Ola cab services has been harassing me since a month or so every day by sending tons of messages starting from 3:00 am or so by sms and what’sapp messages.
I have already paid by cash still I am being charged by my ola account, I have tried explaining them by texting and also asked for their contact number to discuss and explain about it, but they are not all responding by phone....

The Ola company has permanently blocked my account because I was late in paying my 173rs dues because I lost my job. It has been 2 weeks I have not received any response from the company.
Unblock it or else i m filing legal charges...

On, May 6th, I had booked a cab from Bandra for my home in Goregaon and added a stop so that I could pick my son from school in Oshiwara on the way. Fare was updated and the stop added. Here, in Vadodara, ola cab/auto drivers doesn’t follow rules and regulations set by ola. In fact, for every ride they demands extra cash, there behaviour towards customers are unfair, we do not feel safe! For booking single ride need to wait for 5-6 booking as ola drivers always cancels booking after accepting it! They try to loot customers by asking extra money (giving excuses). Not a single ola driver is behaving fair with customer, so...

I booked a cab from my house in asansol to Kazi nazrul airpit in andal. The distance is around 30km and the estimated fare was 1006 but at the end of ride the kilometre reading is 71km and I was charged 1553. The ride only took 50 mins and it says distance is 71km. They want to claim he was driving at over 70kmph. Absolute scam....

It's highly disgraceful for customers that no support is being provided on the app. It's been more than 3 days of having raised an issue. And no satisfactory revert!

I travelled from Kolkata airport to my residence on 14th May 2022 opting for payment through gpay. The driver, who was in dire need of cash, requested me to pay cash and assured me that he would change the payment method and...

I have booked cab on 13 th may which later i observed that my booking was cancelled by driver and i charged 50 rs. Aftr next ride on same day i paid 471 rs instead of 421 that is 50 rs extra.
I kept trying calling to driver and at last he is not picking up my call .which i have auto recording .
Kindly refund my money .

Hi,

I booked a ride on 23rd April 2022 from Patrika Nagar to Hitech City. The auto arrived and while I was showing him the drop location he snatched my phone and escaped. I tried to run but it didnot work. Ola dashboard shows that i completed this ride and that he took money from me but thats not true.
He didnot even start the ride. I reached out to local police station in Gachibowli but I couldnt get FIR done because...

I booked ola cab and paid the driver in cash but in my application payment is showing as pending, please resolve the issues...

This is regarding a ride (CRN# [protected]) that I booked on 3rd May 2022.

OLA Billed me Rs 60 extra as Airport parking fee. However, the cab was not parked inside the Airport parking zone.

The driver asked me to walk around 400M outside the Airport Zone to the main road. When I asked for the reason, he said if he enters the parking area, a parking fee will be applied.

Ride was taken from the location...

Please find the key points below:

Ola app showed initial Fare = 792 rs.

Ola app's invoice fare = 679 rs

Driver demanded parking amount = 60 rs . parking fee screenshot attached.

So total money i paid extra because of the defect in your app and driver demand = 169 rs..

But ola company rejected my request saying it is paid in cash and out of scope of ola...

On 11th April 2022 I paid Rs 9999 to Ola cars for reserving a car which was brough to my residence for a test drive, through my freecharge wallet. The payment failed, I got email from OLA cars stating that payment failed, if money is deducted it will be refunded within 7 days, but till date I am following up for the refund....

Ola has been harassing and threatening me about an apparent Rs 600 due on my account. Claiming that the person will show up at my residence to serve me a notice.

This is not only fraud but also unethical. Numerous emails and calls have gone unanswered, with ola blaming ola money and ola money blaming ola cabs.

On May 3, 12: 01, i booked a cab from EB-20 Nirala Nagar, Lucknow to PVR Phoenix, Lucknow . After we arrived I was charged 300 rupees by cash, the driver took it and went away. After a few days I realised that Money was deducted from my Ola money for that particular ride. I have not yet received the money back that was wrongly deducted....

I have booked a car in ola cars with certain amount due to some reason i have to cancel the booking but now they are saying its not refundable and when i asked them that i am ok with same car and i will purchase it so they are saying its price increase with 2 lac. Ola india...

Refund Rs. 268. Need back my hard earned money which was robbed because of driver's mischief.
