Dear Sir/Madam,
I have took a OLA Cab and selected payment method as OLA Money.
After completing the trip, my OLA money got deducted. But Driver was not accepting that payment as money and he was complaining the OLA stating that he won't get the amount from OLA if customer choosen payment method as OLAMONEY. On 23/11/2016, i.e today i travelled in Ola and for 21 kms, they charged me 398 from which Rs 70 was my discounted coupon, so the amount came as 328.Usually, the amount comes to 250 or sometimes 220 but never more than that.When i checked with Ola Customer care, they said we cant help it and they were very adamant in saying that I have to pay that amount.Being a regular customer of ola, i know how much the prices are.It was just horrible...

I took olacab on Saturday 19nov.from kalkaji to Dwarka.They charge me 667.00 for 24km.when I enquire they told that it is peak hours charges.On my return journey I paid rs.262.00only for 26 km.by uber cab. So I would like to lodge formal complaint for malpractice & cheating. Even as per their rate chart the fare should not be more than 260.00 but they charge me 3 times(approx).Inspire of my best efforts they fail to respond to my complaint.AS...

I am a regular user of ola cabs and for the past 3-4 bookings i am facing lot of problems in booking my cab..
Firstly, once the booking is done and i call the driver, either they don't have activated and working gps in their cab or they make excuses of being at far away places from where they express their inability to reach to my place and so either they only cancel the ride or ask me to do so..

I have booked ola cab on 22nd of Nov.2016.vide CRN[protected]at 4.37pm. Journey timing is 4.55 am on 23rd of Nov.2016 from IIT Kanpur to Railway station.Due to your poor services no cab has attended and our train got missed.

Dear Ola Cab,
This is the regularly 3rd time you had charged me 30 Rs as parking or toll charge in my last all three ride.

I want to know why it is ? Why you had charge me these because no any cab including today they had paid as toll and why i will pay for parking.

And if this is without using the service, then sorry. Hope i will not use OLA next time.

Also provided proof of Payment made:
i)Bank Transaction reference number ii) SMS received from Bank iii) Ola website screenshot confirming Payment made.

I just started using ola money due to cash crunch. My trip CRN[protected], driver had diesel shortage and asked me to pay by cash which i did, unaware that i will be charged on OLA money as well. Neither the driver disclosed this as i told him that i intend to pay through ola money. When i called contact center i was denied help. Very disheartening....

Today (21. Nov.2016) my mother book ola cab from uttarhalli main road to malleswaram. On informing that she would pay via ola money.
The driver turned rude and asked to get down at the mid way near banashankari bda complex.
Which is nothing but totally unfair, exploitation and harassment for the old leady.

Now driver is making stories that he left the bag in the shop where he dropped me and i got a response from ola that "driver has returned the bag after calling me".in the end i as a customer didn't got my bag and ola is not taking any action so that i can get my bag back, while driver is bluntly putting lie across different to me and ola support.

I had booked a Cab from Dayari Gaon to Pimple Saudagar on 19th Nov, 2016 at around 10.00 pm. The Driver Hanmant (mobile : [protected]), White Indica MH12GZ0685) was driving me and on the way he cancelled the booking on his mobile and told me that by mistake he cancelled our booking and we should do the booking again. He has done this intentionally and he should be punished.
