I booked an OLA cab on 6th Dec, 2016 at 10.50p.m.bearing registration no. AS01GC9893(Alto), mobile no. [protected]. I got a call at 10.45 that my booking has been cancelled by the driver. I called him and he replied that he couldn’t contact me and so he cancel the booking, I asked him if he could come to pick me, he replied positively. But after waiting for 20mins he didn’t show up, I called him again but he didn’t pick up. I was stranded with my wife and family for about half an hour in a deserted road in the middle of the night. I booked another service provider to reach home

    We have been using ola for a while abd have been satisfied customers till yesterday. We booked an ola cab from p10 departure terminal of chatrapati shivaji international airport on 5th december. We received the messages that i have attached with the form. The driver mr. Umesh first of all made us walk 10 minutes with luggage from one and if the terminal to another. Then he tells us that he has not received our booking but someone else's and so we should cancel our booking or else he will be charged. For around 15 minutes he was only forcing us to cancel and when we said no he called your customer care executive who then tells us that our booking is cancelled by us already when we did not send any cancellation messages and he kept insisting that it's our fault and that we should book again. But we said no and then the driver is again and again asking us to cancel the booking. Finally after one hour of fruitless arguments he left and we had to go book a prepaid taxi. We already come so tired from journey and if things like this happen how can we trust ola again. I do not know if it's your application fault or driver's but yesterday even your customer care executive have us a tough time by not providing an appropriate solution. I hope you will look into this matter and try to improve the system. Thank you.

      Sir/Madam,

      I hv a few complaints against the service of Ola Share..

      1) The App shows the timing to arrive at the pickup as 2 to 3mins..whereas it actually takes arnd 15mins smtyms even more than that.

      2) How can u take a second pickup which is not on the way to the destination..for eg. If we hv crossed we highway metro and way ahead on that road..the 2nd pickup cms frm we highway metro..
      And areas such as andheri has huge traffic in the peak hour..hw the driver is supposed to go behind or take a full u turn which would b like anthr 1km and then go to the pickup point..and all this process will atleast take hlf an hour..causing imconvenience to the existing customer and the customer who is waiting at the pickup point.

      3) If i hv booked an Ola Share for a particular drop point..your app doesnt track the ride properly..

      Kindly look into all these matters and hope to get a positive response to improve your services.

        Hi Sir,

        I raised below query with OLA cabs on their facebook account.
        "Hi there,
        Trip CRN : CRN[protected]
        On 28 th-November-2016 I booked ola cab for my parents .
        After reaching the destination, the amount got deducted from my OLA money balance, still the driver asked for payment.
        My father paid him, and he went away.
        So the driver was paid twice for one journey( by cash and ola money)
        When I came to know from my parents, that the driver had demanded for cash payment, I called the driver asking that "when his payment was done by ola money, why did he ask for cash payment ?"
        He said it is mistake from his side, and that he will revert the amount in ola money immediately and will keep the cash with him. He also mentioned that the refund will reflect in my ola account on that day only. i.e. yesterday. But the amount has not refunded still in any ola money account.
        Could you please, do the needful?"

        and they gave below reply
        "Olacabs We have reported the driver for charging extra. However, we regret to inform you, we would not be able to process a refund. The default mode of payment will be Ola money if you have sufficient balance in your Ola money account. We request you not to pay any additional cash to the driver and to check the app notifications before making the payment for your ride. In cases, where the driver is insisting for cash, please contact us on 33553355 prefixed with your city code and we will look into it immediately."

        They have charged me twice for the single journey. and denying to process the refund.

        I still waited, till today, because whenever I call that driver he still says "he has initiated the process of refunding the amount by ola money, and it will appear in my account on the same day itself". But still now I did not receive the refund . It's almost 10 days .

        I want heavy penalty to be imposed on these guys, because "They have charged me twice for the single journey. and denying to process the refund."

        Imoney was deducted from my debit card, but it did not showed on the drivers app, so i made a payment again through google pay. So I was charged twice by ola
        I made a payment twice for my ola ride. Money was deducted from my debit card. But the driver app didn't show payment received. So I paid again through google pay. Please refund my money back of INR 106.

          Ola app has charged cancellation fee even i have not cancel ride. The next cab which i have booked. Driver charged me additional cancellation charges for the ride which i had not booked. In the they have send the invoice and when you click on the "Find Support for this" button, it says no booking found. Its just Cheating. also Ola Driver has no Idea about Paytm. He was just lost.

            Damn looser ola. No shame in making money out of innocent people. Your all taxi drivers are ### lair and cheater.
            No customer care service at all.. You pl should learn from uber. U r too unprofessional.
            My drop location is at phoenix mall and i found my trip rate till kharadi by pass.
            And driver continuously taking follow up from me to pay the remaining as my ola money was having 200/- and total bill comes around 370 /- for such a short trip.

              Hello Team, just want to tell you that you lost your 4 customer.i know that you gays are least bothered but my duty is to inform you.due to you only i unable to reach my train, your driver cancel the taxi when it was very urgent.

              3 or 4 days back i booked an prime sedan(SUV) and you guys did the same thing
              i request you to check my all transaction, shame on u guys .i uncle was ill and due to you, i was unble to reach on time. i paid 9k to the taxi driver when i lost my train.

                Hi,

                On 26th Nov'2016 I went to Bangalore Air port in ola cab from my home i.e Sarjapura road. After reaching air port he asked me to pay only cash.
                The bill was 1180 and i paid 2000/- but he returned me just 600/- by explaining some BS reason.Since i didn't had time so i didn;t argue with him and just left. Later i found that He has taken 1180/- from my ola money wallet also. I have all evidence to proof this situation.

                  OLA TAXI RIDE Ref No. CRN:[protected] Date : December 1, 2016 ) - Taxi Fare Charged from Greater Kailash-1, New Delhi to IGI Airport Terminal-3, New Delhi = 560/-. Even Chief Minister of Delhi has on many occasions voiced his Concern and promised action on such practices. I was Not Intimated that there was a premium price at this hour, at the end of journey. Even the Driver was not aware of why the price was more. I am convinced these charges are arbitrary and uninformed and unpleasant and in my view taking undue advantage of times without explanation and warming. in my view this is CHEATING. I will Send my grievance to consumer protection authority, even though I am not sure anything will come out but I still want the authorities to know how consumers are getting cheated without being unawares. I am attaching the Online Receipt from OLA CABS. Also there is no special upgrade which obviously I did not request. I asked for Micro Service and Santro a Basic Car was sent.

                    Yesterday when i booked ola cap crn[protected] from le meridian to old delhi railway station, estimate fare was sowing between rs. 213-232 for distance of 12 km and time around 40 minutes. When i completed journey in 40 minutes 12 km, ola cap showing fare of rs. 395 with journey of 22 km. How le merdian to old delhi with shortest rout can become 12 km to 22 and within same 40 minutes time & fare become rs. 213 to rs 395. Further driver at stoping saying his connection is lost and planing with his mobile. I don, t know what he has done in his mobile to make 12 km journey to 22 km and fare rs. 213 tors. 395. Pl refund me extra fare charge. My mobile no [protected].

                    Because the driver purposely brought me in wrong and longer route to extract more money I missed my flight and o also want to discontinue Ola and get my refund which deposited with Ola I'm still traveling as I lost 23 mins due to wrong and traffic route chose by the driver arrogantly

                      I booked a mini cab from Worli to Navi Mumbai with CRN No. being CRN[protected] on 5th December 2016. When i booked the cab no surcharge notiification was shown to me. However when the trip ended it shoed Fare increase amount to be Rs 762.12. This is why I was charged a whopping Rs 1543 for the ride which in massive traffic would also have costed around Rs 750.

                      I am a very very regular customer and something liek this has happened to me for the first time. I demnad imemdiate refund of Rs 762.12 as the same is unreasonable, exhorbitant and charged without my consent.

                        Exactly the wrong driver come i think he the son of that driver, then he just started rude behavior girls are there he started abusing then taken the longer root just for money i called him to tell the location he start abusing me

                          Today i booked a ola ride for travel by relatives of mine who are senior citizens and i have loaded ola money so that they need not suffer for lack of change. When the ride was completed (Crn[protected], my ola money account was debited by rs 122. However, the driver also had collected the amount in cash from the passengers. This is a blatant act of cheating by ola / its drivers. This is the second time it is happening for me. Such acts by the drivers make us lose faith in the company and its services. It clearly shows lack of control by the company on its drivers. Such cheating is more when the passengers are senior citizens. Ola should introduce a syatem whereby amount payable (Net of ola money debits) is shown and passenger should confirm as many ola drivers do not show the mobile screen to the passengers and just demand the money payable.in another instance the driver told me the fare was rs 198 and collected it and after 5 mins i received a sms from ola that the fare was 126.

                          Also the drivers tend to cancel the trips which are confirmed and ola also charges cancellation fee for them. I had a bad experience of 5 cancellations by drivers out of 7 bookings in last 2 days and had to use the services o[censored]ber. The drivers also cheat by saying that the location shown to them is wrong and ask us to cancel so that they are not penalised (We get penilised with cancellation charges for them cancelling the trips)

                          Ola should take proper measures to curb the misconduct by the drivers and improve the customer experience better

                            I booked ola cab for a ride from saboo motors, somajiguda, hyderabad to my residence at madhuranagar, hyderabad. I was charged peak pricing 1.2 at the time of booking and charged ₹ 134/-, showing a distance of 9.1 kms and ride time of 14 mins. This was at about 10.30 am on 5th december. (Crn[protected]

                            Again in the afternoon i booked ola cab for a ride from my residence to saboo motors. This time i was charged ₹ 85/- (Crn[protected] on normal rates.
                            The distance shown in the invoice for this ride is 3.9 km and the ride time as 20 minutes. This was at about 2.00 pm on 5th december.

                            I wonder how the distance is shown as 9.1 kms, where even one goes in a round about way, it would not exceed 5kms. I had given the otp number before commencing the journey and i presume that the journey starts only after the otp is entered. Ola has overcharged me by showing excess distance.

                            Kindly take up the matter with ola and have the excess amount credited to my ola money account. For you info, both the above invoices have been paid by me through ola money.

                              Driver delayed in finding the location of arrival and we were getting late to attand a event ceremony for which we asked him to decline the ride still he charged the entire fair of the trip.                                 I tried to book an Ola outstation cab from Chandigarh to Ghaziabad yesterday afternoon thrice (CRN No.[protected], CRN No.[protected], CRN No.[protected]. Every time the booking was confirmed but the driver always cancelled the booking from their side or called me requesting to cancel the booking with reasons like "I don't have permit", "My cab is out of order" or "I need three hours to reach". My question is - why did I get confirmation messages for these bookings if the drivers were not ready to travel? I was shocked to see that one of these 3 drivers called me back after cancelling the booking and told me that the fare estimate given by Olacabs app is way too low than what they want and they can take me to Ghaziabad if I pay them higher amount of money. The estimate given to me by the Olacabs app for a mini was INR 3250 and the drivers demanded INR 5500. Since I had no option and had to travel urgently I had to take one of those cabs for INR 4000 after lot of negotiation and came back to Ghaziabad. I am extremely annoyed by these unfair practices. This looks like a nexus between Ola and local taxi operators to pass on customer's numbers to local operators who accept the booking to get customer's number and then cancel the booking and call the customer to negotiate a higher price for a separate trip outside Ola's records. This is shameful and pathetic. I am sharing this experience here so that others do not get cheated and trapped by Ola outstation fraudulent service

                                Driver asked for cash payment of Rs 83 which I paid and simultaneously same amount was also deducted from my Ola money.
                                I request kindly refund my amount. The driver misbehaved & dropped me at sec-55 whereas I booked my cab for sec-56 & was in hurry to reach my destination for an interview
                                OLA is offering OLA money, but last week on 24.11.2016 when i called the OLA AUTO they are demanding for cash and not OLA MOney they have cancelled the booking then i have tried other OLA Auto driver they also asked the same, it happened with 4 OLA AUTO drivers, what is the use of OLA money?? OLA its totally waste service.
                                Money was deducted from OLA Money App and cash was also paid for a raid by OLA Cabs yesterday. Amount: Rs 707
                                The trip was from Boduppal to Chandanagar, Hyderabad.

                                  I was travelling by an ola cab on 3 rd dec 2016 from the lalit hotel new delhi to patel nagar 3.the estimate ride fare was between 650-700.b ut when i started the journey from the lalit we were on the right track initially but after a while the navigation was only making the cab roam around in the same location for 15 mins.we were not able to find the way to the place.after so much difficulty and by asking people the way we reached patel nagar.but now what the trip fare was too much high that the estimate.that time it was the arge of the time to give the money but it cant work anymore like this.plz look seriously and quickly into this matter.
                                  I have been charged 100 RS in total as a cancellation which is ridiculous . I wanted a micro and selected micro but when I confirmed the booking it's showed as prime sedan twice and the You guys have charged me . I will never ever use this service again if you don't return my charges

                                    Ola, turning out to be a fraudulent company. Never put money into ola wallet. You never know how it would disappear and unfortunate thing is the customer care reps are very unprofessional. Instead of empathising with you, they speak as if we are at fault and with only their mercy we can get back the money they have wrongfully deducted. We as victimised citizens should request the government and other regulatory bodies to frame strict laws against these wallet providers, else they will take us for a ride. I would suggest all people, never to put money into ola wallet or use their service. The company which started with great ethics which is slowly squeezing money from customers through all illegal means.

                                    I had booked ola auto (As no cabs available) for dropping my in laws (Elderly couple). The driver was very polite and dropped them at the designated stop. My inlaws were asked to pay rs.200 in cash and they did so. Unfortunately money was deducted from my account. It could have been that the auto driver missed realizing that amount was deducted from my ola money. Not to blame the driver as i have seen atleast 3 ola drivers not properly educated about the usage of the app. I called the customer care to book a complaint. One mr. Karthik from customer care, bangalore took the call. First he said there was no booking for today but when i insisted he again verified. Later he was so rude to me. He was saying as if my in laws made a mistake by paying the driver. How can elderly couple be aware of how ola works? Then he started blaming me that i haven't told my in laws not to pay. It's long since i had taken ola auto. Initially the money was not getting auto deducted for auto rides. Now u guys have changed rules. How should i be aware of it? Do i need to regulaly follow their rule book? Do they think i don't have any other productive work? Finally he was ready to take a complaint but after trying to teach me on professionalism. I asked the call to be forwarded to supervisor. Mr vishal picked up the call and refunded the amount.

                                    Thankfully i got back my hard earned money. I was promised that a complaint will be raised against the customer care rep. But, till now i am not given the complaint number. I know these guys bury these things under carpet.

                                    Is it not their responsibility to train your drivers and customer care reps? Customer care reps are very rude.

                                      I paid the driver karmir singh by cash as he told me he didn't got money through ola money.. And when i checked ola deducted my money from my ola money account... This is ridiculous please refund my money as soon as possible..

                                      SUV booked one day in advanced and it was cancelled without intimation. Who will compensate for the inconvenience caused to our parent. Ola is so irresponsible. do they have any concern abt there customers. how can i make i punish them. should i approach consumer court

                                        Last time while de borading the cab had in Mathura, the cab driver taken Rs . 145 from and it deducted from my wallet as well.

                                        This is something very annoying to take money two times in the name of techniacal error. Please return back the money in my wallet.
