My wife and daughter booked ola cab via ola app from my phone. Vehicle reached at model colony. Destination was 8 km apart from the this place. Where as even after multiple requests driver did not agree to opt shortest / regular route and kept on driving on longer route which was 22 km route. Wife ask him to stop the vehicle but he continued from unsafe route.
This is totally not acceptable behavior of cab driver. We rated to ola cab but no response.
I Have used OLA cab while traveling to IGI T3 from Dilshad colony, Delhi. While going through the invoice i found Rs100 as MCD charges on the invoice. I don't know why MCD charges were applied, when i had traveled in Delhi throughout.
Could you please check and confirm.

      Last sunday i.e. on 31/07/2016, night I booked a cab as my father has to catch the bus by 10:30. the cab driver called me and said that he cant come and asked me to cancel. I canceled it and 50rs deducted from my account. later ola arranged me other cab and they send msg. I called the driver he said that he is near by and he will come in few minutes. after some time he called us and asked the CRN number and assured that he is coming. we gave him CRN number but he entered that no. to his device and went somewhere else. In my phone it was showing that the cab is on ride. I shocked and trying to call the driver but he switched off his phone. after some time I checked that my ola money is deducted to 142Rs. and I was still waiting for some cab in my place. Then we took an auto and dropped my father to yashwantpur.

        I had travelled from my house to airport from ola cabs.due to internet issues i could not pay by ola money so i paid by cash (682).as i was out of india today i just checked balance and found that same amount has got debited from ola money.

          I regret that yesterday on 03.08.2016 I had booked the Ola cab and it was written call the driver and the call was given at 10:30 P.M on [protected] and the driver named Amar asked me where are you to go and I told him that Im to go to Sector 15-C chandigarh. On this he asked me whether you have ola money or will pay in cash. I told him that I have deposited Ola money and therefore the payment will be by Ola Money. On this he refused to go to Sector 15 and then another cab had to be booked and Sh. Amardeep to whom I called on the same number came and dropped me to Sector 15 Chandigarh. Thereafter I received a call from +[protected] wherein I was asked to press 2 in case the driver has refused and I had pressed 2. I wanted to lodge the complaint against the driver rather I found that you have deducted Rs. 42 out of my ola money which means you have awarded the driver for his fault. firstly refund the amount of Rs, 42 and refund to my ola money and secondly take the action against the driver who has refused because of the reason given above or you should not accept ola money if your drivers do not accept the same. If it is not done I shall take recourse under the Consumer Protection Act, maybe the amount is only Rs. 42 and I shall also withdraw my ola money.             I had taken a Ola cab along with elderly mother to reach home from a hospital. Once we told the area name, the driver did not ask any further questions and proceeded in the direction of my house. After passing through some distance, he missed to take a right at a main signal and proceeded on. When I asked him why he did not take that major turn to reach my area of residence, his instant reply was "we are going to your house, so you should only tell me which route to take." I was taken aback by his rude answer, but I asked him why he didn't check with me if he didn't know the route, which is normally taken by all OLA drivers. Again his reply was "you should have entered destination in the app, we are going to your house, so you should tell the route, if you do not specify the address, I can take any route to any part of that area" etc. He took us through all the small gullies and roamed all over, clearly not knowing the route to my place, all the while fighting with me and not having the basic courtesy to listen to me or speak in a decent genre. After reaching my home amidst a lot of drama, he mumbled in a rough tone that we need not pay him and ask us to leave. I told him clearly that we do not need any free rides from OLA and we only expect a safe ride. For that his response was "who asked you to book my cab in OLA?" As though, it was my choice to pick up his services! I just left the cash on his car seat and came out with a resolve to raise this issue to the top management of OLA. Please remember that we need safe and comfortable rides and offering a free ride at the end of a horrible journey at the hands of this rough and rogue driver is a serious way of insulting the public! No idea of the route, no brains to use the map, complete arrogance in not listening to me, no ettiquettes, no concept of customer service! Please do not do quality checks for your vehicles alone to make sure they run without breakdowns on the road. Please perform serious BG checks of your drivers and conduct customer service and basic behavourial classes for them, before you let them loose on the road to attack innocent civilians who are at their mercy when they board the cab. This driver harassed two ladies, my mother and myself and literally threatened us. if you cannot provide any safety to your passengers, you guys do not deserve to be in business. Our country is notorious for harboring a reactive attitude. Please act before your drivers become a threat to society and cause any unfortunate incident. The gentlemen, ladies and elderly people of this country deserve a good and safe system. Don't cheat the public with promises of a good service when your cabs are operated by ruffians. You have a social responsibility as a company to hire a good driver, not someone who can switch gears and move a locomotive. Even a well-trained monkey can do that.

              I booked a cab at about 8.30am on the 21st July. A cab Driver named Harvinder told me he will reach in 3 minutes. I called him and gave him the directions to my house and he asked me about my destination (janak Puri) after which he did not take my calls and and did not turn up. I made several calls to him in the meantime and received no response.
              I waited till 9.10 and took another cab as I had meeting at 9.45. I was informed at 9.15 that another cab is reaching. From 8.40 to 9.10 I made several calls to which there was no response.
              Moreover ola is demanding Rs.75 cancellation fee from me despite the severe inconvenience caused to me by ola driver.
              This is incorrect and unacceptable from a renowned company like ola. I request you to take immediate action regarding this matter since I am extremely unhappy with your services.

                OLA claim to give us cab with a base fare of INR 45, and then 6Rs/per km plus time based charge of 1Rs/ per min. If you evaluate based on this; I should be paying (16x6=96)+(45)+(51) for 51 mins of travel = 192 in total or lower than this.

                However I paid INR 414. if you evaluate; 414/16 = 25.86 Rs/km. Isn't this a cheat? The driver showed me the bill which I had to pay anyway. I immediately called their customer care and complained about this. I received few appreciations / regrets and promises but no actions. The transaction reference no. is CRN[protected].
                I expect justice for me and other and stop this fooling business.

                  Yesterday I booked cab from Amanora Park Town till Eon Kharadi via ola share the amount was 40 rs.Today also I booked the same and the amount is 149.

                  Even if I book the normal mini or micro personal cab, the amount would be 150.

                  Not sure on what basis the amount is displayed as 149 .

                  There is no point in booking share cab and giving the amount equivalent or more than the amount which I pay for normal micro and mini

                    On three occasions yestrday 3rd august, the OLA driver did not pick my call, and additionally they were unreachable for close to half hour minutes after booking. i cancelled the drive. rebooked. and after rebooking, the driver calls me for the first time, as if he just woke up

                    At this time, i got the pop up saying cancellation charges of 50 will be applicable on my next drive. cancellation is because the driver is not reachable or he is not answering . Further when cancelling, there is no option to say, " driver not answering" . Cancellation is due to being made to wait, and not because we want to cancel

                    I was waiting for one hour between two bookings of OLA . its an harassment as the driver is smart enough not to answer the calls, till it is sufficinetly late and then u have to cancel and rebook, he earns money without an effort, and is now taxed to the customer

                    1.                     2. CRN[protected] number of the driver [protected], rate as received by email is 359, driver collected 410 in cash, did not show me the reading, and i did not ask for it. i did not get an update on my mobile of money paid either

                      When booking Ola Micro in Ola app & confirming the ride, the software internally books Ola Mini which has different tariff rate then compared to Ola Mini.
                      I did book Ola Micro on Aug 1 and at end of the travel the cost was above the normal rate. Later got to know that Ola Mini got booked. Complained the same to the support but they denied saying records shows I've booked Ola Mini.

                      Again after two days when tried the same, book Ola Micro, confirm the ride, the ride details showed Ola Mini being booked.

                      I need a refund of the taxi service taken on 01 Aug 2016 [crn no[protected]] due to your software problem, which still persists.

                        Hey this is satish and i had booked ola cab on 31st july 2016 @ 18:30 hrs and the cab has passed near my house, by seeing the cab i have called the cab driver and surprisingly i got a replay from the driver saying that my booking got cancelled, then i started searching for other cab after 10 minutes i got a mail saying that thanks for travelling with us, satish h s.

                        This shows how the ola drivers are cheating the customers & the company and surprisingly when i explained the same to the customer care people they also told that the booking has been canceled due to unavailability of cabs, when they can easily trace out where the cab is & even the bill is generated.

                        Below is the two drivers cab details fyr, hope someone will take care of this issues. Sorry to say that this is the worst kind of service which may trouble the customers who book the cabs in urgency.

                          I travelled by OLA cab on 22nd July from the Shamshabad airport Hyderabad at 6:28 PM and reached my destination Habsiguda Hyderabad at 7:50 PM.The fare for this ride was 691 Rs. But the driver Kanakaiah collected 691Rs and additional Rs 130 at the start of the journey to pay for the parking at the airport and told me that Rs 130 is not included in the bill and I have to pay it. I did so. On reaching my destination I asked him to show me the details and he said his system did not work and he left. Next day when I checked the email I found that he had collected an extrs Rs 130 from me. When I called his number he told me that he did not know and would come to my house and return the amount in a day or two. I reminded him several times but he would just give some excuse and get away. I finally decided to complaint since his intentions were to cheat me.
                          I request you to kindly take severe action against him for intentionally cheating passengers and bringing a bad name to OLA. I would like you to compensate me for the amount of Rs 130 and also take action against him.

                            This is to bring in your kind notice that services offered in Lucknow are really pathetic.i used to travel by Ola cab once or twice in a week however moat of the times drivers cancel the booking or disconnect the call. Even today 1-aug-16 morning also i booked the Ola auto however driver discoonet my call and did not came for pickup. I sicerly request you revisit ur agreements and arrangements with vendor because it result into discomfort for cuatomers and being in service industry these kind of casual approach is not acceptable.

                              On 3rd july, 2016 i booked a ola cabs at micro fares from ghatkopar to masjid then charged me of rs. 205/- as when i booked a ola cabs from masjid to ghatkopr then charged me of rs. 465. After inquired with driver he told that you booking charge not in micro fares but in mini fares. So i do not understand how they change my booking rides from micro to mini. After that i saw my booking rides then i realized that company always charged me at mini fares inspite of i booked at micro fares

                                First of all i have booked a ola share cabe from hazra more. But the driver mr. Amar has told me that ola was not for share. That was mini cab. I told him how it possible? After that i have told him that i have to go for alipore lal batti state bank but he has misguided me intentionally. He had leaved me infront of national library. I asked him "dada ihape to koi sbi nehi hai?"he told me "left le lijiye mil jayega."i had paid to mr. Amar the concern driver 120 rupees and leaved the car. After that i asked local people they had guided me properly... I had reached my expected place after 20 mminutes walking.

                                  We had a doctor appointment at 10am in the morning. So we booked a cab with ola on 31st july night scheduled for 8am 1st july assuming that ola will send a cab by 8am.

                                  But what happened was ola just sent a message only with driver details. And we waited for 30mins, called driver number multiple times and we were so cool because we could miss our appointment with hospital you know. Later only we fools understood that it was just an strategy by high intellects at ola that not to send a cab on time for a scheduled booking and let the customers book another cab at peek time to get peek time charge.

                                  What else to do, we have to catch up our appointment by booking another cab at higher peek charge. My kudos to money eaters at higher management at ola.

                                  When checked with customer care of ola, they simply said even if cab is book through 'ride later', they would send cab only if available at that time (Confused! Then why ola has provided 'ride later'). Customer care person even cooly explained that ola management are not worried/concerned if we miss our flight or important appointment, when ola cabs are not available for booking through 'ride later' option.

When the driver details were send 15 mins prior the pickup I called him thrice but he did not responded. I had to catch a train so I booked another private cab which costed me unnecessary amount. Somehow I managed to reach the station on time and after 30mins had I left Chennai I received another message from ola with new driver details. And when I told him all the scenario he asked me to cancel the trip which I was unable to do because of no internet connection. So he started the trip with my place to some random place and now it's showing 150 RS as outstanding bill. I need that bill to be cleared. And I m shocked by this behavior of the company.

                                      Booked an ola at 9. Am from elphinstone station.

                                      Did not get any call from the driver. Called him myself and explained the location.

                                      For next 30 mins - no contact from driver. Was trying to reach out to him, his phone number was switched off continuously. No intimidation from ola and driver. I was waiting there for good 30 mins.

                                      Once the phone got connected, the driver dint pick up. After many attempts, he picks up the call and says i am on my way to wadala.

                                      When i said, i will complain against him. He said - "do whatever, you want to do"

                                      I hope #olacab does something about this. This is extremely disappointing.

                                      I am going to delete the ola app from my handset.

                                        Hi, on 02 august 2016, 00:15 am i booked a cab (Crn[protected] grey ethos tn18u4594 driver name yuvaraj mobile number [protected], to drop to chennai international airport from my residence kalpatru apartment krishnadoss main road jamalia chennai 12. After leaving my apartment within 3 to 5 minutes of journey i checked for my wallet and found missing in the cab. The cctv camera in the apartment clearly shows that i boarded the cab by keeping my purse in my pocket. I suspect the driver and wants to raise this issue to higher level. The purse contained my qatar visa original i'd card and international driving licence of qatar and india and 04 bank debit card/ original pan card and cash of inr3500/- due to this incident i was unable to board my flight to qatar which was scheduled to depart at 3 30 am from chennai. I have lodged police complain in the near by police station (P2 otteri police station). I suspect the driver involvement in this act and i want to take this matter to higher level if i do not get this issue solved.

                                        I need an immediate response in this regard.
