Please note the following:
1. on december 1, 2016 i had booked a ride from lower parel, mumbai to lokhandwala complex in a micro vehicle at 06:09 pm.
2. the vehicle arrived at 07:09 pm.
3. the driver, against my advice, decided to take the milan subway route. i had told him that the traffic is very heavy in milan subway and time taken would be more. but he paid no heed to my advice.
4. the total amount billed was rs. 712.00p which i paid. today the bill generated shows as follows:
A. base fare rs. 55.00
B. distance fare 1st 20 kms rs. 120.00
Last 0.6 km rs. 7.20
C. ride time fare for 118 min rs. 118.00
D. fare increase rs. 360.24
E. total fare rs. 660.44
F. taxes rs. 51.52
G. total bill rounded off rs. 712.00

You are requested to clarify the following :
1. why was the grade of vehicle changed from micro to mini without my
Consent.
2. the total of (a), (b), (c) & (d) is rs. 605.44, and not rs. 660.44.
3. the taxes applied rate is not mentioned.
4. no information was given regarding fare increase which was done
Arbitrarily.
Please note that i have been overcharged on 2 counts - (1) change of grade of vehicle and (2) total fare more by rs.55.00.
You are hereby requested to arrange for the refund the excess amount, in cash, at the very earliest.

I experienced the same thing today, Got upgraded from Mini to Prime SUV without my consent and was charged more than double as per the estimated fare shown on the app. OLA is willing to lose it's customers in the verge of making more money.

    Your services are degrading day by day, i was using ola frequently due to its regionable rates and fair services, but from now onwards i will not use any ride by ola, because its rates increases in usual office timings.

    Today i have charged rps.195 from noida sector 27 to noida sec 125, but usually charge was 80, 90, max 110, why you are fooling your customers,

    Even i am using ola shuttle daily to travel, now i lost faith in this ola, i want my 95 ola money back which was deducted today, if you will not give back to me, i will not use your rides, even nobody in my family also.

      Yesterday I took a ride from Gautam Nagar to IIC, Lodhi road, New Delhi. At the time of payment my cell phone was not working so the driver asked for by cash pay.
      I have paid him by cash as well as the system automatically paid it from my Ola money Account.
      Thus I have paid twice for single ride. What the heck is this? Is this a some kind of exploitation, what's going on?That's why my friends always travels in Uber.
      I want my Ola money back. Or else I will complain.

        Hello, I booked a cab for my mom and also had ola money in my account. I thght money would get directly deducted from the account. Where as, not only did this money got deducted but also that driver took the amount from my mom stating that this payment has not taken place by ola money.
        Since my mom did not book the cab by herself she dint knew whether the payment has been done via ola money or not and paid. My phone was not reachable so she couldn't speak with me as well. Later i got to know that driver cheated on us. Please take necessary actions.

          Today, the 1st of december, 2016, i had placed a booking for ola micro, the crn no. being[protected] for my travel from goregaon to j. b. nagar, andheri. i was shocked when told that the fare to be paid was rs.317/-. while booking the cab it was not informed that higher price will be charged. on reaching home and on going through my email, i found that rs.160.56 has been charged extra, and the reason for the excess fare given was "fares are higher than usual when the demand goes up. your total fare was calculated as per the revised rate card".
          Had this information been given at the time of booking we would not have gone ahead with the booking. we were caught unawares. for our return ride i paid only rs.147/-.
          Its my sincere request to inform the clients of these fare changes at the time of booking itself. i also request you to please refund the excess amount charged. expecting a line in reply

            The toll charges of Rs. 100/- were wrongly levied in the bill as all the tolls are free today as per Govt. ruling. The toll will be applicable w.e.f. 02 Dec. 2016. Also, the driver did not pay the toll authority. This amount just went to OLA kitty, this is not justified.
            I have gone through all possible routes through the app but to no avail.
            I request for an immediate refund else, I will be constrained to use legal recourse.

            I booked OLA prime which has fixed rate from airport city to home i.e, 499. Due to issue on OLA, the booking triggered to Luxury car.Driver asked to pay 2300.I refused to pay him extra apart from 499 and then he threatened me to move out and give me 500rs.Being a native he took 400 cash from me and dropped me unknown location.I need 400 rs back.

              I am surprised that despite my lodging a serious complaint on your app the day of my travel last, nobody bothered to connect with me or attend to the complaint. If this is the state of affairs with OLA, it is better for me to shift to other service providers and remove the app from my mobile forever.

              Well since there has been no response, I am forced to take this forward to the press soon.

              I have been charged 450 rupess for just only 7.4 km.
              The ride hardly takes 20 minutes.
              I don't know how someone can charge 450/- for just only 20 minutes trip.

                While booking a cab in Ola app (date 01-Dec-2016), I didn't inform about the peak hours price neither in App nor by the driver. Once I finished my ride they mentioned the ride charge is Rs. 405, it was shocking for me. When I check the invoice, the peak hour price is mentioned as 1.6 time.
                ola didn't informed about the peak hour price, I feel ola theft my money by hiding the price.

                The worst thing about Ola cab is, we are unable to raise a compliant in their app and website. Also not possible to reach them through customer care number.

                  I booked Ola cab today from New Town to go to Thakurpukur on 29-Nov-16 evening.
                  Reference number CRN[protected].
                  Driver took the shortest route using the GPS and that is the usual route I used to take everyday for this travel.
                  At then end Ola sent me a bill of 42 kms charging Rs 680.
                  Whereas the distance of the route can never be more than 28 kms.
                  There was no abnormal traffic during this travel as well and hence there was not waiting charge also l.
                  When I contacted Ola customer care, they asked me to pay Rs 680 and told that they will look into this once I submit complaint through their application. I clearly told that I will not pay a single rupee as it is absolutely a fraudulent act from their side.
                  Interestingly Ola customer care immediately told me that I can pay Rs 502.
                  Now the point is that knowingly Ola was charging this abnormally higher amount.
                  I want a remediation of this fraudulent act from Ola.
                  As a proof I have the invoice of Rs 680 that Ola sent me in the registered e-mail of mine.
                  Please let me know what action can be taken on this.

                    Date of Travel is 25th Nov 2016. CRN[protected]. Booking done for 10.20 am. Driver Mobile No. [protected].
                    1. Driver details were not shared 15 mins before as promised
                    2. We located vehicle and got driver's no.
                    3. Driver told that he is nearby and reaching in couple of minutes.
                    4. Calls were made at 10.21, 10.23, 10.24, 10.25. Driver did not pick up calls.
                    5. Received call from [protected] at 10.24 telling that OLA Driver has cancelled the pick up.
                    This has resulted in delay of business meeting to the tune of Rs 7, 000. We want action to be taken against the driver and a free ride on OLA

                      This is shivani rajput here . on November, 27 ( SUNDAY) . I was taken a ride from rajouri garden to palam colony new delhi around 7:00 pm. when i had booked a ride through ola app. there is no description available regarding a surcharge . only it shows an option that Iam on surcharge but no details are available there. i dont understand that what is actually surcharge? then whenever i have completed with my ride driver has told me that i had to paid around 424 rupees which is totally unfair charges atleast for this distance . afterwards i asked from ola executive that how this charge is applicable for this ride? so he told me that it was a surcharge and then he started to explaining me about surcharge . so why he explaining me about this after booking the cab . so requesting you ola executives that you should gave a best option on ola application which describes the full details of surcharge . so customers can get a correct information regarding surcharge before he /she book a ride. I dont want my money back but hopes also that you will get my point and take a good step to improves this misguide feature. so your rest customers will not get confused again, just like me

                        As per my ride CRN Number[protected] dated 27/11/16, the total fair comes to Rs. 525/- (Five Hundred and Twenty Five only), the amount deducted from my ola Money Account and also the driver collected cash from me. on dated 28/11/2016 i call to driver to return the cash amount, the driver committed but the amount not return till date. May kindly request to take a necessary action at your end.

                          I booked a cab in the morning at around 12 pm. Driver came on time and picked me up. His app was not working. He was not able to locate Client and start trip. but he he allowed me to sit . Poor guy called up driver support and they told him drop me and bill will be manually generated and told to him. he dropped me to the Location. when he called the driver support, he was informed that he dint start the trip and its his mistake. I called up customer support twice and they also said bill will be manually generated. In the end driver was frustrated and asked me to leave. I couldnt give him the cash because I had already added money to my Ola account. The Driver was helpless and was not given any resolution. he not only lost a trip but was not paid for the same. I feel sorry for him. On top of all this My ola app is showing that My cab is on the way from past 2 hours. Its still on the way while I am writing this. Please get this resolved and pay the driver.                             I had travelled via ola cabs, car no. Ending 7067 from airport to indirapuram. On our way back, our driver requested us to pay via cash as it is difficult for them to withdraw through ola.money. so, i made the payment to him in cash. As my data pack was not wrking i coukd not check the notification sent by ola that the payment has been deducted. Via ola money. Now, when we are calling ola cabs, the driver is refusing that the payment was made in cash and even ola as c a company is saying that they cant help us in dis matter. Please let us know what can be done

                              Ola Cabs- CRN no.[protected]. Prior to the booking on morning of 30.11.2016, I called customer care and registered my credit card for ease of payment. Thereafter, I booked a ride on the app on the same morning. There were no pop-ups or options immediately evident to show that i had to CHOOSE a mode of payment. At the end of the ride, I was informed that I had to pay by cash (which I did not have). Then Customer care informed me that I have the option of loading money on Ola Money. After doing this, the customer care informed me that the Ola Money will only be credited AFTER 24 hours and only then can it be used. The matter was sorted out eventually by telling me that the Ola Money would be given to the driver after 24 hours. (the driver, Rohan, incidentally, was quite courteous and helpful). I spent nearly 20 minutes getting this sorted out- which defeated the purpose of taking a cab in the first place.
                              The point here, is that : (1) the app is not user-friendly (2) It does not offer evident options (such as default option of my registered credit card) (3) the drivers need to inform the customer of the possible options. I am so glad I did not succumb to putting in more money than my fare in Ola Money. I am deleting the app. I trust our black-and-yellow cabs and BEST buses more after this incident of "perceived" convenience.

                                Last night I booked a ola cab from my office way back to home, Sharp at 11:29 I received a driver number and I called the driver and provided my pick up location and he ask me to wait for 10 minutes. I tried calling the driver twice asking where he was! He said somewhere around my location. I waited for around 20minutes n I received a call from ola saying driver has cancelled my booking?!. And I received a bill of rs 75 as a cancellation charged. Which is completely annoying and nonsense. Driver name is Mukesh

                                Lastly I am a regular customer of ola.

                                  The transaction I'd is c8p4-obn4-2zdm the driver has taken cash and the same ammount has been deducted from my ola money account so I hereby request you to look into this matter and refund me same amount in my ola wallet account at your earliest.

                                  I asked the driver since it is cashless ride but regrading to this his reply was that he has not received any money from company so you have to pay me otherwise I won't let go so in that case I have to paid him the ammount of 120.00

                                    Today my husband needed to go to the airport so I booked ola yesterday night itself. ...but when he was about to leave around 8 pm, the driver cancelled the booking...so we had to search for another option to travel. I want to know why they have cancelled it themselves at the nec of the moment... if this gets repeated how am I supposed to travel in ola.

                                      This is against CRN[protected]. Driver's name is BIOS Das. I had booked an ola cab in which I had already mentioned my destination. On calling the driver, he enquired about my destination. I told him that he was to provide service anywhere in the areas covered by ola in Siliguri and that destination could be changed midway! He started arguing, abusing and intimidating me on the phone that if I want to ride an Ola, it has to be by 'his rules' in Siliguri. If you don't kick out such people, your good name will go down the drain...God knows whether a background check was performed...seemed more like a criminal than a cab driver. I am scared to take the next Ola in Siliguri, maybe another goon will be behind the driving wheel!

                                        Requested sir / madam,

                                        Would like to inform you that for my ola id [protected]@gmail.com, i made a booking vide crn[protected] for my parents on 26th nov 2016, at the end of the ride (At destination) driver showed his device to my parents, showing that rs. 128 has to be paid in cash. So my parents give him the full amount rs. 128/- in cash. Unfortunately my mobile was out of network area at that time so i was not able to check billing amount/details. But later when network was available i came to know that ola also deducted amounting to rs. 122/- from my ola money wallet and driver also took the cash rs. 128 from my parents. It's quite strange, completely unfair and non transparent deals of ola. How they have deducted my cash wallet, only because the amount is under there control they can do anything. When i approached to them for the refund on phone no.[protected], and on email id's [protected]@olacabs.com, & [protected]@zipcash.in, there response was very negative, not want to refund the amount and putting this blunder on my shoulders that i should pay carefully. I don't understand when driver device was showing that my parents have to pay in cash then what they should at that time. They both are old aged and not gadget savy. After showing driver device they paid. No doubt they know approximate fare to be charged. Accordingly they made payment. But it's quite unfortunate company like ola can do like this.
                                        It's requested that please take necessary action against them.

                                        Company has not taken any steps till now, neither they called nor sent any communication in any ways, Still complaint is laying pending as registered. I don't know how status is showing it's resolved. Pls expedite the case.
