Last 28th Dec 2016 have already raised the complain regarding fraud booking in my device using some one else through hacking imei number it is not resolve till now. I booked an OLA cab today from andheri to vashi. Near Mankhurd at a very unsafe place the driver stopped and said he can not go further siting empty tank problem. Sir i booked one ride on 31 dec 16 from terminal 1 d airport to singhu border. But i complete my journey upto sector-58 sonipat. The bill was generated only rs 684 but driver charged 884 saying that toll tax 100 rs. And your journey upto sec-58. Round trip charges for extra journey. My net was not working and he cheated me for 200 rs. I complaint this matter to customer care but no action till date....

The distance calculator is not correct with OLA. You need to ensure that the same is calculated honestly. I bought the share pass. However, the base fare of rs 40 is never applied even though the distance is within 8 kms. What is the reason behind it?

Can somebody, plz notify what is the distance calculated by OLA based on my travel records.Awaiting for a honest reply...

I'm using ola service, along with ola when they started in hyderabad and as well when traveling to other locations, i never experienced worst situation ever since, few divers are very brutal, not customer supportive and used hard-line voice and cancelled cab and ran away on 30th dec 2016.

I booked a cab on 16th dec at 3:51 am which was at 5 minutes distance to catch a flight at 5:20 pm. On 31st December 2016, I took a ride and should have been ideally charged not even Rs.200 but was charged a crazy Rs. 700. I have used this service before and it didn't show any surcharge to me and hence I booked it. Else, i wouldn't have. I am or at least was, a ola customer. Presently my account with ola cabs, has a balance amount of rs 2325. Ola has decided to suspend my account, through no fault of mine. As such, my money is stuck in the account and there's no way i am able to retrieve it.
Such is the way these cheapskates are apparently conducting 'business'.
Despite repeated calls and mails from my end, i have received no concrete reply as to how to retrieve...

This is with respect to the shared service of your cabs I had availed for on the 24 Dec, 2016 Ride details OSN[protected]. I would bring to your notice that your driver had insisted on payment in cash saying that it was reflecting the same in the app despite on my request to deduct from OLA money. However inspite of paying cash I find equal amount deducted from my wallet too.
