Although i have never ever tried ola cab in my life but when my friend insisted me, i opted for it. So now get back to business end, i have booked ola cab to go to some place (Total distance - 5.9 km) and he has charged me rs. 72.00 and it was right too, i totally agree with that but after 3 hours when i have to get back to the same place from where i left (Total distance - 5.9 km) another person of ola cab charged me rs. 143. Even thought i already knew ola is the worst cab service, i still thought of giving it a try to give a chance. Last time they charged my rs.1000/= for just 25kms.

Arrogant and atrocious behaviour of driver rajesh of car no_ ka-09c-2012 and miss management of the customer care center of ola cabs by sending us forcibly the vehicle which we do not demand on 29th july 2016 at 13:30 hrs.

We are traveling from abu dhabi. Booked an ola taxi. Waited for 1 hour, the pick up didn't come. Then the driver cancelled the pick up himself. Next day, booked an ola taxi 3 hours in advance. We got message that the driver arrived while he was 25 minutes away. The driver once again cancelled the trip himself. The worst customer service ever. Hopeless service....

I booked a cab through ola mini from perungudi to chromepet area in chennai and the distance between these two places is only 14kms and the ride estimate shows me 205 to 210 rupees
I was not clear with the price mentioned as the rate per km is Rs 6 and total km is 14 total cost is 84 and base fair is 40 so it should not exceed more than 130 Rs max there they have shown me the ride estimation as 205 inclusive of toll charges where...

I had a full phone call with the driver wherein i repeatedly asked him should i cancel the drive, should i cancel the request.

Most of the drivers 90% says directly no to travel from delhi to gurgaon. Then ask us to cancel the trip.

Its an everyday problem.
- driver accepts the trip, then asks where u want to go, i say gurgaon, driver says i cant go
