Requested sir / madam,

Would like to inform you that for my ola id [protected]@gmail.com, i made a booking vide crn[protected] for my parents on 26th nov 2016, at the end of the ride (At destination) driver showed his device to my parents, showing that rs. 128 has to be paid in cash. So my parents give him the full amount rs. 128/- in cash. Unfortunately my mobile was out of network area at that time so i was not able to check billing amount/details. But later when network was available i came to know that ola also deducted amounting to rs. 122/- from my ola money wallet and driver also took the cash rs. 128 from my parents. It's quite strange, completely unfair and non transparent deals of ola. How they have deducted my cash wallet, only because the amount is under there control they can do anything. When i approached to them for the refund on phone no.[protected], and on email id's [protected]@olacabs.com, & [protected]@zipcash.in, there response was very negative, not want to refund the amount and putting this blunder on my shoulders that i should pay carefully. I don't understand when driver device was showing that my parents have to pay in cash then what they should at that time. They both are old aged and not gadget savy. After showing driver device they paid. No doubt they know approximate fare to be charged. Accordingly they made payment. But it's quite unfortunate company like ola can do like this.
It's requested that please take necessary action against them.

Company has not taken any steps till now, neither they called nor sent any communication in any ways, Still complaint is laying pending as registered. I don't know how status is showing it's resolved. Pls expedite the case.

    This is regarding the ride with CRN NO.[protected] from vasundhara enclave to mansarovar garden, registered mobile no. is [protected], email id [protected]@gowhitehouse.in, this ride was instructed to be charged from my ola wallet but upon the end of the ride driver charged the passengers with cash amount of ₹450 and the same amount of ₹450 was even deducted from my ola wallet. I raised this issue with the customer support ppl who at first said there is no policy to refund the charged money, i was told u cn directly talk to the driver, in the mean time we wud further foward this case to our seniors in next 24 hrs.upon asking fr an acknowledgement no. i was told they dont hv a system to provide me with that.Next day on inquiring the same the lady asked me all the story again, after which i insisted fr an acknowledgement no. Which is 27723306.Kindly look into the matter and resolve.

      Hi This is regarding a booking number CRN[protected]. The driver did not show up and the ride was cancelled last moment. Is this the type of service quality Ola shows? I had to catch up a flight. Luckily i got a rickshaw that time. Or else i would have missed my flight. I didnot expect this from OLA. I booked the cab expecting that OLA will not do this ever.

      Completely dissatisfied with OLA!!!

        My self Sunil Patekar, with contact number [protected], email ID [protected]@gmail.com I had booked the Ola cab from Nasik on 26/11/16 with CRN no[protected] at 8.30 am.

        I have made cash payment to driver after trip but meanwhile OLA money has deducted the same payment from my Ola Money app when I have called there customer care department for the same they have denied for payment.

        So I need my money back, I have done dual payment for one service.

          I have been charged by Mutiple rates for ride CRN[protected].Intially. OLA has shown ride rate 6 rs/Km. But actually Bill for 30.1 kms as follows (15kms*6rs+15.1kms*10).
          How can OLA charged by Mutiple rates. I want refund of my extra charges money.

            My experience with ola in chennai was worst. I took a cab from chennai egmore to chennai central a distance of 2.4 kms and i was charged of rupess 289. When i called customer care they gave me 4 different reasons to charge so much. I recorded all the 4 calls of the executives as one of them reasoned me of peak hours booking anither ine reasoned me of making the cab wait at pickup location another customer care executive reasoned me of wrong drop location entered. I am very much disappointed with the service and i m surely gonna go to the consumer court as i payed rupess 289 for just 2.4 kms. And the ola driver also abused me n harrased me for forcefully giving the money

            Booked a cab for 2 seats and boarded the cab for MGBS bus station and the route got deviated because of lateral drop and went across the other route for 5 kms(5kms return)and the lateral candidate was dropped first. Our 40 mins of time got wasted and I missed the bus which I have to catch.
            Hi i am parTNER with ola who has made repeated complaints and and been to their head office bit till date i havent been paid by them. i kindly request people who want to pARTNER WITH OLA NOT TO DO SO AS THEY ARE CHEATS.

              I booked a ola cab for my in-laws on 27 november 2016 in bangalore (Micro category). Ride estimate was shown as 364 to 403 rupees (For less than 30 kms) at the time of booking. There was no intimation of surcharge (Peak pricing) in the app at the time of booking.

              Final bill after ride is 946 rupees of which peak charge (Fare increase) is 439 rupees. Price per kilometer is 31.55 rupees per kilometer. Micro category is the cheapest one in ola. As per my knowledge, price per kilometer should never exceed 17 (Apologize if i am wrong)

              I called to customer care hoping for resolution, but of no use. Customer care executives were interested in understanding me how to use ola app instead of resolution.in my opinion if peak pricing is applied without user knowledge, then no use of fare estimate.

              I took screenshot at the time of booking and attaching the same for reference.

              Dear Sir/Madam,
              I was travelling with OLA vehicles having CRN[protected] from Gholeshapur, kolkata to Sealdah, Raja Bazar, Kolkata and unfortunately my ola money was deducted as well as driver has taken cash as charges.
              Hence we would request you to refund back of Rs.202 as this has been already charged from my OLA money.
              Ola cabs faulty service !!This below mentioned driver was unable to see the ride on his phone : Vijay ([protected]) is on the way to your location in a White Indica MH04ES9279.

              Once you board the cab please share OTP-5564 with driver to start trip.

                I would like to complaint about a driver who picked me on my recent trip from mg road gurgaon to sector 10 a (Gandharve - crn:crn[protected]. I had booked a cab from mg road to sector 10 a gurgaon.in midway, at rajeev chowk, the driver started screaming at me that you are taking at wrong way and called the customer care. If you will ask any driver who drives in gurgaon, he will tell you that only way to reach sector-10 a from rajeev chowk is wrong way which is legal. I told him that but he kept shouting at me coz of no reason and forced me to get off in the midway. I am not ready to pay this driver and want a refund asap. I would also like to complaint about the customer care exec who this guy called and who advised him to drop me off in the midway. I want a response asap and as a customer, i will never prefer ola over uber ever again. I'm highly disappointed with how ola treats its customers with this ride.

                  Driver name Thirunavukarasu TN38BX1960. I booked cab from Coimbatore junction. Such drivers will definitely spoil the name of your company .I work for an MNC company we definitely contribute by booking your cabs ..I am definitely going to post this in Facebook .

                    My last ride with OLA was THE worst ride I ever took. SERIOUSLY. I was in the Noida city center metro station, but I chose Ola, thinking that I will reach my destination comfortably.

                    I booked an Ola share for the first time. The AC was not working and that cab was full of dust. Why do you even let such old cars offer cab rides?

                    The driver didn't take me to my destination. Instead, he drove me for about an hour and then dropped me again at Noida city center metro station, where he initially picked me up from. I wasted 2 hours because of you and was dropped at the same location I was picked up from.

                    Above all, I was charged Rs135 for this share ride. The driver said that the ola money didn't deduct. So, I had to pay him Rs135. I checked after a while and Rs68 did deduct from my Ola money. So, I paid Rs203 for a ride that didnt take me anywhere and wasted 2 hours of my time. That ride should actually have costed Rs0. You should even pay your customers to take those rides. Return this money asap.

                    I missed a meeting because of your f*d up algorithms. The driver took me with him to pick someone else as it was an Ola share, and after that 15 min ride to pick the other person, he cancelled the ride.

                    I swear, If all of this is not redressed asap, I am going to post this on every other social networking site I find. This is not acceptable from a startup/company like Ola.

                      I have booked Ola cab for Dt. 24.11.2016 and confirmation received from Ola. Reference no. is. CRN[protected] at 4.10 in morning. But No can was arrived to pick up on schedule date & time . There was no call from driver. I missed train from Nashik station. Please look into matter. Provide compensation for breach of contract and mental harassment contact on [protected] or [protected].

                      Today I Booked a cab from Greater Kailash 2 towards Vasant Vihar. But drop location picked up by your system was New Delhi. Your system picked up wrong location. you people charged me Rs.25 as cancellation charges.Kindly waive my cancellation cahrges. Its was system default not mine.

                        Driver Srinivasa, CRN[protected], he took cash inspite of deducting INR.178 from my ola money account. He took cash saying that he wants to refill diesel and the ola amount deducted will be reversed to my account after he speaks to the customer care. I want either my cash back or the ola money credited into the drivers to be reversed and debited to my ola account at the earliest. Waiting for positive reply at the earliest.

                          I took a ride from Patel Munniyappa layout, Nagenahalii, RT Nagar, Bangalore to Shanthi Nagar Bus Stop, Bangalore on 26 November 2016. I had OLA money in my phone, but when i started the journey driver told he wont accept the OLA money. Later he charged
                          RS86 from OLA money and RS300 in CASH. But this 300 invoice has not been sent . The driver details and the invoice sent for RS86.

                            Today I had booked a cab from Thane to Kalyani.Total distance was 24 km, travel time was 70 minutes.But the amount charged was Rs 846. Rates were not clearly intimated to me.Also I didn't got the positive response from customer care.Normally for the same distance it amounts to Rs 450.Kindly look into the matter and reimburse the unreasonable money charged.

                              Here's why!!!
                              I took a ride from ville parle to bhandup, it's a 19 kms ride.
                              I have ola share pass, which is 100 rs for 15kms and then micro cab charges for the remaining 4 kms. As per your advertisement, micro is at rs 6 per km.
                              However I was still charged 178 rs.
                              As per my calculations. It should be 130 or less. Also, there is no toll.
                              Please explain.
                              Or are you saying that your micro charges are [censored]ing 20rs per km.
                              If thats the case let me know. I would like to file a case for fraud.

                                On 12th Nov, I booked a cab at 3pm for ad pop to railway station Jaipur, to catch a train. I spoke with the driver Shravan and gave him my address details. I was kept waiting and then suddenly I got the cancellation message. I was fortunate to get an auto and could just catch the train.
                                To my utter surprise on 25th Nov, when i booked my next Ola, I received information of Rs 50 deduction from my Ola money for 12th Nov cancellation. This has no justification, instead I should sue Ola as I could have missed my train. Drivers can't cancel at their whim to get Rs 50. If Ola persists with this policy I may shift to others. This case needs investigation.

                                  on 25th of Nov, 2016 i booked a Ola Share cab around 10:50 or before that from Jadavpur to my home address which is in bansdroni and the distance was 4.8Km as per Ola customer representative and the ride estimate i got from the app before and after booking was Rs58. Now when i Boarded the cab i asked the driver to input my OSN number. He said he can't as he has another customer who needs to get picked up and after she gives her OSN number, only then i can give mine so i waited. Then we went around and around to search for the fellow passenger and after some long minutes the driver found her and picked her. Then after she provided her OSN number when i gave my OSN number i got 108 deducted from my account!!! From a ride estimate of Rs58 to Rs108 and when i booked my ride i did not get any price surge but then i had to pay the deducted with a 1.6X times for the price surge and the response i got from the customer care is this is dynamic so it could have been any value. So what i am unclear about this is how can a ride estimate vary from 58 to 108. this is clearly either a huge glitch in their system or they are misleading customers by displaying one thing and then when they board the cab, compelling them to pay that amount. This is a kind of extortion. The Ola representative even said that it even could have been in 500 had there been huge traffic jam. So my question is for 4.8Km with a ride estimate of 58 how can even they say it could have been 500. So the point of ride estimate fails? and whatever they are showing is not even close to a correct value. Dynamic value can go from 58 to 78 or 88 at max but 108 is basically robbing a customer and this is shameful!!! Shame on them for cheating a customer with manipulated information!

                                    I am not getting my cab details as SMS from OLA even after successful bookings. This has happened many times over the past few weeks.

                                    I am using the latest updated version of OLA app. Could you please look into this at the earliest.

                                    I am not recieving any invoices to my mail id after the rides also. My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com. Please reach out to me to solve this problem ASAP.

                                      On 21st November 2016, I took an OLA micro from my apartment at Wakad, for my office at Bavdhan, Pune. The CRN number was[protected].

                                      It was not the first time I took an OLA ride from my home to office (or return). I took similar ride on 15th November, CRN: CRN[protected] and 21st November again (from office to home) CRN:[protected].

                                      All these times, I make sure that I take the same shortest route and the distance in that route is around 12km's.

                                      Normally, I am billed correctly for 12km's & around 150-160 INR. But on 21st the company billed me for 19 kms and an amount of 222 INR. I took the same route even that very day.

                                      Adding to my anguish was the way OLA support reacted on twitter and said, that it was the shortest route possible which is so incorrect, and their very own system testifies it on different occasions.

                                      I find cheated by the company. The amount isn't very big, but surely one needs to look into it. I don't know with a faulty metric system in place how much they have looted.

                                        Booked a ola from churchgate... The charges shown in the app was 353rs. Last moment the driver cancelled the ride. Then received a call from ola asking if they can rebook the car. Which we did as it was 10.30 at night. After receiving the destination we were suddenly given a bill for 1105 rs. After complaining the call center personnel says we have sent notifications and msg about high charges... But i had not received any notifaication or msg about high charges...
                                        This is sheer robbery...
