I booked a cab at night and got a confirmation message that driver details will be sent 15 mins prior to my booked time...but neither a message nor any call from ola. Aa it was an early morning train and I was about to miss it due to OLA. sorry to say this is second time.first time they showed the courtesy to at least send a message of cancellation...but that too on time...and I was not left with any time to book any one else...

    After a lot of cancellations and unpicked calls, I somehow managed to get an Ola Cab from Bandra to Kharghar, Navi Mumbai.
    The driver told me initially that he was sleepy on which I asked him to be reconsider driving, I was fine with canceling the cab right there. It was already past 12 midnight.
    On his reassurance, we continued the journey.

    After a while he asked me guide him for d route. Not acquainted with the roads there, I told him that I wont be able to do so and that he should follow d map. On which he said that- Ma'am, raat ko GPS nahi chalta!

    My Google maps wasn't working at all and he brought us in a total different direction. Then when we asked him to stop and ask for directions and auto rickshaw driver told him that he was totally in a wrong direction. And that we were going to gujrat instead of coming to navi Mumbai!

    After a while, we had to ask more auto drivers for direction and he showed no interest in understanding the route. The auto drivers were peeking inside and trying to guide us, leaving us in a very uncomfortable situation.

    Here, the driver told us to leave d cab and go to Kharghar in an AUTO! I told him no way that is happening because it would take us 2 hours to reach there and no one would agree. He said, it'll take me 6 hours to reach Kharghar like this, please get down.

    There was no way we would get down on unknown streets at 1am in d night. So I scolded d driver and asked him to take us to our destination anyhow.

    I called d customer care and they talked to d driver and later, also asked me to get down wherever I was! I told him I am not going to do that even though he told me that he'll be on a call and get me another cab. But us being stranded in a strange and stranded place, there was no way that two girls would think of getting down at this point.

    After no help from ola customer care and d driver, I felt so helpless that I started to cry. Then d driver took a turn and left us at d international airport.

    So two chicks who were trying to get to home from bandra at 12, ended up standing at the international airport at two in d night!!!
    And d driver left, just like that.
    And i never got a call from ola to know about the situation.

    My friend complaint and we recieved a call from ola again. There d guy heard my story and told me that I should habe pressed d sos button in d ola app. I told him that I didnt know about it but I called the customer care and panicked about it- I still got no help!!

    To which, he didn't respond and asked me to go to my app and book another cab.

    There was no way that I was booking another ola. So I didn't and ola never called back, never bothered.

      I booked an OLA on[protected] with CRN[protected] for 03.20 AM. I have been informed about the assigned vihicle as 'Grey Ertiga MH03BC5957 with driver "IMRAN' mobile No. [protected] at 03.05 AM on[protected].
      I made phone call to driver's mobile no as given above for six times in between 03.19 to 03.36 AM on[protected]; The call was not picked up.
      At 3.39 AM on[protected] I have been informed through SMS that my booking has been cancelled through 'Driver-initiated booking cancellation'.
      Owing to this non-professional I approach I missed my flight and OLA should provide financial compensation to undersigned for this inconvenience with black listing the driver from their pay role.

        My wife wanted to withdraw money from her card after a long time for depositing in RD account, however the transaction was declined on 29/09/2016 while we wanted to withdraw the money. On 30/9/2016 at 12.59 pm I got a call from [protected] referring himself as an SBI agent, saying that my wife’s card is blocked and to activate I have to follow the following procedure. I was surprised how a person comes to know my wife’s card is blocked and he asked my card details, which I gave without doubting him as he referred himself as an SBI agent. He said that that the card is blocked and if I have any a/c that can be linked to revive that account. I gave my a/c no and all details and subsequently I was asked to send an SMS SWON ECOM 4519, and he asked to send it to [protected]. Since this is the SBI No I sent the details, after that he got all the OTP’s, I do not know and I started getting so many messages about the transactions from various online portals without me sharing any further OTP’s from my card. I soon realized and called my SBI branch and asked them to block my card. The bank manager has now blocked the card, ticket no[protected].at 2.17 pm. We have given a police complaint as well the GSC number is PO[protected] and NCR NO is 1024/2016. I have also enclosed the copy of transactions made in my account which was provided by SBI manager, ISRO branch.Please find the attached police complaints and bank statements.The POS transaction number is[protected],[protected],[protected] amounting to INR 7999.Please try to block the unknown fraud person's wallet or take action immediately

        It is quite surprising that so many transactions are made with in an interval of 1 minute. I assure u sir that I have not made any transactions of this sort and these are made by some body hacking my details. I hence request your good self to do the needful at the earliest and see that I get my money back as I deny all the transactions made on 30/9/2016, as I was at home and somebody did this in quick succession of 1 minute gap and would like to dispute these transactions.
        The matter may be taken as cybercrime and request you to do the needful to return the money back and remit it to my account given above.

        CRN [protected]..i took ride from ggn to akshardham and paid online..but after
        ride ends ola driver forced me to pay cash..there was no option to contact ola..I
        paid cash..i contacted ola support and its now 6 months and they have not
        initiated refund..they call me once every month and provide me fake promise of
        refund(attached snapshot) ..since many weeks there is no call or email from
        there end.. i wasted my 6 months, recharged my regd number just to call them
        and wasted my 1000 rupee till not just to get refund of 500 rupee..they r playing
        with me and they r a fraud medium to stole money..i want to file case against
        them and wanted my money back asap with all my expences and compensation
        for wasting approx half a year.

          We booked an ola cab in pune. first he gave a miscall then we called back, he asked for drop location.The driver's name is Amol of vehicle White Vista MH25T092, he was speaking rudely and refused to drop us.Then when we asked to cancel the trip.he became angry and started to abuse us.
          After that he called back several times from [protected] and threathened us to come back. We were scared as this was a new place.

            Today a cab was booked [Booking No. CRN[protected]] at normal rate at 11.24 AM and it charges Rs.134.00 to reach the destination at 3.7km apart hardly in 20 mins. As per the terms and conditions, so far we know for mini cab if the distance is within 4 km the chargeable amount is Rs.99.00 (approx.) - but the amount for Rs.134.00 is not acceptable for 3.7 km, as there were no sufficient traffic jam also. I am interested to know the reason for excessive charges only as it is not clear to us, whether some hidden charges are there or not?

            Kindly provide the break up.

              I had to catch a train at 6am. Booked a cab for 5am through app, the night before. Got driver details 15mins before at 4:45am. Driver calls and asks for directions. He asks where we are going. I said railway station. After few minutes, i get a message, that I cancelled the cab. So i try again, i get another driver and the same thing happens again, once i say the destination. Now i am already late and really need a cab urgently. So i try again, this time I make sure that i put my destination while requesting. One driver accepts, but the cab is not moving at all. I call the cab driver and he just disconnects my call.

              Finally i had to take an auto from a stand and barely managed to reach on time.

              Ola is so unreliable and the drivers don't care about your situation and let you down last minute. Why are they allowing the drivers to cancel at will.

                Here is the post on their facebook page and from mails which is self explantory. My family with our two 10 month kids suffered because of their inhuman service:

                Ola! You ruined our family's happy day yesterday! Thanks to your defective app and amplified by your MOST UNFRIENDLY and LIPSERVICE sake CUSTOMER SERVICE, you put our entire family through enough tension. My family almost missed the flight...thanks for your concept of CRN No. which was neither texted to my mobile nor the display on the App could be read. The trauma created by your customer care is less said...after 30 minutes on mobile talking to 3 of your call centre staff including your so called supervisor Asha, whom so far I have experienced as the most insensitive and unhelpful by any standards. Insteading of helping with the defect in your app and the helplessness of the drive, who tried his best to help but your senseless system would not let him to . And this supervisor kept her continuous rant that 'she cant do anything but Ola is not responsible for any losses' . And above all you promptly send me a text for cancellation charges for a trip that I never cancelled. While I had been feeling a rapid deterioration in your service since last two months, yesterday was ultimate! No doubt your days are numbered for sure!
                As I have said I never got the CRN no. The tickets raised by me with your customer care [Ola Support] #19500712, [Ola Support] #19499223, [Ola Support] #19497620 were closed by your team as resolved, , , when they didnt care to resolve anything.

                  It sounds extremely disappointing to know that Ola is not able to provide me the exact reason for blocking my account. I took a ride this morning. The driver arrived 20 mins late when he said he will arrive in 5 mins. I reached my office 20 mins late due to this. Still I havent complained on this. On top of that when I wanted to book another ride this afternoon, I suddenly come to know that my account has been blocked.

                  It doesnt make sense when I have not violated any of the below mentioned points as Ola provided in their mail:-
                  Multiple accounts with your email address, fake email IDs, manipulated devices, usage of fake locations, jailbroken devices or an equivalent of that is a violation of our policy

                  I mailed them asking a detailed explanation on this matter. I am an highly educated person. Its not the question of being dependent on your ola's services. I can easily book another online cab. The question is that ola still hasnt resolved my query and its feels falsely humiliated to see that my account has been blocked.
                  Exact same problem. Even my account has been blocked for no reason on 30th September 2016
                  Nikhil could you please share your contact details so that I can get in touch with you and we try to resolve this together.
                  It seems like olacabs system error that both our accounts were blocked on the same day for no fault from our side

                    To all cab users,
                    I would like to share my horrible experience with ola cabs. My bad experience would help other cab users to be aware that it is too risky to rely on ola cabs during early morning hours. The drivers either sleep after accepting the cab bookings or they are not aware of the bookings or they cancel the trip. Ola management can reach out to me if they want to disagree my statement. I have facts.

                    I have booked a taxi early morning at 4:30am through ola app on 28th sep. The taxi is supposed to reach my home at 4:30am but it did not and no communication from ola side. I had to wake up the driver at 4:30am and got to know from driver that i chose car pooling service but i did not. There is no message which indicates that the service i chose was car pooling.

                    I had to cancel the trip and book another cab thru ola app successfully with confirming the driver details. The driver requested me to cancel the trip as the distance between his place and my home is around 4.5 kms and he didn't want to honor the booking. I had to cancel again.

                    I tried booking another cab and did it successfully received the driver details as well. The driver didn't respond to my calls. I had to can this booking as well.

                    My question to ola management?
                    1. Are you providing only the app for booking and take no responsibility of honoring the bookings, do not care about customer satisfaction, quality of service?
                    2. Shouldn't there be a call to me when there was multiple cancellations to understand what went wrong?

                    I sincere request to the ola management is make the above points clear so that public won't rely on just apps rather they would like to a cab operator like meru (Reliable service).

                    Finally, to the readers and ola management i would like to inform you that uber came to my rescue on that day morning. I was able to get a cab and reached my destination on time. My appreciate the service o[censored]ber.

                    I have deleted ola app and i won't avail their service anymore.

                    The pain point is there are not many alternatives at 4:30am in the morning when you have a bus to catch. This is not my first bad experience with ola.

                    I am willing to share details with ola management if they wish to really look into this issue.

                      We were not able to reach driver on phone. His phone was coming switched off. No sms was received or message was received that ride has arrived. 15 min later after a fresh booking was made to go to the doctor the driver called to say he has arrived.

                      Please refund rs50 cancelation charge for the 2nd booking as we were left with no choice but to book a new ride to go to the doctor as the first driver was not available on phone nor any message received that ride has arrived.

                        Firstly i have been given to understand that 4 passengers can be accommodated in ola share, which was 3 earlier. Secondly today i travelled in wagon r which is a small vehicle, i booked for 2 passengers, however on boarding i realized there were 2 men already in the car, how can we be seated behind? It was squeezy and extremely uncomfortable. On calling the ola call centre, i am given a response that i should avail an mini or micro as in case of ola share this would be expected. I am quite surprised with this behavior from ola which i have not experienced in the last few months wherein i have been a regular ola customer. I need an understand the course of action which ola would be taking up as we cannot be made to sit in such uncomfortable way.

                          The charges cancelled for ola is not acceptable since driver not responded even after 10 mts, self didn't get confirmation massage. So self booked another taxi. Reason also mentioned in the cancelation request.

                          Not at all accepted.

                          If ola does like this again with out our concurrence we will take up to court.

                            I travelled today from Kengeri to bommanhalli Bangalore morning and I wasn't asked to pay any toll like 5 previous ola rides. Evening I came back from bommanhalli to Kengeri and I was asked to pay toll. The driver already asked for Rs 100 for toll saying that he'll give once my ola ride is over. However, when the ride was over, the driver said that toll is to be paid by me. He contacted a executive and gave the call to me.. the executive said as per ola rules, toll needs to be paid by you. I confirmed last 5 rides I wasn't asked to pay toll, but executive was irresponsible and just kept on saying that call the customer care no... I have not come across such a pathetic, disgusting and cheating services. If you want to do fraud, I think people like me will soon come up with these feedbacks showing your reality to the world. I WOULD AGAIN SAY ... OLA IS A CHEAT AND POVERT.

                                Yesterday booked ola cab as details given in picture...v both women took the cab to hsr layout 2nd sector...all thro he was screaming on us ...almost hit median on ringroad while talking on phone while driving without seatbelt.suddenly changed route near bdacomplex in hsr...drove to 22nd cross...dark quiet road...sensing trouble v got out of car...he reversed n v ran to main road..9th main...he tried to drive over us...seeing main road busy...showed his middle finger n sped off...OLA CABS...this type of hiring bad drivers will nvr progress...u will ve to call it a day...TAKE ACTION...and show it.

                                  Driver was telling me that mam for 76 rs no one will come to drop you till ameerpet, its me who is droping you by accepting the trip. He told me that no one will come to your location for pickup, its me who took the pain of coming. Very rude abusive words used against we ladies. Rash in behaviour. Kindly check your drivers once you appoint them for their behaviour, literally he was like a rowdy. And the picture of driver which i can see in the app, and the one who came for pickup was totally different.

                                  You can confirm this driver's behaviour with the copassenger travelling with us.

                                  Driver was not well groomed, ac in the cab was not working properly, cab was not clean. Really a bad and worst experience.
                                  I was late for my destination and no more cab was available in my area, so i had to board otherwise i would have cancelled the trip.
                                  I hemant kumar Jain from bhopal traveled to bhopal main station on monday dated (19/09/2016) by OLA Auto i booked auto by contact number [protected]. I received bill of Rs 20 on the mobile but on station driver charge 64 Rs bill.So please look into this matter.

                                    I recharge my ola account with 1000 Rs with my SBBJ net banking on 26 sept 2016 twice one is done but other is failed and amount is cut from my account and not received in ola account. I have an ref. No. and also have the transfer/transection information on my account.
                                    Still not received the refund from ola . How I can get back my money as refund.

                                      Case 1:

                                      I was booked ola on 20th sept 2016 from chennai airport to porur, but dont know how it is taken both pickup and drop location as same chennai airport. Due to this when i reached porur driver shown money came is 125 rs but in his app kilometer shows as 0 and he discussed with customer care and iinformed me due to your inappropriate selection of same place for both pick up and drop, the value shown in app is wrong and they insisted me to pay 260 rs for the cost of 125 rs. But usually i pay in the range of 120 to 160 rs only if they check my precious records.
                                      Now a days ola doing cheating & 420 activities with the customer.

                                      Case 2:

                                      I was booked ola on 27th sep 2016 from guindy to porur, driver is reseted his kilometer to 0 (Zero), then i reached porur and the money in ola app is shown as 130 rs, but kilometer shown in app is 5 km amd the vehicle km shown as 7 km. As per ola for first five kilometer charge is 100rs whihc is fixed and for next every km it is 8 or 9 rs per km. If they calculated it is correct rs 130 (With taxes) as shown in the app. But driver volunteerly called customer care and informed them as km shown in app and vehicle meter is mismatching and kindly provide exact value for the current trip and they informed additional 30 rs need to pay and i paid rs 160.
                                      Now a days ola doing cheating with the customer. (420 case need to be filed)

                                      Case 3:
                                      I was booked ola on 18th sept 2016 as pre-booking, but no driver called me before & after 15 minutes which was booked at early morning 6:00am. Due to urgency i have booked another ola at around 6:15 am and resumed the trip. Later when i reached destination i have received email as without intimation i was cancelled the ride and cancellation charge of 50rs need to be paid. This is ridiculous and robbery.

                                        I was booked a car for 23rd sept for drop me to howrah atn. At 10am but before 15 min. When i enquired yhey have told me that your phone no. Not been registered with them whereas they had communicate me in my mob. No. On 22nd night. I am really afraid of your service and finally reach by a taxi. Even they have given the details of car driver mob. Moetc. Etc.
