I have taken a ride on ola cab on 06.01.2017 from chandivali, mumbai till my house in chembur, mumbai and the fare charged was rs.432/- for 35 km.

The distance is only of 18km. Ola cab has charged me double for this ride

I am very disappointed as the brand like ola is cheating to its customers, i received ola money coupons by holidayiq.com for their review, i got two olamoney coupons which was to be applied on their app, but unfortunately the coupon codes were not working so i requested to holidayiq.com they asked me to contact ola for support. So i contacted to ola support via email, as usual they replied "your complaint will be resolved", but for eight...

Myself and my wife borded th ola share cab.
And he dropped me somewhere i did not know which place it is, telling me this is your destination.
Initially i thought he wants to drop the another pessenger who has boarded th same cab(Ola share).
Driver's behaviour was so bad and rude.
Animals are far better than him.
He dropped us in middle of journey in night time and let in middle of road..

I booked an ola cab from coimbatore to mettupalayam for a drop only as i know it was outstation i enquired with driver how much it will be charged driver said it will be charged 700 to 800 rs even i enquired four times with him he said the same thing. The destination time duration is 1 hour for that ola charged 2459 (Crn[protected]. As it was not a whole day booking, when enquired to driver he is not aware of the fair and terms of ola......

I booked an ola from premnagar to kandholi. I took a fare estimate which showed 229 for 8.5 kms. After completing my ride the fare charged to me was 398. After speaking to the customer care executives, i was told that you have been charged for a special ride... Pls refer to our website. I said whatever you charge you should tell us before booking. We have booked cab from miyapur to shaikpetnala yesterday evening ie jan 7th 2017, and payment option was selected as through wallet. But upon reachi ng the destination driver has collected physical cash rs 230 from my father (As they are old they were not aware that the payment was already selected by wallet), they paid in cash rs 230. I booked outstation cab on 06th Jan'17 from Ujjain to Indore. While booking the distance from Hotel Kalpana Palace Ujjain (Boarding Point) to RRCAT Indore (Drop Point) is 72 KM.
During the journey, Driver choose long route to reach to our
destination and finally when the trip stopped, it shows 101 KM and charged extra amount for more KMs. When i called customer care they...

I had booked an ola out station cab from sadanand regency, pune highway to chembur mumbai, the approx distance being 120 kms. However, the bill that was emailed to me showed a distance of 211 kms, charging me extra for 90 kms.
When an email was sent to ola customer care, they responded saying they are sorry that this happened, but they cannot refund the money. This is totally unacceptable.

Seriously after charging for the all the things like, base fare Rs/km they are now charging for the time too. Wow i always wonder how these guys sleep by cheating people, no moral no ethics outright money busting

Mr. Prince Ola Cab Driver of White Accent CH52T0371 harassed and abused in the ride (OSN[protected] of 10 minutes.

By mistake I paid extra cash to him and when I checked the bill, it shows some amount is already paid by my Ola money wallet. We have booked OLA Cab on Friday evening to droop at airport Banglor. Accordingly we have received SMS. My CRN No is[protected] with vehicle no KA 13 B 7035 Whitte colour swift dezire. Neither the taxi appeared at designated time nor any communication from Ola came till today. As a result I had to miss our flight and suffer financial losses. Missed our commitment as well.

Today I rode with ola in the morning cashelss. I was supposed to get 100 Cashback but I didn't get it.the coupon said that you will get 100 RS off in your first two cashless rides. The first time I didn't get Cashback. This is unacceptable I should get 100 RS back in my account.. if this kind of cheating happens I will definitely stop using ola and go to the competition.. if I don't get 100 RS back I will also convince friends and family...

I took a ride today in the morning from masab tank to banjara hills. I paid in cash to the driver and later they deducte amount from my ola credit money as well.
