Website: Ola cab

We have booked OLA Cab on Friday evening to droop at airport Banglor. Accordingly we have received SMS. My CRN No is[protected] with vehicle no KA 13 B 7035 Whitte colour swift dezire. Mr Jalaluddin ask me to pay Rs 864/- which include the toll tax of Rs 120/-. But we have received bill of Rs 744/- only.
This attitude of Ola people we never except. It is completely case of forgery. We hereby request you to look into the matter seriously.

    I used the ola services on Jan 5th, 2017 and wen the trip ended, driver asked me for cab fare. I paid the amount instantly. But after some time, same amount was deducted from my ola wallet as well.
    When I talked to the ola customer care representative, they asked me to talk to the driver and get my money back. When I called the driver, he again asked me to talk to ola customer care only. Since then, neither the ola customer care service nor the driver is paying any attention to this problem nor ready to resolve the issue.

      I traveled with my one friend by OLA share on 03/12/2016 with OSN[protected] and Invoice ID DI[protected], Invoice Date 3 Dec 2016 in Kolkata, West Bengal. I had Rs 2 only in my OLA money balance before booking of the ride. The fare of the ride was Rs 95. So, Rs 2 was automatically deducted from my OLA money app and also I paid Rs 93 in cash to the driver before ride as per company's rule. Then I received message from OLA to recharge OLA money for cashless payment of fare as my OLA money had nil balance. During journey I recharged Rs 200/- in my ola money by my credit card ending with no 5003 (HDFC Bank). But then Rs 95 was automatically deducted from my OLA money app. I told driver but he told that company will return this money. I contacted company over their helpline but I did not received money till now. My resolution is to return of Rs 95.         On 27th Dec, I booked an Ola cab from Dwarka, New delhi to Nizamuddin Railway Station. the booking was done from my brother’s phone.

        I was in a hurry to catch a train, otherwise I would have missed it so I did not check with my brother if He had money in OLA APP.

        The driver did not tell me that the money was deducted from the APP account and took cash from me.

        we contacted Ola and ask them for the driver's contact number. The driver’s number given to us is not coming switched off.

        Since then we had been communicating with Ola but they are no way helping us citing the reason that check the OLA money APP before paying the driver.

        The amount is a mere Rs. 315, which is not the concern, but the attitude of Ola team is, which shocks me.

          Pl.refer to client reference: CRN[protected] scheduled for[protected]:00:00. This reference number was mailed to me as a commitment from OLA to depute a taxi at the given date and time. Neither the taxi appeared at designated time nor any communication from Ola came till today. As a result I had to miss our flight and suffer financial losses. Missed our commitment as well.

            Today I rode with ola in the morning cashelss. I was supposed to get 100 Cashback but I didn't get it.the coupon said that you will get 100 RS off in your first two cashless rides. The first time I didn't get Cashback. This is unacceptable I should get 100 RS back in my account.. if this kind of cheating happens I will definitely stop using ola and go to the competition.. if I don't get 100 RS back I will also convince friends and family to use Uber or normal cabs..

              I took a ride today in the morning from masab tank to banjara hills. I paid in cash to the driver and later they deducte amount from my ola credit money as well.
              When I called up customer care to compalint, they mentioned that they cant do anything and when I spoke to their supervisor, he mentioned that driver is denying for the cash payment. I told him to connect me with the driver on a conference call which he denied.
              My total bill was INR 55, i gave a 100 rupee note and 5 change to the driver. He returned 50 back to me.
              Its not about 50 rupees but its such a shame to have people like this.

                A serous warning to all the commuters who hire OLA Cab services. This OLA company is a Cheater and a Fraud service provider. I had a very bitter experience with this OLA cab service.
                On December 28/2016, I booked a OLA cab on my mobile app. from Pune Station to Wadgaon Sheri The distance is only 8 Kilometers The travelling time was about 28 minutes. It was a night time around 9-00 PM.
                When I booked the Cab the approximate fare was shown on my Mobile was RS 117 to RS 123. It was not a peak time too. The cab arrived in about 5 minutes.
                There was NO traffic jam or heavy traffic.
                When we arrived at Kumar Kruti Wadgan Sheri.Driver demanded RS 265. I asked him the reason for the excess fare HE said RS 265 is shown on the meter.If you have any complaint then contact the OLA support team
                Accordingly I contacted them but number of times different agents gave me different EXCUSES and finally I lost additional RS 123 for this trip.
                I advice the people, please use UBER cab service and NOT the OLA cab service. Cheers!!

                  Hi this is maa tours and travels ola is the fraud company in india. Last 28th Dec 2016 have already raised the complain regarding fraud booking in my device using some one else through hacking imei number it is not resolve till now. Today i got penalty of rs 6378 which is not small amount. I visit in ola office( thane)on same day 28th Dec 2016. executive (mr. Rahul)is say "solve ho jayega tere ko bola na "he sending mail to senior person and given me TAT 24 hours but it is more than 48 hour still is not solve the problem today i also visit the ola office in thane counter no.3 my token is TA 9 the person was told me it will take time atleast 1 week. So i requested don't attached your car in OLA

                    I booked an OLA cab today from andheri to vashi. Near Mankhurd at a very unsafe place the driver stopped and said he can not go further siting empty tank problem. He never mentioned about the low fuel during the entire time of journey. At the place he stopped, there were no other cabs available and the people there were looking over the window indecently. I was terrified. I called Ola cabs but they denied any help. I somehow found an auto after searching hopelessly for 15 minutes. The place was full of drunken people and shady shops.

                      Sir i booked one ride on 31 dec 16 from terminal 1 d airport to singhu border. But i complete my journey upto sector-58 sonipat. The bill was generated only rs 684 but driver charged 884 saying that toll tax 100 rs. And your journey upto sec-58. Round trip charges for extra journey. My net was not working and he cheated me for 200 rs. I complaint this matter to customer care but no action till date.

                        The distance calculator is not correct with OLA. You need to ensure that the same is calculated honestly. I bought the share pass. However, the base fare of rs 40 is never applied even though the distance is within 8 kms. What is the reason behind it?

                        Can somebody, plz notify what is the distance calculated by OLA based on my travel records.Awaiting for a honest reply

                          Ola money 364 was deducted automatically, whereas driver charged full amount in cash. Driver name is Anandkumar A with CNR no[protected]

                          Now OLA (As per call centre supervisor Mr Moorthy) is telling we are just the facilitators & its between you & driver. You should not have boarded the cab, Its your mistake of giving driver the money.

                          Understood my mistake of trusting OLA. But what OLA has understood from this incident? Can you be just carrying on without any responsibility to act? Is there somebody in authority/empowerment to take corrective action? Is any process in place

                            My CRN number is CRN[protected] and my complaint ticket number is 31927739. I booked the cab from New Ashok Nagar New Delhi to New Delhi Railway Station New Delhi. In my invoice they charged INR 100 as State/MCD Tax. When my cab didn't changed the state during my ride than how Ola can charge the same . I asked them to arrange a conference call between Ola representative, Ola driver and me so that we can have better understanding but they are not doing it . Ola can send anyone from there company to my trip start point and we will follow the same path to my trip end point and i will prove that stats hasn't been changed during my ride . I don't know why Ola not proving there point and co-operating with his customers . I am escalating the same but no resolution till yet .

                              This is to inform that I had booked an Ola Cab on arrival at the New Delhi railway station, not only did the driver behave rude and unprofessional he was misbehaving and abusive. I had my 13yr old daughter and elderly mother with me and he was totally ignorant of the fact that he had no storage space for the luggage and was totally cooperative and left in anger without taking us as booked and planned. I want appropriate action be taken and please inform us updated.

                                I booked OLA CABS from Avadi to Chennai Egmore and loaded my OLA MONEY app for Rs. 799/-.. After booking OLA Cab, I got CRN Number along with driver and vehicle details to my mobile. Immediately, I got a call from OLA driver and asked for CRN Number. As I was using OLA Money for the first time, I was not aware that CRN should not be shared without boarding the car. He told that he can come only after getting CRN Number. Since he didnot come for so much time, I took another OLA cab and completed my trip. Rs. 425/- was charged for the trip. While traveling, I got the notification that the trip (which was booked first and CRN obtained by driver) has started and after that Rs. 374/- wad deducted from my OLA money app since only 374/- was left in my OLA Money App. Luckily, Rs. 425/- was already deducted from my account or else he would have cheated the entire Rs. 799/-.

                                The details of the OLA driver who cheated Rs. 374/- by taking the CRN Number are as under:-

                                  The car was a white xcent the driver a large well built short hair young guy .
                                  Wearing a grey t-shirt.

                                  I left a pair of Oakley sunglass in the car by mistake as I though it was my uber .
                                  I got in for a second and the driver informed me he was a ola cab ... I rushed out and forgot my glasses there ... The glasses are unique steel silver plastic with mirror red glass ... The model is called scapel.
                                  I am an ola customer as well my no. Is [protected]. Please call me if you find them thanks a tons ...

I have the receipt of that payment.in the final bill, an additional rs100 was added as "public transport hub charge" but that had already been paid at the airport. So i want to clear what that additional rs100 was about?...

                                        I'm using ola service, along with ola when they started in hyderabad and as well when traveling to other locations, i never experienced worst situation ever since, few divers are very brutal, not customer supportive and used hard-line voice and cancelled cab and ran away on 30th dec 2016.

                                        Due to this incident, missed train while traveling to important trip which tickets costs rs. 2, 400. Plus 500 rs. Ola money.
                                        This is bringing into your notice from now onward i’m stop using ola service forever and you also thing while booking ola.

                                        I booked a cab in advance by at least 10 hrs to be picked up on today morning. But no driver contact showed..When contacted customer care, she told to cancel previous order and book in ride now.. well it was peak pricing @1.6 of the base rate... Why should I pay this additional charge when I be already placed an order and it was scheduled by ola ?
