Hi,

I was tracking my driver from last 6 days. He was not qualified for any incentive.

Kindly let me know which bookings are invalid for incentive. Please let me know as soon as possible. It is impacting both financially and morally.

Please check my last 6 days bookings. There should be some error. How it is possible for all six days. Whenever my car cross 16 bookings, your system says invalid bookings. Even we are not accepting same customer bookings twice.

    First of all you received the cash in advance but didn't provide me the drop at my scheduled location (OSN[protected] which is very unethical and compared as stealing or robbery.

    We have waited for more than 10 mins but the shared co-passenger didn't show up at the scheduled location and he asked the driver to pick up from a different location which was far away from my scheduled destination. (THIS IS NOT IN YOUR POLICY FOR OLA SHARE RIDES. PLEASE FIND THE ATTACHED NORMS FOR SHARE RIDE).

    And the shameless, illiterate, greedy punk i.e. the driver (who doesn't know how to operate the apps & follow the navigation) asked me and my wife to leave the cab middle of nowhere because he had to pick up the co-passenger since it's his business and asked us to wait until the co-passenger board to the cab. But as per policy we should wait for 3 minutes only. Do you have any control over your drivers?

    Most surprisingly, when I called the SOS service for his rudeness from the Ola apps, the ola representative started mocking me. I asked the full name of the representative but he did not disclose his full name (kept telling me Mohammed.. Mohammed.. mockingly)..

    It was the worst, insecure and unsafe journey I ever had in my life. I had to take an enormous mental pain and trauma for your unethical behavior. I'll never recommend ola if you are travellin with your family.

    This organization run by the bunch of fraud people. Shame on you guys!!..

    The person whom I had booked a cab, used abusive language and asked to cancel the ride. Worst behaviour by ola drivers. Strict action has to be taken against OLA for have such kind of employees. They do not evaluate the performance

    while return
    same in suv vehicle distance was charged 6.1 km and rs 237 was charged with distance showing 6.1 km

    for the same place

    how this difference in km it is like cheating the customer

      I've booked ola share cab on 17/09/2016 Saturday night from Guindy to Lakshmi Nagar Velachery. The cab came on time but the driver dropped me at Lakshmi Nagar Adambakkam and told this is the destination he got and deducted 50Rs fare from Ola money. I insisted him that this is not the actual place but he argued that this place is showing him in GPS for drop and he told me to call ola customer care. Then I called ola customer care and told this. The customer care guy is a moron. The customer care guy is telling that you have to check your GPS while booking and book another cab to go to actual place. But I've taken ola share to the same place more than 5 times but all the times they have dropped me in my location.
      The worst thing is my battery is 2% and I can't book any cab from ola. So I've taken an auto by paying 150Rs from there to reach my home. Why the hell I've to pay 200Rs for 5 odd kms. If I've taken auto in Guindy station itself I would have came home by paying 70Rs. It's not about money alone. As I know that location well I've reached home. What if I've booked cab in some unknown location or what if I've booked cab for my parents and they relatively new to chennai itself.

        I have been experiencing frequent denial of rides on my bookings .Cab drivers are trying different techinques to avoid rides and cancel, opting for better ones. They cant be choosy !!!.

        Inspite of complaining several times to OLA customer services they send out a standard email saying that they have registered our complaints and are going to take action on the driver and no further communication on closure of complaint.

          I m Roshan Kumar. My Mobile number ragistered with ola is [protected]. I have issue regarding my mbg for 12-13 September for Car no. HR38V 1996 .As per conversation by your CCE l am not received mbg becoz of invalid bookings. It is happening with me since last 4 or 5 days. As per discussion with my driver I don't have any invalid bookings.l collect cash from driver on dealy bases and everything was correct.l am so depressed by you guys. No one of you told me that which booking is invalid. How can you take any bookings and put it on invalid bookings. lt is not right sir. This time l just want my mbg for 12-13 September because I know that my all bookings is valid. If this happens it is not possible for me to earn profit even I am not able to recover my per day fuel expenses and driver salary. So please I request you to attend my case at priority bases and give me a reason to go on with ola cabs.

            I had booked mini olabcab ride at 1:41pm on 17sept 2016. Cab white Indica. Driver name: machindra bhal. My booking request was accepted. Driver did come to near pickup location. I had even called to determine exact location of the driver. However my request was cancelled randomly without any reason. Please ola stop this services if you are not well equipped to handle it.               I have booked an Ola Micro cab at Taurus Society, Evershine Last stop, Vasai (E), Palghar, Maharashtra-401208 on 17/09/2016 at midnight and I received a massage stating CRN No.[protected] with Driver name-Jaishankar (Mobile Number-[protected]) having Vehicle No.MH04ES8848 and the same was suppose to reach in 6 minutes. And after waiting for more than 6 minutes, when I called the Driver, he replied he can't come as he is having dinner.
              Than I started searching for Rikshaw in Rain.
              Thereafter I received one more massage stating same CRN number stating Driver name Zulfikar (Mobile Number-[protected]) having Vehicle Number MH01BT9705 and he was suppose to come in 8 minutes. I Gin waited for near-about 5 minutes and then called Driver (Zulfikar). He stated that he just dropped a customer and he is not from Vasai locality and therefore explain him locality.
              I therefore chose to Book a separate Vehicle instead of waiting for him once again in Rain.
              AT around 12.22 am on 17/09/16, I shocked to received a massage that Cancellation fees of Rs.25 will be charged on the next ride.
              I pray that I should be compensated for the same and no extra charge in next ride.

                I wanted to drop my relatives to the airport on 12th September evening.

                Booked ola.
                Afroj ([protected]) is on the way to your location in a White Vista MH13AX1198.
                After asking destination I got the message that can is cancelled.

                Booked another cab.
                Shankar ([protected]) is on the way to your location in a Grey Vista MH14CX3086.

                Same result - cancel

                3rd booking

                Gautam ([protected]) is on the way to your location in a White Dzire Tour MH14FC2851.

                After the guests sat in the cab. Driver asked destination. Airport - he refused to go.

                We wasted 40 minutes.

                If we depend on ola we will never reach the destination on time.

                Horrible service.
                Will never book ola again.
                Will remove app from phone.

                  I booked an Ola Cab Share (booking reference: OSN[protected] today morning and the Ola App showed that the Driver was 1 minute away. When I called the Driver, he said that he was far off and would take 12 to 15 minutes to reach. I told him that I was cancelling the ride and I cancelled the ride (reason: I changed my mind) within 2 minutes. Yet I was charged a cancellation fee of Rs. 25 on my next ride. Cancellation fee can be charged if I cancel the ride 5 minutes after booking it or if the driver waits for more than 5 minutes and I do not show up. Cancellation fee cannot be charged if Ola provides wrong information that the cab is just 1 minte away when it is actually 12-15 minutes away and the cancellation is done in less than 2 minutes after the ride is confirmed. This is higly unethical and unfair on the part of Ola nd they are penalising me for their own mistake.

                    Today i booked ola share for 2 persons .
                    myself and my wife . one year old kid also there with us .

                    i booked ride from tambaram to okiyam pet in chennai .ola share shown me 195 rs for the ride cost .

                    i called driver and he came . when i get in to the car the driver asked why it is showing 195 rs for me ? i told him it is share drive so it is showing like this.
                    he landed the cab in the corner of the road and told me i have to wait for one more share booking . i called ola customer care and told them the situation that the driver not started yet and its been more than 20 min .

                    customer care informed driver to move to drop us . the driver started the cab and moving only 20KM speed . i asked him why are you driving in 20 km speed it is dead slow please go fast .

                    " i can not go as your wish " he replied . i told him " i did not ask you to drive any abnormal speed . just go in a normal speed why are you going in 20 KM speed . he said i need one more booking i can not come for 195 rs .

                    i told him if you are not willing to come then you should have cancelled this ride you should not do like this .
                    he replied " you should not ask any questions to me ask ola care what ever you want be quite in my car . i asked him to stop the car . he refused to stop and going 20 KM speed . i tried to open the door then he stopped i called ola care and informed them that i feel un secure and the call got disconnected in between .

                    i told driver that i do not want to continue this trip and i am ready to pay the amount ."even though we moved only 2 KM i will pay you full amount just leave us " I told to driver .

                    driver replied " you complained about me i can not give your luggage lets wait till the ola call you back or call them again . myself and my wife were in the middle road with our kid . it was really worst day for us .
                    driver again and again asking why did you book shared drive . you wanted to save your money but i don want to come for 195 rs . i dont know why ola enabled this sahred drive option and the driver shouted at me for booking shared drive. the driver used many local language bad words and told me you can not do anything

                    . if you want to go police go or if you want to complaint ola do it .

                    i am middle class and i do not have time to follow police station and complain and all . but i dont want anyone to suffer like me in future with drivers like him . now i thinking what i could have done if he locked the doors and took the car to somewhere else like his area or some rowdy area ??

                    can OLA answer me ?? is this the way the drivers behave with the passangers ??

                    another important news is "I booked UBER from the same place and the charge was only RS 112 and it was not shared drive "

                    i CAN say UBER IS 1000000 TIMES BETTER THAN OLA

                      I book a ola cab but driver will choose long route and he drive with in 44 mints 26.5km in kolkata road.but i saw in map my destination only just 10km.why ola drivers can do that and its very bad for my ride.ola will charge for 342 rs but when i book other cabs they will charge for this ride just only 200 rs.

                        I took a cab on 15th Sept 2016. Driver told that his mobile is not working so he didnt started my journey. And when I reached my destination he charged me 300 when I told I had applied coupon of rs 100 off then that he replied 50 rs off will be given and took 250 from me. I am a regular passenger of that route and max amount can be 150 rs.
                        I made a complaint that the driver has taken extra money 250rs. OLA cust care told they will refund my money witjin 3 hrs but still they have not returned.
                        I tried calling the driver numerous times but he did not answered my call.

                        I need this to be sorted out, i need my money back, its really very disgusting when driver lies and company doesnt supports us, its totally not acceptable. You should stop your service everyday we can see many people are complaining regarding your service your drive etc.

                          12th September 2016, I have recharged my mobile through OLA recharge app. As per mobile app it is showing I will get Rs.80 talk time against recharge of Rs.80.00. The screenshot of the same attached for your reference. But actually I got only recharge value of Rs.60. I am very much upset about this. They are requested to return my money as they are cheating general public like me through wrong information. Please take it seriously and arrange to return my money at the earliest.

                            Some of the drivers use my number to book a drive and they cancel themselves and count their trips. This is been happening from past 3-4 months. I have daily receive a lot of sms for Ola cab booking.

                            Kindly take serious actions, since its irritating me to get trip messages from drivers and they cancel themselves.

                              This is to inform you guys that on 08th Sept 2016.
                              I made a complaint that the driver has taken extra money 1000rs.

                              The Ola team is not helping me at all,
                              I tried calling the driver numerous times but he did not answered my call.

                              Today Ola says they has checked and driver has not taken any extra money.
                              Why would the driver admit that he has got 1000 rupees extra.

                              I need this to be sorted out, i need my money back, its really very disgusting when driver lies and company supports them, its totally not acceptable.

                                My wife with our new born kid booked a cab on 4th September with a Ride later option (@1030 pm) from Tnagar to Pallavaram.

                                The cab booked was mini (indica), there were 4 pax + 4-5 small luggage( can easily be accommodated in Indica).

                                The driver came at 10.30 and started shouting looking at the number of passengers and the luggage, he asked us to cancel the trip. We booked the cab with ride later to be sure that we get a cab. We started telling the driver that we came by same type of car and all the luggage were easily accommodated.

                                He started threatening my wife that he will file a police complaint, we didn't budge. We immediately called Ola customer care and started telling them the problem, they immediately sent another INDICA and we boarded and left.

                                I want you to take serious action on Manikandan (driver - TN22CR5245) for such a rude behaviour to a female and that too with a new born kid. I can provide the CRN number if required.

                                  I am a customer of ola. I have rs.395 as balance in my ola money account. But today, when i booked ola cabs mini/micro, the first question they asked was whether i wished to pay money through cash/credit. When i told them that i intended to pay money through ola money since i have sufficient balance, they cancelled the journey. Though i tried to confirm the booking using my phone using the appropriate numbers, the itinerary was cancelled. Now, i am unable to book micro/mini in this city because i intend to pay through ola money.in the end, i had to take an auto to my house. It happened twice, my question is, what is the use of having a wallet called ola money? I am unable to book any further travels at coimbatore because drivers do not wish to accomodate customers who wish to pay through ola money.

                                    The ola autodriver who took me to Anna library shouted and berated me so much. When I called him to tell my address he was already shouting. He hung up on me twice while I was telling him directions, he didn't even listen completely. Third time when he called he shouted asking where I am. I was like you have to take a left and come inside I am there. You have hung up twice. I told him I ll cancel the ride if he can't find the way. He said no I am coming. He came and shouted and ridiculed me. He was like don't you know the name of the address properly, can't you tell the address properly. He shouted at me in front of the watchmen, other auto walas and all😪. He screamed so much. Told how dare you cancel the ride. Pay me 40 bucks that my metre reads if you want to cancel. I was like you can't turn the meter on before itself it's wrong. He kept shouting and didn't let me cancel. Then he took me and throughout he kept shouting yaar. Told the same thing 10 times "You should tell the address properly, how dare you cancel, blah blah" even when I got down at Anna library he shouted and told the same thing another 3 times. 😭 it was extremely rude of him. Just because one forgets to tell the name of the apartment, it really does not mean he can ridicule a passenger amidst so many others on tge road. Being a sensitive girl, i felt like crying and my voice was quivering for which he replied, "if you cry i ll get more angry" His name is Babu auto number TN06B8798
                                    I was charged 25for my cancellation but driver was very late and my family was standing on road .on ola app it was given 7mins but till 15mins late he didnt came and he didn't called also.my account is anujraj.[protected]@gmail.com.and my mobile no.                                       How unmanageable and unprofessional behaviour ola have that while giving license to driver they don't have a background check and allow people's life in such irresponsible drivers.I went to Mumbai and booked a cab withCRN[protected]. The driver was highly unprofessional plus the cab condition was horrible. On highway or elevated areas the cab use to break down and brakes are not working. AC is not working.Asking about the horrible condition of cab, the driver notified saying the servicing of cabs were not undertaken and ola company asked them to remain on roads with such cabs. They are forced to take rides eventually know the cab can break down anytime. The cab was stopped by the Mumbai traffic police due to unprofessional driving and he managed the situation by giving bride. How could you people risk the passengers life by giving to those learners or in more appropriate words unprofessional drivers license to ride cabs on the road. In fact after complaints they immediate actions are never undertaken.Also the charges are too high.

                                      It's high time when you start looking into this matter in strict devise manner and take appropriate steps.
                                      Firstly the ola server was down and therefore the driver was forced to waste my time. Secondly I paid the driver the money by cash but ola deducted rs 194 from Ola money. CRN[protected]. Kindly return my money back.

                                        I took a ola pool cab and was about 0.75kms away from my destination but my driver received two ride requests and he accepted them. I requested him to better drop me first which would have taken just 5 mins and then pick them up as it was making my ride 5kms longer and 25mins extra. But he continued to do in his way brazenly and ignored us. When i said that i will lodge a complaint against you to ola for your abusive and harsh behaviour he said he doesn't care about it as ola doesn't heed to any complaint while you are sharing the ride. He said he doesn't perform his duty fearing the complaints and he is not afraid of ola. I mean this is just ridiculous if ola has given such authority to his drivers to abuse and misbehave with the passengers. I expect appropriate action against him so that he get a lesson on how to behave when you are travelling with a female passenger in your cab. In case no action is taken, i have to take other legal actions against him which may involve all o[censored]s including ola as the stakeholder.
