I booked a ola cab from madiwala on a accurate location . I had been waiting for the cab from 10 mins whn he was just 2 mins frm my location. I saw on the map that he was almost near n then i called him and asked if he was coming and said a landmark he replies me rudely that hes in kormangla n cnt cm to my location. When on map hes in my location. He was SUPER RUDE and he cuts my call.

Then i booked another cab and the driver arrived in jst a minute on my exact location. He was polite and the ride was comfortabl.

But then i m charged rs. 50 extra for cancelling my previous booking when the driver himself denied to come that to when hes on my location and fooled me around. Well rs. 50 wouldnt matter to me but for the drivers Rudeness i want my refund of what ola charged me for canelling his booking that to on his denial. PLEASE take action against this driver. Below are the details of booking.

    Hello

    I booked a cab for Airport pickup on 2nd Sep 2016. The cab came 20 mins late however I was waiting at the gate. The cab picked me up immediately and exited the airport gate within 5 mins.

    However OLA has charged me 100 rupees extra for toll charges. The driver didn't pay any money at the toll gate.

    When I mailed OLA and asked for the receipt of the toll charge they were not able to produce it.

      Hi team,

      This is with regard to the issue happened at ola cabs - chennai today - 04th sep 2016.

      A. I had traveled a distance of 11 kms.
      B. The ride was on a mini mode of cab.
      C. On closure, the meter showed a rate of rs. 140/-
      D. Paid same.
      E. The driver argued that it was charged lesser on comparison to the expected fare of the ride.
      F. There was no bill generation nor any notification from ola on same.
      G. The driver made an argument to pay an excess of rs. 90/-.
      I. I denied as there was no evidence
      J. Later, as he was insisting the same - wanted to create a record of the balance payment, did a recharge for his prepaid number.
      K. Both snapshots are attached.

      I would have paid all in peace but the records and details weren't as expected.

      Please have this query answered.

        On the dated 04/09/2016 (yesterday) I had a flight from Bangalore to Kolkata ( Jet Airways, Trip ID - [protected]). So I booked an Ola Cab in advance at 8.04am to start at 11am to have a safe journey from Electronic City Phase 2 for Bangalore Airport. I got a message from Ola that it will send me cab details before 15 minutes of the journey (CRN[protected]. I got a confirmation message at 10.45am with the details like Driver Name - Guruvendra with cab number as KA01AC7735. I was travelling with my family, wife and my infant child, with two big luggage. But when we went to the cab the driver said that there is a breakdown and asked me to book another cab. Then he cancelled the trip and the trip was rescheduled with a different cab (Driver Name - Nagesha, contact# - [protected], Cab Number - KA51C4534, Figo). In the meantime Guruvendra booked another cab for us and asked us to board that cab. I was in dilemma what to do here. So I called the Ola Support and they asked me not to board that cab arranged by Guruvendra. So we were waiting for Nagesha. He came around 11.40am stating that he went to some other direction and that caused the delay. He was very much harsh by nature from the beginning and was talking to me in a loud tone. However, we boarded the cab and soon after he asked me whether to go by electronic city flyover or down. I preferred to go down the flyover as it could avoid the toll tax. While going further somewhere in a petrol station, he parke his cab and demanded Rs500 immediately. It never happened to me before that an Ola driver is demanding money before finishing the trip. So I called again the Ola Support and the lady asked me to pay Rs100-200 only and not Rs500. I was going to give that money but in the meanwhile he started the cab again. Then what he did was really never expected to us. He took us to a remote place somewhere under the flyover where nobody was there and there was a heap of garbage and told us that there is a car breakdown and he cannot go, so we must get down there. But we refused to get down there as it was a safety concern for my family. I again contacted the Ola support and requested them repeatedly that I am going to miss my flight if they can't book me another cab from there but she asked me that I have to book another Ola cab without helping us. I tried to book another cab but no car was available through the apps in the spot. Then I booked an Ola Share (Driver Name - Sunil H C, OSN[protected] but he rejected to pick us to airport saying that Ola Share cannot take us there. So I had to search for different Cab facility. But it was very hard to stop any car in the midway. My child started vomiting as the garbage smelt badly. We requested Nagesha to take us to at least some place from where we can get a cab but he was heartless to do that too. We were feeling very much helpless. Finally I got a cab with double charge personally. When we got down from Nagesha's cab, he demanded Rs 208 for the trip! I felt so embarrassed that I went to call the police. Suddenly he started his cab and escaped. Finally when we reached the airport, we could not get the flight. I again called the Ola Support demanding the refund of my airfare but they just expressed sympathy and told me that they will take necessary action against the driver so that it does not happen again but cannot refund me anything. We narrated everything to the police line there in the airport and they suggested me to lodge an FIR against Ola Service. But as my child was not feeling well, we had to come back to our Electronic City home. So I could not get time to do that. I request you to please take strict step against Ola Cab and its services due to this sort of service and harassment and the proper compensation I had to bear for the entire incident.

          I am using cab most of the time and charges is very high...sometime it is more than rs 30 per km...

          Noida City Centre to Guar City Extenstion ...it is hardly 9 km and i paid the amount rs. 240

            Several Ola drivers across cities which i visited, insisted for cash payment citing reason that they don't receive money from Ola even after a few days, hence they run out of cash to fuel their cars. One or two even said they are ready to offboard me immediately if payment mode is Ola money.
            As a consumer should I care about what goes on between Ola company and their employees? My simple purpose of having Ola money is for convenience and to get rid of exact change problems.

              Yesterday i.e.[protected] i had booked a cab through ola and the rate details which was mentioned was 2.6 times of the charges. Very often this is happening and is atrocious. When someother service provider(FAST TRACK) is able to provide normal tariff for the same distance, OLA is trying to make money by giving filthy reasons like peak hour. Very poor attitude by such a company.

                Yesterday i had very bad experience from ola . I live in ghaziabad and want to go faridabad. I booked cab to go there butcab driver said that he did nt have mcd pass so he cant go .. And canclled trip, then i booked another cab and this time driver was very.. He asked me where i want to go .. And i told him abt my destination . Then i wait him out side my house for 30 min and he did not come nor answered my phone call . And suddenly i got call that ivr that i cab was canceled (I wait for him more then 30 min out side ) then i booked one more cab . I called drive and asked how much u will take to come here . Instead given answered he asked abt my destination which i told me again . Then what he say . There would be filling water on road and i will not go i[censored] want to cancelled u can do .I dont care and hangup . I was out side on road for past 45 min and i just keep trying to book cab . Then finally one good driver pick me and drop there ...That unprofessional driver crn[protected]Naman arora), crn[protected] kailash.. But problem is not these people, problem in ola incentive policy ..They all want to make easy money and only do short trip so they can make 9 trip soon and make incentive .Thats why they dont care abt us and be smart ass . Believe me these problem are facing many people . I[censored] all make good incentive plan for long trip .. Atlest u can improve ur service.. Think abt it . And if not .. Today i denied ola from my phone .. 2moro some one else do ..

                  OLA cab was supposed to report at 9.00 am, whereas I got a message only at 9.29 am that the "Driver Ranjit ([protected]) is on the way to your location in a white Swift Dzire WB51B1735."
                  Since then, I was not getting any information from OLA and got frustrated. Ultimately I had to travel by other means.
                  We do not expect to be mis-informed by your website.

                    Hi,

                    I just want to bring in your notice that from 25-Aug-16 I am highly disappointed from your services . Drivers denies the duty and they say on my face that go ahead and do whatever you want to do . As per them OLA needs drivers they don't need OLA . Few things I want to highlight .

                    1. First question they ask whats the drop point and they give the confirmation accordingly.
                    2. They ask how would you pay cash or OLA money .
                    3. When i call the driver after booking the cab they say its custmomer's job to call us after booking the cab .
                    4. They deny saying i have don't have Gas or fuel in the cab.
                    5. I can't go to your destination as I just returned from the same location.
                    6. I am driving from last 12 -14 Hours Its my LOG out time . They say i accepted the duty thinking it was near my place
                    7. OLA app shows 2 Minuted and drivers say I am 15-20 KMS away .

                    I just want to ask is it drivers Drive the OLA Policy or OLA ? Drivers are so fearless they simply say I'll withdraw my cab from OLA and attach to UBER or some other company .

                    On the top of that OLA customer care represntatives just read the scripts and don't provide and resolution . When asked for a Supervisor even they repeat the same words which the first reprentative says .When i ask them to get in touch with the drivers when driver denies the duty or driver doesn't answer OLA reprentatives ask me to book another cab and the same story repeats again and again . On 25-Aug-16 I booked 8 cabs and only 1 Cab reached and it took me 4 Hours to reach office wherein it takes only 30-45 Minutes.If OLA isn't not able to manage its staff sorry OLA show will not run longer . If somebody responsible reads the mail get back to me on 03-Sep-16 after 5 PM .

                      Since 2 years o[censored]ber/Ola travelling experience I have never faced the issue like this. Due to delay in the cab I had to cancelled the cab than the driver called me and started to abuse and used all the possible slang and not only that he also threatened that he would have killed me if i was around to his reach. I was SHOCKED ! to observe this kind of behavior. I will take it very seriously if the issue not escalate to the higher authority. I am going to lodge an FIR again the driver and Ola if they will not take any action soon.

                        I had booked OLA Cab on 31 Aug Afternoon from Home/Leela Palace Hotel;& driver name is Mr Pradeep
                        When after 15 minutes of waiting, the drive NEVER SELF RUNG UP or taxi showed up, I dialed his given number
                        Besides being very rude, he informed me that he was filling CNG & cannot reach before half hour
                        When I asked him, why Could he not Inform me OR cancelled duty with OLA for same, HE started yelling at me & told me ...to do what I wished to do

                        Subsequently I again booked another Ola Cab (booking ref CRN[protected] for same destination to Leela Palace & driver reached on time

                        However I have been charged Rs 50/- by OLA COMPANY for no fault of mine & request you to adjust in next booking

                          I am a regular customer of Ola Cabs services. My mobile no. is [protected] / [protected]. I booked on 18th August 23.14 for a ride on 19th August for 5.00 AM, the message came with CRN[protected] scheduled for 19th August 5.30 AM. Actually I wanted to travel at 5.00AM. Again I booked for 5.00 AM for that day and the message again came as 5.30 AM. So I booked Ola cabs only, on 19th 4.40 AM and taken a ride by 5.00AM. in the car TN094059 driver's name Silambarasan. But I received the messages as cancellation charges of Rs.50.
                          Actually it is not my mistake to cancel the trip. it is because your booking fault. when I book for 5 AM, you are giving the time as 5.30 AM. Within a minute i am booking again, the same mistake appears. that is the reason i had to cancel the trip and travelled in Ola cabs only by booking the option "Ride Now".
                          This cancellation charge Rs.50 was collected in my 26th August trip.
                          Why should I pay when there is no fault on my side. Pl. examine it and let me know.

                            Here i would like to highlighted the drivers behaviors in ola cab. Today morning i had book ola cab in gurgaon. After 10 minutes i made call to driver. First thing it's driver responsibility to make a call to customer. Any way i made call and driver told me to cancel the cab. I asked the reason then he start abused me..
                            He was abused me around 2-3 minutes..

                            This kind of behaviors are not acceptable

                              I have booked OLA cab yesterday morning as I am on an early morning shift and my login time is 05:00 am.. I booked your cab and I called your driver and he said he is coming in my pick up point within 10 minutes. I have waited for about 20 minute and then I called your Cab driver.. he said he will be there in the next 10 minutes.. OMG.. I called him again after 20 minute.. I called him around 8 to 9 times and he has not responded.. instead he has disconnected my call..

                              Now imagine.. I am in a critical situation wherein I need a cab urgently and your cab driver is giving me the same response..

                              I been marked absent just because of your service.

                              I am sure I am gonna escalate this matter in consumer or else I need a confirmation that the driver have got immediately suspended from his job.

                              Please let me ASAP.

                                Hi

                                I book four cabs from Gurgaon Railway station to Sector 31 (distance 6.7km) on 15 Aug 2016.

                                1 Cab 1 - Charged was Rs131
                                2. Cab 2 charged was Rs137
                                3. Cab 3 charged was Rs 129

                                However the cab four below was charged @Rs451. I booked a mini cab however the same has been upgraded to Sedan. Moreover, the driver took 16km and 42 min to cover the distance at 5.30am in the morning. On enquiring, the driver said that he was not aware of the route and hence he was moving around Gurgaon. The name of the drive that came for pick up was Pawan Kumar, however the message that came to my mobile number was showing Satpal ([protected]).

                                I raised a request for refunding the excess amount charged for the excess travelling done due to the inefficiency of the driver and OLA has refunded Rs52 but still Rs 399 is too much for distance of 6.7km.

                                I send several emails, however OLA customer care is not responding to any of the email.

                                Appreciate if you could help me with that.

                                      Today I booked a cab and cab didn't arrive.. Later I got a message that it was cancelled and 50 is charged for it...I tried the number which was given to me...it was not on reach...I have the log details in my phone.
                                      I have to book again and that cab arrived on time..
                                      So what I have to do for this...

                                        My Ola account has been blocked without any notice and on writing an email to support, the response was due to violation of policy. But the service provider failed to provide the details as to what has been exactly violated despite several follow ups requesting for the information.

                                        Further, i have certain balance in the OLA wallet which the company claims to be non refundable in case of a blocked account.

                                        The only resolution that they have is to create a new email id and use a new telephone number to utilize the services rather than addressing the problem.
