This is the worst experience i ever had with ola cabs. I have recharged my ola wallet for the first time and booked the cab. The driver, before reaching me he asked me to share the crn number since his device has some problem it seems. And he escaped by marking the trip on and my ola money has been deducted. I would definitely take this to the next level if my ola money is not reversed to my wallet. I want a team...

This is regards to a ride taken on ola share. While on the trip driver had to pickup another passenger and he lost his way which costed me 30 mins extra. Ola support is trying give a coupon for 100 bugs. Which I asked I am not interested just pay for me ride now rather than forcing me to ride with you again. They refused. Awesome they make a mistake and then force you to come on board again rather than solving this mistake....

These many days I was thinking ola is different from other services..Today 12/12/2016 In Chennai it's raining heavily & i booked an auto since my dad was sick I called the driver he was arguing me with the phone to give 100 rupees for just 2km ride before the ride itself he was so rude about the prices ...if you claim & decide prices during situations then how can we trust another time ..In this kind of situation only we believe it to be...

My cab stopped midway as he ran out of petrol. The travel id is crn[protected]. I travelled on dec 12.

That was totally unfair. U wanted me to call to your customer care midway when i was already late to get a refund??? The driver didnt even check for his diesel level before starting the trip. That was really a bad experience for me. Totally unsatisfied with this. I thought i was a premium customer and...

1) it costed me rupees 432 for 14 kms which was from Malad east to Mira road kindly refund the extra money .

2) valid coupans are not working and do not give discount as mentioned in msg.

3) when I went from Mira road to goregav operai maal it coated me ruppes 228 for 14.3 kms so why costing double from Malad to Mira road .

The cab company suspended my account without prior information and without giving an opportunity to clarify things. They say the account has been blocked for violation of trends and conditions and do not provide the exact reasons. I am ready to clarify if anything has been violated, but there seems no transparency in the company's operation taking passengers for a ride....

My first ride details are on your system.Ola payment was initiated end of ride . Delay in going through.To avoid traffic hold up and since driver was in a tearing hurry payment was made in cash. Subsequent to this the transaction also went through on line and hence you have been paid twice for the same ride.The Company has to be made to refund the fare collected as they have been paid twive for the same ride....

I have booked a mini taxi wagon r from my house faridabad to delhi crn[protected]. Ola have charged me total rs.745/- (Including overbilling of rs.400 as a state tax/mcd). I paid the amount by ola money and it got deducted right when I boarded the cab . However, when the trip ended the driver demanded cash as he didn't know the trip has already been paid for . We hired an ola cab no 6868 white dzire sedan from salt lake. But the driver left us stranded after 2-3kms, charging Rs. 135, all coz he said he didn't know the way to Howrah stn, and his gps wasn't working!!!@@@
Is it possible to even imagine a Kolkata cab driver doesn't know the way to Howrah stn??? The real reason is, he did'nt want to go there.@@ Please take appropriate action, against this unprofessionalism, as we almost missed...

The toll tax bill shown in my bill reflects 2 and 3 folds more instead of rates to cross noida-delhi toll booth. Even ola driver paid ₹ 100 to booth. But my bill reflects more..?? Below are details

(1) CRN no.[protected] . Time of journey: 1:20pm to 1:54pm and date : 10/12/2016. Here ₹300 is reflected as toll on overall bill of ₹465.
(2). CRN no.[protected]. Time of journey : 7.02pm to 8:17pm and date : 09/12/2016....

On 23rd of november 2016 a driver namely bakil akhtar has requested me to pay him in cash for my ride and has assured me that no money will be charged from my ola wallet as he need some cash for refilling his cng... so i paid him in cash but today i.e. 10.12.2016 when i checked my ola wallet i found that inspite of payment in cash i was also charged through my ola wallet so it is my complaint to refund my over charged money in my wallet and...

I booked the cab today while working, generally it used to take your current location but instead it had taken my previous location and booked, due to small screen i couldn't see properly while added the destination, As soon as i came to know that this is wrong location I called cab driver and asked he confirmed the location that was my previous pickup.
