    This is regarding a ride (CRN# [protected]) that I booked on 3rd May 2022.

    OLA Billed me Rs 60 extra as Airport parking fee. However, the cab was not parked inside the Airport parking zone.

    The driver asked me to walk around 400M outside the Airport Zone to the main road. When I asked for the reason, he said if he enters the parking area, a parking fee will be applied.

    Ride was taken from the location "889F+MX6, Hundru, Ranchi". This boarding point is not an Airport Parking Area. The cab never entered the Airport to pick me.

    The pickup point (889F+MX6, Hundru) is 400m away from Airport Parking. I had to walk to the main road to board the cab.

      Please find the key points below:

      Ola app showed initial Fare = 792 rs.

      Ola app's invoice fare = 679 rs

      Driver demanded parking amount = 60 rs . parking fee screenshot attached.

      So total money i paid extra because of the defect in your app and driver demand = 169 rs..

      But ola company rejected my request saying it is paid in cash and out of scope of ola

        On 11th April 2022 I paid Rs 9999 to Ola cars for reserving a car which was brough to my residence for a test drive, through my freecharge wallet. The payment failed, I got email from OLA cars stating that payment failed, if money is deducted it will be refunded within 7 days, but till date I am following up for the refund.

          Ola has been harassing and threatening me about an apparent Rs 600 due on my account. Claiming that the person will show up at my residence to serve me a notice.

          This is not only fraud but also unethical. Numerous emails and calls have gone unanswered, with ola blaming ola money and ola money blaming ola cabs.

          The ride was booked for and paid in cash however, there is now a duplicate charge on my account. (500+100 late fee)

          I'm exhausted and tired speaking with them. The issue was escalated multiple times and even a callback was promised but so far nothing has happened..

            On May 3, 12: 01, i booked a cab from EB-20 Nirala Nagar, Lucknow to PVR Phoenix, Lucknow . After we arrived I was charged 300 rupees by cash, the driver took it and went away. After a few days I realised that Money was deducted from my Ola money for that particular ride. I have not yet received the money back that was wrongly deducted.

                Ola ride CRN [protected]. The driver cheated! He did not end the trip at original drop location. And ended it much later.
                So, the final fare was higher. I got down at the original location.

                It occurred on: 02/05/2022

                Refund Rs. 268. Need back my hard earned money which was robbed because of driver's mischief.

                Refund was issued but did not receive. Then coupons were issued but don't work. Then bank account details were taken but no response.

                  I travelled from blind people's association to new cg road, chandkheda (Ahmedabad), on 10th May 2022. I paid using ipay. The payment showed was not successful during the first few tries. The driver was paid twice- on ipay and on paytm. The phone number of the driver is: [protected]

                    Hello Team,
                    Greetings of the day

                    I have an issue with my ride CRN [protected]. Today I booked a cab from Chandigarh Airport to Kharar Bus Stand. The driver asked me to cancel the ride and assured me that he will complete the ride at Rs 470, but I didn't agree since it was not a good option. Once my ride was completed, the driver asked me to pay Rs 100 for parking at Airport and 120 for Punjab Tax, and another Rs 80 for his commission.
                    I asked the driver why he is asking for extra money, but he didn't answer my question. Since it is a new place for me so I didn't argue with the driver and paid the extra amount. So I pay a total of Rs: 770, while the cost of my ride was only 470.

                    So I would like to request you to kindly reimburse the extra amount that was paid by me.
                    Please let me know if you need any further information. I have paid the total amount by phonepay and attached the screenshot also.

                    Note: I have already sent an email to [protected]@olacabs.com on the 14th of April, but didn't get any response.

                        I booked a cab on 1 May 2022. My driver insisted me to pay cash. My bill was 166 rs but I paid 190 rs since we both didn’t have change.
                        Driver didn’t update in app that he has take cash. Now ola cab company is asking to pay online in post pay saction.
                        Pls help to resolve the issue.

                          My dad was traveling from Mumbai Airport to Thane on 25th April. When the ride ended he paid him via Paytm and the amount got deducted from his account, however the driver denied the payment saying he haven't received the money and insisted for cash. He also agreed that if he receives the amount he will pay back. He pressurized my father for cash and didn't let him out of the car. My father paid him cash. He doesn't understand much about all this payment. However it came to my notice when I was checking his bills that he has paid him twice. My father also tried to contact the driver. I am sharing the screenshot of the communication for which he is not replying him. My dad is a regular user of ola. You can check his history. Kindly do the needful at the earliest and refund the amount as soon as possible. Also take strict action against such drivers who takes undue advantage of senior citizens.

                          The ola cabs agreed to give the refund however no refund has been given its been 20 days.

                            I had booked an Ola Auto OLA AUTO RIDE CRN [protected] and the estimated fare shown was Rs.28/-

                            When the ride came it was a white Celerio.

                            Upon checking with the driver that despite of booking an auto how have a car come... he told me that he does'nt know about that but I will be charged the fare I had seen while booking the ride.

                            Upon reaching the destination I was charged with Rs.208/- instead of Rs.28/- as shown in the app.

                            I demand a refund of my money as neither I had booked this ride nor was I intimated about the booking being revised at Ola's end.

                            Also the estimated fare for mini for the distance of 1.3km is less than Rs.100/-
                            It can't be Rs.208/-

                            Upon constantly asking for the fare breakup from OLA the just closed my case stating "RESOLVED" without any clarification

                              On March 26, I hsd a reservation with OLA outstation to Khopoli from Mumbai. I had booked the ride one week in advance and had got a confirmation from OLA as well. My trop was to start early morning at 7.30 AM to Imagica, Khopoli. After booking the trip, OLA informed me that the driver details would be provided one hour before the trip.
                              On the day of journey, early morning i was assigned a driver Ghulam Sarwer and he called and inquired about the trip. After the call i saw an update that the driver has cancelled the trip. I got assigned another driver after trying for an hour and multiple calls to OLA. The second sriver Surendra also refused to come and i got charged rs 160 for cancellation.

                              Finally since it was already late by an hour, I had to go by train as a result of which i reached the destination at 12 PM instead of the scheduled 10 AM I had by OLA. The whole trip was ruined because of OLA and there is not even a single courtesy call from OLA for an apology. The drivers are very rude and they dont cancel the ride and ask us to cancel because of which we are charged the cancellation fee and they do this because they know we are in a hurry and we will be forced to cancel.

                                I had taken a Ola ride on March 28th, the bill of which was Rs. 205. I had paid the driver using GPAY, but now the same amount is added to Ola postpaid bill.

                                Why should I play Olapost paid due, when I already paid the driver.

                                Bill was generated on 23rd April and I reported this issue on 23rd April to [protected]@olamoney.com when I got a notification messaging saying 29th April is last day for Ola Postpaid.

                                On 23rd, I received an email asking for some details (exact transaction amount, date of the transaction, and the mobile number ) along with this information I also provided the GPAY transaction that was made to driver and the trip details.

                                I sent multiple emails asking for an update on this ticket more than 8 times.

                                7th may I received a response saying "the issue was reported to us beyond the defined time frame. Hence we regret to inform you that we will not be able to refund the trip amount"

                                Ticket number raised
                                4366328.
                                CRN [protected].

                                When I have already paid the driver, I will not pay the OLA POSTPAID due.

                                There is no proper response from the ola support team, they do not read the issue nor acknowledge the issue in timely manner.

                                Not sure how to resolve this issue. I have the all the proofs.

                                  Below is the email I wrote to Ola Cabs complaining about my experience and explaining why the billing was unfair. Till now, Ola customer support has not bothered to look into the matter. When they started demanding payment, I wrote an email to Ola Money requesting them to split the bill so that we could pay the undisputed remainder of the bill amount, so as to avoid defaulting, however, they directed me to approach them through the app, so I called them from the app, but they refused to split the bill, saying they have no provision to do so.

                                  Hi,

                                  I had called your customer care through the Ola app in order to complain about the billing of the rental I had booked on Saturday, April 23rd. As the issue was not resolved, I asked your executive to escalate it to the grievance officer. He promised to arrange for his senior to email/call me, but that did not happen. Hence, I am writing to you here.

                                  For your reference, the CRN number is [withheld]. The driver's name is [withheld]. The ticket number for the call I made to customer care was [withheld]. Although it has been marked as solved on the app, the issue is NOT RESOLVED.

                                  Please take note of the issues I faced during the ride in order to understand why the billing is unfair:

                                  1. We had to attend an event in Vasanthnagar. Your driver took us through non-standard routing and narrow lanes so that we arrived late at the event.

                                  2. After the event, we wanted to extend our ride so that we could have dinner at MG Road. Now, this is the whole point of taking a rental as against a point-to-point booking. It gives us the flexibility to change plans, and of course, we were willing to pay the extra fare for extension based on the tariff per minute and per kilometer.

                                  However, your stubborn driver insisted that he had other bookings to take and called customer care from his phone. The customer care took sides with him and insisted we end this ride and book another ride, further insisting that Ola taxis are available at all times. However, we know from experience that in the night, it is very difficult to get a cab from MG Road to Yelahanka. We hence had no option but to cancel our dinner plan and ask him to drop us back at Yelahanka itself.

                                  As a result, the extra kilometers and time spent going to MG Road from Vasanthnagar was a waste.

                                  3. On reaching our drop location in Yelahanka, we were horrified that we were charged Rs 1400 for a ride that should have cost at most half that amount with extra time and kilometers included. Keeping in mind that your driver tried to forcibly stop the trip mid-way, and that we did not benefit at all from taking a rental, we felt cheated and ripped-off.

                                  4. The amount you charged for fare increase is not mentioned anywhere in the rate card. How can you just add an amount we were never informed about at the time of booking? I am attaching a screenshot of the rate card in order to prove my point.

                                  5. The overall rude behaviour of your driver, poor quality of service (he refused to turn on the AC, took lengthy and slow routes, and tried to ditch us mid-way, was unwilling to listen when we explained to him that we would be paying him for the extra time and kilometers by the tariff), and inconvenience caused and the disappointment we felt has left us outraged and fuming at the ridiculous bill amount of Rs 1400.

                                  We hence reject the invoice of Rs 1400 you have raised for this ride. Please revise the bill amount down to something more reasonable considering the atrocious service.

                                    I got into the can as soon as it came at my pick up location without making the driver wait, however driver did not put OTP in his app and when I enquired the reason for not putting OTP he said that his internet is slow that is why he is not able to put the OTP. He later feeded the OTP after 5-7 mins of starting the ride, that means HE KEPT DRIVING WITHOUT PUTTING THE OTP, later when I protested then he feeded the OTP after almost 1KM after the ride startes. Still I was charged waiting fee. It was the cleverness of the company's driver and not fault. The money was deducted from ola postpaid. I want a refund, the amount is only Rs 20 but it not my fault and I should not be made to pay it.

                                      Ola cabs has been doing a fraud. Ola received payment. But booking is not confirmed. Payment successful received but coustomer booking is not confirmed. This is a fraud by coustomer. Payment received but booking not confirmed. So please refund my money

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        We have booked Ola from Vizag Railway station, I had added two stops
                                        1. Royal fort hotel
                                        2. Food ex BS layout
                                        Total amount shown by Ola app was 276 .
                                        But the driver forcefully charged extra money stating that the first stop is not visible in his app and he wrongly charged me 34 rupees extra . For which Ola has not provided any invoice .
                                        Refund has been denied and invoice for the 34 rupees is also been denied by Ola .
