Driver delayed in finding the location of arrival and we were getting late to attand a event ceremony for which we asked him to decline the ride still he charged the entire fair of the trip. Why should i pay money for the trip when i dint avail it. Driver name - choudhary parasuram sahoo and ola cab ride crn[protected]. Can you please look into the issue.

    I tried to book an Ola outstation cab from Chandigarh to Ghaziabad yesterday afternoon thrice (CRN No.[protected], CRN No.[protected], CRN No.[protected]. Every time the booking was confirmed but the driver always cancelled the booking from their side or called me requesting to cancel the booking with reasons like "I don't have permit", "My cab is out of order" or "I need three hours to reach". My question is - why did I get confirmation messages for these bookings if the drivers were not ready to travel? I was shocked to see that one of these 3 drivers called me back after cancelling the booking and told me that the fare estimate given by Olacabs app is way too low than what they want and they can take me to Ghaziabad if I pay them higher amount of money. The estimate given to me by the Olacabs app for a mini was INR 3250 and the drivers demanded INR 5500. Since I had no option and had to travel urgently I had to take one of those cabs for INR 4000 after lot of negotiation and came back to Ghaziabad. I am extremely annoyed by these unfair practices. This looks like a nexus between Ola and local taxi operators to pass on customer's numbers to local operators who accept the booking to get customer's number and then cancel the booking and call the customer to negotiate a higher price for a separate trip outside Ola's records. This is shameful and pathetic. I am sharing this experience here so that others do not get cheated and trapped by Ola outstation fraudulent service

    Driver asked for cash payment of Rs 83 which I paid and simultaneously same amount was also deducted from my Ola money.
    I request kindly refund my amount. The driver misbehaved & dropped me at sec-55 whereas I booked my cab for sec-56 & was in hurry to reach my destination for an interview
    OLA is offering OLA money, but last week on 24.11.2016 when i called the OLA AUTO they are demanding for cash and not OLA MOney they have cancelled the booking then i have tried other OLA Auto driver they also asked the same, it happened with 4 OLA AUTO drivers, what is the use of OLA money?? OLA its totally waste service.
    Money was deducted from OLA Money App and cash was also paid for a raid by OLA Cabs yesterday. Amount: Rs 707
    The trip was from Boduppal to Chandanagar, Hyderabad.

      I was travelling by an ola cab on 3 rd dec 2016 from the lalit hotel new delhi to patel nagar 3.the estimate ride fare was between 650-700.b ut when i started the journey from the lalit we were on the right track initially but after a while the navigation was only making the cab roam around in the same location for 15 mins.we were not able to find the way to the place.after so much difficulty and by asking people the way we reached patel nagar.but now what the trip fare was too much high that the estimate.that time it was the arge of the time to give the money but it cant work anymore like this.plz look seriously and quickly into this matter.
      I have been charged 100 RS in total as a cancellation which is ridiculous . I wanted a micro and selected micro but when I confirmed the booking it's showed as prime sedan twice and the You guys have charged me . I will never ever use this service again if you don't return my charges

        Ola, turning out to be a fraudulent company. Never put money into ola wallet. You never know how it would disappear and unfortunate thing is the customer care reps are very unprofessional. Instead of empathising with you, they speak as if we are at fault and with only their mercy we can get back the money they have wrongfully deducted. We as victimised citizens should request the government and other regulatory bodies to frame strict laws against these wallet providers, else they will take us for a ride. I would suggest all people, never to put money into ola wallet or use their service. The company which started with great ethics which is slowly squeezing money from customers through all illegal means.

        I had booked ola auto (As no cabs available) for dropping my in laws (Elderly couple). The driver was very polite and dropped them at the designated stop. My inlaws were asked to pay rs.200 in cash and they did so. Unfortunately money was deducted from my account. It could have been that the auto driver missed realizing that amount was deducted from my ola money. Not to blame the driver as i have seen atleast 3 ola drivers not properly educated about the usage of the app. I called the customer care to book a complaint. One mr. Karthik from customer care, bangalore took the call. First he said there was no booking for today but when i insisted he again verified. Later he was so rude to me. He was saying as if my in laws made a mistake by paying the driver. How can elderly couple be aware of how ola works? Then he started blaming me that i haven't told my in laws not to pay. It's long since i had taken ola auto. Initially the money was not getting auto deducted for auto rides. Now u guys have changed rules. How should i be aware of it? Do i need to regulaly follow their rule book? Do they think i don't have any other productive work? Finally he was ready to take a complaint but after trying to teach me on professionalism. I asked the call to be forwarded to supervisor. Mr vishal picked up the call and refunded the amount.

        Thankfully i got back my hard earned money. I was promised that a complaint will be raised against the customer care rep. But, till now i am not given the complaint number. I know these guys bury these things under carpet.

        Is it not their responsibility to train your drivers and customer care reps? Customer care reps are very rude.

          I paid the driver karmir singh by cash as he told me he didn't got money through ola money.. And when i checked ola deducted my money from my ola money account... This is ridiculous please refund my money as soon as possible..

          SUV booked one day in advanced and it was cancelled without intimation. Who will compensate for the inconvenience caused to our parent. Ola is so irresponsible. do they have any concern abt there customers. how can i make i punish them. should i approach consumer court

            This is something very annoying to take money two times in the name of techniacal error. Please return back the money in my wallet.

              I booked ola and called the driver and he said he will be picking me up but switched off his phone, it was medical emergency n I was stuck, I tried calling the driver after an hour and he kept disconnecting and at last he answered the call and when i asked why he did not answer my call and come for pickup he said its his wish then I told him he should not have told that he will pick me in the first instance, then he started abusing me and started using foul language, his name is Salim Querashi CRN[protected], I tried to call ola customer service but nobody answered tbe call I am a regular customer of Ola and I never thought about discounts and offers offered by other radio taxi providers because of the ease I have with ola, but this experience has forced me to uninstall your app and look for other option, stop employing such slumdogs.

                This concerns ride crn[protected]dated 26-nov-16. Ola is unable to provide me the invoice for this ride despite deducting money from account.. Support team has acknowledged the first mail and keep saying that their 'technical team' will look into it. Have been following up ever since :

                - no acknowldegement / response to 5 of my mails
                - no status update
                - no resolution hope
                - no status when called to support team
                - no invoice in hand

                Not sure why they are hesitating so much to give this. If it cant be produced from system, then why cant a manual invoice be prepared.. All teh details are present in system anyways!

                  I booked an OLA Mini from Bandra East to IIT Powai. Prior to booking an OLA Mini, I checked the estimated fare which came up to approximately Rs.300. After a couple of minutes, I got a notification saying my ride has been upgraded to OLA Prime SUV. I did not worry about the fare as I thought, I am getting an upgrade from OLA's side and the fare would remain the same as OLA Mini. Once I reached my destination, the total bill amount came up to Rs.620. That was double the rate of the estimated rate shown to me on the app. This is a clear case of CHEATING on the part of OLA, as they only give partial information about rides (Upgraded from OLA Mini to OLA Prime SUV), but they do not mention whether with the upgradation there will be increased tariff or change in the estimated amount. It would be nice on the part of OLA if they address this complaint and solve it by reimbursing extra or additional money back. CRN Number:[protected].

                      My cab driver cancelled my ride after I got in. This happened in Chennai at a place in Kotturpuram.
                      When I said I was going to pay by card, the cabbie cancelled the ride and asked me to get out very rudely and just drove away. He left in the street.
                      It was a silver ikon with number plates that ended with 8006. CNR[protected]. The cabbie's phone no. is [protected]
                      Driver who was driving DL 1R Y 5116 at 9: 10 pm damaged my car and ran away.I want an action to be taken against it.

                        Yesterday 03-Dec-16 taxi was booked in advance to Airport. Taxi came to my house and driver asked me where I want to go and when I said Airport then he started behaving rudely and asked me sit in taxi now or else he will cancel it. When I told him that he arrived at 11:42 and booking is for 11:45 then he said that he is going and my booking is cancelled. Even I asked him not to behave rudely in case he don't want to go.

                        Immediately I booked another taxi and he took me without any issue and driver told me that other taxi driver met him and told that these guys don't want to go airport. Then I came to know that he doesn't want to go to airport and want to take only local passengers.

                        Why do Ola not tell their drivers upfront that passenger want to go this place and let them choose whether they want to go or not. Because of Ola's policy I have to face these rude drivers when I am travelling with my wife and child.

                        Also why I am charged for cancellation when it is not done by me. Ola can see I booked another one when he refused to take me. He even asked me whether I I'll be paying by Ola money. Ola setup this system so that these type of drivers and you can charge customers unprofessionally.

                        Please refund cancellation amount immediately.

                          I had booked an Ola to go from Jogeswari to Cuffe Parade on 2nd December (CRN[protected]. I called the driver who enquired my destination. When I called up the driver 5 minutes later, his phone was switched off. Immediately afterwards, I received a call from OLA saying the driver had cancelled my booking. So I booked another Ola (CRN[protected]. Later, I saw they had charged Rs. 75 as cancellation charges. I could not find any customer enquiry number nor any email on the apps to register my complaint - the only option available was reporting I had not booked that ride. The moment I did the same, my email was disabled and I cannot log in. Worse, I have OLA money balance in the account. I have usually found OLA drivers clueless about Mumbai roads, but this probably is the worst in customer service one can expect from any service provider. How do I now get back my OLA balance?

                            I requested ola micro for which the rate was 6/km and 1/min.
                            But I was wrongly charged to 11/km. And no where they have provided to register this complaint.
                            Even before they had wrongly charged me cancellation fee. Another issue is their driver always cancel the request at the important time.
                            They donot have a support section to log these complaints into..
                            I will go to the court and also warn all my contacts about this.

                              I have downloaded ola money app to avail cashless drive. While registering I have given wrong mob no as [protected] instead of [protected]. Now I am not able to use the app. When tried it is sending the password reset link to my email id: s.[protected]@gail.co.in but after trying several times no link is coming. I have already added Rs599 to ola money. But I don't know how to use that.
                              Further in ola cab application my email id is showing s.[protected]@gail.coin instead of s.[protected]@gail.co.in
                              Please help to resolve the issue. I have tried in your customer care number but it is not working.

                                  I have booked a cab on 12th of November to Airport, and the driver name is Govindaraj mobile no.[protected]. As per my above ride number, I was charged Rs.378/-. But the driver said that the ola money didnt deduct the amount, so I had paid him Rs.400/- by cash. I checked after a while and Rs.378/- had been deducted from my Ola money. So I immediately called the customer care and informed the status of my drive. But they informed that the money cannot be refunded, you can call the driver and get back the ola money. Immediately I called the driver and informed him above the issue but he informed that he had been half a way from airport and shall recharge or refund the amount the next day.

                                  Till date wasting my time I am calling the driver daily to refund the amount or to top up the amount in the mobile no .[protected]. Everyday he is giving some stories and not refunding the amount. We are very shame to have such a driver for the service and we are not happy with service of Ola till then. Kindly take severe action against the driver and top up the amount to the above given number asap.

As yesterday i booked ola cab from my home at shree nagar, toll tax road, pratap nagar, near m.p.s. school jaipur to s.m.s. hospital for an emergency case. I have very low bettery in my phone. After booking i called to your driver mr. Vishnu prasad ([protected]) for receive me. He said me that i m coming in 10 minutes, but after 10 minutes i called again vishnu prasad but he was cut my call again and again. CRN no. Of vishnu is[protected]. At this condition i booked another ride for s.m.s. hospital and driver name is banty ([protected]) can no is[protected]. He was also said me he is coming from kumbha marg with in 5 minutes but after 5 min. Condition was same. When i booked third ride for my emergency case, i found again driver vishnu prasad crn no. Is[protected] and ride rate was 1.6 time extra. Vishnu replied me similar he is coming. In total drama i spend my 40 minutes and result was zero. My phone have been switch off after that drama. I want to say that if OLA cab can not provide service than why OLA say we are with people. In emergency conditions why we trust on ola cab. In ola cab, drivers are very irresponsible for public. I request to ola team plz take action on these type of drivers otherwise ola cab lost our trust on indian people. My phone no is [protected].

                                      I am a frequent user of ola share cabs due to its cheap fares, however i notice that the maps in the ola app does not always show the exact pickup location while in the case of micro mini and select they seem to be more accurate. I suspect that it is done intentionally for ola share customers so that cancellation fees can be collected forcing customer to cancel and then cheekily citing instances of no show by customer or by the driver when the map is itself faulty and shows wrong pickup location. If so i request help in stopping this predatory potential unfair trade practice and book ola for unfair price gouging tactics before the consumer forum.

                                        I'm very disappointed with your service and never gonna use it!!! CAB number KA53A0648 name :Rajendran ([protected]) He accepted to drop me at the lingarajpuram Flyover and I mentioned the drop location as lingarajpuram since not able to find the flyover as the drop location. I CLEARLY ASKED HIM STARTING OF THE TRIP REGARDING THE LOCATION AND HE SAID YES!!! and around 2 hours he was juss roaming with out any sense!! I asked him many times to stop the car and enquire but hes not at all responding to my question and simply just roaming here and there and its clearly seen that his intention is to charge me more!!! IM REALLY DISSAPOINTED WITH THIS!!! I normally pay 108-109 rps for this distance and he charged now 218rps!!! Is this the way to handle the customer!!! shame on this service... I had a very good opinion on OLA service but today I really hate this service.. Please make sure while giving service to cab drivers because of your negligence costs customers are facing trouble... and atleast there is not even a word Sorry from his side.. and to mention ITS NOT PEAK TIME AND NORMAL RATE!!! SO PLEASE TAKE THIS ON HIGH PRIORITY AND I WANT YOU PEOPLE TO TAKE SOME ACTION SO THAT NO CUSTOMER SHOULD FACE THIS SCENARIO...!!!
