Hi,
I have raised multiple times request to track my lost things from OLA but no action has been taken till now.
I have booked OLA from Central mall (Bellandur, Bangalore) to electronic city on 29th Nov 2016.The time I got down from cab to open the gate he suddenly left without intimating and because of that my luggage was there in car.After that I keep on trying to call him but he didnt pick up the phone.

When I called customer care they suggested me to raised a police complained and I did the same thing and send the scanned copy to OLA customer care.

Again Next day I have received a call from the same Driver and he admitted that my belongings are there with him.
He called me to get the luggage from him in the evening near to Mahadev pura .When I reached he didn't pick up the call and suddenly switched off his cell number.
This is really indecent now. [protected] was his personal mobile number.

When I tried calling the number Parthasarathy V([protected]) which I got from ola booking, that fellow is telling cab is driven by somebody else.
Now here integrity came into picture.

I would like to know how come somebody else is driving the cab and somebody else name is registered ?

I would like to take this as a LEGAL ISSUE definitely against OLA.It is safety issue now for the lady passenger as well.

Kindly resolved my issue and help me to get my things back .Please verify how come somebody else was driving the cab.

I have attached the police complaint copy .

    Today i booked ola cab and pay fare in cash to driver then i get to know that same amount deduct from my ola money also all the i told driver about ola money after then he ask for pay in cash...and this is totally unfair ...just like a fraud..now i want my ola cash amount 186 refund as soon as possible ...and sorry to say but i am totally disappointed with ola service...!

      I booked a OLA for my friend on 15th December, booking time: 4:16 PM, Journey ending time: 5:18 PM, Driver Name: Manjunatha M; Vehicle: Mini- White Ritz, Bill: 321 My OLA money is deducted and the driver collected money from the passenger too. I want to ask OLA, is it correct? Your rule says "Wallet deducted & cash paid too: The extra cash payments made to the driver are outside the scope of OLA payments". If you want to talk rules, Sometimes white board vehicles come to pick me up at my house when I book OLA, the transport department says only Yellow board vehicles should ply passengers"- you modify rules according to your convenience and give fancy excuses. I am a professor at a college with 3000 students and may discuss and go for mass boycott of OLA, if my complaint is not accepted. It is not about Rs 321, if we let you go off the hook, you will keep doing this. We are going for Cashless economy and values of service providers has to be top notch and customer complaints needs to be addressed. OLA claims you are more Indian than UBER, lets see if you can Match your statement with values & Morals. I am not going to leave this & have enough patience to fight till the end. Regards Phani

        There has been ola share pass offers going for sometime but I didn't buy that knowing now some cheating happenings with Ola. This week they came with Re.1 share pass for 10 rides @Rs.60/- per ride within 8 kms and Micro fare above 8 kms. I purchased the same. Today morning I wanted to use the same to work and the fare shown was Rs.132/-!!! for a single seat. My travel distance is around 8 kms +/- 0.5 kms. I then booked Micro along with some other offer and was charged Rs.108/- (Rs.134 less discount of Rs.26). So, it's a clear case of cheating by the Ola company. They want Rs.132 for a share ride against which if you book an individual car you will get at 134 (only Rs.2 more than share) and if you have offer code then you pay drastically less than share cost!!!
        If this is the situation today with these companies, what will happen when our auto rickshaws and normal cabs are out of service?
        Public - think before voting favouring these corporates .

          Today i booked ola share (OSN[protected] @ Rs 117.Driver also charged me 117 via cash also the amount was deducted through ola money.Driver rightly took the money because his screen displayed that amount needs to be collected through cash.Is it right that user have to bear the penalty because of improper app functionality.I had a word with ola's support team for which they replied that i can only collect amount back from driver and there is no way they can reverse the amount.This makes me think that ola doesn't really care about its users.

            आपकी कंपनी की सर्विस बेहद खराब हो गई है। आप कैब मालिकों पर बेवजह ही पैनाल्टी लगाकर उन्हें परेशान कर रहे हैं। मेरी कैब नंबर DL1RTA9938..मुझे पिछले कई दिन से लगातार पैनाल्टी लगाकर इंसेंटिव काटा जा रहा है। जब भी इस बारे में ओला से कहा जाता है तो वे ऑटोमेटिक सिस्टम का हवाला देने लगते हैं। आपको इस बारे में कई बार मेल किया गया। फोन करके शिकायत भी की गई मगर ओला की तरफ से मेरी समस्या का समाधान नहीं हुआ है। पिछले कई दिन से लगातार फेक बुकिंग बताकर इंसेंटिव काटा गया है। अब आप अपनी पॉलिसी से हटकर काम कर रहे हैं जिससे गाड़ी मालिकों को परेशानी हो रही है। अगर यही हाल रहा तो हमें मजबूर आपकी कंपनी से गाड़ी हटानी होगी। मैं नहीं चाहता कि ओला और हमारे साथ का एक विवाद के साथ अंत हो।

              We had called for an OLA cab at 7:15. Its been more than an hour and the guy AFSAR[protected] still hasn't gotten back to us and we haven't received any call or message. The cab driver first told us that he is near our place at Tulsi Pipe road so he will be there in 10minutes and then he stopped picking our calls and then after 30minutes he told us that he was near Dadar west to drop some other customer. We had booked the cab an hour prior to the timing we gave . And the driver gives us excuses, and then he did not even take our call. The service is horrible and pathetic and we would never want to go with OLA cab again or recommend anybody else to use it.

                I took a ride from st. Thomas town to ksrtc bus stand in bangalore. Crn[protected]. Driver deepu ([protected]) demanded i pay cash as he want to fill fuel. At the end of ride i paid him rs.170/- but with minutes i got a message that same amount deducted from my ola money.

                I immediately called the driver and after many rings he picked up the call and said he'll revert the amount. But till now it has not happened. I'm trying to call him, bet he's not responding.

                Please revert my amount immediately.

                  I had travelled with ola on 29.11.2016 from 2nd stage bengaluru to airport, after completing my journey i had given cash and not to take ola money (Amount of rs 707), he agreed for the same and after i left he deducted my money but i didnt noticed the same at that time. During my last drive on 09.12.2016 i noticed this and called to ola executive, the representative told she will take a complaint and come back and not responded later and i also called the driver and the person who picked up the call told the person who was working now ran away, again i called to ola care the representative and explained, they (Ms. Rithu - ola representative name) are replied that they are helpless and you have to direct deal with them.

                  Ola is cheating like this customer, when booking before start the drive they will ask pin the same thing they should adopt for taking ola money also.

                  Kindly look into this.

                    On the 15th december 2016 i had booked a ola cab for the next morning [16th dec] at 04.30am from cit nagar to chennai central station. The crn[protected]. I called up the driver jeya [[protected]] at 04.20am. He said he would reach in 15 minutes. He sounded drunk and sleepy. At 04.45am i tried to call him again. He did not pick up the phone. After 4-5 attempts i had to take an auto paying rs.350 through my nose.
                    At 06.41, i am getting a message from ola cab which read, "we tried reaching you to confirm driver-initaited booking cancellation. Your booking had to be cancelled due to no response from you."
                    This is ridiculous. This is the problem i have been facing for the 3rd time from ola.
                    My advice to all people traveling to airport or railway stations not to depend on ola. Even fast track is more dependable.
                    There should be some legal means to punish when they are deficient in services.

                      Last week friday (09/12/2016) my brother-in-law mr. arnab basu (mobile no: [protected]) booked a ola cab (regn no : wb 19h 1286) from howrah mandirtala to kundght. as the cab has to go beyond destination hence i had paid the cab fare rs. 266 plus rs. 120 extra as the driver was asking about extra money. by mistake i had left my specs in the cab. when contacted the driver (santosh das) on mobile [protected] he said that he wil come near to nabanna some other time and we can collect it from him. it's been 1 week now. today when i had contacted the driver he said i have to pay him for coming down to nabanna/mandirtala which i find absolutely ridiculous. i would request you to look into this matter asap and take necessary action so that i can get my specs back before i knock the consumer forum

                        I had booked an old cab and set up payment was planning money they didn't cut my money for the cab i took so the app wasn't allowing me to book another cab as i hadn't cleared my dues i called ola customer care they debited the money from my ola money account and even after that j haven't been able to book a cab yet also the customer care doesn't pick up and if you call the corporate office to tell them that no one is picking up the rudely cut the phone on your face
                        I booked Ola share with pick up from goregaon to Thakur village. However the 1st drop was to majas village. When I spoke call center supervisor today at around 10 :36. He spoke very arrogantly n in agitated tone.
                        I want the entire money back for the trip and action against the supervisor mayuk

                          Hi .

                          Because of technical problems on old cabs app on my mobile . I ended up with paying cash to driver which he requested .and also noticed later that ola deducted the same amount from wallet with out any notification .after lodging a complaint they agreed it's technical issue and promised me for refund in 24 hours . But now they have sent a mail saying they can't refund .

                            That which trav. Km is — 24.6
                            Total fare is — 287.2
                            Toll/ parking — 150
                            My issue is on toll/parking why this is include in my bill where i cant go.

                              This is regarding the support that had been provided by Mr. Kamal Jha during the attachment of Car UP16DT9370. He has attached my car in ola cab in just 30 minuts but he gave me a device which is worst and ridiculous. How could you manage booking if ola agent provides faulty device and making switch off during customer service.When I contact him, he always give excuses to purchase new mobile self. After all he assured me to come ola office for mobile update but when I reached he ignored my call every time. I called him almost 8 times because my car come from noida to gurgaon having expenditure around 500/, who will resposible such losses. I will terminate my car after few days from ola because such type of agent and service that provides to customer.

                              This my request to ola team, plaese tell this agent do nat make make fake and ridiculous service because of target and hurry process because he konws that once car gets attached his target will be full filled but what about the problem faced by driver and owner. Please take action against him.

                              Looking forward for positive reply and action.

                              Some times i am facing the extra charges in the OLA on the name of "FARE increases". Kindly let us know the reason why it is happening.If this is the case i am not going to continue with the OLA.

                                Taxi booked one day before came as confirmed. I had to take a flight so taxi was booked as 2.30 am. You just send me a cancelled message. Ola plz pay damage charges. I will publish this in facebook and social media for the way you treat and take customers for granted... Plz pay back rs 2000 as damage charges for the inconvenience caused.

                                When ever we book a cab the cab driver will cancel it at the last minute then we have to suffer. its really a heck for the consumers. DONT TRUST OLA
                                Yesterday I booked ola cab from kempapura to Sri Nagar, yesterday the driver told me that bill was not generated from his App and asked me to pay Rs. 500, I have got the bill through mail from you yesterday evening (later after drop) and it was Rs 339, Kindly refund the amount

                                  I got a bill of rupees 327
                                  But driver called in ola customer care and asked for extra charge for toll
                                  And the customor excutive said that collect from passenger

                                  Then i talked to that customor care executive they said i updated bill and sended copy to ur mail
                                  But i didnt get any information about my extra charge
                                  And driver collected extra 73 rs from me

                                  So please send me the copy of extra charge
                                  Or send my money back
                                  I hv booked a ola ride on 08.12.16 at igi delhi airport crn[protected], , when I called driver mahesh chand he demanded extra 150 rs that's why I cancelled the booking .then I got message of deduction of 50 rs in next booking. This is ridiculous and totally unfair . Kindly take the matter seriously.

                                    Ola is charging dual parking charges. They automatically charge in billing. And at parking booth at current situation of demobilisation driver ask customer to pay parking charges due to unavailable of cash (Which is genuine on driver part).
                                    But neither call centre nor driver have option of changing bill to parking chargespaid by customers. This is ridiculous. Customer end up paying twice the parking charges.

                                      I booked an ola cab on date 2 dec 2016. I sat in the cab and driver started the ride. After starting automatically the ola mobile started showing to stop ride,
                                      After multiple attempts also it did not got rectified and driver have to select stop ride.
                                      Thus for 0 km it deducted 75 rs from my account.
                                      I demand refund of the same asap.
                                      To verify the same kindly check the invoice for my registered number [protected] dated 2 december 2016.

                                        Hi,

                                        I had booked an ola share today for my husband as he was unwell. The route was from noida sector 62 to crossing republic.

                                        The cab had reached mamura chowk and then a new booking came from noida sector 59 and thus the driver had to take a u turn and go back for the new pick up.

                                        I called customer care and spoke to anil, he said that he cannot help as it is within 5 kms. I told him and my husband is unwell and we would cancel the pick up and asked him to refund the money however he mentioned that he cannot do this.

                                        This is not correct approach. I have been a loyal customer and this kind of treatment is not appreciated. He is unwell, who will be responsible if anything happened to him.

                                        I am extremely peeved.
                                        I have had 153 deducted from my Ola money for the ride from BMCC road to Pine Airport on the morning of 26 th.
                                        This despite having paid in cash, 140, to the driver himself. Please remedy this.
