I am order 50 red bull 250 ml can on ola dash. I have received only one order and four order not received but delivery boy delivered this order and i have no receive four order . All order are prepaid. All order payment doing my credit card . I am complaint on ola dash . He is not solved my issue.

    I have booked ride on 18 april 2022 i have paid it through paytm wallet but after that i see that it is showing pending i have called customer care but they said to wait 72 hours but then after one month it is at same condition now when i again called they said that it is one month old ride you have to pay that money again we could not do anything for you

      Customer care of said company is not responding for the folowing query.

      I took an ola cab from Agra Fort Railway Stn to Tata Gate Asf, Fatehpur Sikri Road on 25 Jun 2022. Iwas asked for Rs 120 by driver, I could not verify it from my app as it got hanged, so i paid Rs 120 to the driver. However, when I checked in the evening, the app showed a total travel bill of Rs 142 of which Rs 113 had been deducted from my Paytm wallet and Rs 29 only was to be paid in cash. It means ars 91 extra cash was demanded by driver and paid by me. I request that the same be refunded to me.

        I have used Ola Rental cab service in Pune on 1st June, 2022. Driver stopped the ride claiming the vehicle as an issue and asked us to close the ride in middle. Immediately raised the complaint to Ola support team and Ola team confirmed that they would refund the paid amount of Rs. 3809/- to my savings account within 7 to 10 working days but even after multiple calls and escalations within Ola customer support. No one denies the issue but kept saying we added a note for back end team to work and as usual no one works on my issue of no credit of agree Rs. 3809/-

          I already paid ola money due before due date at that time my account due shows nil. later i do one ride any paid to that one also. but after month in my account shows postpaid due that i already paid by ola money app.

          today one girl call me and told me that i do ride on 23rd march and 500 Rs is due, so i asked her to share me ride details at that time she get quite and she is not able to provide ride details.

          i have transaction proof, kindly help me.

          i want to file legally complaint against ola cab

            I am continuously being followed up for payment of Ola postpaid bill Rs.1075/-

            Post paid bill breakup available on app

            11 May Rs.39
            05 May Rs.327
            04 May Rs.305
            4th May Rs.2
            4th May Rs.327
            Total Rs. 1000 + late charge 75= 1075/-

            You may see I have been charged Rs.305/- and Rs.327/- for 4th May
            Details on the app show both bookings @ 9.24am. It is not possible to book 2 rides for the same day and same time.

            Plus, in the Ola app -ride section - there is only one ride for 4th May 2022, it is however in the night and already paid by corporate.
            I have been trying to get clarity on this wrong and double charge from Ola custome service for last one month but I am being misdirected to various email IDs and harrassed by continuous calls, sms and watsapp messages by ola.

            I will clear the dues once Ola clarifies regarding wrong/double charges for 4th May 2022 and waives off the penalty.

              The payment have been already deducted still he is asking for money.

                Dear ola Team,

                I had taken a ride on 19th at 6:32 am whose CRN no is [protected] and after reaching out to my destination point I paid 327 rs but at that time it was visible in process but my money was deducted from my account and I paid a another 327 rs which was successful. But, later on I can see in my account statement that my first payment also got success after 2 to 3 days. So, please return my money to my Ola wallet as soon as possible, which I did in the first place.

                One more thing, dont forget to check out my registered complain whose ticket no is[protected]. In Ola app its showing that your raised complain gets already solved but my query is still pending.

                Please take this matter on a priority basis.

                    I have been billed excessively by Ola Money for an amount of 1763 for a trip on Date - 1st June, transaction id - GRD9-XBRD-TMOC, paid by Postpaid.
                    I have raised a ticket against this on 9th June mentioning that this trip is wrongly marked against my account. Simply put there is no record of this trip in my Ola bookings. I have raised the ticket request - 4509117 which has been acknowledged by Ola but they are yet to get back to be on this simple request.
                    Not only that, there are other similar transactions of comparatively smaller amounts where i am yet to receive response yet.

                    I have been charged twice for a trip that is not showing on the app but still after a month of harassment I have paid up today. These people will misdirect you to several email IDs and finally they will threaten you with recovery agents.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                      I had booked an ola ride from T2 Airport till Shreenagar Thane. My ride started at 4:44pm & the driver dropped us at the destination at around 6pm.
                      The driver's phone got discharged during the trip & hence our ride is still ongoing & it is showing as cancelled at his end.

                      PFA the screenshots of the same. Kindly end the trip at your end & charge us only the amount committed as this is a technical glitche at your end. Also, the customer care number is not being answered.

                      Expecting a prompt action.

                        I haven't taken any ride on May 17 but still i have charged for that day I want to know why i have charged and want to complaint a file for that and want to clear the dues.

                        I have been getting stupid messages stating will take legal actions and for the ride which I have not taken how can tou people charge if you have the ride details for may17th show me then I am ready to pay. I will even take legal action against you people if you harrase me for these wrong thi gs

                          I called the Ola Support Team several time in call regarding my Issue Duplication Charges Rs. 191 is due in my account. But, I need to Pay only Rs. 95 ride fare amount against CRN [protected].

                          But, Current due is showing me to pay a total amount Rs. 191(95 + 96). This Rs. 96 additional amount is due from 5 month ago against CRN# CRN[protected] because their Payment Method select was "Google Pay". But, when I was verified this Invoice of CRN[protected] Payment is "Cash" and Payment already done to Auto Driver(Refer the Ola Past due Invoice Attachment).

                            Hi Ola,

                            On 18th May 2022 I used my Ola cab twice but payment debited from my account was four times, therefore Rs. 386 was charged extra. I have been trying to connect you since 30th may 2022 but till now no response from your side. When I am calling customer care or mailing you something, you are telling me the same thing that it would be solved within 2-3 working days and now it is more than 12 working days. You people are only raising the ticket and closing it and not doing anything. You are charging me the late fine too. Simply tell me one thing that you have to pay the extra and we can't solve anything, why are you harassing a customer for 15 days.
                            When I am connecting to Ola Money they are simply telling me that we are not not responsible for connecting with Ola cab and when I am connecting with Ola cab they are telling me they are not responsible for connecting to Ola Money. Now what should I do?
                            To connect with Ola Cab I am held for 40 mins every day and when connecting after 40 mins they are simply telling us we are not responsible for connecting with Ola postpaid when talking to Ola postpaid they are transferring the call to Ola Cab.

                            Mailing you this from last 30th May 2022 but till now no problem has been solved and they are decreasing my cibil score. If I have pay this then kindly tell me that we can't do anything.

                              I am receiving call and messages from ola about ola postpaid pending but I paid cash to the driver while dropping .I had chosen option of GPAY before starting ride and as Internet was down I could not use GPAY hence I paid Driver by Cash .

                              I sent them several emails .Their team member validated with driver that yes he received payment in Cash due to internet problem on 25th May 2022 and their team member also gave me in writing that Ola will refund me the amount so that I can clear Ola money postpaid dues.However, lateron another team member denied for refund .Now they are after me and are asking me to clear Ola Money postpaid dues .
                              There is nothing pending from my side but I am receiving regular calls and msg form ola .They are also threatening me to that they will send their person to my address .

                                Hi Team,

                                I have been asked to make payments to below CRN's even though i have already paid through Gpay/Cash. As per OLA this has been deducted through Ola post paid also resulting in double payment.
                                The driver never mentioned about the payment he received from Ola post paid.

                                I have raised several complaints but nobody is helping me resolve this

                                  I paid twice for the ride taken on 14th June 2022 from Dilshad garden to Noida. One through Paytm and then through Google pay. I later contacted driver to pay the additional amount back. But he is not responding.

                                        I took a ride on 19th June from Anand vihar station to Gurgaon. After sitting in cab, the driver said he will only go if cash is paid. I confirmed him that I will pay cash Rs.1200/- which was the initial amount shown. After reaching destination, i paid him cash but the driver did not updated that cash was paid and my Ola postpaid was deducted for Rs.1401/-.
                                        When I raised a complaint with Ola, they talked to the driver. Strangely, Driver denied getting any cash payment from me and told the Ola support guys that he didn't got any cash payment from me.
                                        Now, Ola is saying that since the driver is saying that he didn't got any cash from me they will not be refunding me any amount.
