On 3rd july, 2016 i booked a ola cabs at micro fares from ghatkopar to masjid then charged me of rs. 205/- as when i booked a ola cabs from masjid to ghatkopr then charged me of rs. 465. After inquired with driver he told that you booking charge not in micro fares but in mini fares. So i do not understand how they change my booking rides from micro to mini. After that i saw my booking rides then i realized that company always charged me at mini fares inspite of i booked at micro fares

    First of all i have booked a ola share cabe from hazra more. But the driver mr. Amar has told me that ola was not for share. That was mini cab. I told him how it possible? After that i have told him that i have to go for alipore lal batti state bank but he has misguided me intentionally. He had leaved me infront of national library. I asked him "dada ihape to koi sbi nehi hai?"he told me "left le lijiye mil jayega."i had paid to mr. Amar the concern driver 120 rupees and leaved the car. After that i asked local people they had guided me properly... I had reached my expected place after 20 mminutes walking.

      We had a doctor appointment at 10am in the morning. So we booked a cab with ola on 31st july night scheduled for 8am 1st july assuming that ola will send a cab by 8am.

      But what happened was ola just sent a message only with driver details. And we waited for 30mins, called driver number multiple times and we were so cool because we could miss our appointment with hospital you know. Later only we fools understood that it was just an strategy by high intellects at ola that not to send a cab on time for a scheduled booking and let the customers book another cab at peek time to get peek time charge.

      What else to do, we have to catch up our appointment by booking another cab at higher peek charge. My kudos to money eaters at higher management at ola.

      When checked with customer care of ola, they simply said even if cab is book through 'ride later', they would send cab only if available at that time (Confused! Then why ola has provided 'ride later'). Customer care person even cooly explained that ola management are not worried/concerned if we miss our flight or important appointment, when ola cabs are not available for booking through 'ride later' option.

        I am from Chennai residing 32kms from Chennai central railway station. On 31st July night I prebooked an ola cab for next morning 4:20 am. When the driver details were send 15 mins prior the pickup I called him thrice but he did not responded. I had to catch a train so I booked another private cab which costed me unnecessary amount. Somehow I managed to reach the station on time and after 30mins had I left Chennai I received another message from ola with new driver details. And when I told him all the scenario he asked me to cancel the trip which I was unable to do because of no internet connection. So he started the trip with my place to some random place and now it's showing 150 RS as outstanding bill. I need that bill to be cleared. And I m shocked by this behavior of the company.

          Booked an ola at 9. Am from elphinstone station.

          Did not get any call from the driver. Called him myself and explained the location.

          For next 30 mins - no contact from driver. Was trying to reach out to him, his phone number was switched off continuously. No intimidation from ola and driver. I was waiting there for good 30 mins.

          Once the phone got connected, the driver dint pick up. After many attempts, he picks up the call and says i am on my way to wadala.

          When i said, i will complain against him. He said - "do whatever, you want to do"

          I hope #olacab does something about this. This is extremely disappointing.

          I am going to delete the ola app from my handset.

            Hi, on 02 august 2016, 00:15 am i booked a cab (Crn[protected] grey ethos tn18u4594 driver name yuvaraj mobile number [protected], to drop to chennai international airport from my residence kalpatru apartment krishnadoss main road jamalia chennai 12. After leaving my apartment within 3 to 5 minutes of journey i checked for my wallet and found missing in the cab. The cctv camera in the apartment clearly shows that i boarded the cab by keeping my purse in my pocket. I suspect the driver and wants to raise this issue to higher level. The purse contained my qatar visa original i'd card and international driving licence of qatar and india and 04 bank debit card/ original pan card and cash of inr3500/- due to this incident i was unable to board my flight to qatar which was scheduled to depart at 3 30 am from chennai. I have lodged police complain in the near by police station (P2 otteri police station). I suspect the driver involvement in this act and i want to take this matter to higher level if i do not get this issue solved.

            I need an immediate response in this regard.

              I was to board new delhi - mumbai jet airways flight 9w 362, from igi terminal t3, on saturday, 30 july. The departure was at 17:45 hr.
              I was to travel from pals inn, east patel nagar, a distance of 19.6 km to 22.6 km, taking 39 min to 50 min, as per google site.
              I booked ola cab using app from my mobile, at 15:16 hr - after 10 min the driver of car dl1za2662, after ascertaining the drop point as airport, backed out saying he is 'stuck' in traffic.
              I immediately booked another ola cab, dl1za2809 at 15:25 hr. After 5 min, ascertaining my drop point, the driver backed out saying his car has 'broken down'.
              Next i booked, another ola cab, rj05ta1804, at 15:31 hr. He arrived to pick me up after over 30 min (Even though the app showed his location just 2 min away!). As he was not familiar with airport route, and he was relying on gps for direction, he made wrong turns and ended up 5 min beyond the closure of boarding.
              The airline refused to oblige and collected rs 2000 (Receipt no. Given) so that i can catch the 6:15 flight, 9w334.
              I want this complaint to be taken up with ola cabs and i get compensation with penalty.

                I have used ola cabs n number of times. But today i have seen the second face from ola cabs. Cab number is ap 28 tv 6707 and his contact number is[protected]. This fellow demanded me to say dropping location before he cam to pick up. Later on he become very arrogant by saying distance is very less and he will not get more money and he demanded us to get down from his cab. Then we said drop us back at pick up location and he dropped us back and taken 95/- ras from us. How can ola driver be very rude like this and how can he demand a customer to get down.                   I had taken cab from bengalore city to airport wide crn[protected] driver name manjunath white indica ka434954
                  The driver was not willing as he already got credit of the fare through ola cash, and insisted us on paying instead of ola however we did not knew that the amount was already deducted from my ola money account. I have raised my concern with customer care of ola but not yet heard of any thing

                    On friday july 29 around 9.42 i booked ola cab mini with crn number[protected]
                    Driver name ananda kumar. Once i booked i called him to confirm where he keep on asking me the crn number eventhough i said him for more than 10 times constantlly he didnot get the number and finally said mam please book another one. I said please to try to come already its late night he didnt even spoked anything and disconnected the call. Then i booked another cab and left home. That time ola money was above 700.
                    Later on i received a mail and a msg so called 99rs was deducted from your wallet where i didnt travelled with him
                    Do the needfull and reimburse it asap

                      Very worst ola services at hyderabad, my parents book a ride from sri krishna nagar to secunderabad railway station, driver don't aware the route to secunderabad railaway station, he don't know the navigation directions, he is asking each and every person on the road to reach secunderabad railway station, because o[censored]nproffesional conduct my missed the train, they are testing new drivers on customers without proper training (Refr. No : crn[protected], total kilometers actual 10kms, driver traveled 11.6 kms with 74 mins duration and fare rs.385/-, we lost amount rs. 5000/- for travel expenses and mentally disturbed lot, we need a compensation for loss

                        This is with reference to the last ride i have taken from ola on 30th july.
                        I boarded from balaji chowk to camp.
                        I am providing you the osn number. The osn number is osn[protected].
                        Total fare for the ride was rs 500, and i paid that. But driver told me that the money is not deducted from account and i had to pay in cash.

                        So, my money was deducted for 2 times.
                        I want my rs 500 to be refunded back to my account.

                          Mr. Husband shri rajeev yadav through his cell no - [protected] from his ola cabs app. Booked a taxi on 1st august 2016, at 5.52 pm, at chennai, & a driver known as santosh kumar had called my husband and driver's - cell no. Is [protected], in a silver indica-no - tn22cs5661 - spoke to my husband atleast 4 times that he is arriving at kodambakam high road, and immediately at 6.10 pm he switched-off his cell phone...
                          He told my husband that he will be coming in 15 mts, but he did not arrive even after 30 mts, and my husband has to walk very far & ultimately fed-up booked fast-track cab... This has happened many times even before, with us, a 101% bad experience with ola cabs in chennai... Please book theses illiterate -5th-rated-driver-beggars, if they can not keep their commitments... A committed son of one father will always be 100% true to their own words... We know you people will never take-any-actions/ punish these illiterate drivers for their wrong doing, as these complaint registrations etc, are all farce & just-to-show-off, else, why should this be repeated again & again with ola cabs in chennai??? After sometime, in my husband - rajeev yadav's name, a bill of rs.116/- came in my husband's cell no., that is this said driver santosh kumar has dropped some other passenger in "express avenue-chennai", in the booking done by my husband... Such is the worst service with ola cabs in chennai... If these drivers have little bit of shame left in them, then, should be the son-of-their-own words and parents...

                            While checking the mail on detail of the manual payment on 22.07.16
                            Done by me during a trip from hyderabad airport to dilsukhnagar-v. V. Nagar bus stop, gunna sithram reddy residency, by ola (Crn[protected]mini), i found that rs 130/-was collected as the parking fee from me.
                            Why i will pay this amount? Need clarification and looking forward for your kind
                            Cooperation.
                            I travelled just 3.5 km by ola cab on 26/07/2016 around at 8.30PM .i had paid rs 165/-.(30 minutes) for my ride.the application shows first 4 KM rate card is maximum 100rs.

                              875/- airport drop charge full cheted booked 3 ola all rejected final one says ok but charged 875/- super cheat. They didnt even told as i had done drop location but after reaching airport driver ask me to speak to telecaller and pay 875/- making fool to consumer as no other competitor so taking advantage, please be aware about experience so you can be prepared in advance ola not expected this.

                                Description: i had taken a ride at above date and the total fare was rs.221. at the end of ride, i had asked the driver to take the money from olamoney. however, as the olamoney balance was low, the fare was deducted as rs.162 - olamoney and rs.59 - cash. but the driver asked me to pay 162 by cash and as i was in a hurry i paid rs.162 and gave a rating of 5 stars to the driver. however, i later on checked and found out that i was supposed to give only rs.59.
                                When i called on the mobile number provided by ola, some other family member received the phone and told that they would handover the phone to that driver but the phone got disconnected. now, the driver is not receiving my phone and purposefully disconnecting the phone. i tried to connect many times.
                                Travelled a distance of 12-13 km on 25-Jul-2016. But I was charged for 35 km . It's very unfair.When I called customer care executive, the response was not realistic.

                                  While booking the cab, I found that the OLA cab services were asking higher rates than usual. On further analysis, It was shocking to see that there was 1.9x higher prices than usual.
                                  I was looking for the cabs for atleast 30 minustes but there was no respite. I tried to book the cab on Uber application but it was the same there.
                                  This is against the directive of the Delhi Government. I would like to take appropriate action against the cab drivers and the company involved as this is harassement of the consumers against the Government's directive.

                                    On July 30, around 19:00 hrs I booked an Ola Mini from Fern Road, Kolkata to Barasat. I was initially assigned an INDIGO WB07J2669, Driver Sikander ([protected]). The car was 7 min. away from me as the GPS showed. Upon waiting for several minutes, I called up the car, only to be curtly reported that I will have to wait at least 30 min. I said I'll wait. Then I got another sms from OLA mentioning another driver Goutam ([protected]) who, upon calling, took the direction from me. In the meanwhile I got an automated call from OLA asking if I wanted to cancel my booking, to which I answered in negative. Then I received another sms from OLA mentioning another driver's name Md ([protected]). Upon calling him, he said he was heading out in another direction and could not come. He insisted that I cancel the booking. I told him that I needed a ride and would not cancel the car. I in fact, hailed a yellow cab to drive to that Ola Cab to get the ride. To my dismay then I received another sms from OLA at 19:36 hrs stating they could not find a cab at my location, and told me to book again.
                                    I was stranded with my aged mother, a child and my wife because of the sheer mismanagement of OLA and lack of discipline of the cab drivers. Apparently, OLA system proved to be even worse than the ususl Yellow Cab -- eventually I was denied a ride after spending half an hour, fanatically talking from one cab driver to another over phone.
                                    I would appreciate a response from OLA within 7 days, stating why I should not lodge a complaint with the consumer protection forum of Govt. of West Bengal.

                                      Although i have never ever tried ola cab in my life but when my friend insisted me, i opted for it. So now get back to business end, i have booked ola cab to go to some place (Total distance - 5.9 km) and he has charged me rs. 72.00 and it was right too, i totally agree with that but after 3 hours when i have to get back to the same place from where i left (Total distance - 5.9 km) another person of ola cab charged me rs. 143. Now tell me this is fair or not?
                                      Horrible
                                      I paid the money through cash despite that money was also cut from ola money.

                                      Ola Drivers denied the pickup and i missed my flight and i am charged 5000 extra

                                        Even thought i already knew ola is the worst cab service, i still thought of giving it a try to give a chance. Last time they charged my rs.1000/= for just 25kms.
                                        This time i booked a cab and was skeptic whether i would be charged extra so checked my message and with driver and didn't got ny extra charge. The driver arrogantly said i need to call the service and check if it is correct because he may ask extra charge at destination if the charges are applicable at the end. It sounded ridiculous.
                                        So we started to call the help line and meanwhile we were sitting in the cab. Before we could speak to the help line the cab driver asked us to get down the cab and he said he will cancel the booking and we have to check with helpline. This is how the cab service recruits the drivers or gives business to illiterate, selfish and arrogant drivers.
                                        We had to get down the cab and it was very urgent for us to reach the destination. I spoke to call center manager. He was very cool and doesn't even care what customer is facing and doesn't seem to react for miss behavior of the driver. He simply says that maximum he would terminate the driver from cab service.
                                        What an waste because i was expecting remedy from the service for the emergency i was facing. He offered me that he will book another good cab in same request, i didn't want to take it but due to emergency i thought i would agree, after some time he came back and said the order is canceled and i have to re-book it.

                                        I would want to give ratting in minus.
