On friday july 29 around 9.42 i booked ola cab mini with crn number[protected]
Driver name ananda kumar. Once i booked i called him to confirm where he keep on asking me the crn number eventhough i said him for more than 10 times constantlly he didnot get the number and finally said mam please book another one. I said please to try to come already its late night he didnt even spoked anything and disconnected the call. Then i booked another cab and left home. That time ola money was above 700.
Later on i received a mail and a msg so called 99rs was deducted from your wallet where i didnt travelled with him
Do the needfull and reimburse it asap

    Dear team,

    Very worst ola services at hyderabad, my parents book a ride from sri krishna nagar to secunderabad railway station, driver don't aware the route to secunderabad railaway station, he don't know the navigation directions, he is asking each and every person on the road to reach secunderabad railway station, because o[censored]nproffesional conduct my missed the train, they are testing new drivers on customers without proper training (Refr. No : crn[protected], total kilometers actual 10kms, driver traveled 11.6 kms with 74 mins duration and fare rs.385/-, we lost amount rs. 5000/- for travel expenses and mentally disturbed lot, we need a compensation for loss

      This is with reference to the last ride i have taken from ola on 30th july.
      I boarded from balaji chowk to camp.
      I am providing you the osn number. The osn number is osn[protected].
      Total fare for the ride was rs 500, and i paid that. But driver told me that the money is not deducted from account and i had to pay in cash.

      So, my money was deducted for 2 times.
      I want my rs 500 to be refunded back to my account.

      Please do the needful.

        Mr. Husband shri rajeev yadav through his cell no - [protected] from his ola cabs app. Booked a taxi on 1st august 2016, at 5.52 pm, at chennai, & a driver known as santosh kumar had called my husband and driver's - cell no. Is [protected], in a silver indica-no - tn22cs5661 - spoke to my husband atleast 4 times that he is arriving at kodambakam high road, and immediately at 6.10 pm he switched-off his cell phone...
        He told my husband that he will be coming in 15 mts, but he did not arrive even after 30 mts, and my husband has to walk very far & ultimately fed-up booked fast-track cab... This has happened many times even before, with us, a 101% bad experience with ola cabs in chennai... Please book theses illiterate -5th-rated-driver-beggars, if they can not keep their commitments... A committed son of one father will always be 100% true to their own words... We know you people will never take-any-actions/ punish these illiterate drivers for their wrong doing, as these complaint registrations etc, are all farce & just-to-show-off, else, why should this be repeated again & again with ola cabs in chennai??? After sometime, in my husband - rajeev yadav's name, a bill of rs.116/- came in my husband's cell no., that is this said driver santosh kumar has dropped some other passenger in "express avenue-chennai", in the booking done by my husband... Such is the worst service with ola cabs in chennai... If these drivers have little bit of shame left in them, then, should be the son-of-their-own words and parents...

          While checking the mail on detail of the manual payment on 22.07.16
          Done by me during a trip from hyderabad airport to dilsukhnagar-v. V. Nagar bus stop, gunna sithram reddy residency, by ola (Crn[protected]mini), i found that rs 130/-was collected as the parking fee from me.
          Why i will pay this amount? Need clarification and looking forward for your kind
          Cooperation.
          I travelled just 3.5 km by ola cab on 26/07/2016 around at 8.30PM .i had paid rs 165/-.(30 minutes) for my ride.the application shows first 4 KM rate card is maximum 100rs.

            875/- airport drop charge full cheted booked 3 ola all rejected final one says ok but charged 875/- super cheat. They didnt even told as i had done drop location but after reaching airport driver ask me to speak to telecaller and pay 875/- making fool to consumer as no other competitor so taking advantage, please be aware about experience so you can be prepared in advance ola not expected this.

              Description: i had taken a ride at above date and the total fare was rs.221. at the end of ride, i had asked the driver to take the money from olamoney. however, as the olamoney balance was low, the fare was deducted as rs.162 - olamoney and rs.59 - cash. but the driver asked me to pay 162 by cash and as i was in a hurry i paid rs.162 and gave a rating of 5 stars to the driver. however, i later on checked and found out that i was supposed to give only rs.59.
              When i called on the mobile number provided by ola, some other family member received the phone and told that they would handover the phone to that driver but the phone got disconnected. now, the driver is not receiving my phone and purposefully disconnecting the phone. i tried to connect many times.
              Travelled a distance of 12-13 km on 25-Jul-2016. But I was charged for 35 km . It's very unfair.When I called customer care executive, the response was not realistic.

                While booking the cab, I found that the OLA cab services were asking higher rates than usual. On further analysis, It was shocking to see that there was 1.9x higher prices than usual.
                I was looking for the cabs for atleast 30 minustes but there was no respite. I tried to book the cab on Uber application but it was the same there.
                This is against the directive of the Delhi Government. I would like to take appropriate action against the cab drivers and the company involved as this is harassement of the consumers against the Government's directive.

                  On July 30, around 19:00 hrs I booked an Ola Mini from Fern Road, Kolkata to Barasat. I was initially assigned an INDIGO WB07J2669, Driver Sikander ([protected]). The car was 7 min. away from me as the GPS showed. Upon waiting for several minutes, I called up the car, only to be curtly reported that I will have to wait at least 30 min. I said I'll wait. Then I got another sms from OLA mentioning another driver Goutam ([protected]) who, upon calling, took the direction from me. In the meanwhile I got an automated call from OLA asking if I wanted to cancel my booking, to which I answered in negative. Then I received another sms from OLA mentioning another driver's name Md ([protected]). Upon calling him, he said he was heading out in another direction and could not come. He insisted that I cancel the booking. I told him that I needed a ride and would not cancel the car. I in fact, hailed a yellow cab to drive to that Ola Cab to get the ride. To my dismay then I received another sms from OLA at 19:36 hrs stating they could not find a cab at my location, and told me to book again.
                  I was stranded with my aged mother, a child and my wife because of the sheer mismanagement of OLA and lack of discipline of the cab drivers. Apparently, OLA system proved to be even worse than the ususl Yellow Cab -- eventually I was denied a ride after spending half an hour, fanatically talking from one cab driver to another over phone.
                  I would appreciate a response from OLA within 7 days, stating why I should not lodge a complaint with the consumer protection forum of Govt. of West Bengal.

                    Although i have never ever tried ola cab in my life but when my friend insisted me, i opted for it. So now get back to business end, i have booked ola cab to go to some place (Total distance - 5.9 km) and he has charged me rs. 72.00 and it was right too, i totally agree with that but after 3 hours when i have to get back to the same place from where i left (Total distance - 5.9 km) another person of ola cab charged me rs. 143. Now tell me this is fair or not?

                    I paid the money through cash despite that money was also cut from ola money.

                      Even thought i already knew ola is the worst cab service, i still thought of giving it a try to give a chance. Last time they charged my rs.1000/= for just 25kms.
                      This time i booked a cab and was skeptic whether i would be charged extra so checked my message and with driver and didn't got ny extra charge. The driver arrogantly said i need to call the service and check if it is correct because he may ask extra charge at destination if the charges are applicable at the end. It sounded ridiculous.
                      So we started to call the help line and meanwhile we were sitting in the cab. Before we could speak to the help line the cab driver asked us to get down the cab and he said he will cancel the booking and we have to check with helpline. This is how the cab service recruits the drivers or gives business to illiterate, selfish and arrogant drivers.
                      We had to get down the cab and it was very urgent for us to reach the destination. I spoke to call center manager. He was very cool and doesn't even care what customer is facing and doesn't seem to react for miss behavior of the driver. He simply says that maximum he would terminate the driver from cab service.
                      What an waste because i was expecting remedy from the service for the emergency i was facing. He offered me that he will book another good cab in same request, i didn't want to take it but due to emergency i thought i would agree, after some time he came back and said the order is canceled and i have to re-book it.

                          I was recently in mumbai, india. I used ola cabs to travel around the suburbs. Whenever i had to travel from mumbai to new mumbai or something like that i faced serious issues finding a cab. After booking driver use to ask on phone call where i have to go after knowing that it is far distance, the driver use to give excuse like there is no enough gas in car, engine broke down suddenly due to rains and some drivers simply switched off phone and did not even bother to give any excuse. I got list of drivers and their details who behaved so. I hope ola cabs check out this list and take some action against these drivers so that customer won't face such problems in future.

                            Last friday around 11:45 pm i have booked ola from airport and i have some emergency that time. amar sil the driver called me up and asking the crn code and without hasting i have shared the crn no[protected] with him as my mental condition is not good that time to think about any fraud case. i had called the driver repeatedly and he is saying he was stuck in traffic and waited for his arrival. after 15-20 mins i got a message my ride has been completed and its cost rs.65. i was shocked with such incident which is never happened with ola previously. i again called up the driver and he not picked my phone. again i booked ola and safely arrived home. i lost 30-40 mins crucial time in an emergency situation.
                            I want strict action against the driver amar sil and hope same incident not happen further.

                            Ola auto driver had done fruad of 300rs..which is suppose to charge only 249 but he had charged cash 280+through google pay scan also charged 277...do the refund of 300rs.

                            My ride on 29 September where I paid the amount in form of scanning driver's Google pay QR code as driver demanded to do so. As well as my estimated bill was 139 rupees but deliberately driver took a long route as well as he driven very slowly and by taking wrong turns as well as U turns he made bill amount of around 157 ₹. He was sick and sneezing constantly and not wearing mask at all. If I wasn't paid for this order how can any driver allow me to leave his vehicle unless I pay him. Then why are you charging me again for this ride? If driver has not updated the payment details with you then it's not my fault. Paying 157₹ is not a big deal for me but why should I pay again?
                            Check the ride details from driver and settle this issue otherwise I'll file compliant against you (ola).
                            With this mail I'm attaching Google pay screenshot of completed payment details with driver.
                            Paid driver Rs 787 through gpay twice and phonpe once, due to time out issue in gpay. With in 5 mins the timeout un successful gpay also got paid to the driver. When contacted driver for refund, he is not reachable. Ola is having dishonest drivers, taking advantage of customer network issue and make frauds. I paid 1574 excess to the driver.CRN[protected].pls help to get my excess money paid to dishonest Ola driver.

                              Hi Team,

                              I have experienced worst than worst service today by OLA cabs where there are about 4-5 cancellation done by drivers due to denial of duty when I am booking cab for my wife who is stranded on road and drenching in rain.

                              There repeated denial of duty by drivers for approx. 30-45 mins for all the bookings. In addition, the drivers behavior were so unprofessional. At every instance of denial when my wife asks to complaint, the drivers were so rude and have said following phrases:

                              1. KARLO JO KARNA HAI, JISSE CPMPLAINT KARNI HAI MEIN TO NAHI JA RAHA
                              2. KARLO JISSE COMPLAIN KARNI HAI, MERI GAADI THODI BANDH KAR LENGE
                              3. MEIN TO NAHI JA RAHA, AAP CANCEL KARLO AUR DUSRI GAADI LELO, MERE PAAS PERMIT NAHI

                              Either the drivers were not having permit or one of them came up with car with a temporary number instead of a registerd number which was mentioned in the message.

                              Even, while reporting the issue by calling[protected], couple of times, they simply said that since booking is cancelled, you need to book your ride again and we cannot help.

                              I did the same while putting the call on hold and sharing the request number with customer care to check if this driver will go. He talked to the driver and confirmed me that he will go but after 5 mins agan the driver has cancelled the booking.

                              Finally, , I called the customer care and have anguished my anger and even talked to the supervisor, who is just saying and nothing else and the only thing he helped is to arrange a cab with which finally my wife boarded.

                              I really want to know what kind of tainings, goveranance, system data OLA has that they don't have details of which driver has permit to travel outside delhi what trainings they give to their drivers and inspite continuous denial of duty they don't have any controls on the drivers.

                              Its almost 30-45 mins that my wife was stranded on the road and drenched completely in rain until she took shelter at one of her colleagues home in Rohini itsel[censored]ntil the cab comes.

                              I demand a compensation for all the trauma and stress which my wife has gone through.

                              This is so unprofessional & unacceptable behavir from OLA.

                              I have been using the OLA cabs for long but now its seems its high time to move to UBER or MERU at OLA services are gettig degrared day by day.

                              You are going to loose a loyal cutomer definately for sure unless I seea strict action and compensation for all the siffferings my wife has gone through.

                                Today at around 12.00 noon, i booked an ola auto at saligramam. The driver, s name was Damodaran mob no.[protected]. after travelling 1.4 kms. the meter showed rs 31. we asked the driver whereafter, he again changed the meter to the minimum. after reaching pothys tnagar, the meter showed rs 54. we offered rs 64. then he behaved violently and demanded a total of rs95, we helplessly paid (both me and my wife are in the late sixties and hence were threatened to pay) because we are senior citizens. we paid rs 95, but got a message that we paid rs 60. i therefore feel that in future such drivers should not be engaged for a reputed company like ola. today my travel in an ola auto was very miserable.

                                    Hi, myself mr prahladbhai patel, had became victim of fraud call from bank and by asking my debit card details and otp, someone had used my debit card of state bank of india and transfer money in various mobile wallet. we had registered complain in anand town police and at consulting the bank, we come to know that the fraud person had transfer rs 4000 in ola cab. the transaction no is[protected] dated 26th july around 4.30 pm. here i am attaching photo of police complain and bank statement which shows the transaction no of the transfer and bank account details. kindly do needful and guide us further to take necessary steps to get our money back, thanks

                                    One person calling himself from SBI card activation dept. and asked from my wife card details and withdrawn Rs. 9999 from her account and transferred to OTHPG WWW OLA CABS.COM GURGAON.

                                    She was not aware that she is being fooled from this guy..

                                    He called many times on her number for card activation. When she got frustated she asked him to talk to me. Next day He called me and asked for the OTP and i asked my relative to check messg. He said some payment message is there for OLA cabs.

                                      Arrogant and atrocious behaviour of driver rajesh of car no_ ka-09c-2012 and miss management of the customer care center of ola cabs by sending us forcibly the vehicle which we do not demand on 29th july 2016 at 13:30 hrs.
                                      When we have put a demand for a ola mini why is a ola sedan sent to us. The driver refuses to switch on the ac, takes a long route to increase the mileage. The amount which costs us rs110 maximum from easy day jaylakshmipuram mysore to jp nagar mysore has costed us rs 167. It is utter exploitation and wastage of our precious time
                                      This attitude of the staff enrolled by you needs urgent attention and we want the excess amount to be reimbursed to us at the earliest and apologies by the concerned. Hoping for an early solution. Suhaail nayak
                                      OLA Worst cab service ever. and the cab drivers are the worst idiotic, irresponsible, stupid and arrogant drivers I have ever seen.


                                      Yes it is 100% true.
                                      Even thought I already knew OLA is the worst cab service, I still thought of giving it a try to give a chance. last time they charged my Rs.1000/= for just 25kms.
                                      This time I booked a cab and was skeptic whether I would be charged extra so checked my message and with driver and didn't got ny extra charge. The driver arrogantly said I need to call the service and check if it is correct because he may ask extra charge at destination if the charges are applicable at the end. It sounded ridiculous.
                                      So we started to call the help line and meanwhile we were sitting in the cab. Before we could speak to the help line the cab driver asked us to get down the cab and he said he will cancel the booking and we have to check with helpline. This is how the cab service recruits the drivers or gives business to illiterate, selfish and arrogant drivers.
                                      we had to get down the cab and it was very urgent for us to reach the destination. I spoke to call center manager. He was very cool and doesn't even care what customer is facing and doesn't seem to react for miss behavior of the driver. He simply says that maximum he would terminate the driver from cab service.
                                      What an waste because I was expecting remedy from the service for the emergency I was facing. He offered me that he will book another good cab in same request, I didn't want to take it but due to emergency I thought I would agree, after some time he came back and said the order is canceled and I have to re-book it.

                                        We have booked 6 rides from ola cabs app and we recieved only 1 positive response from the drivers.. All the rides were local... Its been a very bad experience... Even today we booked ola cab to go to isbt from tagore villa and our ride were cancelled 2 times... The drivers are rude and never ready to provide the service... We will never reccommend this ola cab to anyone...
