The driver had reached the wrong pickup point... I was at Kasturchand Park... where I was dropped 30 minutes ago by one of your ola cabs. When I told the driver that I am at Kasturchand Park he said that he was at Byramji town which is around 4-5 kms away from Kasturchand Park I.e my pick up point... further I am very shocked and surprised that you have levied R's 50 on me for cancellation charges... I am using Ola for quiet some time......

We had to travel to airport from new alipore ... So we booked a micro cab .. the estimate cost shown was 330-400.. but when we reached airport the bill was of rs 780, almost double the estimated price..we were not stuck in any traffic .. and the rate was also 1x ... So how is it possible that the fare came double... I would highly grateful i[censored] look into this matter asap....

Took an ola ride. The payment option was selected as cash upon booking and while starting the trip... The driver took cash. I am awaiting reply for my mail dated 22.12.16 & 30.12.2016 for unethical practices & deduction of Rs. 50 / from my Ola Balance without even talking to me due to drivers stubborn behaviour and also wrong pick up point in the drop box of pick up locations as outside exist gate of Pune Rly station and not near 4 ATMs . Ola expects a senior citizen to walk down to main road outside exist gate without modifying pick up location...

Once we booked ola mini... the fare shown was below 300..the driver taken longest route and charged 350. Today i have taken cab from DLF to mindspace. When we are about to reach destination in 5mins, for another pickup he again drive to DLF causing more than 30 mins delay and got irresponsible reply as please try to avoid share in case of rush.. too bad customer service ever seen....

Ï booked OLD on date 08.01.17 with coupon code "CASHLESS" for cashback of Rs.100. But now OLA is refusing for cashback. I Spoke toOLA about the same but they are not taking properly to it & saying the have withdrew the offer for particular day. OLA have poor customer care service & They don't take customer request properly.

First time i booked the Ola Cab thinking of getting my family members to Whitefield from T.Dasarahalli. But for my nightmare, driver refused to pick up as soon as he heard Whitefield.

During the ride from Kempegowda international airport to HSR layout on 11 January 2017, the Ola cab driver Vinoda Kotarkar asked me to pay 120 rupees at the toll booth whose reciept I still have. CRN[protected] a cab booked vide the mentioned CRN tonight. V could neither reach his mobile nor the cab driver called us.. As it was urgent I had to cancel and book another cab..I dont think it is right to charge me the cancellation charge with out proper service being delivered..

I expect the cancellation charge to be reversed as it was not cancelled for my personal reason but for the bad service received from your end....

We booked an Ola, I got the number of the cab driver along with CERN no. The cab on arrival denies any such number received by him from Ola and in calling support of Ola, the reply I got was since you don't have a CERN you cannot board the cab. I am receiving registration details for other person cab bookings. my number was used to install ola app in someone mobile, that time after when ever he books cab through his mobile, i get all information regarding cab details, all cab drivers calling me.I use to get messages regularly. Recently, on 10.01.2017, I got the message. I am so irritated..please remove my number....

Two rides taken on 22nd December 2016. (Driver : Salahuddin Choudhary ([protected]) OSN[protected] and Wasim Khan ([protected]) OSN[protected] were paid for in cash and yet charged as ola credit and demanded as payment due. Ola have come up with an idea to fool the citizens and gauge money with the help of the drivers (The Ola-Driver Nexus).

If you are going to Airport, Railway station, Hospital or any such places, the Ola driver will first reject.
You will be calling another cab with money in your Ola account.

Then another driver will call and will say he needs to fill Diesel so please pay by Cash.

I travelled through OLA CAB against CRN[protected] from shibabad
industrial area Utter Pradesh to Mansarover Park Delhi. Driver collected from me in cash Rs 100/= at Surya Nagar Toll point. From my OLA money Rs 200/= has
been charged as Toll Tax. One for Anand Vihar Toll point and another
for Surya Nagar Toll Point. During my journey cab did not pass

Convenience fee breakup is separately charged beside ride charge and taxes, Convenience charges are not mentioned or I m unable to find in the app and online website as no convenience related charge information is mentioned in fare charges or related topics
And on the single way states ride, there is toll charge for both sides (go and reverse trip) which is unclear to me.
Single route toll fee is up to 100 Rs only. but in invoice...
