I booked a cab on 10th Dec 2016 . OSN[protected] .
I paid the amount by ola money and it got deducted right when I boarded the cab . However, when the trip ended the driver demanded cash as he didn't know the trip has already been paid for . When I denied paying and told him it's already paid he started abusing me and literally fought with me . Moreover he also threatened me saying that he will see me at my office and would bash me .

This is the second violent incident wth me . Last time the it was just a verbal threat from the driver however this time he not only fought with me but has also threatened to beat me in future too. Seriously guys do something. Your rating system sucks too . I don't know how he got 5star rating for that particular ride . I never rated him . I have raised a complaint from the app however haven't heard back yet . Couldn't contact you even by calling . If I don't get a satisfactory resolution I am going to take this matter in court . These kind of drivers should be banned . A male passenger is not safe in your cab how would you ensure safety of women.

    We hired an ola cab no 6868 white dzire sedan from salt lake. But the driver left us stranded after 2-3kms, charging Rs. 135, all coz he said he didn't know the way to Howrah stn, and his gps wasn't working!!!@@@
    Is it possible to even imagine a Kolkata cab driver doesn't know the way to Howrah stn??? The real reason is, he did'nt want to go there.@@ Please take appropriate action, against this unprofessionalism, as we almost missed our train coz of it.

      I booked a cab from my residence to charbagh railway station Lucknow on 10/12/2016 at 11:17AM with reference number CRN[protected] for my journey on 11/12/2016 at 3:45AM..got a message from Ola at 2:45AM that will get cab no and drive details 15 minutes before departure at 3:41am got message that cab no UP32GN0812 is on the way but at last minute they cancelled my booking This gives me a mental stress and shows the unprofessional behavior of the company...If my complaint not given consideration I will surely look for other options to get guilty punished

        The toll tax bill shown in my bill reflects 2 and 3 folds more instead of rates to cross noida-delhi toll booth. Even ola driver paid ₹ 100 to booth. But my bill reflects more..?? Below are details

        (1) CRN no.[protected] . Time of journey: 1:20pm to 1:54pm and date : 10/12/2016. Here ₹300 is reflected as toll on overall bill of ₹465.
        (2). CRN no.[protected]. Time of journey : 7.02pm to 8:17pm and date : 09/12/2016. Here ₹200 is reflected as toll on overall bill of ₹631.

        I used ola during my sister engagement functions and this is how ola mistreats it's customers. I want this error rectified soon and refund done.

          On 23rd of november 2016 a driver namely bakil akhtar has requested me to pay him in cash for my ride and has assured me that no money will be charged from my ola wallet as he need some cash for refilling his cng... so i paid him in cash but today i.e. 10.12.2016 when i checked my ola wallet i found that inspite of payment in cash i was also charged through my ola wallet so it is my complaint to refund my over charged money in my wallet and to take strict action against the said driver namely bakil akhtar... for your information i rided my journey from sultanpur delhi to ajmeri gate delhi vide crn[protected]

            I booked the cab today while working, generally it used to take your current location but instead it had taken my previous location and booked, due to small screen i couldn't see properly while added the destination, As soon as i came to know that this is wrong location I called cab driver and asked he confirmed the location that was my previous pickup. I cancelled the ride stating "my reason is not available" still they charged for this so I thought i can speak with them and clarify, I admit that I complaint it at the end of the day since had a hectic schedule. So got answer stating that you could have to speak earlier and it was not a technical glitch or something.

            Well being a technical person I am not understanding as per them may be, but i am sure i will not use their service now.

              May I know that why you people charge cancellation fee without customer's fault?
              Today my ride with details attached in the screen shot was so harassing.

              Post confirming the ride when I called the driver he said "haa apka location dikha Raha hai hum aa jaenge"

              5 minutes after that he said "phoch gae h"

              When we reached at the location no ola was there. Again when we called he seemed to be drunk and talking on a different tone.when we tried explaining him the location again he asked us to cancel the ride and disconnected the call.

              N all these almost took 20 minutes and then you people send that Rs.50 will be charged for cancellation. Is this the customer service you provide ??

              And yes I would request the dear associates to please reply to this mail after reading it properly because if you people fail to address the concern timely I am afraid I may have to escalate it to higher levels.

                So. This one time. A few weeks back. I booked an Ola for the morning to airport from my hostel on B.M.C.C. road, Pune the previous evening. Not only the cab cancelled the ride on his own, even 50 Ola money was deducted from my account.
                So I took another ride and reached barely on time for my flight. There, because of no communication from Ola's side regarding their new policy, I, because the driver asked me to despite knowing I had Ola money, asked me to pay cash upfront. Which I did. And when I reached home, Delhi, and connected to the Net, I was informed that an amount of rupees 150 further had been deducted too from my Ola Money.
                Now, despite having complained through an email, I have not been compensated back and the Ola staff have taken a very hands off manner to it all.

                I just had to pen down my angst at the shoddy manner of it all.

                  I did a pre-booking for an Ola cab to go to the railway station. After booking, I got the message that my ride with CRN ************ has been scheduled for the said time and that the driver details will be shared with me 15 minutes before the pick-up time.
                  But there was no cab from Ola and also there were no cabs available for quick book. I called the customer care. But there was no response. All i get was the [censored] music they keep on playing.
                  Here, in Dehradun, there is no other cab service and at that time no auto was available.

                    I have recharged 599 Ola money in September 2016. Still now I'm not able to use a single rupee. Whenever I book a cab, driver denied the duty simply if it's Ola money. Then why should I recharge your wallet unwanted and pay credit card bill? I had this issue in Coimbatore and Chennai. Please refund my money back to my account. I want to stop using Ola hereafter.

                      I have paid cash fir my ride but the amount is also deducted from my wallet. I am attaching the screenshot of ride detail.This is worst case i have ever faced.I have used Uber and i think Uber is far better tha this. I want my money back As soon As possible.Please look into this and even yiu can confirm with driver also. And how can any company can deduct money without the confirmation from user.

                        Around 9 PM on 8th Dec I booked an Ola Sedan Prime Taxi from R K Salai Mylapore Chennai. The taxi no was 1314, driver was Chandran and last 4 digits of the number assigned by you was 0968.
                        The taxi came to me after 8-10 calls and 15minutes delay because the google maps on the car was malfunctioning. As soon as we started moving, driver got a call from you that the trip has been canceled and I should get out and book afresh. The driver was told that his car has been assigned to another customer. I simply refused to get out of the car and called [protected] to make a complaint, but all that got was a recorded voice in Tamil saying that I can not use that number for taxi booking!
                        I received no support, and finally I had to travel paying cash even though I have Olamoney balance, thanks entirely to the driver who was indeed very helpful personally.

                        I expect you will do the needful to compensate me for the hardships your poor service caused me.

                          Hi Team,

                          I am Ola partner from Feb'16 with Cab # KA 01 AF 1675. My registered number is [protected] & driver number is [protected].

                          Till last month my driver's performance as per your ola score was 10/10 & was a top performer who was doing all duties assigned. But it is been noticed that in the month of Nov'16 there are too many fake bookings allotted to my Cab & for which my driver has refused to support those fake drivers. Earlier these fake bookings were validated by Ola team & the penalty charged for DDD was reversed back.

                          But in the from 1st Nov'16 till today ie 9th Dec'16 there is a total of Rs.5000 charged as penalty for DDD & only Rs. 1000 is reversed back. Apart from this the vehicle has been off roaded 3-4 times including today which has caused loss to my business.

                          I have spoken regarding this at your partner care number[protected] for which I was asked to re-verify the DDD cancellations in driver device for amount reversal. I did that & got nothing. I have sent mail to [protected]@olacabs.com on 1st Dec'16 regarding this & got a ticket number[protected] in reply. But nothing after that.

                          Instead of resolving my problem & reversing the amount, it has become a daily activity that these fake bookings are cancelled by these drivers as DDD & a genuine partner is penalized for no mistake of his.

                          I am attaching screenshots of all the cancelled bookings of today (9th Dec'16) in which you can easily make out that the bookings are either cancelled after my driver has arrived at the client location or within 1min of booking which means all these are non genuine cancellations.

                          I could only take today's cancelled screenshot as the operator app has no option to go back & take screenshots of previous days driver timelines. Please revalidate all the cancelled bookings for which penalty is charged from 1st Nov'16 till date & stop this nuisance of Off roading without any mistake from my driver's side.

                          Hoping to get a proper response for this mail atleast.

                          There is no revert on this complaint yet, but yet again an amount of Rs.2500 is added as penalty yesterday for yet again a false duty denail. Last night at 10:56 pm a booking was received on my device with CRN[protected] & my driver also got a call from customer who was actually a driver & was trying to give a fake booking to his cab. He wanted my driver to complete the booking, but when my driver refused he has cancelled the booking as DDD for which immediately my vehicle (KA 01 AF 1675) was off roaded for training & additionally a penalty of Rs.2500 is added.
                          Ola is showing no interest in resolving partner complaints, & on top of it has automated its system without any validation criteria to off road vehicles & charge penalties as per its wish.
                          I have no hopes with Ola, so request consumer complaints team to suggest if there is any escalation matrix so that I can escalate these issues to get proper resolution.

                          ola is a fraud company...
                          in the start they will give u enough bookings to complete your target.
                          u will receive good amount of booking in start 5-6 months and after that ur car will not receive much booking...
                          you will be penalised for DDD, even if its not ur mistake.
                          i will surely sell my car soon, ... or hand it to bank

                            Ola driver very frequently deny duties

                            Wrongly charged rs 50 and rs 25 after driver refused for pickup and cancelled the cab.

                            1) booking crn no. :crn[protected]

                            Driver refused to go faridabad after i have boarded and post entering crn

                            Later i had booked another cab of ola than to reach destination
                            Crn[protected]... I m only 6km away from cab and I m bit of a hurry.. After sum tym driver cancelled the duty... I[censored] don't wan't to go why u confirm the booking... Plz take action
                            Crn[protected] I booked my cab when i reached out side the station The driver name was Balasaheb Kale, at the time of booking he was 11 min away, without contacting me M. Kale has cancelled my booking that's why i was charged 50Rs. fine plea refund my money and take neceesory action againt kale.

                            Becuase i was with my family and i feel very bad with OLA .

                            After the cancillation of my booking by OLA driver I again book another OLA with Crn[protected].

                            Please do needful and refund my money

                              This was the worst experience with Ola.
                              For a journey that would have taken a maximum of 30 mins, I spent 2 hours and 30 minutes and got dropped off at some random location and was asked to book another cab.
                              The only response that your customer service personnel could give me was - "technical fault. book another cab from your app".

                              I booked a cab at 7:00 PM from Ramanujam IT city and my drop location was Thiruvalluvar Nagar, Thiruvanmiyur.
                              When I was picked up, there were already 3 passengers. The app on my mobile showed that passenger named Varsha will be dropped first and then I will get dropped. When we reached Varsha's destination it was somewhere in Velachery. Driver said that the next drop was Arjunan which is Tambaram Sanatorium. That was atleast 18 Km from where we were at that time.
                              I called your customer care and after a 20 minute long phone call the only solution that you could give me was to get down and book and a new cab on my app.
                              I then booked another cab and the first passenger had to be dropped at Ramanujam IT city. So after traveling 2 hours i went back to the exact place from where i started.

                              So instead of traveling 4 Kms to thiruvanmiyur, I had to go to Velachery and get down at some location and book a new cab to reach home at 9:30 PM.

                              I had to pay 41 Rs for the first cab, 90 Rs for the second cab. Wasted my mobile call time of 20+ minutes.
                              I also wasted 2 and half hours of my time. Missed an appointment with the doctor and couldn't make it home in time for an official meeting.

                              What if this was a female passenger or someone who didn't know any of the places in Chennai or someone whose mobile internet didnt work ?
                              Do you ask passengers to get down at random locations and book a different cab themselves and not give any support ?

                              If you do not know how to connect routes please don't operate such a service.

                              How is ola going to compensate me for the inconvenience, wasted time, cab charges, mobile charges and everything ???

                                I planned to travel from ECC road Whitefield to Bangalore international airport.

                                I booked OLA cab. Driver called me to ask location and saying he will reach and later cancelled the ride.
                                This happened twice and it leads to harassment and frustration for me.

                                I already have high BP and on 11 th hour this situation made me worst at the start of my long international journey.

                                Not at all happy with service.

                                  After giving this 5 Star rating driver asked me to give him rating and he told me to pay him 147 as well because he has to fill Diesel in his car and told me with confidence that Ola will repay your money back. So let me know why to pay for the 2 ways both by wallet and cash ??? Is this your service for Customer's ! I need a reply immediate on ( abhi.[protected]@gmail.com )

                                  Distance Fare for 3.6 km - ₹21.6
                                  Ride Time Fare for - 16 min - ₹16
                                  Total Fare - ₹82.6
                                  Taxes - ₹6.43

                                  Driver name is RAMLAL - After Travelling just 3.6 km 16min from KPIT this guy told me that car is taking jerks just because the OLA DOES NOT PAY US FOR doing the service of the car properly, I booked other cab and the Driver name was - SALIM Whom I met in WAKAD Flyover they both had a talk in Marathi Language ( RAMLAL said - Just got the car from the Service station but I do not wanted to drop him to Bhavdan so SALIM replied YOU(RAMLAL) took me as a fool to drop him!!! SO I understand MARATHI but the service from your side is the SERVICE EVER IN THESE 1 YEAR FOR ME SO I had paid twice to OLA 147 FROM OLA MONEY AND 147 CASH SO I WANTED MY OLA MONEY BACK TO MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY I DO NOT HOW YOU DO THAT BUT I WANTED IT IMMEDIATELY !!! Below are the details of an BS Guy - SALIM he told me give him 5 Star rating and in comment section drop a comment that ( paid cash to driver ) ?? WHAT THE HECK IT IS ALL ABOUT ??

                                  1) crn[protected] driver took ₹147 cash and told me that ola people never pay us so please pay me money and from my ola account 147 rupees deducted so why the hell i am paying double amount for a single ride that too with the weird and disgusting driver who do not know how to talk to customer and my day was spoiled up totally, i had a to be on time for some official purpose and i reached there late. Why ola is not giving customer satisfaction just like uber! Or meru cabs??? I wanted my money back to my ola account! Or i am going to escalate these 2 incidents!

                                    Added Rs 200 to OLA account but it is having only 122 and the drivers charged us cash without taking ola money.

                                    Now why is the account having 122, no phone contact on OLA site for me to raise a complaint or speak to someone.

                                    No reports available on the account deduction on the site for us to understand what the deduction is for.

                                      I would like to once again bring to your notice the complaint lodged by me
                                      on the 1st Dec 2016.
                                      The CRN number for the same being[protected].

                                      I am surprised to find that nobody bothered to attend and revert on this
                                      complaint so far.
                                      If this is the service provided by OLA I would like to immediately
                                      discontinue using your services and shift to the alternative service
                                      provider.

                                      I think OLA has become too big to give any cognizance to the complaints now.

                                      I think, keeping in view of the security aspect as ladies were in the cab
                                      post midnight, I need to lodge a complaint with the higher authority/Govt.

                                        Ola, one of the best service i saw when i reached Chennai two years back. now it is totally upside down. Why the hell you guys introduced Ola money. After demonetization not even one driver is accepting a ride with Ola money. I have plenty of rupees in Ola money. How to spend that? First of all, keep a check with drivers if they cancel a ride, they should be answerable to you. But they were cancelling the rides and talking rudely, as if we are travelling in the car for free. (Better keep classes to the drivers, how to behave with passengers). No thing you guys need to remember. Now, they is smooth business for you guys, one days you wont find any sufficient trips to run the company. that time you will ready to hear us. But we will not be ready to hear back from you. I'm receiving Ola money offers on daily basis. Why the heck you guys sending me those?? When no one is ready to accept it! Lot of my friends have changed to UBER. Better try to learn from them. Highly frustrated and definitely will not recommend Ola to others. I will recommend better cab companies. ( I'm sure, if you continue the same kind of thing further, you will need to close the company by 2018, that's for sure)
