I have traveled on 29th August 2016 for Huda city center to sector 30 gurgaon. It's around 2.5 KM and I have paid 466 rupees for this.
I have not received any notification regarding this.
It is very very expensive.

Today I booked a cab and cab didn't arrive.. Later I got a message that it was cancelled and 50 is charged for it...I tried the number which was given to me...it was not on reach...I have the log details in my phone.
I have to book again and that cab arrived on time..
So what I have to do for this...

My Ola account has been blocked without any notice and on writing an email to support, the response was due to violation of policy. But the service provider failed to provide the details as to what has been exactly violated despite several follow ups requesting for the information.

Ola share is looting people and do not care for any ones time... It is charging so high And then wasted 40 mins just to pick up other co passengers which not even fall in the same route... This is highly unprofessional and stupid... Total waste of time and money... For 10 km distance i alomst had to travel for 20 km picking n dropping co passengers at different locations.. Which dies not make sense, i urge ola team take a dig into it since...

Today, we took book ola mini wagonar for 120 written we booked from huda city centre gurgaon to take us to sec 40 gurgaon infront of police station of sec 40 so we booked it after it come to us we asked the driver that how much u charge around any fig he said relax whtever it shows after stop it will and we thought it will be fair enough so we hopped in and then it is barely 2-3 km from huda to reach there and it take 15-20 min to be there...

I used several time from same place to airport every time it took shorter distance but now how the app took long distance and when i checked for refund just they given 80 instead of 300 saying that only 7km is the excess distance but actual excess distance is 30km.

Date of Incident: 11 Nov 2015

I was charged MCD Toll Tax of Rs 150 while travelling from T3 Delhi to Patparganj Delhi. I did not even crossed any State Border as I travelled within Delhi only. The Bill Reciept No for the same is CRN[protected]. This is a case of fraud and cheating and I didnt expect this from Ola.

I would like to get a refund of Rs 150 which is the Toll Tax / MCD Tax Amount as Ola Money or Cash.br...

This is the second time same thing happening we have booked ola micro and when we were dropped at our location we came to know that it is ola mini and took the fare according to ola mini so we are just annoyed by this thing if possible please return back us money rated according to ola micro or take any actions else we will launch a complaint in consumer forum...

I have flight today at 5:40 am .
And i booked ola cab at 4:10am .
And the driver is not give response proper and he delayed 20mins . And finally he cancelled my ride he told me cancelled and book again . So that i am not able to reached ahmedabad airport at time .
And i am software engineer. I have client meeting at mumbai .I just missed that . And i lost my client also . So i want to claim ola cab. Please help me out....

Hi team,
I booked ola cab from thubrahalli to bangalore airport and it costs me 1100 rupees which was quite high citing car standard that too without a. c. moreover ola app does not provide ride estimate rate before starting trip otherwise i would not have booked ola cab in that scenario. for that below quality cab 1100 does not seems justified to me.

I hope ola team will look in to this matter asap.

Payment system bad.Peak hours no need.if driver by able to complete during peak hours.Ola theft the whole day income of driver.Ola is bad as compare uber.kindly stop dis stupid system.Nd make. Payment regularly nd no cancellation charges..otherwise this company will close soon.Ola deduct the driver funds 250 per cancellation.This is not fair.Uber have no such kind of rule.They give chance for income..Nd ola find the chance to earn income...

I am very disappointed about the ola services which was provided by your ola driver earlier this evening.

He did mis behave and in last run with my luggage. I was trying to run behind the car and then able to catch my bag. Btw lot of things got damaged which is available in bag.

On the night of august 3, My grandmother died at a town called UNA in south-west Gujarat.
My mother who was in Ahmedabad needed to go there (Max 354 km by google maps). Since it was late into the night, no State transport/Private buses were available. No trains were available until morning. So she opted for Ola Outstation cab.

Ola cabs are really troubling people nowadays. They are taking the bookings and don't arrive. Once you book 1st they will ask where to go.. After listening to the destination they cancel it immediately. I asked one ola driver why do they do so. They said ola company pays according to the no of trips done per day.. So they prefer only short trips and as per their wish. So ola company can u guess how u put trouble to the customer. A person...

I booked a ola cab on 31july morning. From railway station to jaipur. But driver took 200 more from what the bill amount showed.
If you want 200 more for outarea if a city. Why are you hosting flags of your rates as 6rs/km.
You should pre inform your customer officially so that they can decide whether to hire you or not.
I claim for a refund.
Otherwise all my friends will start boycott ola rides and find other...
