Today morning at 7:04 on July 25th, 2016, I got into the ola cab, my booking is CRN[protected] and I was sitting in the cab for more than 5 mins and the driver would not start, claiming that his GPS was not working. I had to attend an emergency surgery in Ganga hospital and being the head surgeon I could not wait and hence had to walk out of the cab. This is truly the fault of yours and not mine. I received an SMS from you saying that I will be charged an additional ₹50 in my next ride. In light of this I would not want to take rides from you anymore. This is extremely preposterous and highly unprofessional. Please look into the matter ASAP. Thank you.

      My sister was trying to book a cab in the morning. She booked a cab in the morning driver denied the duty. While doing the another booking same cab was booked 2 times.       I want strict action against driver and to unblock my sister account.

          Old mini indica tn-21-as-5635 hit and drive

          Few minutes back in front of the office (Cabgemini, karapakkam, chennai) a ola mini indica tn-21-as-5635 hit my two wheeler and drived away without any response.

          The cab doesnt have side mirros and he turned the vehicle without putting the side indicator. The vehicle hit my bike and i fell down on the road. He got down of the vehicle and started agruing with me for not driving properly when the whole mistake was on him. Also he has mentioned that indica vehicles do not have side mirrors and i am uneducate.

          The drive showed a worst behaviour after hitting my vehicle take action against the driver.

            When we book a cab from haridwar to rishikesh it shows following fare charges.
            Base fare rs 49
            Rate per km rs 12
            Ride time charges rs 2

            But after taking ride i was charged as below.

            Ride time fare for 55 min:110
            Total fare:977.4
            Service tax (5.60%):54.73
            Swachh bharat tax (0.20%):1.95
            Krishi kalyan cess (0.20%):1.95

            Rounding off:-0.03
            Total bill:1036
            Cash paid:1036

            This is a forgery against the customer. Please refund my money else i will have no other option but to go to consumer court.

            When we book a cab from Haridwar to rishikesh it shows following fare charges.

                I had to cancel all the three rides.
                I would just like that money to be refunded and given an explation for this incident.

                  Hello ola team,

                  Subject : lack of service in prime industrial areas.

                  Sincere request to extend your service limits to ambernath and badlapur as it comes under mumbai region and also ambernath being one of the most important industrial place of mumbai. More than a 1000 reputed small and large scale industries are functional in this area which requires many people to travel to this location via cabs. Though many other cabbies do ply you to these places but they charge hefty fares.

                  Ola needs to extend there service for less than 10kms to cover these locations.

                  Currently ola app only provide service til ulhasnagar which is just 2kms away from earlier mentioned locations.

                  Awaiting a positive response.
                  High Price for Travel Just 22.6KM Paid Rs.960/-..,
                  Very very bad worst services in travels

                      Dear ola,
                      I had made a booking for an airport drop at 4 am on the 24th of july. The following are the booking details driver name - santosh, mobile number-[protected], swift dezire, vehicle number - ka 04 aa 4452. My otp number for the ride[protected].
                      The driver did not pick my calls or turn up until 4:15, after which i decide to take another cab and leave. I could not make it to the airport on time due to the inconvenience caused by your driver or your system. I was taking a group of 60 people to shirdi, therefore had to communicate to them and ask them to board the flight and leave without wasting time. I had to repurchase tickets for a later flight and make separate arrangements for transport from pune to shirdi. At around 8:30 i received an automated call from ola saying your ride has been cancelled, this call was followed by a message requesting me to call the driver. After speaking to the driver i got to know he had received no booking at all, i do not know what is happening but i have suffered a huge loss due to negligence from your side and i can provide sufficient proof for my arguments.
                      I need to know who will bear the cost of me missing my flight, buying new tickets, arranging separate transport.
                      I can go to the consumer court for the loss i have suffered due to your system and negligence.

                        This is with reference to the last ride i took with ola.
                        The driver misbehaved with me, abused me and stopped the cab mid way. I had no way to go anywhere. My rs 200 ola money got deducted.

                        The driver was also abusing very badly and tried to attack me.
                        Please remove the driver and i want you to pay me compensation for the discomfort caused.

                        and so do i. I also use Uber cabs and

                        others.I have never had such kind of

                        disgusting, insecure, horrid experience

                        ever.
                        I want to tell you the sequence of events

                        that took place.

                        1)I boarded my cab from Atmosphere 6

                        restaurant and my destination was hinjewadi

                        phase-1. Wen i boarded i was with one of my

                        friend. There was one more co passenger.

                        Total fare was 287, 221 was paid by us in

                        cash and rest from ola money(You can

                        validate from your Navigation or system).

                        2)Co-passenger was dropped at Pune airport

                        as it was his destination. Now the driver

                        after deboarding him stopped his vechile

                        and started to beat around bush, started

                        calling his relatives so that he can get

                        some more rides meanwhile.As per Ola

                        policy, You cant wait stop your car cab and

                        wait for ride to come. If ride comes and

                        then you wait, its allowed.(Validate all

                        this from Your system, whatever i am

                        saying)


                        3)We asked him to start the car so that we

                        can reach our destination, He literally

                        Abused us, Me being a female passenger, he

                        must have shown some courtsey.


                        3)He continued and said, he will stop his

                        car till a ride comes. He cant drop us in

                        that amount and asked for more money. We

                        resisted and he again abused and returned

                        our money and asked us to get down.

                        4)Just wen i was about to get down, he

                        drove his car and i fell down. I have got

                        Bruises in my leg.

                        5)We tried to stop the ride from App, but

                        we were unable to do so.

                        6)It was around 10 in the night, and i had

                        no option available. Is this not a security

                        concern? I never expect this kind of

                        gesture from any Cab company or any driver.
                        Is this what the feedback i will give to

                        other people?


                        If i want i can book a police compaint

                        against the driver, but i have more trust

                        in Ola and i don't want to drag myself.

                        Being a female passenger, it was a big

                        security concern. I called ola instantly

                        and got my refund.

                        But what about these kind of drivers,

                        driving, abusing and misbehaving.

                        I want you to Terminate this DRIVER FROM

                        IMMEDIATE EFFECT. IF YOU CAN'T TERMINATE,

                        PLEASE LET ME KNOW, I WILL GO AHEAD FOR

                        PROPER ESCALATION.

                          I was in an ola ride in kolkata on 23-july 2016 (saturday) from shibpur, howrah to kolkata.
                          The drivers name was mohd alam. as soon as we boarded the cab he started saying the destination is too far. then he said he will take us to a different place where his brother will take over and drive. when we refused he started abusing and threatened to leave us in the middle of a road cut off from the main city. he remarked "do whatever you have to, complain to whomever you want to i do not care."

                            Today i booked a cab from lajpat nagar, central market and the condition of the car was worst. However i boarded the cab, after 15 mins at aiims, driver said that car has broken down and my ride will have to be stopped on the way. This was due to heavy traffic at south extention that the driver was not willing to go further. I asked him to get in touch with ola support and arrange for a replacement, to which he refused and also asked for undue money. After some argument with him, i was forced to pay him the money and booked another cab which was showing an eta of 3 mins. This driver told that its going to take 25 mins for the cab to reach. I was now forced to cancel the cab and book an auto. This time i received a message from ola stating a cancellation fee of rs. 50/- which was forced on my next ola auto bill.

                                  Ola is the typical example of a company that used all sweet tactics at the beginning to woo the customer and slowly as they built a customer base, started behaving rude and non caring, to the point of compromising customer safety. Here is the nasty experience i had with their ola share on 21-july-2016.

                                  I had made a booking ref osn[protected]around 8:30pm to be dropped at a place just a few km away. The app had shown me that the allotted cab was travelling with another person so i was almost sure that i will be able to make it to the destination at the time i planned. The pickup came and i boarded the indica tn02ap 1236 at 8:45pm. Since i had ola money there was no prepaid amount.

                                  The cab was empty unlike the status shown in the app and the driver said that the first pickup had not boarded and he had to now go back and pick him. The cab went more than a km in the direction opposite to where i had wanted to go. He parked on the main road and started trying the person's number and there was no response. He kept trying multiple times with again the same result. I told him that i had to make an appointment and could not wait all day, to which he showed me his phone where some ola timer was expected to time-out in 3 minutes so he could start. But the timer never seemed to reach its end and we waited there for more than 10 min. 8:55pm - 9:12pm

                                  I unfortunately could not afford any more delay, but the driver sternly said there is nothing he could do. At such unearthly hours i then had to get out and hail an auto. For those who know autos in chennai you know how cut-throat they are and esp at such hours as after 9pm. I agreed to pay the exorbitant fare and was finally dropped at my destination.

                                  The response from ola customer support team to my complaint (Ref[protected] was even more disappointing. They insisted that ola share rides are prepaid and they could not refund the money if the customer decided to cancel the ride midway for whatever reason. One yaswanth narayan r and atheeq ahmed from their team proved most unhelpful. True to the words of the driver who had told me that even if you complain nothing will happen to me, i was left bleak-faced and wondering why i had ever done the booking.

                                  I would like to note here that ola had done a mistake by refusing to refund the amount which was just 55/-. I have made multiple rides with them in the past that easily comes to above a grand, so this amount is not really worth much. But they have lost a customer in me for sure, which is all the future payments they could have got from me. I always knew that uber had a better pool of drivers who were more sensible than those in ola. My only complaint was that they never launched uber pool in chennai, unlike in bangalore. But now even without that i will go for their regular cab service that comes at 6/- per km. Much less hassle than the rude and stubborn ola customer care and their mindless drivers.
                                  I feel Ola does not deserve a rating either. Ola share is worst experience I have every had. Last evening I booked the cab. I booked the cab at 6.20 pm and cab arrived by 6.41 pm. After this when I boarded the cab the Ola app started a 6 minutes wait time as the app was looking for another customer. The cab waited there for 6 minutes and there was no booking till that time. So the driver started the trip. After crossing a distance of about 2 kms the driver got the booking from same location where I boarded. So he again drive back to that location and this all process took about 30 minutes more. So by the time it was already 7.15 pm that another customer boarded the cab. Now application booked the customer whose drop was prior to me even though I have booked the cab prior to the other customer. The drop location of other traveler was not on my route. It was somewhere in opposite direction. By the time she got drop it was already 8. Then I reached safely at my location by 9. So this whole process took me around 2 hrs 45 minute. In between I contacted customer care, the support guy said in Ola share such deviations do happen. he said "If you don't like share then you can go for micro and mini". Then my question is why the hell you people are providing share. Yes of course to make more money and break your customers. After such a bad experience I would never ever travel by Ola. And I request others to not to travel by Ola. Who knows when you will reach at your destination. May be it can 12 hours.

                                    I travelled to tigaon road sector-3 faridabad from my residence shahdra through your cab no. Dl1rta6021. It had been driven by driver named budh ([protected] phone no,). He was very rude with me. He did not know how to deal with customer. Also he dropped me at my destination very late. Although i knew about the traffic on the road. But i could saw that road was very smooth at that time.In whole journey he misbehaved me. N i was travelled with my sister but he did not realised that how to talk in front of a lady. He is very mannerless so kindly resolve my complaint regarding this rude driver. Then other customer would not face same problem with him as i did.

                                      I booked an ola cab on 13th july 2016 at around 8:30 pm. Cab was booked for azad market from vikaspuri. The driver took us from the outer ring road and charged me rs 478. When i chcked earlier befre booking the cab approx rental price it was showing 200-250 rs.

                                      While returning from the same place to the same place, i booked uber cab. The uber driver drove us from the longest route bcoz of the trafic on outer ring road but despite that the bill was of 200 rs only.

                                        Hey, I had added ola money of rs 198 rs recently and booked on ride from swarget Pune ...
                                        After booking I got details of driver and cab.. then within seconds got message as thanks for riding with us. And deducted my ola money.. where I haven't taken cab.

                                        How it is possible.. I need to talk someone who have higher dignity to escalate.

                                        For now I don't have to do the trust on this mobile app.
