I pre booked a cab for my travel.
Roughly 3 hours before..
They said that you will be notified regarding details of taxi and driver 15 minutes prior to ride.
Then finally 10 minutes before ride message came that no driver is available so your ride is cancelled.
It caused a lot of trouble for me as I didn't had any other transport available to travel that time and took me a lot of time to reach home and reached late at night.

    I have booked a OLA cab from Maruthi mandir vijaynagara to hebbal flyover, total distance 15km approx, but its charged 185rs, also it was showing waiting charges, where I haven't put on waiting, i need justification as soon as possible, if not I will approach media, like tv9 news channel, also OLA has to reveal the details, OLA cabs cheating the common people...
    The most disgusting thing about this company is that they cancel the booked ride just before your scheduled time.. And then you suffer the whole day ..

      Once you board the cab please share CRN[protected] with driver to...
      I booked this cab on 4.04 today.
      He came and picked my mother.
      After 20 min I received I msg from ola. This booking is cancelled from driver.
      I booked from vasant kunj to medanta Hospital.
      On mahipalpur driver said give money right now other wise I won't go. He stopped cab there in 15 min. I complained on customer care of ola. But you don't have any security system. Your customer care is not helping.
      I will register you complaint against ola.
      Am appealing to everyone don't use olx.

        I have not been receiving Invoices for my recent rides over the last few weeks, despite several calls, mails. After writing a mail to Ola I was issued a ticket number which is 17813873. This is pending since August 27th and is not resolved yet. Till date I have mailed 10 times and have called 8 to 9 times. There is no response from Ola. Upon trying a few times I get across to Ola team but they fail to resolve my issue. Also they promise that they will escalate the issue to a supervisor but it does not happen.

          1. Today morning around 08:15 hrs from my home i booked the said cab using my daughter's phone to take her to venkateshwar college, dhaula kuan.
          2. The cab came and we started and reached the college. I told the driver that i'm to go back my home.
          3. The driver asked me to put the destination point but for me it was not possible because the phone was with my daughter who already entered her class that time.
          4. I calmly told the driver that on reaching home (Dwarka) i will pay you as per the meter.
          5. Immediately after that the driver stood up from his seat, turned back and tried to hit me with hands.
          6. By chance, during this time the cab was stopped for a while and i, by god's grace, managed to get down from the cab almost ran towards the college. Thus, i escaped and saved myself.
          7. The attitude of the driver was like a criminal and i request you to take severe actions against such persons who may rape if opportunity comes.
          8. You please send me the bill and i pay you online.
          9. At the same time, please update me what action have you taken against this criminal who is supposed to be sent to lock-up.
          10. I have lodged complaint with the delhi police.

            Hi, my name is binita majumdar. On 06 sep at 7:24 pm, i have booked ola auto from safdarjun enclave for west vinod nagar and my booking was confirmed. The driver's name is ramesh kumar (Vehicle no. - dl 1r q 6424 & request no.[protected] who was about to reach at my pick up but due to some personal reason i have cancelled the booking. After cancelling, i have got a call from the same driver at 07:33 pm and when i have informed him that i have cancelled the booking, he started abusing me on the call and he made a clear statement as "haa.. Tumhare baap ka raaj hai... Hum to chutiye baithe hai... Maadarchod" and i have immediately disconnected the call. I am literally feeling ashamed of writing down this statement made by the driver but i want to express my grievances. I have lodged a complaint immediately (Complaint no. 1810143) against the driver at 07:34 pm and the immediate action was taken. However, as usual being a pathetic low standard human, he lied to the police saying he didn't say anything, however, i have told the police department that they can track down the voice recorder of my number and can hear what trash he blabbered on call.

            This was the worst experience so far having service from ola although i have been using this app for long.

            I request you to take a strict action and if possible kindly cancel his license and ask the ola company to fire him so that nobody else could face this kind of obnoxious person.

              I had booked an ola cab white wagon r (No up12at1660) for my parents on 6/9/2016 from dilshad garden delhi to sec 120 noida. They have charged rs 580 for the same distance which costs not more than rs 350 in previous rides. They have charged rs 200 for state tax/mcd which was not either informed, not charged previously.

              Crn[protected] for this ride
              I have a complaint why this extra payment was charged wihtout any prior information?
              Why unnecessary route was taken when the route without tolltax was there which was used earlier.
              Bill shows state tax/mcd but according to my parents there was not any toll tax

                I've lost my sony xperia t2 ultra cell phone while travelling in ola cab from gurgaon, hr to shaheen bagh, dl. The moment came i've tried calling on my cell and it was rininging, when i called the driver he said he'll check and call back. But he never called me back, after few minutes i've called him and he was not picking up my call, after that i've tried calling on my number but this time it was switched up "driver stolen the cell phone".

                When i talked with the ola customer service they're not taking any responsibility and asking me to complaint the police about the incident. "worst policy of ola". I want the management to interact with the driver and get me my phone.

                This return journey CRN[protected] cost me only Rs.189 .. But CRN[protected] cost me fare of Rs. 413..
                Even if toll is included but it's value is only Rs. 100 whereas my bill had Rs. 200.. So kindly return the extra 100 rupees.. (Not asking for more) that's clearly wrong!

                  It is really annoying that around 4.45am from madiwala to hebbal cab is booked and the driver drops us in adugodi saying "vehicle has some complaint and take 60rs and moves off. Then tried booking 3 times and all the 3 times, drivers dint pick the call neither they turned up. This happened when i was travelling with my wife and 3 year old kid at 4.45am. Then i had to book meru cab at 5.30am as i waited till then assuming the ola cab will come.
                  Such drivers are spoiling the name of ola cabs. Request your attention.
                  Suggestion: when we cancel any booking with comment"driver deny duty", trying cutting their salary for that particular day. Then things will be in line.

                    Dear all,

                    I am one of the partners in ola cabs, car no dl1rta0423, i have not been given the mbg for 30th aug, 1st and 2nd sep 2016.
                    I called customer care was informed that there is an invalid booking on all those days, i even told them that i wish to challenge it however i was informed that i need to visit gurgaon office. I was ready to visit the office but what if all the bookings found out be genuine, would you compensate me for the time i would waste?

                    I have spoken with several people at contact center however no help at all, finally i had to go the gurgaon office, i me with amit there and he informed that we have taken the request and ita going to tale 10 days for investigation, my question is when you have not investigated the izsue how come you decided that they were all invalid bookings?
                    He asked me to come to ofdice again after 10 days, are we fool that every now and then we have to come to office leaving our work?

                    I have not got the mbg for 3rd sep 2016 and yesterday again i called the contact center and i was again imformed that there is an invalid booking and i need to visit the office again, do you guys want me to visit office every alternate day?

                    I asked amit, would i be compensted if all my bookings found out be be correct and he denied it, even he said, i have to come to office everyday if there is an issue, i still didnt get where is the issue? I am again saying if any bookinga foumd out to be invalid stop my mbg for the next 10 days but if they are found out to be genuine then i need a compensation, because i would not want my time to be wasted without any good reason.

                    We work so hard, driving a car for almost 14-16 hours and still not paid for it, it hurts alot.

                    I would request ola cabs to look into the matter and sort this out, also i need an ombudsman address and email id where i can raise my voice.

                        We booked ola cab regn. No.[protected],
                        At 12:07 booked via ola online app. (Ride now) on 05.09.2016 and called the driver as to how much time he will take to reach.
                        We were at the gate of nathella kalyan mandapam near cmbt bus stand, koyembedu, chennai on the 100 feet road.
                        Driver crossed us after 2minutes in a very high speed (Swift dezire white) no. Tnxxx903 (I got this no as soon as booked the ride now, but later the no was not shown in the app.) reason stated below.
                        We called the driver and asked him to come back as he had parked the car nearly 100 mtrs away and we were having elderly persons with us n luggage.
                        Instead of coming back, he called back and he asked our destination and when we told him the destination name which nearly 5 kms away, he disconnected the call.
                        We waited for nearly 2minutes and got a message that "we tried reaching you to confirm driver initiated booking cancellation. Your booking crn:[protected] had to be cancelled due to no response from you.
                        Then ant. Message - rs 75.00 cancellation fees will be charged on your next ride.in case you are charged incorrectly, you can claim a refund from the support section on the app.
                        We waited for the cab, but instead of coming back the concerned driver after knowing the destination cancelled the booking.
                        We again saw the same cab crossing after a minute inopposite direction and driver staring at us but he didnot came back.
                        We first took intiative of calling the driver and spoke to him, then why this"no response from us" message came. We waited for him also but he didnot turn up and disconnected the call.
                        You are requested to note our complain, and take necessary action for the harrassement caused because of the unprofessional driver.

                          Recently i was on a tour to mumbai, bangalore and delhi and had the opportunity to avail ola cab service to my satisfaction. But the service i got from trivandrum on 3/9/16 and 4/9/16 is totally disappointing. On reaching tvm on 3/9/16 by 9pm i tried to book a ola cab service to proceed to poonkulam. The driver who contacted on mob [protected] curtly told that i should pay double the meter reading. Not convinced, drpoed idea and opted for prepaid auto which cost rs.180/ - only.
                          On 4/9/16 at about 1.45 pm we anted to go to poonkiulam from tvm zoo. Booked a ola cab with an estimate cost of rs.220-250/= again the driver (Mob [protected]) demanded double. His argument without asking any reason was most arrogant and was saying, i cant serve you making my kid and wife starving. Finally he settled for rs.100/- extra over meter reading. I requestd him to pick us from near the ticke counter of zoo. He said he cannot come inside and suggested us to walk out side. We came out of main gate and called the driver. He said he is parking some where (Cold not understand as he was talking in an undecent langaugae and in haste. I requaested him to pick us from the main gate on main road since i was not familiar with tvm. For that he abruptly cut the phone and later a message came from ola service offering new service. By the time i had enough of ola and opted some other means of transport and reached my destination with less than what woukd have been by ola. With such roughes, ola reputation is at stake. People choose for such services mainly to avoid rash langauges and goondaism by drivers. If ola i at tvm is not free from such people, only god can save ola at tvm.

                            I have booked Ola car In sangam Vihar But they Not entered In the Place and cancel the many Rides, if I meet with On service road They ask to me i wait for my friends then i have to go after 1 hrs so cancel my ride .

                            And The message show again your next ride charge with Rs. 25 to 50

                            and i have booked my ola micro Cab but they Converted into micro and rate is higher charge

                            and following points to driver.
                            1. They Do not follow traffic rules
                            2. They have to stop ride while i m sitting in car for their own lunch, cigrette etc
                            3. They have to drive with a long route & u turn repated.
                            4. Behavior very Bad

                              I booked a ola cab from madiwala on a accurate location . I had been waiting for the cab from 10 mins whn he was just 2 mins frm my location. I saw on the map that he was almost near n then i called him and asked if he was coming and said a landmark he replies me rudely that hes in kormangla n cnt cm to my location. When on map hes in my location. He was SUPER RUDE and he cuts my call.

                              Then i booked another cab and the driver arrived in jst a minute on my exact location. He was polite and the ride was comfortabl.

                              But then i m charged rs. 50 extra for cancelling my previous booking when the driver himself denied to come that to when hes on my location and fooled me around. Well rs. 50 wouldnt matter to me but for the drivers Rudeness i want my refund of what ola charged me for canelling his booking that to on his denial. PLEASE take action against this driver. Below are the details of booking.

                                Hello

                                I booked a cab for Airport pickup on 2nd Sep 2016. The cab came 20 mins late however I was waiting at the gate. The cab picked me up immediately and exited the airport gate within 5 mins.

                                However OLA has charged me 100 rupees extra for toll charges. The driver didn't pay any money at the toll gate.

                                When I mailed OLA and asked for the receipt of the toll charge they were not able to produce it.

                                  This is with regard to the issue happened at ola cabs - chennai today - 04th sep 2016.

                                  A. I had traveled a distance of 11 kms.
                                  B. The ride was on a mini mode of cab.
                                  C. On closure, the meter showed a rate of rs. 140/-
                                  D. Paid same.
                                  E. The driver argued that it was charged lesser on comparison to the expected fare of the ride.
                                  F. There was no bill generation nor any notification from ola on same.
                                  G. The driver made an argument to pay an excess of rs. 90/-.
                                  I. I denied as there was no evidence
                                  J. Later, as he was insisting the same - wanted to create a record of the balance payment, did a recharge for his prepaid number.
                                  K. Both snapshots are attached.

                                  I would have paid all in peace but the records and details weren't as expected.

                                    On the dated 04/09/2016 (yesterday) I had a flight from Bangalore to Kolkata ( Jet Airways, Trip ID - [protected]). So I booked an Ola Cab in advance at 8.04am to start at 11am to have a safe journey from Electronic City Phase 2 for Bangalore Airport. I got a message from Ola that it will send me cab details before 15 minutes of the journey (CRN[protected]. I got a confirmation message at 10.45am with the details like Driver Name - Guruvendra with cab number as KA01AC7735. I was travelling with my family, wife and my infant child, with two big luggage. But when we went to the cab the driver said that there is a breakdown and asked me to book another cab. Then he cancelled the trip and the trip was rescheduled with a different cab (Driver Name - Nagesha, contact# - [protected], Cab Number - KA51C4534, Figo). In the meantime Guruvendra booked another cab for us and asked us to board that cab. I was in dilemma what to do here. So I called the Ola Support and they asked me not to board that cab arranged by Guruvendra. So we were waiting for Nagesha. He came around 11.40am stating that he went to some other direction and that caused the delay. He was very much harsh by nature from the beginning and was talking to me in a loud tone. However, we boarded the cab and soon after he asked me whether to go by electronic city flyover or down. I preferred to go down the flyover as it could avoid the toll tax. While going further somewhere in a petrol station, he parke his cab and demanded Rs500 immediately. It never happened to me before that an Ola driver is demanding money before finishing the trip. So I called again the Ola Support and the lady asked me to pay Rs100-200 only and not Rs500. I was going to give that money but in the meanwhile he started the cab again. Then what he did was really never expected to us. He took us to a remote place somewhere under the flyover where nobody was there and there was a heap of garbage and told us that there is a car breakdown and he cannot go, so we must get down there. But we refused to get down there as it was a safety concern for my family. I again contacted the Ola support and requested them repeatedly that I am going to miss my flight if they can't book me another cab from there but she asked me that I have to book another Ola cab without helping us. I tried to book another cab but no car was available through the apps in the spot. Then I booked an Ola Share (Driver Name - Sunil H C, OSN[protected] but he rejected to pick us to airport saying that Ola Share cannot take us there. So I had to search for different Cab facility. But it was very hard to stop any car in the midway. My child started vomiting as the garbage smelt badly. We requested Nagesha to take us to at least some place from where we can get a cab but he was heartless to do that too. We were feeling very much helpless. Finally I got a cab with double charge personally. When we got down from Nagesha's cab, he demanded Rs 208 for the trip! I felt so embarrassed that I went to call the police. Suddenly he started his cab and escaped. Finally when we reached the airport, we could not get the flight. I again called the Ola Support demanding the refund of my airfare but they just expressed sympathy and told me that they will take necessary action against the driver so that it does not happen again but cannot refund me anything. We narrated everything to the police line there in the airport and they suggested me to lodge an FIR against Ola Service. But as my child was not feeling well, we had to come back to our Electronic City home. So I could not get time to do that. I request you to please take strict step against Ola Cab and its services due to this sort of service and harassment and the proper compensation I had to bear for the entire incident.

                                        Several Ola drivers across cities which i visited, insisted for cash payment citing reason that they don't receive money from Ola even after a few days, hence they run out of cash to fuel their cars. One or two even said they are ready to offboard me immediately if payment mode is Ola money.
                                        As a consumer should I care about what goes on between Ola company and their employees? My simple purpose of having Ola money is for convenience and to get rid of exact change problems.
