Hi... My name is reetu and i booked an ola cab from airoli toll to seawoods sec 44a. By mistake the driver pressed some button and the fare meter stopped, but the driver still continued to drive. However, when i was about to get down, he asked me to pay 585 rs which he didn't have a bill for, because, his fare meter stopped mid way. I still paid without a reciept. Just to add, he was constantly on his phone watsapp while driving and was a rash driver. I anyways told him that i'll complain ola the moment i get down.
Lastly i have forgotten my wallet and a box of nuts in the car. I called the driver for the same but he refused to give me my wallet back. I called up ola as well but of no help. I have the below mentioned contents in my wallet. Cash - around 2500 rs, 2 icici credit cards, 1 kotak debit card, 1 kotak credit card, axis bank credit card, citi bank credit card, 1 driving licence, multiple shopping cards.
The driver said call whoever you wanna call, i don't care... Very bad attitude. I can guarantee he has my wallet and is refusing to give it back.
I request you to look into the matter asap and figure out a solution.
The driver is purposely doing this because i told him i'll complain to ola as he was driving rash.
Highly disappointed with this... Didn't expect this from ola atleast.

Yes it is 100% true.
Even thought I already knew OLA is the worst cab service, I still thought of giving it a try to give a chance. last time they charged my Rs.1000/= for just 25kms.
This time I booked a cab and was skeptic whether I would be charged extra so checked my message and with driver and didn't got ny extra charge. The driver arrogantly said I need to call the service and check if it is correct because he may ask extra charge at destination if the charges are applicable at the end. It sounded ridiculous.
So we started to call the help line and meanwhile we were sitting in the cab. Before we could speak to the help line the cab driver asked us to get down the cab and he said he will cancel the booking and we have to check with helpline. This is how the cab service recruits the drivers or gives business to illiterate, selfish and arrogant drivers.
we had to get down the cab and it was very urgent for us to reach the destination. I spoke to call center manager. He was very cool and doesn't even care what customer is facing and doesn't seem to react for miss behavior of the driver. He simply says that maximum he would terminate the driver from cab service.
What an waste because I was expecting remedy from the service for the emergency I was facing. He offered me that he will book another good cab in same request, I didn't want to take it but due to emergency I thought I would agree, after some time he came back and said the order is canceled and I have to re-book it.
I would want to give ratting in minus.
