Requested sir / madam,
Would like to inform you that for my ola id [protected]@gmail.com, i made a booking vide crn[protected] for my parents on 26th nov 2016, at the end of the ride (At destination) driver showed his device to my parents, showing that rs. 128 has to be paid in cash. So my parents give him the full amount rs. 128/- in cash. Unfortunately my mobile was out of network area at that time so i was not able to check billing amount/details. But later when network was available i came to know that ola also deducted amounting to rs. 122/- from my ola money wallet and driver also took the cash rs. 128 from my parents. It's quite strange, completely unfair and non transparent deals of ola. How they have deducted my cash wallet, only because the amount is under there control they can do anything. When i approached to them for the refund on phone no.[protected], and on email id's [protected]@olacabs.com, & [protected]@zipcash.in, there response was very negative, not want to refund the amount and putting this blunder on my shoulders that i should pay carefully. I don't understand when driver device was showing that my parents have to pay in cash then what they should at that time. They both are old aged and not gadget savy. After showing driver device they paid. No doubt they know approximate fare to be charged. Accordingly they made payment. But it's quite unfortunate company like ola can do like this.
It's requested that please take necessary action against them.

Complaint marked as Resolved Company has not taken any steps till now, neither they called nor sent any communication in any ways, Still complaint is laying pending as registered.
I don't know how status is showing it's resolved.
Pls expedite the case.
