Hello ola my name is prashant my mob Num is 9374929o28 i daily use ola service but currently ola service is too bad because driver deny all ride maximum driver phone switch off after booking long distance ride so take action again driver all driver use tricks for income i know 7 tricks to free income from your company i cracked it so fix the all bugs and do best service thank u

My name is puneeth and i reside near kr puram, bangalore. I booked a cab on 25th of sep 2016 at 6 pm and as i was waiting i could not hear anything from the cab driver. I tried to call the driver multiple times but was not able to reach. When i reopened the so call friendly app with ola i was shocked to see that my journey was in progress where i did not book the cab at all. I tried to call the support and was told to complain within the app which i did and that too multiple times.

After 24 hours i get an email (Remember not call) stating that they will take strict action the driver and the refund cannot be given. So, here the driver did not eat the money i did not get the money and god know how many such incidents happened when ola cabs managed to get atleast 80 rupees per customer. I would like to have my refund of 80+ rupees of whatever that was deducted for non usage of service.

I booked my ola cab at 5pm in ride later option for return at 7pm from besant nagar... Seetharam (red elite) driver working with ola cab was te one supposed to pick us up...v called him, he asked te drop location and cancelled te trip reporting tat v didnt response to his calls...so insane.. v were waiting for 40mins calling him...he spoke very badly and banned the call.. such a irresponsible and rude driver ever experienced.. never wanna depend ola anymore..

Driver name - bajirao (white indica - MH11 BD 5559) was extremely arrogant . He could nt locate my location . When i asked him to come to the correct location . He said tht he wudnt be again coming back to tht place and refused to come and banged the phone . Ola should be more careful on hiring cars and drivers . Any tom dick and harry is tying up with ola and spoilinh ola s name . Ola should ask the drivers to be more polite to their customers . Otherwise there is no difference in a kaali peeli driver and ola driver

We had booked a cab from Airoli to Marol Millitary road and the driver dropped us at the location and went. My wife had forgotten her bag in the car, after sometime we realised that the bag was left in the car only, then I called the driver and told that we had lft the belongings in the car only, the driver came after 20 mins and we took the bag from the car.And today morning when we checked the bag, the money was missing around Rs.1500/.
Pls look into this issue. Pls investigate further as it is the question of the Integrity on the part of Ola brand. If such drivers are being appointed by the Ola brand and if such is the quality of drivers being appointed in Ola then I would immediately stop opting for Ola cabs for my future travels and would spread the word amongst my friends for not opting for Ola cabs.

Further to my complaint on 21.09.16, complaint id ccn01328904, today, on 25th sept, 16 too we had very unpleasant experience on two bookings the details of which are as follows:
1. crn no.[protected] we booked cab from goregaon to go to vasai. at borivili (e) the driver complained that his vehicle had developed some problem and that it would not go ahead. we had to shell rs.283/- which included cancellation charge of rs.50/- which was mentioned by me in my earlier complaint. this cancellaiton fee also was for no mistake on our part.
2. crn no.[protected]: the driver first said that he would not travel to vasai as he would not get return fare. he was very adamant but then we told him we were on our way to attend a funeral, he reluctantly agreed and took us to our destination but the toll charges of rs.35/- which is included in the fare was borne by us. we were not aware that the toll charges are included in the fare and paid the same after the driver told us to pay. thus we ended up paying rs.35/- more. this is nothing but fleecing. this is the third time we experienced a very unsatisfactory service from ola cabs. i hope you would respond to this complaint.

Yesterday I had booked a OLA cab to Ghole road from Sahakarnagar no. 2. I had booked it at 6:00 pm and saw that the driver had reached my destination. He did not call inspire of not finding my house. When I called him, he said that I was not telling him the correct address. So I told him to wait wherever he was and I went to find him. Then too he did not have the inclination to come at the foretold address. He told me that I was wasting his time and why I called him in the first place. Also he told me cancel the ride. Ridiculous service offered. Not recommending it to anyone ever!

3 times driver refused me to go to Manipal university from safai Mansingh road and for their mistake what you guys did that I will be charged Rs50 for my next ride instead of charging driver which is really not fare at all, I have booked three time cab from there and all three driver refused to drop me and it was also the night time, the time was 10:30 pm, I curse ola that time!

you dont have a proper system in place to monitor these drivers.

Ola is the worst cab service ever, i have booked the cab and i have given the correct navigation also but the cab was cancelled with out intimation. the cab number is ts11jtr1471 ritz, driver name is shaik.([protected]) is this guys number.

If ola cant provide the cabs dont provide them in first place but you guys provided the cab and cancelled with out intimation. ola sucks!!!

I booked the ola cab today morning... In maps they showed me within 2 mins it will arrive and after I got the information of the driver, I called and asked, he told I'll come within half an hour wait for some minute. Then after sometime he asked are you going to pay by cash or any coupon...if by coupon or ola register paying he told I won't come and if by cash only I ll come... After 45 mins I called the driver but he didn't pick up my call.. I was waiting there for nearly 1 hour.. Then again I called to the driver number.. He was speaking with some other person and I heard a busy tone.. Then after some time again I called then he didn't picked my call.. Is this a service... Very worst ola cab and.. Service is to satisfy the customer needs during their emergency... Wat is going on.. Very bad review on ola cabs

At present I am not required your services as I have my own vehicle. Hence i request you don't send any messages related to your services to my number. since I am not using the account and moreover I have shifted from madurai to vijayawada

It was literally a Hell Ride.I booked this cab for my wife and 10 month old son.After seating in the cab the driver told that he did not have enough fuel and that the car may stop anytime.He said he will now search for fuel and then drop her.He refused to switch on the AC citing no fuel.my wife requested to close the windows and switch on the AC as my 10 month old son was not well.but the driver refused.I too called the driver but he refused.After making multiple calls to customer care the driver agreed to drop her but without AC.I called again the customer care and then he finally switched on the AC for the last 1 kilometer of a 14 Kilometer Journey.And I paid such high price for the cab for such life threatning experience.

I want OLA to refund the excess price as it is unfair on their part to charge so much for such a poor poor service.

So much happened for this ride and still you charged me peak charges.where are your business ethics.

It is to take your kind notice that this ride was giving me a bitter and
bad experience as i have paid Rs200/- of parking fee at airport after
completion of ride the driver has not deducted the much amount from the
bill of Rs.789/- and collected Rs.789/- by hiding that issue is a
cheating, So pl. solve this issue and take action against the driver who
cheated me immediately otherwise we don't use ola cab in future and share
this experience to all my friends and people through the public media as it
gives me very painful experience to me.

This is the 2nd time in a week that I got a very inexperienced driver, my CRN[protected], the shocking thing was that when I called the driver, he was sleeping in Bihar. I reached my location and saw their was the cab, but the driver was someone else. He did not know how to operate his mobile and how to confirm the booking. But still I took the cab, but it was a pathetic ride, he was driving wreckesly, I use cab daily to come to office and seriously I don't want to die in a OLA cab. I have a corporate account and have told my company to change it to different service provider. Its not a request from my end, but an advice to see the quality of the drivers that you guys are choosing to drive your customers. The quality is going down, yes you guys are taking over the market quite well, but it will take 1 or 2 instance for the market to crash for you. Raise your quality or you guys will have to pay the price.

We used Ola app and booked taxi from isbt Shimla...we called driver named Nitin and he said he could come to isbt..so he said u come to crossing(bypaas) and I m there only.we said okay we will be there ...we walked long distance n finay reached crossing in half hour.but when I finally called him.he said he is in khalini.and talked rudely and hung up the phone.we tried calling him but he didn't pick our call.i want to fire strict complaint against this Ola driver!

I booked this pickup at 6 pm on 20 sep 16 for journey at 0400 hrs on 21sep 16 - this was acknowledged and 2 messages from ola promised driver details 15 min of journey time.

No car landed up - no message from ola. so at that time of the morning i had to walk around to locate a cab. this is a serious service failure and puts to doubt ola's ability to deliver.

Even my friendly local taxi driver does better!!

My driver avdesh singh doing duty 8 ola paying me total mbg 2500. But he did not paying anything. And he saying that its not complete duty one thing tell me if coustmer going to 3 to 4 km how i am riding extra km how i got my amount.

Please do something for ola.

I am user of your ola and mostly using it. On 18 sep 2016 i booked ola micro cab at 12.05 from patna junction. The cab boy divesh kumar pandit called me and told that i am coming 10 min. At the time of booking it was showing 8 min time.

He came at 12.30 pm and my ride start at 12.33 by crn number is[protected]
And traveled 6.5 km. My bill was rs 190. When i checked the ride time was showing start at 12.05 and end time 12.49 pm. As per my thinking by bill ride time should start at 12.33 when i gave crn. And by bill should be calculated on 20 min time. Is this a technical issue. Or you calculate like that only or it was done by cab boy can you please let me know.
