The ola autodriver who took me to Anna library shouted and berated me so much. When I called him to tell my address he was already shouting. How unmanageable and unprofessional behaviour ola have that while giving license to driver they don't have a background check and allow people's life in such irresponsible drivers.I went to Mumbai and booked a cab withCRN[protected]. The driver was highly unprofessional plus the cab condition was horrible. On highway or elevated areas the cab use to break down and brakes are not working. AC is not working.Asking about the horrible condition...

I took a ola pool cab and was about 0.75kms away from my destination but my driver received two ride requests and he accepted them. I requested him to better drop me first which would have taken just 5 mins and then pick them up as it was making my ride 5kms longer and 25mins extra. I left my wallet in an ola cab and i immediately call the driver and let him know about my wallet. but when i call him again he intentionally did not pick my call but when i complaint to ola and asked about his another number and called him with different number picked the call . this shows his malafide and again after knowing this is me calling from another number he switch the phone off again. ola customer care person was also on the conference...

I have booked a taxi date 30/08/2016 from New Delhi railway station. I had also got driver details and phone no.
For about 1 hour I was continuously calling the driver but he didn't pick the phone. Unfortunately, i have to take an auto to my destination. After about 2 hours I also got my fare details INR 126 with a thanks message. What a BS. Your drivers were doing personal business also.

My relatives had a flight from Pune airport on 12th September.
I booked an ola. Afroj ([protected]) White Vista MH13AX1198 talked to me and told me he would reach in 5 minutes. Next minute I received a message of cancellation of the cab.
Next I booked another cab Shankar ([protected]) iGrey Vista MH14CX3086.
Same result. On declaring the destination he too canceled the booking.

Yesterday night we book one OLA micro Cab from Parel to Dombivli, OLA CRN NO:[protected], normaly we pay for his rout to OLA micro Rs.600 to Rs.700 but yesterday we pay 1869 for same rout. So this is fully chitting so we request you to please take a action against OLA. So in future no one cheat OLA to hos costumer.

On Sept 4th I booked Ola for an out of station (New Delhi / NCR ) to a town in Uttar Pradesh a distance of 105Km. After the reservation we waited 30 min for driver to call us, he never called, when we called him he said he cancelled the trip, which is a bad experience in itself. So we made another reservation, this one like the previous one showed estimate of Rs[protected] for a 2 day round trip. The price seemed reasonable we took the trip....

I booked Ola outstation on 3rd September to visit Kolad. Journey date was 4th September. at the last moment they cancelled booking because of non availability of driver. since the car was booked well in advance, they could have search for driver in advance. but they told they start looking for driver one hour prior to the starting time of journey. Due to all this we got late for journey. also on last moment we got costlier cab. also we miss...

I booked a cab for my female friend at 04.04 am from Ola app on 12th Sep 2016. ( from Dongarpada, Rustomjee global city, virar TO virar station)

pick up was scheduled at 04.08 am by driver GHANSHYAM ([protected]) Silver Indica MH12KN1182.

i was calling driver to provide exact details so that he can easily reach to pick up location. i called him many time he never turned up. we waited for him around 26 mins. but...

I took ride from jogeshwari east to bhay ander west I got an estimation of rs 288...and when we reached bhayander west within one hour driver's phone was not getting on so he told us to pay the estimation amount and we paid him the estimation fee I.e. rs 288 but after sometime I received the amount to be payable is 194...so plzz refund my money I.e.rs.94.i hope uh vl do d needful soon....

The Cab drivers charged Rs. 60 extra in cash for parking from me whereas the same has been included in the bills. Necessary action against the cab drivers be initiated for cheating the customers under advice to me and refund this to me early

I booked the ola cab with CRN[protected]. Driver came home and my elderly in law entered the car. Driver then asked us to get down saying he got another ride and he want to cancel this trip. He also charged us for doing it. When my eldery in laws asked him why, he said got another booking. He started shouting at them to get down fast in bad words...

He illegal part is he also charged us for this to my ola acount.

Yesterday, on 9th September, at 5:38 pm, I took trip from shyamla hills, Bhopal to mahaveer giri Bhopal. My trip number was CRN[protected]. Driver dropped me on midway and started smoking cigarette. When asked to move ahead, he refused to go and stopped trip and asked for payment. When I resist to pay, he threatened me to hit hard. I complaint to ola support, but there is no response yet. First thing ola driver have no idea about proper service area.. I call ola customer care for service area detailsfrom running trip 9 august at 1am. Second thing is issue my last ride 9th august billing 1st 15 km 90 rupees its ok but problem is rest 23.6 km was 283.2 rupees (Crn[protected] why... If it is actual cost then it will be my last ride final.. And i want to close my account totally.....

Yesterday I booked micro cab from Chembur to Khargahr NaviMumbai. While boarding in to the cab driver also confirmed about the micro cab. After getting down at destination was very surprised to see the bill amount of Rs.653 /- which is almost double of the actual fare which I have been paid last two three rides. While checking the bill came to know that Fare increase Rs. 311.76 was charged additional. What is this fare...

As per Govt directive Ola has stopped surge pricing only on paper. They are still charging extra fares based on their own internal logic.

Take two examples.
Ride 1 cost is Rs 212 for distance of 9.4 KM and ride time of 23 mins
Ride 2 cost is Rs 192 for distance of 10.8 KM and ride time of 73 mins!!

So the surge pricing is there but not shown as per Govt directive.

Ola pool should never be used. Today was bandh at bangalore. I had booked an Ola share and was debited without even taking the service . It's only Rs 92. But the fact is i was cheated by Ola.
