Hi, this is second time for this month, when i am charged for the ride with was never commenced. I had booked ola auto and before even coming to the point he switched on the ride and my ola money got deducted. He did not even pick the call. This is fraudulent and it's over often with ola cabs. Hi, I had booked an Ola mini today but due to some reasons it got cancelled and the customer care said they will send replacement car.. But the car that they send is from the micro category but I will be charged for the mini category which is completely unfair... It wasn't our fault and we kept our patience for the delay but we expect some fairness on this matter.....

Today i travelled by ola from my resident (Baneswadi, bangalore) to nistesh forest hills (Seegahalli, bangalore) - crn[protected]Cab driver name: srinivasa) at 9:11 am. I gave my mobile to charge since the battery was low and i need to book my return in ola app.

After getting down i paid rs. 320 (Generally i pay for a tea) and the cab passed the gate. It was 3 mins latter i realised my mobile ([protected])...

Complaint 1 - i was overcharged since on of their drivers waited at a gas station for 30mins to get gas on my meter. I filed a complaint many times. Nothing was done. Booking number - crn[protected]. I was overcharged by atleast 200 since it was cab booked at peak fare which is again ridiculous.

Complaint 2 - i booked a car to return home from vashi at around 830pm, i was waiting till 9:15pm, i did not get a cab and 5 of their...

Recently ola is about to introduce a cancellation fee system where if we cancel a booking after 5 mins of booking it will credit an amount in the next travel bill, which is ridiculous.

*my complaint is, if they are introducing it, there should also be a system where cab drivers when deny duty after booking a ride because they do not want to should be penalized and customers should be given a refund amount or something of that...

Vehicle - white indigo tn76t1420. even though he didn't park the car at airport, he cheated me by collecting extra amount rs. 130 for parking at chennai airport, which is not paid to the concerned office. actually we booked two cars for going to airport at the same time. another driver irudaya ([protected]) (silver tavera tn32ah6384) didn't collect the parking charge. but the driver arun ([protected])...

My name is sunil. I had booked a ola ride on 15-07-16 for punchkula to mohali. A. C was not working in cab. When i reached the destination the driver charged me 500rs for 27 k. M. I said him i got message of 243rs, he told he stopped the meter in the way and booked another ride from his own mobile. He took extra 257 rs for only 7 k. M after i got the message. Next day had book a same ride from mohali to punchkula. He charged me only 230rs...

I hired 2 ola cabs (Mini) from kurla to crawford market at the same time from the same location one vehicle sachin kumar mob:[protected] charged 275 rupees whereas the other vehicle ashfaq [protected] charged us 225. Why did the other driver charge us more. Mini base charge is 45 rupees and 6 rupees per km. Kurla to crawford market 17 kms. Please explain why we were charged 275....

I have direct monetory loss of appx inr 5000 and i have proof and record of all expences. These losses incurred due to concellation of ola cab by driver. After booking of another cab, no vehicle return back after half an hour even after commitment of 3 minute. I left my train and book flight from delhi to mumbai.
I have suffered indirect losses also in spite of above monetory loss du to serices not procided by ola as per their commitment...

We have booked ola cab fir my wife to travel at 5pm today driver channakeshava [protected] ka50a2059 was arrogant and mis leaded my wife. He has not listning our direction to reach the destination. He was very rude stopped the cab midway

We feel travelling by ola cabs is in secured

Hi,
I booked a sharing cab yesterday morning. I got a msg after booking confirmation.
I called up driver & asked where he is? Driver said he is near to my place and reaching soon. I called up after 15 min he said i am not able to identify the root.. I explained the root to him (He was behind my colony). And after 2 min he cancelled the ride by stating that he is not able to find out the root.
I again booked 2nd cab &...

This is to bring to your notice that on 5th july i. e. today at about 6.30 pm i was driving my car and at samta mulak crossing also know as 1090 crossing due to vip movement all traffic coming from golf club side was diverted towards balo adda. it being peak hour traffic was highly congested and was moving at snale speed. just behind me your co. cab was moving...

The cab driver i booked started messaging me later saying he wants to befriend me. please make note. i have attached images of the whatsapp chat he sent me. please make note.

The driver was very arrogant, i have been a frequent user of ola but because of that particular driver i am so disappointed.
He asked me where i was from and i told him i was from nagaland.. He then said aap log toh sab kuch khate ho.. And etc etc and he even asked for what i was eating, even then i didn't bother as i had a train to catch, i even told him i was running late but inspite of that he was driving slow and was on the phone...

On 13th evening, i booked ola cab (prime) from mumbai domestic airport at 07.50 hrs. i travelled up to vashi bus depot. it costs me of rs. 996/-.

I am in a situation that i have to pay as bill is generated from app.

It never costs more than 500/- from ola. few months back i came from same source to same destination at the fare of 320/-.
