When a client has already boarded the cab how can you take further share bookings which are not on the route but needs to be diverted?! It took almost 30 minutes more to reach my destination because of the traffic and unnecessary diversion to pick another co-rider. This need Urgent CORRECTION

I booked an ola cab this morning. The driver cancelled the ride. I again booked after seeing the cancellation message. That driver also cancelled after making initial contacts. Dear sir/madam i have traveled from Hyderabad airport to my apartment and the driver charged us toll and parking fee as we have not booked the cab in advance and why is that we have to pay for the same and the price charges was also too heavy.

Today i booked ola cab from sandeep vihaar (Whitefield) to infosys building 2 electronic city.

The driver picked me from my place (Sandeep vihaar) and dropped me near somewhere (Brigade cosmopolis bangalore, palm meadows, whitefield, bengaluru) and he said, his phone battery is down so he can't drive anymore further, and he left me in the middle of the road, and he charged me 151 inr. Recently ola has put a cap of only 5 refunds per customer in a month, first i do not understand the logic of this move. A customer would only seek a refund if there is a billing error so why put a cap on this.

Yesterday i was able to reach to my destination on 6th attempt to book a cab and rest of the drivers denied duty on telling them that we want to go delhi from gurgaon at night.
