I booked the ola cab with CRN[protected]. Driver came home and my elderly in law entered the car. Driver then asked us to get down saying he got another ride and he want to cancel this trip. He also charged us for doing it. When my eldery in laws asked him why, he said got another booking. He started shouting at them to get down fast in bad words...

He illegal part is he also charged us for this to my ola acount.

I need an explanation, loss of money, loss of time and misbehaior from driver. I like to press at least 2 lakhs for the damage...

    Yesterday, on 9th September, at 5:38 pm, I took trip from shyamla hills, Bhopal to mahaveer giri Bhopal. My trip number was CRN[protected]. Driver dropped me on midway and started smoking cigarette. When asked to move ahead, he refused to go and stopped trip and asked for payment. When I resist to pay, he threatened me to hit hard. I complaint to ola support, but there is no response yet. I immediately tried to call ola support but it was busy and I was getting late.

      First thing ola driver have no idea about proper service area.. I call ola customer care for service area detailsfrom running trip 9 august at 1am. Second thing is issue my last ride 9th august billing 1st 15 km 90 rupees its ok but problem is rest 23.6 km was 283.2 rupees (Crn[protected] why... If it is actual cost then it will be my last ride final.. And i want to close my account totally..

        my security guard paid him 1500 rupees and now he claimed he didnt even come to kamanahali

        now he claimed he didn't drop us

        check your server and see if he came here to kamanahali or not now he claimed he never dropped us

        he took 1500 rupees from my security, next day we called him he cliamed he never took any drop to kamanahali

        Kindly confirm same from your server if he came here or not from kothanur

          Dear Sir,
          Yesterday I booked micro cab from Chembur to Khargahr NaviMumbai. While boarding in to the cab driver also confirmed about the micro cab. After getting down at destination was very surprised to see the bill amount of Rs.653 /- which is almost double of the actual fare which I have been paid last two three rides. While checking the bill came to know that Fare increase Rs. 311.76 was charged additional. What is this fare increase? Why? How suddenly the fare got increase? This seems to be some kind of hidden charges forced on passenger. If I would have been traveled by Kali pili / Tab cab definitely the charges will lesser than this.
          Please find details of travelling as below and request your good office to take necessary note of this to refund additional charge. Expecting your favorable reply.

            As per Govt directive Ola has stopped surge pricing only on paper. They are still charging extra fares based on their own internal logic.

            Take two examples.
            Ride 1 cost is Rs 212 for distance of 9.4 KM and ride time of 23 mins
            Ride 2 cost is Rs 192 for distance of 10.8 KM and ride time of 73 mins!!

            So the surge pricing is there but not shown as per Govt directive.

            This is a clear case of cheating to the Govt by not showing surge pricing on the bill.

Car ka number dl1rt 8442 tha jo ki [protected] se book ki gayi thi. Pahle to kaafi wait karne k baad driver aaya or jab aaya to uski car me ac na hone ke karan mene ushe bola k car me ac nahi h. To usne kaha ye car ese he hai or ye micro me book hai to bina ac ke bhi iska charge costly hai. Fir bhi me ready ho gaya car me jane ke liye. Par uski car me mosquito bhi the wo ke kafi paresan kar rhe the. Mere kahne par ki is car me mosquito hai bhaiya to usne kaha ye to har jagha milenge delhi me. Is tarha ki wording ka wo lagatar use kar rha tha or car me smoking kar rha tha. Or wo drunk bhi tha. Uski itni halat or batmiji dek mene car ko rok kar cab cancel karne ko kaha jo ke sirf 700 meter he chali thi. Jiska usne mujhse 97 rupees charge kiya or mere punchne par ki ye itna bill kaise hua to bola k me apne ghar se bil nahi banwata hu. Or ye dena he padega. Meri wife us driver ke drunk hone k karan kafi dar gayi or mujhe bill pay karna pada. Coustmer care par jab mene baat ki to ola cab ki sofia biswas ne mujhe kaha k apko payment karni he padegi kuch b ho.
              Or driver ne coustmer care executive se jhut b kaha ke uski car me ac hai. Driver itna nashe me dhutt tha ki usse khada b nahi hua jaa rha tha

              Sir or mam me apse bus yahi request hai please ese drivers ke saath sakti se pesh aaye. Ese he drivers k karan women delhi me safe nahi h. Rape or chedkhani ka darr unhe satata hai. Sir please aap ek strict action le is driver or ola can k against.

                Ola pool should never be used. Today was bandh at bangalore. I had booked an Ola share and was debited without even taking the service . It's only Rs 92. But the fact is i was cheated by Ola.

                We are sorry to know that you have been charged for the ride that you have not taken.

                Post validating, we were informed that the driver had picked 2 passengers for whom the booking was made and post confirming the CRN number, he had picked them from "276, 100 Feet Rd, HAL 2nd Stage, Doopanahalli, Indiranagar, Bengaluru" and dropped to "86/3/4, Coles Rd, Cleveland Town, Pulikeshi Nagar, Bengaluru". hence, we will not be able to process any refund with this regard.

                  With reference to our ride from Bangalore International Airport to Yeshwanthpur (Platinum City) on dated 1st Sept.2016 by vehicle no KA02AC9711 driver name Dileep ([protected]), I would like to inform you the driver has cheated us by taking extra charges of Toll fee Rs. 120/- apart from the total bill no CRN[protected] of Rs. 921/- which include the toll fee of Rs. 120/-.

                  The above said act of driver is unethical and cheating.

                  Kindly register our complain and take appropriate action and refund the excess amount collected by the driver in the name of toll fee charge extra.

                    I had booked an auto by number tn14bo659 & krn[protected] name. Mr. Suresh. N.. By few miniuets i'm getting a mesg that the driver him self cancelled booking.. Don't you think he has responsibility to call me...1.. He hasn't call me at all...2. When i called him he is saying "why should l call?"..3.. He is just not bothered talking about charges between him & the company..

                    ! 1. H has wasted my time unnecessarily.
                    ! 2. He was rude enough.

                    Booked around 3-4 cabs as rentals and got very poor response from driver's side. As a customer with the belief of your services has been disappointed and also request you to remove rental service as I believe now that this company is unable to provide.

                      Yesterday, i booked Ola cab. Driver with this cab was unprofessional. He dont know how to drive and about destination. Because of this i missed my Bus to Dehradun.

                      I dropped this cab in mid of the way and booked other cab. In result of this i reached my boarding point late and missed my bus.

                      Please take strict action against this Cab Owner and Cab Driver.

                      Nowadays Ola has started giving booking in the Delhi Airport Area without mentioning cab numbers and driver details. It says board and cab standing there in the pickup point. Now the problem is that most of the drivers do bot stand near pick up points but lark their cars nearby. They have agents who come and ask is that ola, when we say yes, they say they can provide cab but will go only if we pay in cash and cancel ola booking as they save commission. And it was true, ola cab was standing around 200 meters and they took my luggage.

                      The problem is that once wr book cab, we do not get any information and at times i have waited for more than 45 minutes to get a cab.

                      Please check this wrong practicea where your agents and ola drivers are involved

                      Nowadays Ola has started giving booking in the Delhi Domestic Airport Area without mentioning cab numbers and driver details. It says board any cab standing there in the pickup point. Now the problem is that most of the drivers do not stand near pick up points but Park their cars nearby. They have Ola agents who come and ask is that ola, when we say yes, they say they can provide cab not through ola but privately and payment will be same in cash and cancel ola booking as they save commission. And it was true, ola cab was standing around 200 meters and they took my luggage.

                      The problem is that once we book cab, we do not get any information and at times i have waited for more than 45 minutes to get a mini cab as others coming say they are booked or ask u where r u going, is it ola money etc etc and go without picking. Ola Agents are either muke spectators or participants in that.

                      Please check this wrong practices and depute your genuine people. Your agents and ola drivers are involved and duping you also and at the same time since GPS tracking is also not there, safety can be an issue.

                        Hello sir or madam, I m facing some problems on ur ola service.. most o[censored]r drivers are new. They don't know about straight route.. And today I have urgent work at manesar 1st I waited for cab around 10 to 15 minute after that I called driver n I said I want to go manesar... Drivers replied it is so far cancelled the ride I don't want to go...after that driver called me u pay by cash or ola money... that is non of his business... ... So Plz bree[censored]r drivers how to behave with customer or own duty... Thanks

                          I booked a prime cab on thursday, 8 Sept 2016, around 3 pm from my office in central Mumbai. Almost immediately afted booking I received a message fro. Ola that I had been uograded and now an SUV will pick me up. The Ola app provided the uograded car's details and driver's phone number. The driver being new to the area, I guided him to the pick up point which took a while.After we started from the pick up point, some 10 minutes after booking, I received a phone call from some other driver. I told him I was already in the cab Ola had sent. Then I received an sms from Ola that I will have to pay cancellatio charges. I call this fraudulent.

                            Hi.. Yesterday I took a cab "share travel". There was a mobile phone in the car and I handed over to the driver. I had insisted repeatedly asking him to call n let know the passenger abt this however he kept repeating one statement, that it is not my business n I shd leave the cab after paying. Then he cald Cust numb n person on the other side also insisted to carry on with my business n to comply with the driver.. U can't b this rude.. How mean..

                            Today I had travelled thru ola auto and the meter charge was 37 while the driver charged 60. Wen I asked the reason he said meter was not working n started using filthy language. I had no choice n it was a lonely place. Hence wanted to get away n paid him the amt.

                              Hi,

                              After talking to 5 drivers of Ola I got a cab for travel.
                              Earlier i traveled from Mumbai to Kalyan i was charged 750 RS
                              Today again i traveled from Mumbai to kalyan and they have charged me 1650 Rs
                              Their cust service is very poor .

                              This was a very bad experience that i have faced today.
                              I want the reimbursement of the money that i have paid.

                              If i dont get proper response i will put this in Social media websites and inform everyone that they dont use Ola ..

                                I used ola cab on 4th sep at 2.15pm ;that was no peak hour and also i have not requested for peak booking and that was my normal requirement only.

                                No message was received after booking and also no information about the peak hour booking.
                                Driver called and came after sometime and also not informed about any peak hour charges applicable.

                                While get down from the cab only we came to know the charges 3times higher than normal rate. that was rs.900 instead rs.300 for the same route.
                                Atlast i have paid rs.900
                                It was very old car and also very poor condition inside ;no a/c effect.

                                The cab was not at all worth to pay this much of amount.

                                My suggestion to ola; don’t cheat prime customer like us and follow the below points to avoid this type issue with customer.
                                • even if it available in apps for pick charges, also should send the auto message for 3times higher charges applicable.
                                • also instruct drivers to inform the applicable tariff to customer before start.
                                • display “rate meter” required to see the amount then & there in all cab while journey like other cabs (example : fast track).

                                  I have booked OLA cab on 7th Sep around 10 pm for next day morning 5:15 am...as I have to go to station for shatabti express at 6 :10... for which I got the confirmation message...in morning around 5:25...i got a call from companies automatic call system, that I have canceĺled my Booking.I have confirmed immediently that i have not cancelled it...then they intimated me that an action will be taken against the driver...
                                  As I were getting late...i again booked a cab with a ride now option...again I got the details of the same driver

                                  This is not a complaint, only a suggestion to improve the app. When we track the ride, the map is stationary. It has to be moved manually by user. Can it be made automatic so we can see the cab at a glance. Thanks.

                                    I pre booked a cab for my travel.
                                    Roughly 3 hours before..
                                    They said that you will be notified regarding details of taxi and driver 15 minutes prior to ride.
                                    Then finally 10 minutes before ride message came that no driver is available so your ride is cancelled.
                                    It caused a lot of trouble for me as I didn't had any other transport available to travel that time and took me a lot of time to reach home and reached late at night.

                                      I have booked a OLA cab from Maruthi mandir vijaynagara to hebbal flyover, total distance 15km approx, but its charged 185rs, also it was showing waiting charges, where I haven't put on waiting, i need justification as soon as possible, if not I will approach media, like tv9 news channel, also OLA has to reveal the details, OLA cabs cheating the common people...
                                      The most disgusting thing about this company is that they cancel the booked ride just before your scheduled time.. And then you suffer the whole day ..

                                        I booked this cab on 4.04 today.
                                        He came and picked my mother.
                                        After 20 min I received I msg from ola. This booking is cancelled from driver.
                                        I booked from vasant kunj to medanta Hospital.
                                        On mahipalpur driver said give money right now other wise I won't go. He stopped cab there in 15 min. I complained on customer care of ola. But you don't have any security system. Your customer care is not helping.
                                        I will register you complaint against ola.
                                        Am appealing to everyone don't use olx.
