Regarding my booking under crn no[protected] with driver basavaraju a m : police complaint

I took a cab from the airport to go to old airport road/domlur. The driver had a weird attitude since the beginning. At hebbal flyover, he tried to take a left, dont know why. I had to stop him and ask him to go straight which he did ver reluctantly. Again at mekhri circle, he wanted to take a left saying this is the way to mg road (And further to domlur). Mg road from mekhri circle is a straight road and i have never in the last 10 years, seen any driver taking left to go to m g road. When i told him i do not want to go left and asked him to straight saying i will tell him the way, he stopped in the middle of the road (At 1am) asking me (And mind you a lady), to get out of the cab. I asked him to call ola office which he did but spoke something in kannada and disconnected the phone and kept standing there. I had no charge on my phone and asking him to charge my phone so that i could call my husband but he refused to charge my phone. I called my husband with whatever charge was left and made him speak to the driver after which he started the taxi again and ii got down at a friend's place on m g road itself as the driver was definitely up to something. Then he gave me a bill of rs 829 (Which is obviously because he stopped for 10-15 mins on the way for no fault of mine) and i had to pay it. So basically i paid for my own harassment. Also mind you, that he was driving slow enough to reach mekhri circle in more than 1 hr at midnight when it takes 45 minute to reach m g road/domlur.

In my feedback, i had stated this issue but no one from ola called or checked on a serious issue like this.
Today i called ola call center and the lady who spoke to me was giving me ton of attitude and hung up the phone on me without even listening completely to the issue.

This is the worst ever experience from any cab i have taken in my life and this story as it is, is going on bangalore police compliant. I u wish to do anything about it, u can get in touch with me.

    Dear sir/madam i have traveled from Hyderabad airport to my apartment and the driver charged us toll and parking fee as we have not booked the cab in advance and why is that we have to pay for the same and the price charges was also too heavy.
    this kind of misleading the consumers is happening almost on every ride in hidden charges.

      Today i booked ola cab from sandeep vihaar (Whitefield) to infosys building 2 electronic city.

      The driver picked me from my place (Sandeep vihaar) and dropped me near somewhere (Brigade cosmopolis bangalore, palm meadows, whitefield, bengaluru) and he said, his phone battery is down so he can't drive anymore further, and he left me in the middle of the road, and he charged me 151 inr. Which is ridiculous.

      This is cheating. If ola cab driver phone battery is low, he should plug it into the car charger and keep driving.

      I want to sue ola for charging me 151 inr.

        On dec 2nd noon, i booked a cab and couldn't reach driver. But, i ended up paying 50rs as penalty and got the same in my wallet.
        Same day night, i took ola cab again (Osn[protected]. There was a heavy rain and i was in rush. Driver took this as advantage and demanded for 42rs (Bill amount) once the destination is arrived. I have paid him and went off. Then only i realized that, amount was already deducted from my ola wallet. Then why "driver demanded for that"?

        This is highly cheap activity from the driver. Give me my money back and take necessary action against driver, so that he will not do it with other customers. Also, he was smoking while driving and it was highly disturbing.

        I have already called the customer care and explained about this. But, no action was taken on this. I wrote an email to ola support several times and there were no reply from last one month. Attaching screenshot.

        Every time they are just sending auto response mail by suffixing previous compliant number. No further action will be taken.

        Also, i have applied my coupon code "cashless" for first time and i was told that, 100 rs will be cashback. But, no cashback was given.

        In short, worst service guaranteed.. From ola.

          Hi,

          Recently ola has put a cap of only 5 refunds per customer in a month, first i do not understand the logic of this move. A customer would only seek a refund if there is a billing error so why put a cap on this.
          Also in the last 24 days of this month i have had more than 10 issues either with cab breaking down midway where with no fault on my part i had to stand in the middle of the road waiting for drivers & half of them would refuse to come & pick-up & when i cancel because the driver refused to pick-up i am only charged a cancellation fee which again i cannot seek a refund for due to this cap imposed on us.

          How about imposing a cap on the drivers that they cannot cancel more than 5 trips in a month?
          Also what is the point of entering the pick-up & drop locations when they cannot track that a trip was completed mid-way explaining that the cab broke down or if the customer chose to end the trip early, why not put a cap on that?

          Why is it that with ola only the customers have to suffer?

          This morning again the cab i took broke sown barely 6km from the pick-up location & the next one that i got was only available at a surge price, now who's suffering because of their faulty policies?

          Somebody really has to look into these cases & help!!

          Please help to escalate this matter as all my calls & emails to ola support have turned useless. I am even willing to take legal action if these issues qualify!

            Ola cabs / ani technologies — double charged by the driver

            On friday jan 2016 8:30 pm i took a shared ride from my house to fatima nagar. The taxi details are

            I had balance of 200 rs.in ola money and i had never used ola money before.

            When reaching the destination i asked him how to make the payment using ola money. He said i can't and asked me to pay 137

            I paid 137 and departed with him. Later i found that rs 137 which i had in ola money is also been deducted. And driver has cheated on me.

            When i took the same to ola customer care, they told they can't do anything and advised me to be careful next time..
            I will be carefull but how does it take away their responsibility of my money with them?

              Hello team,

              Yesterday i was able to reach to my destination on 6th attempt to book a cab and rest of the drivers denied duty on telling them that we want to go delhi from gurgaon at night.

              In return ola cabs has charged me rs 100 penalty 50+50 and they are telling its due to my mistake and there system automatically do that they have preset process to charge it.

              When a cab driver deny duty then he should be charged instead to one who is booking.

              If my intension would not be to board the cab then why i have booked and taken cab from same place to same destination.

              I am attaching proof with destination and attempts in respect to time.

                On sunday night (i. e on january 22, 2017) i have booked cab by ola app for koper khairane from colaba. while booking i didn’t asked for any surge charge even i didn’t received any information like sms, mail etc. as earlier ola used to do). also nowhere it’s mentioned that ola is going to charge by this much rate.
                I have booked micro considering the fact that it will be suit to my budget. when i reached to destination and asked for the bill, i was completely shocked. they have charged me heavily. i paid the charge of luxury car for micro cab which is completely injustice to me.
                They have mentioned term “ fare increase” for that they didn’t gave the justification. i approached ola for various time but they denied to return my excess money (app. 600 rs.).
                I have been cheated by ola. please look into this matter.

                  I traveled from MIDC Taloja to Hotel Satkar Residency (Thane) with my colleague through Ola cab number MH03BC8068 and alighted at the hotel around 4 PM. Later we realized missing of my OPPO mobile (by about 5.30PM). We called driver Irfan and he says after he dropped us, he was with his friend in the car and his friend might have taken it. He is not giving any more details. Please look into this and trace the mobile (currently mobile is switched off). (The trip was booked through mobile number [protected], [protected]@gmail.com).

                    I booked 7 Ola mini Cabs but only Ola auto was available. They accepted and later when I contacted they said they cannot come and if I want then give CRN number once the phone.
                    The way these auto people talk cannot be tolerated at all. I, being a regular customer who pay by Ola money do not deserve this at all.
                    If these people cannot come why do they accept our request and Ola provides all details of driver l. Later they ask us to cancel. Ridiculous!!! I guess this is one of the reason why people prefer uber more.

                      I was riding from Andheri West to National stock exchange bkc. Around 10.10 Am I reached bkc and completed my ride. Meanwhile I forget my phone in cab. I asked driver to stop on spot but he didn't and went for another ride. Now I have booked a complaint for lost of my phone .
                      Please resolve the query as soon as possible. I hope I will get back my phone.

While going from warasiguda to nampally ola cab charged only Rs. 144, at 6pm. while coming from nampally to warasiguda at 9.30pm ola cab had charged Rs. 340. The driver refused to show the fare reading informing that the same is deleted.How can the fare be more than double for the same length of journey.Incidentally the message of the concerned journey is deleted from my mobile .The driver seems to be indulging in some hitech gimmick to dupe customers as well as tarnish your image/standing.Please have a check on this person. It may lead to others of similar type and their network.

                        We booked a cab for a trip from Cuttack to Puri...we waited for more than an hour and the trip automatically got cancelled...we kept waiting and finally ended up with cancelling our trip.
                        Ola has the worst cab service...Uber is far better and trustworthy than Ola...
                        In future, I will never prefer Ola cabs.

                          I have booked a ride from kempegowda international airport on Jan 22, 2017 at 1:15 am.The driver did not come to pick up neither he responded to my various calls made after knowing my destination.After few minutes I booked another ola n he picked me up from the airport..no cancellation was done from my side for the earlier cab n they have charged an extra amount of 75₹ mentioning it as some cancellation charge.It was a fault from the earlier driver because such a behaviour is not appreciated and is this the way they treat their customers...

                            I booked a 4 hour-40km rental cab service at Amritsar. After finishing my journey after 4h 24min I was handed over a bill of Rs 2565. My total mileage was 17km only.
                            I attempted to contact the customer care number for over half an hour. It kept on stating that I was calling from unregistered number. Where as I had booked the ride using the same number. To top it they deducted my OLA money without my permission. It is illegal and will have to taken up through legal retribution. An horrible experience. I would advise people to never take Ola nor recharge any money in Ola money. It's a big scam
                            I took a ola cab from garfa main rd. Kol 75. Went to santraga6i jn. It shows a approximate fare 260-300. But ola cab driver drove around a lot with too much signals and traffic jam. And after discount of 50 ruperupees I paid 375 in cash. It comes total 425. So why will I pay more folatheir inexperienced driver?

Driver Rakesh Gaud acknowledged he has kept the specs with him and will return to me in a day. But after 2 days, his mobile is continuously switched off and he is not reachable. I need my specs urgently

                              I paid 220 and departed with him. Later I found that Rs 200 which i had in ola money is also been deducted. And Driver has cheated on me.

                              When I took the same to OLA Customer care, they told they can't do anything and advised me to be careful next time..
                              I will be carefull but how does it take away their responsibility of my money with them?

                                I want a refund of atleast Rs.60 on my last ride because the people who were there in my share who had booked simulatenously and were travelling with me had fares of Rs.65 and Rs.50 although they were dropped within 200 m of my actual location.How can Ola charge me this filthy when my ride was not more than Rs.60 bugs under any pretext.

                                Give me the exact reason and refund me the difference amount.I would not be taking any further Ola rides if this concern of mine isnt resolved

                                  I had to go from malleswaram 18th cross to sanjay nagar. i got the message that a driver was his way IN a silver verito KA41A4398 MOBILE NO. [protected]. I waited for a few minutes giving him all the directions. He then asked me for OTP. i said I would give once he comes to the location but he gave some vague reason and insisted on my giving OTP. I gave the OTP but he never turned up. I am furious.

                                    Parshuramulu ([protected]) is on the way to your location in a Silver Indica TS08UB7867. You are paying Rs. 70 for this ride. Share OTP 1564 only on boarding cab.

                                    The above mentioned is the message which I had receive on booking cab. Every time I board from the same place with minium problem of the driver locating exact address. But yesterday (20th Jan 2017)there driver didn't even come to their location. Even though I only called him and told all their landmarks but still he was unable to locate the place. Such a dumb, idiotic, illiterate driver. After 15 to 20 mins he told the booking has been cancelled you book another cab. Later I got there below message

                                    Sorry, your Ola Share booking OSN[protected] has been cancelled as the waiting time for your pickup has expired. Please try the Ola app to book again.

                                    He didn't even come to place. How can the booking be cancelled? I was waiting for the cab in this scenario. This is highly unprofessional behaviour which I never expected from ola. I would have missed my train from nampally station because of your unprofessional, rude, stupid driver.

                                      I followed the instruction and I could not See free trial option I also tried to update my app restart my phone and checked but nothing helped. Regarding this I have multiple time raised an concern and I spent 25min with OLA customer care in which I was promised I will receive call from your team within 48 hours and I just received an email from your team asking my convenient time. I responded to that email with my availability and no one called me.

                                      Later again I called OLA support team and was on call with their escalation engineer for 45 mins and this is all STD call charges so as of now I have spent almost 150RS in call charges and again I was promised that I will receive response from the technical team within 48 hours and again no response. I am tired now to contact OLA service as its just costing STD charges with no resolution.

                                      Let me know who is goanna pay for all the call charges and issue I am still facing this issue with no help. I am no more interested in using your OLA Select and will request my entire co-operate team to Ban OLA for such a service. I will make sure I file a complaint against OLA.

                                      It’s almost a month no one is bother to look into this issue. I am again investing my precious time in emailing you with all the details.

                                      Now I am finally able to see the free trial option but i dont want to use Ola anymore coz of such a disappointed support I receivied from you guys. I spent more than RS 150 RS over phone call and when i was actually looking for this offer i didnt get and now i am, receiving this offer exactly after 1 Month. You guys should pay compensation for such a delay and the pain you guys gave to me i have pent more than 1.5hrs over call with you guys. I am not inerested to elaborate this email chain anymore let me know how you guys gonna compensate for such a big failure. amount that i have recharged is 3000RS and its not a small amount.

                                      Multiple time i have requested you guys to call me but no one responded til now and i am waiting for you call.

                                        I own a Indica (2014 model). I have a Driver who was running this car with Uber. After few months he stopped driving with Uber and he said he is driving the cab with local travel agency. When I called Ola for details of attachment of my car I was informed that my car is already attached with Ola Cabs. It was a shock to know that my car is attached with Ola without my / my wife's consent. The driver has created fake lease agreement and attached the vehicle with Ola. I escalated the issue by visiting the Ola Murgeshpalya Bangalore office and met Mr. Dipak on 24.12.2016 and he assured me that he will have a look and I will get a call from Ola by 28.12.2016 regarding this issue. It's been more than 2 weeks now and so far there is no response from Ola Cabs.

                                        All the original documents of the car are with me. Also I have not had any lease agreement with Driver. My question to Ola Cabs is:
                                        1. How can Ola attach a vehicle without physically verifying the originals ?
                                        2. How can Ola attach a vehicle without the owner being physically present ?

                                        If this is your attachment procedure then any thief can rob a car and get it attached with Ola. I have also tweeted about the issue to Bhavish Aggarwal. Request you to please consider this with utmost priority and revert back to me. This is serious security concern and Unethical and Illegal Practice followed at Ola.
