In my last travel, I had booked an auto. However, the auto denied to come to the pick up point. I then cancelled (stating cancellation since driver denied) and booked the cab. When i got down from cab, I saw that the bill included the cancellation charges for the auto. For the fault of the auto guy, I was charged. This is ridiculous. Similar to this, I am not sure how many such transactions would have been charged by Ola. Very Poor service and charging for all notorious things.

    I booked an Ola Auto yesterday and the driver had a very impolite, disrespectful and a disgustingly unruly & disrespectful behavior when my friend asked if it is OLA auto and he did not reply.
    It was yesterday at 620pm and I have cancelled the ride.
    Kept calling me later to tell 'baap ka auto samaj rhi ho kya'. These are the kind of people OLA hires who turn out to be rapists and molesters who have no respect for humans and woman.
    It is a disgust to have such drivers.
    Please take strict action.

      I travelled through OLA CAB against CRN[protected] from Mansarover Park Delhi to Koshambi and back to Mansarover Park in OLA Rental Cab. In my invoice Rs 200/= levied as State/MCD charges. In this context I would like to inform that at the entry point from Delhi to UP at Anand Vihar toll point there is no state/corporation tax. So driver did not pay any charge while entering in UP at Anand Vihar toll point. Though he paid Rs 100/= at Anand Vihar toll point while entry in Delhi from UP. Thus my total state/corporation tax arrives Rs 100/ instead of Rs 200/. Amount is collected from my OLA money. OLA did not refund my Rs 100/ as charged in excess.
      I called the driver he started mis behaving and came outside my house and started misbehaving and when i cancelled his cab and booked another he tempeted to say dont go to the other driver
      Dear sir,
      i book a ride from IGT terminal 3 to keshopur mandi. we book a ola cab name of chandra bhan singh.

      driver say our bill is 535 + 150 charge of airport parking.
      i pay all 685 . but i get a invoice from ola on email . bill amount is 535 with parkinking charge . now i want to get my 150 rs reefund.

        I am facing this problem since last 3 rides. While booking a cab, it shows that the coupon has been applied but at the time of payment their is no discount given. Due to this problem, I have faced huge loss of money. Please do something fir this issue. This is not a good thing to promise for discounts and then not giving it. I have many rides before also, that time I had not faced such problems. I asked the cab driver about the same, and he answered that the drivers had no idea about all this and that they just receive the total amount yo be taken from the passenger. So, the company itself is at a fault. They are doing wrong dealing. The driver also told ne that other passengers have also faced this problem. In one case the passenger was not having enough money to pay him as he thought that the money he had would be enough to pay after discount. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

Ola Cab Number: KA 02 AA 7634. Driver Name: Santhosh. I boarded the cab with my aged Mother and the driver was on his personal call during the trip and he was very driving very rash. Since my mother has a special health condition, I asked him to drive slow, for this he argued with me in a rude tone and was literally fighting with me. He stopped half way and asked me and my mother to get out. I called cust service, they spoke to him and then he dropped me. This will be the last time I use your service. You have just lost a customer. My advice, remove this guy from ola, if not with his behaviour, he'll ensure that all customers using his cab will not use ola ever again. Remove this guy right away, he will close your company for good. Uber has better drivers, even though they are more expensive than you, I will henceforth continue to use their service. My friends and my family will know about this and I'll list it on the main
          consumer grievience online blogs. Since i'm a member of human rights, i'll send a complaint from human rights regarding your service.             Ola services are going down day by day it is unable to pick up the location and the booking is going for a far cab, where driver could take minimum 15 minutes to reach. It happened several times and it's really frustrating.Drivers are struggling hard but company is ruining everything.I don't know if the company is doing this willingly or not but, testing the patience of drivers and customers.
            When i had an emergency, each and every time, i tried for ola, in center of the city place.. but no one can response

              Today i.e. on 05.02.2017 I had booked a ola micro from howrah railways stations to my home location at belgharia, my booking registered as CRN[protected] but when i booked the car no pick prices sign or notice shown to me.At the end total bill was charged as Rs. 438 which also included Rs. 50 as parking charge...when i tried to get contact with the service center of ola cab kolkata, they told me that what ever they done, they made it correctly and it was my ignorance for which the pick price was charged...
              How ever i have two fold complaint against the Ola authorities that :-

              1. when i booked the car from howrah rail station neither any sign of pick pricing nor any notice/consent was taken from me and i put the ola authorities strict prove upon this document.

              2. the driver of afore said tour namly mr, abdul jabbar, never enter the car to the parking slot of the howrah car parking toll plaza, he picked me just before the road of toll plaza.so question of adding the rs. 50 with the bill does not arise. either the ola authorities or the said driver could able to show the receipt of the said toll plaza and i again put a strong challenge on the ola authorities to established their illegal act/actions.
              so, i, Gourav Das, Advocate, High Court, Calcutta, Enrollment no. WB 1678 of 2010, having registered email id - [protected]@rediffmail.com and phone no [protected], calling upon you to justified the illegal, improper, unjust act /actions taking by you and to calling upon you to take immediate steps to return back the amount illegally deducted by you with in 7 days from date otherwise i have a liberty to take appropriate steps against you by making you liable for all consequences and cost therefore.

                While booking the app didn't show any peak pricing or surge charge but after reaching the destination the bill was 3x times of the normal bill. In general it cost 180- 210 for 14 km but it costed 527 for it. It's illegal to charge excess amount with out warning or acceptance of consumer to pay such high price before booking. I am willing to pay the amount for my ride but it's illegal to rob customer money like this. Ola believes their app more than humans. They forget the app is made by humans and not by God and it has full of bugs. Customer care doesn't support or understand us it just keep repeating the script that amount can't be reverted. Very unhappy and I wish God punish Ola and everyone who robs customer like ola illegally.

                  I just did a journey from Vadodara bus depot to sanjay park society karelibagh, vadodara today 5 February 2017 and was very disappointed as the journey was less than 4km but your driver calculation showed 4.12 km. Driver was lost and for that reason it is going over 4km. Up to 4km is showing only 29 inr but your driver charged 62inr. This is unacceptable as this journey should cost less than half the price.                       1.I had booked a cab in Bangalore to airport.As soon as I gave OTP to driver, he started telling he wouldn't drop me at airport.Before that he didn't utter a word about it.When I refused, he kept on telling he'd stop after 3 KM and asked me to book another cab.Since that area was not my known area, I had to get down right after my ride had started.
                      2.I booked a cab today.Driver came half way and told he won't come further for pickup. If I need this ride, then I'd have to go to cab's location and also he had marked as arrived.So, I had to cancel this booking and OLA is swift enough this time to show a message that cancellation fee would be deducted.
                      3.Same day, after this booking failure, I booked another OLA cab.This driver was constantly talking on phone and was driving rashly even after my several requests.Then he told his car is not working fine and he wouldn't drive us to destination.He started forcing us to get down at a deserted place.I told him I would complaint against him, then he dropped us in between but didn't drive us till destination.
                      OLA drivers are doing this simply because they want shorter and more number of trips.OLA is obviously not doing anything about it.Otherwise drivers wouldn't dare to do this again abd again.
                      Drivers have become arrogant because of poor customer care support.
                      Like regular taxi drivers, OLA drivers are playing smart to start a ride and stop in mid way to reach minimum ride count.Shameful.

                        OLA booking reference no CRN[protected]. From Jalnidhi Co Housing Society, Goregaon West Mumbai Maharashtra India to Prabhu Drishti, Plot No. 3, Block G, Sector 13, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai on dated 3rd February 2017. Cab driver taken extra long route and ready to understand traveler. My parents are of old age traveling on cab, due to age they couldn't alight from cab. I used online complaint option but they refund 166 INR. We are regular traveler of OLA previous trip cost us 713 rupees on little shorter route but same way. On 3rd February it cost us 1402.
                        Who is responsible for extra cost, loss of time, and stress to my parents.

                          For my above referred drive from Bengaluru airport to National Games Village Koramangala, I was charged Rs 1242. This is significantly on the higher side, whereas the estimate showed at the time of booking was Rs 700--800. Kindly look into the matter and inform why circuitous route was taken instead of normal one .The distance through the route taken by the cab driver almost exceeded by 13 kms.

                                Yesterday night I booked a cab in OLA cabs.
                                Cab got break down in the middle of journey and he stopped me in the highway where it's hard to get the cab in night time. Cab driver collected the complete fare even the still 20 km of journey is remaining. When I called to ola customer care and complained about this they offered me a regret. When I asked for refund it's not possible for us to refund the money as you are calling after an hour. I tried multiple times but no one picked the phone.
                                When I informed the same, they told we can not do anything for that.
                                Driver Vinodh K ([protected]) Silver Verito TS08UA5462. I have to pay Rs. 57 for a ride from hitec city to shaikpet.This driver misleaded me and took Rs.130. He is not responding .i want my money deposited in my ola walet

                                  In an OLA outstation trip, we have paid at a pump station on behalf of the driver. So he is supposed to deduct it from the finalfare but unfortunately neither we nor the driver remembered at that time. When we reminded him on Saturday night within four hours of the trip, he siad he will pay back via Paytm. But to our misfortune, he is not receiving our calls (both my and OLA's) since Sunday. OLA is now telling that they can't take any action unless they get any confirmation from the driver. So what am I suppose to do now? Wait for the driver to pick up the call or complain at the police station as OLA is not ready to co-operate with us.
                                  Just to avoid dealing with the cheap drivers, we are booking via OLA (so called decent platform) and paying additional taxes with expectation that OLA will intervene in case of any discrepancies. And this is how OLA dissapoints us.

                                  Customer care never bothers to call back if the issue is not resolved. Moreover when I call them, they just keep on asking for more time.
                                  The worst and cheap thing ola did by taking 3 times money by saying peak time is going on. They have taken 300 rs in the case where we give only 100 rs. They are thieves.

                                    This ia regarding the pathetic service provided by OLA share . I took ola share from Airoli to bhandup w . there was one more passenger from mulund (E) . driver first dropped the mulund east passenger then crossed east to west bridge and i travelled entire Airoli Mulund west and mulund east and then reached my home. It tool around 2 hour to reach to my destination . it ia really painful . we normally book cab to reach faster not to visit entire Mumbai darahan. Ola should pickuo the passenger who are having same toute droped not to book blindly. i think ola should take some steps o improve their services .

                                      I booking a taxi from vikroli to Wadala after starting the journey I ask driver to air conditioner start. He never listened. I asked one more time to driver then he said without respect calm down and wait until cool.then he said you don't want to continue this journey, you can possible to go out and you can complaint about me, I don't care. First of all I decided to going to consumer court and raise the case against driver with cab. Please do the needful.

                                        Ola drivers have taken customer for granted and they decide whether they want to commute or not. Drivers not willing to take up trips must not be available in the radar for booking.
                                        Wasting customers time, resources and patience. Coming to pickup locations and denying duty after knowing the destination area is not acceptable. This has become a practice and this speaks of the unethical behaviour of the drivers hired for Ola.
