On 18th May, I booked a cab through Ola App from HSR Layout to Basavanagudi. The booking reference number was CRN[protected] . The fare shown at the time of booking was Rs. 295. But, at the end of the travel, I had to shell out Rs.439/- On inquiry, I was told that it was surge charge. It is totally unfair to charge the customers without even intimating. When I had reported similar issue in the past, I was provided with refund. But, my Ola account was blocked till the validity of refund coupon got over, so that I could not use it. Please arrange refund of both the excess fares charged.

On 18th May, I had raised the above issue to Ola support team. But even after reminders, Ola team has not resolved the issue.

Desirable Resolution:
1, Refund of excess fare charged on 18th May 2022 - Rs.144
2. In earlier occassion, when I had reported similar issue for ride CRN [protected], I was provided with refund of Rs.184/ But my OLA account was blocked till the validity for refund coupen got over. This amounts to cheating on the part of OLA company. I request for refund of this excess fare of Rs.184/- and compensation for follow ups made and mental agony suffered bcoz of this.

    I’ve been following-up Ola team on the below email ID's for more than 25 days; that the dues on my Ola Postpaid are incorrect as I’ve paid the driver directly by cash after the ride; requesting to do the needful to have corrected or written-off.

    But I haven't got any reply so far by either one of them; but I am getting continuous calls from their automated calls / Call-Centre personnel / SMS / WhatsApp threating messages / emails etc asking me to pay something which I've already paid. This has brought high customer dissatisfaction and disturbance during office hours.

      I Was booked OLA Return Cab on Dt 24th May'22. against CRN no : [protected]

      we covered only 125KM distance, and fare should be Approx. not more than Rs 1500

      And total time with halt 5 hours approx. but they created invoice Rs 11624 which automatically deducted from my wallet,

      for same i am trying to contact OLA Customer care but they don't bother about my issues.

      requesting you pls take the action on same to refund my amount.

        I had purchased a used car just 2 months ago from OLA cars, I had asked sales person to check all mechancial issues and challans before selling this car to me and sales person Dharamvir had stated I have checked each and everything, there is no fault in the car and Challans are being taken care before transfering this car, I has taken their words as I was not able to check challan details online, as previous owner has number registered with challan website,

        After purchasing this car, a week after I had taken this car on road and traffic police has stopped me and ask me to pay pending challans or else they would have bound my car, I had paid them Rs 5000 and assure them that I will talk to seller about this, which I had, I had notified this to sales person and OLA CARS team too, however, no one from OLA CARS team bother to look into this.

        After month I again took this car on road and again traffic cops cought me and asked me to pay the pending challans and again told me, if this wouldn't be taken care, car will be bounded right that moment, I had again paid them rs 10000 just to take my car off, as it was in different state.

        Now when I am following up with OLA CARS they are just keeping me on assurance to wait for 24 hours, 48 hours and 2 days, I can't expect support from them, as they are having supervisors like Anandan, Kumar & Atmaram, who didn't even remain on their words.

        I am not sure what to do, as I am continously paying EMIs, parking charges & other maintainance charges for something, which is not in use for me.

        Please guide me some way to bring this into the media, so OLA CARS can't do this with anyone else.

            Hi team, my support ticket number is[protected],
            on 16th may 2022 i booked schedule ola outstation ride for my sister (who don't know about such a long route about 149 Km just wants to reach her home from another location) to (gagan Avenue society, kondhwa, pune) from (century park building, pooja nagar, mira road) from the app for morning 7.30AM.

            NOW when driver went at pickup location 10 minutes late. he ask for cash payment to another person who gone there only to loading her luggage. and in midway of route he stops(approximate after 1 hour of journey) for gas filling 15-20 and asked her for cash payment then she called me about this i told driver i always used to pay by only ola money wallet, then started shouting ye to aaaplog ne galat kiya bla bla bla. i refused to give him cash. then after that she my sister paid all toll by cash which is mentioned in ride details. and he dropped her at her location gagan Avenue society, kondhwa pune.

            now i got charged multiple bogus charges with this ride.

            1. i booked for ride as mentioned above address, and you can see our dropped location is also same as booking time location then how come your agent give reply me i charged 10 KM extra due to location change??

            2. your driver waited my sister at his gas station for 15 20 minutes then how ola charging us extra waiting time ?? as per your invoice i got charged for extra 15 minutes?? i have recording with him he was asking for money at gas station.

            3. now i am not getting any response from you above support ticket, and i tried to call on you ola call centre 4 times my call dropped midway of talk .

            if this is support team, then let me know how much i have to pay to Clear my dues and how can i cancel my ola postpaid plus account and ola account too, to make sure i never use ola service again. 🙏

            above is the last which i sent to ola support on Twitter after this they are not replying me

              I had availed ola services on May 30, 2022.
              I cancelled once as driver asked me to pay ola parking charges cash. But I was charged cancellation fees. Similarly in the next subsequent ride I was forced to pay cash for parking and simultaneously i was charged in my bill also. I had raised complain on the mail id provided but no one responded.

              I did not make the bill payment on the due date as no one responded, now they levied fine of 50 rupees. What should I do now, pls suggest.

                I wanted to close my Ola Postpaid and for the I sent an email on 3rd June, 2022 but there was no response, I sent a few reminders but all in vain. Then I wrote to the grievance team on June 7th, 2022 but no response from there as well.
                This is a pathetic company in terms of customer service. Many customers a facing issues with this company as they don not provide any customer service and we cannot reach them as there is no direct number and they don't respond on email and twitter.

                request you to take strict action against the Founder Bhavish Aggarwal as he is responsible for this culture.

                  Ola bohot extra charge Karti hai yeh book karte time diff charge and ride over hone ke Baad tax add karke diff charge karte hai and itna charge karne ke Baad bhi inke drivers arrogant behave karte hai, ac music khuch on nhi karte, ride beech ma rok ke extra charge mangte hai ya beech road ma taxi se utarne ki dhamki dete hai, complaint karne ke Baad bhi ola koi action nhi lete na hi respond karte hai, mere bohot paise waste hua, please is company Ko band kariye, inke drivers bhi aache nhi hote

                    ORIGINAL COMPLAIN:
                    I made several complaints on the OLA customer care no. but the problem is not resolved yet.
                    I booked the car for my female friend from Dwarka Sector 13 to Divya jyoti college of engineering at 2:47 PM.
                    These are the following complains :

                    a) The car broke down 4 times during the ride.
                    b) The driver ends the trip in between (before 10 Km to reach the destination) citing i be charged more due to increase in time. Driver dropped my friend 2 km before the destination at 7:30 PM. His car broke down again and from there had to take rikshaw to reach to destination.
                    c) Destination ride was for 2 hrs only. It took him almost 4 hrs to drop due to time and again broke the car.
                    c) Customer support named Mohit did not support a bit and was saying the driver did the right thing and my charges are correctly charged.
                    d) At the time of booking the CAB it was showing Rs. 1100. However, I am charged with Rs. 1500.

                    I am highly disappointed with the service and customer care no.

                    I request you to kindly refund my whole amount and take action against the Customer Care person named Mohit."

                    In reply: at first OLA vide email dated 06 June 2022 confirmed that my whole amount will be refunded.

                    In actual, they refunded amount of Rs. 67/- and stated that the issue has been resolved.

                    Vide email dated 05 June, 6 June, 13 June I am contantly requested to resolve the issue. However, it has not been resolved till now.

                    It is once again requested to kindly refund my amount of Rs. 1456/-

                      My complaint is stuck with Ola Support since April 2022. They keep promising to resolve the issue. But I have been receiving continues calls and messages regarding payment. This is just harassment and intimidation by Ola. There is no communication between collections and support. I have explained over 20 times. Clearly there are no systems or any sense of organisation in this company. Please help me get a response from Ola Support to resolve my issue.

                        I reserved Ola S1 pro on Sept 21 with payment of Rs 500.
                        Then during March 2022, I decided not to buy that vehicle and cancelled requesting for refund of reserved amount.
                        It's been nearly 3 months i didn't get my refund amount. Many times contacted customer care, but everytime complaint ticket is being raised but refund is not received by me.
                        Kindly requesting you to look into this matter.

                          Ola is asking me to pay for the ride that i have already paid for their driver ask me to pay him personally and not through the app i paid him but still the app is constantly showing wallet balance not paid i had sent them like 10 mails for and they are not responding to it i called the help line no they are not responding to it either i had already told this whole issue to the ola representative he asked me to wait for further assistance and not responded back i am getting constant calls mails messages from ola to pay the money but they are not responding to my mails that i have sent on 3rd may and still sending

                              Hi Sir/Ma'am,

                              I had booked a cab on 10 Jun, 2022 from Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh to New Delhi Railway Station CRN[protected] and I selected payment options Ola Postpaid.
                              Once i reached to driver, they told me that i required cash so please give me cash and they told me that, will inform to Ola that i received a cash, after that your Ola postpaid money gets refund.I even not agree to his decision but i can’t deny boz i have to reach railway station at any cost, otherwise i will be missed my train.

                              After payment i didn’t get any refund and post paid bill gets generated on 11 jun. I try to call the driver several times and he always disconnects my phone.
                              After that I complained to Ola support and ticket number : #[protected] and #[protected].

                              The second major unfortunate thing happens with me, that at the time of paying cash to drive, he receives cash without any issue. Once i deboard from cab then drive reached to me(after 2 minutes) and complaining about the your given 500 rupees note is duplicate. Bcoz i was in a hurry to catch a train, So I gave them another 500 rupees. Next day once i try to connect to bank where i withdraw a money through ATM, Bank said that the number which mentioned on the Note is not deposited in that ATM. It means driver replace original note to duplicate note and handover to me.BCoz if note was duplicate he should be denied at the time of receiving the note, why i recall me after 2 minutes.This one is very serious concern.
                              Kindly look into the matter and revert.

                                I took a official trip with Ola on 13th May 2022 inside Hyderabad. I booked a rental cab from ola and went to a supplier company. While I came back driver said the charge was Rs.3914 and I need to pay additional Rs.120 which is for tolls as we traveled through Outer Ring Road. I saw him paying for tolls so I agreed and paid Rs.4034 though google pay. Attached screen shot of my payment to him. Later when I got the invoice I was shocked to see it showing an amount of Rs.340 for toll/parking. Invoice screen shot attached. Car was parked in my supplier place and it was free. Toll for one to and fro trip will never be Rs.340. I have been writing to Ola about this for about a month and every time they send a pre printed response saying I have to pay toll charge. I have been saying I paid twice and seeking refund of Rs.340. They are bluntly shunning me away. I want justice and my 340 refunded.

                                    I had placed an order on 17 May 2022 which was cancelled by Ola Dash on account of bad weather. I was informed that the refund will be provided within 2 to 5 days. I have sought a follow up 4 times after that but haven't received the money back.
                                    This is not about the amount of money blocked but them not being held accountable for not returning someone's hard earned money which was blocked due to cancellation of order on their end.
                                    I have read several complaints against Ola Dash thereafter which makes me realise that I am not the only one who has been cheated upon, by them.
                                    Would really appreciate to get in touch with any higher authorities regarding this issue and/or receive guidance in taking an appropriate action against them while also getting the refund I deserve.

                                      I had booked an ola cab in Bangalore to travel from RRnagar to Sarjapur (green glen layout).

                                      Upon boarding, the driver asked me to pay by cash and not ola money. I agreed. The bill for the ride was 313. I paid him rs. 313 by cash. When I went to the ola app to rate the ride, it said rs. 313 is due payment regarding the last ride.
                                      Please look into this matter. I would be obliged if you consider my request and solve the issue.

                                        I had booked an ola rental on 4th June 2022. At the time of payment, there was some confusion at the time of payment and the driver suggested it was to be paid in cash of 2580.
                                        Hence, I paid him the "cash" over UPI to this account (below), which was shared by him. However, in Ola app it shows as pending and the money has to be paid via Ola post paid.

                                        Later when I called the driver telling him that it's still showing in my ola money postpaid as well, he said to contact customer care.
                                        He also informed me that the UPI amount is transferred to the owner of the vehicle's bank account and not him personally.

                                        I contacted Ola and gave them all proofs of the UPI screenshot of the payment made (Rs 2583). But, the fraudulently deny that payment has been made.

                                        I have replied in details multiple times, but they have come back to me with same copy pase response that the time and name doesn't match.
                                        The ride the closure time is 6.30 pm on 4th June and my payment time is 6.34 pm in UPI on 4th June. When I ask them, how there is mismatch they have no explanation.
                                        I have written to them multiple times to check with driver also, to confirm if I paid but they never did that and instead asking me to pay twice the amount. I have attached the full conversation of the mail trail with Ola's customer team
