It's regarding my ola ride CRN [protected]. I have paid rupees 1095 to the driver by cash after the ride was completed, but today again 1637 rupees were deducted from my ola postpaid money for the same ride.

After the ride was completed i had a talk with Ola customer care as the driver did not close the ride after he dropped me.

After multiple phone calls between me, Ola customer care executive and the driver, somehow the customer care executive closed the ride, but now my money was deducted from the postpaid money. Whereas I already paid the cash to the driver.

I have raised multiple complaints with Ola customer care and as well as try to reach out to ola through Twitter, but no luck.

So please look into it and refund my 1637 to my ola postpaid money.

    Dear team,

    I have been raising this issue since 22nd April, related to my OLA ride taken at 11.40 pm.

    I booked a sedan and the fare charges were shown as INR 879/- for a sedan. I confirmed the booking. When the cab arrived instead of OLA SEDAN an OLA MINI came with the same cab number. I took the ride as I had to come back home.

    Ever since while I was in the ride and till now I have raised numerous complaints to OLA via their support section in the app. OLA CALL US option in their app doesn’t even work and that is absolutely frustrating. I am very upset about the fact that I have not received any resolution on this yet, even after escalating for more than 7 to 8 times. They either come back via an automated email saying the they will revert within 4 hours or sometimes within 48 hours. Yet no resolution

    Please also note that monthly bill / invoice is generated for this month and I am to pay a total amount of INR 2011.00. However, I wish to make the payment of INR 1114.00 ( INR 2011.00 - INR 897.00 - the disputed amount ).

    I am unable to make such payment of INR 1114.00 as the payment amount is uneditable in their app.

    Due date for such payment is on or before 9th May, if not made I will be charged a late fee as per OLA’s default policy.

    I am attaching all the supporting evidences about this issue.

    IS WAGONR A SEDAN???

    I have raised this on OLA’s Instagram account, Facebook Account and posted these things on Twitter. No resolution from anywhere of these mediums.

      So i took driver from olla app and payment was made to driver as he was saying scanner not working so transfer it to my account so i did that but now what i am seeing olla app showing payment due and i am not able to use this app so kindly resolve this

        I paid cash for a ride but later money got deducted from my paytm wallet. Now neither the driver nor the customer care is picking up my calls.

          Ola has disable my postpaid account. I used ola postpaid amount where i was given emi request of RS.15000 which is successfully converted and i received the msg from ola team.

          Right now they are sending me the msg for the whole amount to pay which was converted into emi.

          Pay Now option is disable at my ola postpaid account so i unable to pay emi.

          If i unable to pay the emi amount at ola app or ola money app so why should i pay penalty and why should my cibil score will impact.

          I'll not pay any penalty or late payment fee.

          I sent one mail to IDFC First bank because they are his finance partner.

          Kindly fix this issue and me that emi payment link.

          Why should pay whole amount if ola team has promised for the emi?

          They are calling me daily and forcing me to pay the whole amount.

          I am ready to fight in court. I have proof against Ola.

                  Booking from Ola App, Taking Cab from Daurli to Abu Lane generates fake toll charges of Amount Rs 30/- additional to the Total Bill. The route is a city road with NO TOLLS and this is an intracity travel. Despite many attempts given to Ola to make changes, they have NOT responded to the complaints and NOT made the corrections.

                    I had ordered through OLA Dash (Order ID - aysk-pld3ob) certain grocery items amounting total of Rs 360 out of which one item pertaining to Rs 70 was missing. For which I did multiple follow-ups but they have such miserable support services that you can only chat with some stereotyped people who would keep sending pre-typed messages again and again and at the end of all these af (ter almost 8 hours they are replying (Complaint No - 400716) that it has been checked with delivery partner and there was no item missing.

                    How ridiculous, they think we have so much time to waste coordinating with their stupid customer care. I need refund/product delivered.

                    I have used Zepto multiple times and it is better than OLA.

                      This concerns my booking CRN[protected] where I paid cab fare in cash but later driver charged my ola postpaid account again.

                      I have made complaint to ola but they are not refunding. This fraud is going on with customer where driver insists payment in cash. Once customer pays in cash they later charge ola postpaid also.

                            Had taken an Ola cab from Mumbai Airport to my home in Vasai on 17th April 2022. Had selected Cash payment option while booking. On completing the trip paid cash to the driver and then got an email after some time that the amount is charged on Ola Postpaid also. Wrote multiple emails to Ola which fell on deaf ears. There is no clear option to report this issue on Ola app, only some predefined options. Have raised multiple tickets on Ola, but always got a template reply that extra cash payments to driver is not Olas' responsiblity. Its not extra cash, it was the charges paid, but Ola bots wint understand this. This is a clear case of cheating. Tried calling the driver too, who didnt respond to calls.
                            There is no customer care number for complaints. Emails to their [protected]@olacabs.com is not responsive. Ola is just openly looting people. I ended up paying Rs. 1300 to the driver in cash and had to clear Ola Postpaid dues of Rs. 1257 as I got messages and emails saying it can affect my credit score.
                            Many forums shows that people had similar issues with Ola. Consumer forum should take strict actions against Ola for such malpractices.

                              Driver refused to input OTP and forced to cancel trip and make separate trip with him and pay him separately.
                              I can't make my family insecure and refused his offer. Then driver cancelled trip to make me out from vehicle.

                              Note - In support option at OLA application, driver complaint is not working. Also there on call support is not picking phone. Very worst service

                              Expectation -
                              1. Driver should get ban/punish by taking strong action against such situations faced by customer with family/kids.
                              2. Ola should return the cancellation charge back to me.

                              No call/sms/email from OLA regarding this issue. Didn't got any solution for my raised issue. Now, I can understand why OLA drivers are doing wrong to riders!!! Congratulations to OLA for providing such a bad service and keep making troubled and unsecure yo riders... So, i took action from myself is to stop using OLA application and services!!!

                                Last four to five years I am using the Ola app, recently they bring the Ola postpaid default option with a limit of 1500rs in the Ola app, As per the customer, no idea about that option and I thought every time cash payment for all the trips, so I have paid cash for my trips, after limitation cross, I know the new service about post paid, I have raised my concern to Ola customer services, they guide me when the first time of customer care call, they told if need to raise the ticket against of ola post paid options they set the 10 limitations, but I need to raise the ticket 15 but customer care advised me, the first month you can raise the 10 tickets next month you can raise balance 5 tickets, based that advise I have raised the 10 ticket for the first month, current month I have raised 5 tickets but Ola post paid dues added late fees also but not considered my tickets, I spoke to customer care services but they forcely told me to pay the money, i told to him, i have already paid cash for all my trips but they wont consider my reason, often they told, need to pay and clear your dues including late fees charges, so i very disappointed Ola services, i like to close my ola services because unwantedly pressure will get it from this app.

                                  It is been observed that whenever I book my new ride it ask me to pay payment due for last ride (which I have been successfully paid for that rides)
                                  On Tues, 12 Apr 9:30PM I took ride from Aditya Birla hospital to Tathawade with fare charges 84. Which I paid successfully (pls refer screenshots), but when I booked my next ride on Sunday 24th Apr from Tathawade to Elpro it was showing me for payment due of 84Rs, I have to pay this as there was no other option and cleared payment of 84rp and booked ride for Rs117.
                                  Now again when I am trying to book for other ride it showing me for payment due of 117, unless I pay this it is not allowing me to book other ride. This is clear bug in Application and need to be addressed
                                  I have to install other application due to this frequent issue at OLA

                                    I have been charged twice by Ola for the same ride. I paid 874 via PhonePe (which was first wrong itself because that was more money than initial charge shown to me on the app) on which the money got debited from my bank account via PhonePe, and I received the notification for the same. But the app continued to show 'Payment Pending' and the driver locked the door and forced me to pay 712 in cash.
                                    Attached are two receipts: first for the first payment and second for the second payment.

                                      We booked ola on 01/05/2022. Cab number MP04 TA 7894 driver take the ride after pick up he didn't ask for OTP and starts the ride, we were in hurry to pick up the train so we forget the OTP share. When ride ends and no bill generated then I realized that driver did not ask for OTP, now the driver Arun yadav ask for money and he called his friend at bhopal station. We were with family so did not argued more and paid 450 Rs for a 15km ride. Strong action required against this kind of drivers.

                                        Today morning I booked an ola cab to the airport for one of my clients and I said will do an online payment, but the ola driver (Mr Suresh) asked not to do an online payment once the trip is over. I will share a PhonePe, please transfer it there.

                                        I understand I should have paid from the app but the driver objected to doing so.. Requested to do PhonePe

                                        Once the trip is done. He has said to the client that payment is not done please pay cash.

                                        Actual ola cost: 980 Rs
                                        Collected cash from my client: 1200 Rs
                                        I did PhonePe: 1100 Rs

                                        Later called me and asked for an online transfer since the payment is not done yet

                                        Asked me to transfer along with the tip, so I was happy to give him a high rating and also transfer money to PhonePe no: [protected]. Due to his kindness but taking an advantage of ola user

                                        I would suggest the ola team block his monthly payment and resolve the issue. And take disciplinary action against him

                                        Required documents are attached.
