It was literally a Hell Ride.I booked this cab for my wife and 10 month old son.After seating in the cab the driver told that he did not have enough fuel and that the car may stop anytime.He said he will now search for fuel and then drop her.He refused to switch on the AC citing no fuel.my wife requested to close the windows and switch on the AC as my 10 month old son was not well.but the driver refused.I too called the driver but he refused.After making multiple calls to customer care the driver agreed to drop her but without AC.I called again the customer care and then he finally switched on the AC for the last 1 kilometer of a 14 Kilometer Journey.And I paid such high price for the cab for such life threatning experience.

I want OLA to refund the excess price as it is unfair on their part to charge so much for such a poor poor service.

So much happened for this ride and still you charged me peak charges.where are your business ethics.

    It is to take your kind notice that this ride was giving me a bitter and
    bad experience as i have paid Rs200/- of parking fee at airport after
    completion of ride the driver has not deducted the much amount from the
    bill of Rs.789/- and collected Rs.789/- by hiding that issue is a
    cheating, So pl. solve this issue and take action against the driver who
    cheated me immediately otherwise we don't use ola cab in future and share
    this experience to all my friends and people through the public media as it
    gives me very painful experience to me.
    Your Ref No.CRN[protected] from Mayur Vihar Phase 2 to Zostel Paharganj cost me Rs.192.00.

    The same journey when I had taken an Uber cab 2 days back at around the same time it cost me only Rs.137.00

    You have any explanation ? Tell me me why I should engage an Ola cab in future

      This is the 2nd time in a week that I got a very inexperienced driver, my CRN[protected], the shocking thing was that when I called the driver, he was sleeping in Bihar. I reached my location and saw their was the cab, but the driver was someone else. He did not know how to operate his mobile and how to confirm the booking. But still I took the cab, but it was a pathetic ride, he was driving wreckesly, I use cab daily to come to office and seriously I don't want to die in a OLA cab. I have a corporate account and have told my company to change it to different service provider. Its not a request from my end, but an advice to see the quality of the drivers that you guys are choosing to drive your customers. The quality is going down, yes you guys are taking over the market quite well, but it will take 1 or 2 instance for the market to crash for you. Raise your quality or you guys will have to pay the price.

        We used Ola app and booked taxi from isbt Shimla...we called driver named Nitin and he said he could come to isbt..so he said u come to crossing(bypaas) and I m there only.we said okay we will be there ...we walked long distance n finay reached crossing in half hour.but when I finally called him.he said he is in khalini.and talked rudely and hung up the phone.we tried calling him but he didn't pick our call.i want to fire strict complaint against this Ola driver!

        Sory for the incorrect words...there is couldn't in place of could...and finally the driver didn't come...and cancelled the ride by himself...was very rude...Ola u need to improve this

          I booked this pickup at 6 pm on 20 sep 16 for journey at 0400 hrs on 21sep 16 - this was acknowledged and 2 messages from ola promised driver details 15 min of journey time.

          No car landed up - no message from ola. so at that time of the morning i had to walk around to locate a cab. this is a serious service failure and puts to doubt ola's ability to deliver.

          Even my friendly local taxi driver does better!!

            My driver avdesh singh doing duty 8 ola paying me total mbg 2500. But he did not paying anything. And he saying that its not complete duty one thing tell me if coustmer going to 3 to 4 km how i am riding extra km how i got my amount.

              I am user of your ola and mostly using it. On 18 sep 2016 i booked ola micro cab at 12.05 from patna junction. The cab boy divesh kumar pandit called me and told that i am coming 10 min. At the time of booking it was showing 8 min time.

              He came at 12.30 pm and my ride start at 12.33 by crn number is[protected]
              And traveled 6.5 km. My bill was rs 190. When i checked the ride time was showing start at 12.05 and end time 12.49 pm. As per my thinking by bill ride time should start at 12.33 when i gave crn. And by bill should be calculated on 20 min time. Is this a technical issue. Or you calculate like that only or it was done by cab boy can you please let me know.

                I was awaiting a old cab, at a crowded traffic circle. The driver did not call me on reaching the circle. By the time i located the cab, parked on the diagonally opposite side, and waded through the traffic, old had cancelled my booking because it was more than their stipulated 5 mts waiting time!
                And i received a prompt message stating that i would be charged rs.50 penalty for having not taken the drive!

                    I have used ola cab service on[protected] from mulund west to sahar elevated rd, sahar, international airport at 04:38pm. we asked the driver to stop the car in between to take the printout but he didnot answered us & when we said to stop he refused to stop for even a minuet. later on he took long route for which we said him before that this is not the way which was showing on his device & was also long but still he didnt bothered to replay.
                    I even forgot my umbrela in the car, but soon i tried to reach the driver but his phone number was continuously coming busy. later after sometime i called him back & he talked very rudely with me.
                    I tried calling ola customer care also.

                      I book cab 7th September (CRN[protected] for my dormitory to Railway station ( I have done advanced booking 2 days before on 05th September).
                      On 7th September I am waiting with my Pregnant wife for Ola cab. But i got the the message from OLA (Sorry! we could not find a cab at your location for your pick up time ).
                      I was only 1 hour for train and more than 45 minutes journey when i got the message.
                      I was very tough time for me. Then i request a private car to reach us to they station and he (watching to my wife condition) drop us to the station.
                      My question is is this the the service of OLA? Please take action on local official immediately and reply me what action is taken.
                      other wise I am going to complain in Ministry of Transport.

                        The cab was booked by my female friend and driver thought that only she was going to take the ride but that didn't happened and he refused to go. It was clear from his intentions that he is more interested to take female passenger and can harass them. Need a strong actions against him as people like him are responsible for female harassments. what if instead of me, my friend had to take that ride??
                        We cancelled that cab and tried booking another one but he did'nt get away from there as he knew we will try to book a new one and GPS will pick his cab first instead of looking for some other around that area.

                          I have booked ola cab on 18th september 2016 (sunday) night around 11 p. m.in mohali phase 7 to panchkula. first cab i booked and driver said he cannot go to panchkula sector-21 so i cancelled it. then i booked another cab and driver called me and said he will arrive at my location in 5 minutes as he was nearby. but i waited for 15 minutes and he din't arrived. they cancelled the request from their side. then i booked another cab and he also did same. he said he will be reaching in 5 minutes but again he did not arrived. i waited for ola cab in mohali phase 7 till late night 11:50p. m. but nobody arrived. they are so irresponsible that they don't even care that a a passenger is waiting. i even called them to confirm that surely they will come and they said yes mam coming in 4-5 minutes.
                          I was really fedup with this response from the cab drivers.

                          Please try to make your service better and if the driver is not willing to go then he should not accept the request.

                            1. Kindly ask your drivers especially in Pune region to follow the traffic rules. I have been using Ola for the past 1 month on a regular basis and all the drivers jump the signal's especially in the morning time.

                            2. I got a message from OLA stating that I have a Coupon available which I can use within a particular time period. But when entered the coupon is not accepted. If your system does not accept, then why do you make coupons available for us. Contact me at: [protected]@gmail.com

                              I booked a cab for 20/09/2016 for 7.30 p.m vide CRN[protected]. The driver firs told me that he was coming and then at the last moment refused to come and misbehaved. I had to take my father to doctor and because of his refusal we got delayed and later my dad was hospitalised because of your drivers stupidity. licence of such drivers should be cancelled and ola should remove such insensitive people from there list.

                                Booked a pick up today morning 20th sep 2016 (8.20am), crn[protected]
                                Mr saha ([protected]) tried to reach me form 8.08 am. when i am trying to reach he is busy on phone his mobile and other numbers both busy, on my pick up timing[protected]. got in by 8.30 in cab wherein the driver refuse to take crn, since i am not paying via ola money.
                                Immediately after asking destination he insisted for fueling the car.
                                When i asked if no fuel i will hail other taxis - reply is fuel is enough but if we meet traffic it will not be sufficient.
                                The driver was adamant and continuously insisting on directing to fuel station which is other way of my route.

                                I told him i do not wish to speak i want peace of mind to travel, he kept arguing.

                                I had to drop the cab within 0.5km of starting it because the driver taking car in other direction since there was not fuel.

                                Please donot cheat customers and donot give services if you are capable.

                                  I have decided to use ola ride when the app was showing 2.0 surge. My drop location was 1.6 kms and it was my usual route but I was shocked to see the bill on 13th September 2016 with 196 rs. They have charged me 4 times more and when I contacted customer care they had sent me calculation which doesn't make any sense.
                                  Base Fare: 80.0
                                  Ride Time Fare For 11 Min x Rs.1/min: 11
                                  Total Without Peak Pricing: 91
                                  Peak Pricing (2.00x): 91.0
                                  Total Fare: 182
                                  Sub Total: 196.19
                                  Rounding Off: -0.19
                                  Total Bill: 196

                                  I have included the fare break up sent by their customer service. Even their customer services don't know simple math calculation.
                                  I want refund of additional charges to settle this matter.

                                      I booked an ola cab from Phoenix Mall Pune today 18th September 2016 at 8pm, and I got a message that cab no...9212, driver Jeevan Kashinath has arrived. But when I tried contacting him his phone was switched off for more than 15 minutes. Finally he picked the phone telling me that he cannot come and asked me to cancel the booking. I was in a hurry and took your rivals cab to reach my destination. This was highly unprofessional conduct of Jeevan' Kashinath the driver. Instead he getting in touch with you he asked me to cancel the booking.
                                      Then I get a message from Ola saying "tried reaching to confirm driver-initiated booking cancellation, CRN[protected] had to be cancelled due to no response from you. Please try the Ola app to book a new ride.http//m.ola.bz/. I don't think I should patronise Ola now, where a driver trying to save his skin puts the blame on customer. If I am charged a cancellation fee I request to cancel it since I am cash paying customer.You already have my mobile no.

                                        [Ola Support] #[protected] App Issue : Unable To Apply Coupon

                                        The above complain was highlighted to olacabs, where they had given the offer vide email. I.e Rs 75 off. Instead of attending on the right time the supervisor didn't follow and just gave 2 miss calls. And after repeated follow ups the email comes as follows. That the offers are system generated and is not eligible for everyone. If that's the case then they should have the offers done manually rather than computerized.
                                        Here the work goes advance and the email comes as ancient alien.
