I had booked a micro taxi on 10-dec-2016 from chhatarpur metro station to mahavir enclave part-1with crn number no. Crn[protected] and i got charged for amount of 307/- which is too high. Also the driver take long route from mahipalpur.

I also take a ride from uber that is excellent but with ola cab my experience is totally negative

Please look into this arrange for...

    Ridiculous, service by ola i was a regular customer. My crn[protected] mini white wagonr. But from now i will not use ola app in future, u charged me too much, u charge me state taxcharge, i live in delhi at new ashok nagar, and went to shadhra which is also in delhi approx 10km. U charged me inter state tax. I will not recommend this ola app to any one, and will circulate this message in my friend circle and relatives that don't use ola cab they are cheaters. Uber is better than ola.

      Hi, my name is Bijit Barman and my number is [protected].
      This is to draw you attention that a day before yesterday morning someone tried to recharge ola money with 599 from my debit card which was saved on ola app. I have received OTP pin twice for the confirmation. Later, I tried to check my balance and tried few online transaction and it wasnt working. I think my debit card has been blocked now. I don't think I'll be using OLA money again after this.

        Dear sir,

        I had booked a micro taxi on 11-dec at anand vihar bus terminal to aya nagar with crn number no.
        Crn[protected] and i got charteged for amount of 883/-

        I am a regular customer of ola taxi and appreciate taxi service with the pricing, but unfortunately
        This trip turned up very negative experience.

        Usual fair for 30-35 km is around 300-350 even during odd hours as i have experienced many times,
        But on this ride i was charged 883 rupees which is totally unethical and illegal.

        Please look into this arrange for a refund otherwise i will escalate this to governemnt authorities
        And stop using ola and so advise others.

          Hi,

          I am a regular OLA customer however this time i was shocked when the total amount came to be Rs 1330 wherein for the same location drop i usually get charges for max 500 rs not more than it.

          This time fare was double amount where in my ola money was debited + ola credit+i paid cash 321 rs.

          I want to know the reason for such a over priced ride

          however want a waiver of of the amount

          I booked Mini & got a pop up that i have been ungraded to Prime Sedan but that was not my wish i was happy in going in mini as i was alone traveling..

          So please look into this matter & waive off the money back in my ola wallet

          So that in future also i can always Ride in Ola tension free

          This driver he was so clever he called us up and told that he is waiting outside, when we went outside in the heavy rain and was waiting he was like i couldnt find your way and he himself cancelled the ride. We are just standing in the middle of the road on heavy rain.

            Booked a share ola
            Ola app took a wrong drop location
            As I sat in the cab driver told me its Tollygunge drop location
            I said no it's salt lake
            Before all this conversation rs58 was deducted from my ola wallet.
            I called the ola customer care
            They said nor they can change the location nor they can provide me with another cab and nor they can refund me the money.

            Hence this was the incident which took place today while I was heading towards my meeting and due to All this I got late.

              I had booked an Ola with the CRN no. given above. I received a message with the CRN No., driver's name and mobile no. I called the driver, he said he was nearby but he did not receive my booking. I waited on the road at 9.00 p.m in the cold for half an hour. The driver had come to pick me up and waited for the booking to show on his mobile but it didnt. I had to cancel the booking and book again. This time I was given a Prime Sedan at higher rate though I had opted for a micro like before and micro was showing as available. I cancelled again as I didnt want to travel in prime sedan with higher rate. I got a normal taxi after that with a lot of trouble and went home. I being a woman find this outrageous and disgusting service. Its a threat to the safety of women who have to travel at night. I have a good mind to report this incident to the police but decided to complain here first. If I dont get an apology from Ola cabs I will report them to the police.
              I am shubham... I booked ola on 1st dec around 7pm through ola money. I applied the promo code that supposed to give cashback 100rs as "ola cashless ride first journey" but didn't get the cash back yet.. Plz resolve this and give cashback as promised by the company.

                Hi team,

                This is the worst experience i ever had with ola cabs. I have recharged my ola wallet for the first time and booked the cab. The driver, before reaching me he asked me to share the crn number since his device has some problem it seems. And he escaped by marking the trip on and my ola money has been deducted. I would definitely take this to the next level if my ola money is not reversed to my wallet. I want a team to contact me immediately to talk on this. [protected]

                  This is regards to a ride taken on ola share. While on the trip driver had to pickup another passenger and he lost his way which costed me 30 mins extra. Ola support is trying give a coupon for 100 bugs. Which I asked I am not interested just pay for me ride now rather than forcing me to ride with you again. They refused. Awesome they make a mistake and then force you to come on board again rather than solving this mistake.
                  The driver came too late for pick up & also was highly unprofessional.
                  Talking rudely, running loud music.

                    These many days I was thinking ola is different from other services..Today 12/12/2016 In Chennai it's raining heavily & i booked an auto since my dad was sick I called the driver he was arguing me with the phone to give 100 rupees for just 2km ride before the ride itself he was so rude about the prices ...if you claim & decide prices during situations then how can we trust another time ..In this kind of situation only we believe it to be good but ur service today was bad ..

                      My cab stopped midway as he ran out of petrol. The travel id is crn[protected]. I travelled on dec 12.

                      That was totally unfair. U wanted me to call to your customer care midway when i was already late to get a refund??? The driver didnt even check for his diesel level before starting the trip. That was really a bad experience for me. Totally unsatisfied with this. I thought i was a premium customer and expected to be treated well : (

                      Please let me know if you can do something on this.

                        1) it costed me rupees 432 for 14 kms which was from Malad east to Mira road kindly refund the extra money .

                        2) valid coupans are not working and do not give discount as mentioned in msg.

                        3) when I went from Mira road to goregav operai maal it coated me ruppes 228 for 14.3 kms so why costing double from Malad to Mira road .

                        4) I m not satisfied with ur services as it happened with me for the 4 time

                        5)I m sending u the proof of Mira road to oberai mall ride and a photo of the ride I have an issue

                          Ride was Cancelled by 7:38 pm ; Message from OLA :::: We will be charging RS. 50 on your next ride as our one of the busiest driver cancelled the RIDE

                          The Story goes on --- Customer care executive: Was asking me the timing of ride cancellation. Showing least bothered for their customers.

                          Customer Care Executive (1st attempt call[protected] please respond although I was speaking.

                          Customer Care Executive (2nd attempt call[protected] teaching Profanity although i was non abusive on call don't why...

                          Customer Care Executive (3rd attempt call[protected] call was taken by one of the best cce of OLA, the problem was resolved although I am going to pay outgoing call charges, , ,

                            The cab company suspended my account without prior information and without giving an opportunity to clarify things. They say the account has been blocked for violation of trends and conditions and do not provide the exact reasons. I am ready to clarify if anything has been violated, but there seems no transparency in the company's operation taking passengers for a ride.

                              My first ride details are on your system.Ola payment was initiated end of ride . Delay in going through.To avoid traffic hold up and since driver was in a tearing hurry payment was made in cash. Subsequent to this the transaction also went through on line and hence you have been paid twice for the same ride.The Company has to be made to refund the fare collected as they have been paid twive for the same ride.

                                  I have booked a mini taxi wagon r from my house faridabad to delhi crn[protected]. Ola have charged me total rs.745/- (Including overbilling of rs.400 as a state tax/mcd). I have made cash payment to the driver and asked him that why it was overbilled, he replied me to contact ola for my query. My ride was started at 01:12 p. M, fromm 1506 badkhal road, sector 21d, faridabad, haryana and ended at 02:21 p. M at sadbhawana marg, chilla sarda bangar, chilla sarda bangar village, trilokpuri, new delhi on[protected]. It was total 25.7 kms ride. (69 mins)
                                  Why it was overbilled?
                                  Please refund my money back.

                                    I booked a cab on 10th Dec 2016 . OSN[protected] .
                                    I paid the amount by ola money and it got deducted right when I boarded the cab . However, when the trip ended the driver demanded cash as he didn't know the trip has already been paid for . When I denied paying and told him it's already paid he started abusing me and literally fought with me . Moreover he also threatened me saying that he will see me at my office and would bash me .

                                    This is the second violent incident wth me . Last time the it was just a verbal threat from the driver however this time he not only fought with me but has also threatened to beat me in future too. Seriously guys do something. Your rating system sucks too . I don't know how he got 5star rating for that particular ride . I never rated him . I have raised a complaint from the app however haven't heard back yet . Couldn't contact you even by calling . If I don't get a satisfactory resolution I am going to take this matter in court . These kind of drivers should be banned . A male passenger is not safe in your cab how would you ensure safety of women.

                                      We hired an ola cab no 6868 white dzire sedan from salt lake. But the driver left us stranded after 2-3kms, charging Rs. 135, all coz he said he didn't know the way to Howrah stn, and his gps wasn't working!!!@@@
                                      Is it possible to even imagine a Kolkata cab driver doesn't know the way to Howrah stn??? The real reason is, he did'nt want to go there.@@ Please take appropriate action, against this unprofessionalism, as we almost missed our train coz of it.

                                        I booked a cab from my residence to charbagh railway station Lucknow on 10/12/2016 at 11:17AM with reference number CRN[protected] for my journey on 11/12/2016 at 3:45AM..got a message from Ola at 2:45AM that will get cab no and drive details 15 minutes before departure at 3:41am got message that cab no UP32GN0812 is on the way but at last minute they cancelled my booking This gives me a mental stress and shows the unprofessional behavior of the company...If my complaint not given consideration I will surely look for other options to get guilty punished
