BEWARE OF OLA SERVICES. DON"T PAY THROUGH OLA MONEY.

Driver did not pick me but started the ride. He not even take my call. After 20 min he stop the ride and my money deducted. I was facing same problem from last few days. I have complained this to OLA and I received a surprised response from OLA. As per their policy I have already taken five credits ( they are over charged to me, so they refund that money to me) in last 30 days. So they will not refund that money to me. It means if everyday I will face same kind of issue they OLA did not refund me till 25 days Where they are giving the rights to their drivers to take the money without giving any service. WOW !!!
VERY GOOD OLA !!!

    During the ride from Kempegowda international airport to HSR layout on 11 January 2017, the Ola cab driver Vinoda Kotarkar asked me to pay 120 rupees at the toll booth whose reciept I still have. Further, additional 120 rupees for toll fee were charged in the total bill which was mailed to me. I paid the driver total amount in cash. Please reimburse the additional Rs. 120 which have been charged twice.

      My id manohar, phone no [protected]. I booked ola cabs on 07 jan 17 for my friend. Crn no.[protected], name of driver is amalesh kumar traveled from deli cantt to nizamuddin ray station. Driver debited rs.274 /- for 18k. M, 50 min with taxes in my ola money wallet and also received cash for rs. 270/- from my friend. Pl solve problem and credit amt as early possible.

        CRN[protected] a cab booked vide the mentioned CRN tonight. V could neither reach his mobile nor the cab driver called us.. As it was urgent I had to cancel and book another cab..I dont think it is right to charge me the cancellation charge with out proper service being delivered..

        I expect the cancellation charge to be reversed as it was not cancelled for my personal reason but for the bad service received from your end. Inspite of cancellation of the above ride I have again booked another cab of your same company and did business with you itself.. for this reason I think you should and must reverse my cancellation charge of 50 which u charged foe my subsequent ride..
        HOPE U WOULD DO THE NEEDFUL.

          We booked an Ola, I got the number of the cab driver along with CERN no. The cab on arrival denies any such number received by him from Ola and in calling support of Ola, the reply I got was since you don't have a CERN you cannot board the cab. Now despite telling them the fact that without the msg from Ola how could we have made a call to the driver? It is only once I get the number. But the staff did not pay heed to my problem. Such an attitude and ill managed cab service. Ola is a pathetic way to book a cab.

            I am receiving registration details for other person cab bookings. my number was used to install ola app in someone mobile, that time after when ever he books cab through his mobile, i get all information regarding cab details, all cab drivers calling me.I use to get messages regularly. Recently, on 10.01.2017, I got the message. I am so irritated..please remove my number.

              Two rides taken on 22nd December 2016. (Driver : Salahuddin Choudhary ([protected]) OSN[protected] and Wasim Khan ([protected]) OSN[protected] were paid for in cash and yet charged as ola credit and demanded as payment due. In spite of speaking to the call centre in December the issue remained pending. Today after calling the call centre and speaking to executive Smitha gaurav and her supervisor ritu kumari, the issue still remains strong unsolved. The response they gave me was that I had to pay up since the driver denied taking money. It's not the question of rs.175.. why should I pay them again when I have already paid? And how does one prove anything in this matter since they are trusting what the driver says? I will never use ola for myself or my office staff as this is highly unprofessional and disorganised.
              I booked an ola to ride later.. but when i checked at my designated time it stands cancelled.. there was no communication made regarding this.. i m totally disappointed.. i got late because of this.. booking id- CRN[protected]

              I booked Ola cab from Mumbai central to Goregaon east on 12th Jan 2017. They charged me almost double without giving any indication or information. I got the feeling of cheated or got deceived by Ola.

                Ola have come up with an idea to fool the citizens and gauge money with the help of the drivers (The Ola-Driver Nexus).

                If you are going to Airport, Railway station, Hospital or any such places, the Ola driver will first reject.
                You will be calling another cab with money in your Ola account.

                Then another driver will call and will say he needs to fill Diesel so please pay by Cash.
                After the ride you will get a message the driver has taken the cash and Ola has also robbed you the same amount from its account.

                When you call customer care they say the driver need to refund and when you call driver, he will say Ola will refund.
                However, I hope as a reader you have already understood that Ola have ultimately robbed me of Rs.1855/- (CRN[protected].

                Do I have any way to get my money back?
                I was in gurgaon on 23 dec 2016.i booked ola but more than 4 ola drivers deny to go in noida. They had given excuses so that they could not go for noida e.g. I have last ride or i have to pay taxes and all.
                On the very first day of new year, I booked a cab. It came but the driver cancelled my booking. Driver's name is Alok. He didn't gave any satisfactory reply for cancelling. I was also charged with the cancellation fee. I had a very bad experience with you and I will make sure that I won't recommend your services to anybody known to me.

                  I travelled through OLA CAB against CRN[protected] from shibabad
                  industrial area Utter Pradesh to Mansarover Park Delhi. Driver collected from me in cash Rs 100/= at Surya Nagar Toll point. From my OLA money Rs 200/= has
                  been charged as Toll Tax. One for Anand Vihar Toll point and another
                  for Surya Nagar Toll Point. During my journey cab did not pass
                  through Anand Vihar Toll Point so charging of Rs 100/= for Anand vihar
                  is wrong. Also driver taken Rs 100/= in cash from me at Surya Nagar
                  Toll point so that also should not charged from my Ola money. On complaining no action has been by OLA.

                      Convenience fee breakup is separately charged beside ride charge and taxes, Convenience charges are not mentioned or I m unable to find in the app and online website as no convenience related charge information is mentioned in fare charges or related topics
                      And on the single way states ride, there is toll charge for both sides (go and reverse trip) which is unclear to me.
                      Single route toll fee is up to 100 Rs only. but in invoice it is mentioned 200.

                      Convinience fees is charged with no transperacy. Customer is not intimated during booking. Almost 50+ was charged whereas route is charged less everytime. Just to make bill settle ment these guys have come up with convinience fees. They call it as point to point service. Poor customer response too without giving resolution tickets are directly set to resolved.

                        I have taken a ride on ola cab on 06.01.2017 from chandivali, mumbai till my house in chembur, mumbai and the fare charged was rs.432/- for 35 km.

                        The distance is only of 18km. Ola cab has charged me double for this ride

                        I break up was follows:

                        Bill details
                        Base fare ₹ 55
                        Distance farefirst 20 km ₹120
                        Last 15.7 km ₹188.4
                        Ride time fare for 37 min ₹ 37
                        Total fare ₹400.4
                        Taxes ₹ 31.23
                        Total bill (Rounded off) ₹432

                        Actual ride is only of 37 minutes only

                        Be aware of this fraud company
                        This is to tell you that an ola driver charged us inspite of the fact that the money was deducted from ola money. I want the refund now!

                          I am very disappointed as the brand like ola is cheating to its customers, i received ola money coupons by holidayiq.com for their review, i got two olamoney coupons which was to be applied on their app, but unfortunately the coupon codes were not working so i requested to holidayiq.com they asked me to contact ola for support. So i contacted to ola support via email, as usual they replied "your complaint will be resolved", but for eight days no one replied so i contacted again, the customer care representative told me resolve the issue as early as possible and gave complaint no again, then they replied that the coupon code was not applied at right place in the app and requested to send screenshot of error, i gave info as requested, again their reply was same i that i was not applying code at right place. I sent so many request to resolve my query but my problem remained same, i also requested to get in touch via phone but nothing happened, finally i tried to call on customer care number, after keeping six minutes on hold my call was finally picked up and before i could speak the customer care representative told "hello, i cannot hear you, i cannot hear you, i can not hear you"thrice and disconnected call but it is very common trick of call centers but i was not expecting such kind of pathetic service from ola. My coupon was expiring on 31st dec16, they took 2 months but still they havent helped me, see how they cheating and fooling customers, ticket id's

                          Codes not working in olamoney
                          Neither codes worked nor they gave alternate codes. So please beware while adding money in their olamoney wallet otherwise you can loose your money

                            Myself and my wife borded th ola share cab.
                            And he dropped me somewhere i did not know which place it is, telling me this is your destination.
                            Initially i thought he wants to drop the another pessenger who has boarded th same cab(Ola share).
                            Driver's behaviour was so bad and rude.
                            Animals are far better than him.
                            He dropped us in middle of journey in night time and let in middle of road..

                            He should be thrown out of Ola.

                              I booked an ola cab from coimbatore to mettupalayam for a drop only as i know it was outstation i enquired with driver how much it will be charged driver said it will be charged 700 to 800 rs even i enquired four times with him he said the same thing. The destination time duration is 1 hour for that ola charged 2459 (Crn[protected]. As it was not a whole day booking, when enquired to driver he is not aware of the fair and terms of ola... It was a in proper guidance from the driver. He threat us and got money from us. When we called the support people he also not responding in a proper way. Believing on the company and travelling at ola is unsafe. Worst experience.

                              As a woman we think ola is a safe transport to drive.

                              I request to take strict action and to refund the balance amount.

                                I booked an ola from premnagar to kandholi. I took a fare estimate which showed 229 for 8.5 kms. After completing my ride the fare charged to me was 398. After speaking to the customer care executives, i was told that you have been charged for a special ride... Pls refer to our website. I said whatever you charge you should tell us before booking. They showed some other rates while booking and charged me by some other rates after the completion of ride. Below are the details of my cab booking.

                                  We have booked cab from miyapur to shaikpetnala yesterday evening ie jan 7th 2017, and payment option was selected as through wallet. Crn[protected] driver name: koti tiresh with cab number ts08 str 8948. But upon reachi ng the destination driver has collected physical cash rs 230 from my father (As they are old they were not aware that the payment was already selected by wallet), they paid in cash rs 230. But upon reaching the flat we understood that the payment was done twice and i immediately called the driver and driver responded that he will return that amount when he comes my way afterwards, so i trusted him and waited for him to give back my amount. But when tried to reach him after that he stopped responding to my calls (Did not lift my calls). When tried with different number he lifted and when i asked about the amount he disconnected and not responded thereafter.
                                  I reached out customer care about this trice (With ticket numbers 32209686,[protected] they responded that they will block driver's device so that he wont receive any booking till he clears this issue. But when i called him the next day with different number he said he is in duty and disconnected my call and did not respond thereafter. When reached out to cc they told it was not blocked and advised to be in touch with driver only and they cann't do much on this case.
                                  Is this the way ola needs to support to customer issues, if they cann't take the responsibility of its drivers then what is the use o[censored]sing ola brand for those cabs.

                                  So, i request for an immediate action from your side and make sure our money be reverted back at the earliest.

                                  More than the money involved it's the matter of trust and the cunningness of the driver to cheat the customers which needs an immediate action / attention otherwise ola will definitely lose its customers going forward.

                                    Below incident happend on 07th Jan'17

                                    I booked outstation cab on 06th Jan'17 from Ujjain to Indore. While booking the distance from Hotel Kalpana Palace Ujjain (Boarding Point) to RRCAT Indore (Drop Point) is 72 KM.
                                    During the journey, Driver choose long route to reach to our
                                    destination and finally when the trip stopped, it shows 101 KM and charged extra amount for more KMs. When i called customer care they denied to take any further action as the trip has been completed.

                                    Request you to kindly look in to the matter and reimburse the extra
                                    amount charged for 29 KM in my OLA account ([protected]).

                                      I had booked an ola out station cab from sadanand regency, pune highway to chembur mumbai, the approx distance being 120 kms. However, the bill that was emailed to me showed a distance of 211 kms, charging me extra for 90 kms.
                                      When an email was sent to ola customer care, they responded saying they are sorry that this happened, but they cannot refund the money. This is totally unacceptable.

                                      Beyond a point, ola stopped responding. I feel cheated and would want to teach these guys a lesson.

                                        Seriously after charging for the all the things like, base fare Rs/km they are now charging for the time too. Wow i always wonder how these guys sleep by cheating people, no moral no ethics outright money busting
