked and surprised that you have levied R's 50 on me for cancellation charges... I am using Ola for quiet some time... I have never ever cancelled my trip... also the driver was using bad words unsocialized language...pl do let me know whether I should hire Ola cab henceforth or not... Regards

                                      We had to travel to airport from new alipore ... So we booked a micro cab .. the estimate cost shown was 330-400.. but when we reached airport the bill was of rs 780, almost double the estimated price..we were not stuck in any traffic .. and the rate was also 1x ... So how is it possible that the fare came double... I would highly grateful i[censored] look into this matter asap.

                                        Took an ola ride. The payment option was selected as cash upon booking and while starting the trip... The driver took cash. But after the ride was over and the driver left, i received the invoice which showed that the ride is paid through ola credit. I followed it up with ola number of times but there was no response from their customer care. Every time they told me that they are going to take it up but their was a straight reply that they cannot refund the amount. When i insisted on transferring the call to a senior executive and ask her to take it up with the driver, a conference call was made where the driver was literally forced to say no, he did not accept the money (Which he had earlier accepted). On top of that i am told that we will only go with what the driver is saying and we cannot do anything about it. And since it is a very old case, we can't help (Ride was taken on 3rd jan, i had been following up since then and on 15th jan, they say that case is old!!!)
                                        I did not ask for this ola credit facility nor was i communicated in any form that ola will automatically debit the money through the credit account. This is just cheating the customer in a bad way. Why should i pay twice for a ride.
