Last four to five years I am using the Ola app, recently they bring the Ola postpaid default option with a limit of 1500rs in the Ola app, As per the customer, no idea about that option and I thought every time cash payment for all the trips, so I have paid cash for my trips, after limitation cross, I know the new service about post paid, I have raised my concern to Ola customer services, they guide me when the first time of customer care call, they told if need to raise the ticket against of ola post paid options they set the 10 limitations, but I need to raise the ticket 15 but customer care advised me, the first month you can raise the 10 tickets next month you can raise balance 5 tickets, based that advise I have raised the 10 ticket for the first month, current month I have raised 5 tickets but Ola post paid dues added late fees also but not considered my tickets, I spoke to customer care services but they forcely told me to pay the money, i told to him, i have already paid cash for all my trips but they wont consider my reason, often they told, need to pay and clear your dues including late fees charges, so i very disappointed Ola services, i like to close my ola services because unwantedly pressure will get it from this app.
