Booked ola from kharghar to mumbai intl airport. Driver showed final bill amount of rs. 738 but asked for rs. 810 (Saying some additional toll charges etc.)

As i had to catch a flight, i paid rs. 800 to him.

But, i did not get any invoice.

On inquiring with ola, they said they do not provide invoices for kaali peeli cab.

Pls suggest forward path.

    Every time i book a cab,

    1. Driver never calls. Customer has to call them every time.
    2. Driver refuse to go to the destination
    3. Driver makes excuses like no cng in car, not feeling well, tyre puncture etc.
    4. Sometimes the driver is new, he does not understand the routes.

    It is really frustrating and i am fed up with ola services. I suggest we should stop using ola services and switch to other service providers like uber, taxi for sure.

      New way to cheat customers, ride with olacabs and get fooled!!

      Book ola micro which is 11 rs / km

      And

      Get mini which is 6 rs/km

      And pay for micro and get fooled

      When you ask customer care (karan from mumbai). he say it is written in app. i have screenshot of app where it is clearly written wagonr is in micro. when customer care don't know about app then how he will solve my problem.

        I had received a sms stating my 2nd auto ride would free on 21st july 2016. Based on that message i had booked my 2nd auto ride on same day (21st july 2016). But after the ride auto driver said i need to pay rs. 244. When i checked it with ola cabs chennai customer care, they simply said i will be getting rs. 50 as money back, hence i need pay for the ride. When i kept asking then why it was mentioned as free ride, if it is just going rs. 50 money back. But i haven't received any proper feedback from ola cabs. I am using ola cabs almost every day and such behavior and misleading information looks nasty on ola side.

            Had booked a shared ola cab from beml layout to phoenix mall on 16 july around 8 pm. the message i received for the booking was

            Pradeep m ([protected]) is on the way to your location in a silver etios ka 03 ac 2267. you are paying rs 73 for this ride. share osn[protected] only on boarding cab.

            I was returning from a party and had a few pegs for which i booked the cab. it was supposed to be a shared cab and there were 2 or 3 pickups scheduled on the way. however the driver didnot stop anywhere for more than a few seconds and didnot pick anyone on the way. when my destination arrived i handed him a 100 rupee note. he refused to accept the same and demanded rs 1000. i showed him the sms and told him that the fare for the trip was supposed to be rs 73. he refused to accept the same and threatened me that if i dont payup he will take me to the police station and file a complaint against me of abusing him. i had no choice but to pay up.

            This incident was clearly pre-planned by the cab driver. he knew i was a little high and took full advantage of the situation. he didnot pick anyone up intentionally so that he can have me alone and extort money.

            Pls accept this as an official complaint against the driver mr pradeep m. i want to see serious action taken against him. things might have turned even worse had there been a lady in my place. i will go viral if prompt and serious action is not taken against him from your end
            This issue has been handled very well by Ola Cabs. They resolved it and have promised that stern action will be taken against the errant at the earliest.

              I booked a cab at 8 am for a late afternoon ride. After i boarded the cab i was told that i need to respond to some notification etc etc. I was in a rush. I was asked to get down from your cab and also fined rs 75/- which i am supposed to pay before i book my next ola. Hopefully a smarter system will come along and will not have to deal with you. This is unnecessary harassment i can do without. Your half baked service is not for everybody.

                I booked an ola auto on jul 16 at 8:19 pm. The auto rickshaw driver refused to come in front of my building in spite of the fact that i am standing on the main road and i can road is empty and there is hardly any traffic. He refused and then charged me the amount of rs.46, which was deducted from my ola money.
                While the amount might be minimal however this is not the first time that ola has done this to me. I had booked taxi for sure with them and the driver didnt come and showed me as traveling while at the same time i was on another ride of ola car! I never got any answer from ola while i called several times and complained. I hardly use ola and prefer uber because of this situation however no uber was available so was forced to book ola that day.
                This time i thought i have given them enough chance and their unprofessional conduct needs to be reported.

                  ur driver taking long way long time consume or extra money or charge getting like toll tax etc

                  only a way to earn money few days I will travel in less amount no getting charge extra
                  not sent proper msg or mail or registered id or phone

                  also till not getting invoice

                  its customer fault to believed in u

                    I have been using an ola cab (micro) since 8/9 days for the same route, ie between goregaon east and juhu. my tariff approximately is around rs 140 -145. however, the days they announce a free upgrade i am charged 10 to 15 rs extra. please explain why so. however, today i was again given an upgrade and charged rs. 226. i later got an sms saying that i will be charged peak hour rates (4*1). can you please explain this?

                    I did not ask for an upgrade, so how have you decided on my behalf and why should i pay extra. if i am opting for a certain option, then obviously it is due to a certain budget in mind. how can ola upgrade without my consent and then charge me extra.

                    I need a refund for the amount charged extra and an undertaking that it will not happen henceforth.

                      I am repeatedly facing the problem. i always use the ride later option and book the cab one day prior, they hardly come to pick me up on time or cancel the ride. if you cannot honor the ride or serve the customer why do you take the booking. today i was supposed to be picked up at 8:45 am, the cab came at 9:45 am. very unprofessional drivers in spite of complaining to ola every time no strict action has been taken. he cancelled the ride just in front of me, was saying he is waiting from 15 min ola as strictly told not to call the customer once they reach the pick up point. very frustrating, please let me know what strict action is taken against such unprofessional drivers i dont want to listen to your sorry everytime its literally harassing the customer.

                        I have been using ola in many cities across India but the Ola experiance in kolkata has majorly been really bad and surprising.Yesterday night 11:45 pm i took an ola share OSN[protected] . It was late at night when suddenly on the midway to my destination i.e dawnagazi mosque bally the driver said he will drop me till a dakhinashwar temple which is on the other side of the Ganga River, at middle of the night he stopped the car and argued that he will not drop me to the drop location.I had to call my relatives at an odd hour to seek help as i was new to the city, Its when i was about to call up the cops the driver offered me a deal to pay a toll price for his return.He was asking for 45rs extra on the bill amount stating that he has to return empty and has to pay some toll as the return route was different, it was very disturbing and an unpleasant experience for those 40mins, he didn't use the navigation system when i requested which added on the the insecurity.It was midnight and unsafe area where we were heading, luckily the cab owner called is when i had to plead to the owner to instruct the cab driver to drop me, he understood and instructed the same, even after that after few kms the cab driver started off again cribbing and arguing, luckily i had the cab owner number i took from him and called up requesting and pleading him to instruct the drive to play fair or i need to call the cops, it is when he understood the seriousness of the matter and instructed the cab person to drop me without any extra cost.But the point remains these kind of bully drivers spoil the image of such big brands, I hope there needs to be some action taken on such drivers.i am not saying i have been cheated or any monitory big loss this indecent did but it was the 1st time i felt unsafe in an OLA cab.The cab owner Mr.tapoosh [protected] really understood the situation and helped me but he should be informed about such kind of driver he has employed.

                          why I pay to cancellation fees.
                          i am not give to cancellation charges it is reason is correct.this is pickup for driver mistake.pls correct and do the needful.

                            I booked ola cab on 19/7/2016 crn[protected] from magrath road to nimhans. 5 minutes later after waiting, the driver called and told that he is unable to come (Didnt tell the exact reason). So, i had to cancel the ride and book another one. I was charged rs.75 which was automativally added to my next bill. I had no option but to pay, even though it was not not my reason for cancellation. (It was the driver who didnt want to come, although he was in 0.5 km range)

                              We have booked a cab through ola,

                              Taxi no. hr 61 c 6308 through gurgaon to najafgarh.

                              Driver behaviour was not tolerable, he misbehave with us

                              Issue - do not start the ac, stating that in our policy we do not suppose to on air conditions.
                              Heated argued with us, and asked us to stop in midway
                              Drop at not our destination, he dropped at nearby location as per map showing.

                                Hi,
                                Please see below multiple issues faced with ola and ola money

                                1-i have paid 250/- as my idea postpaid mobile bill payment yesterday morning at 11:05am and its not yet credit to idea and i haven' got any confirmation for it.
                                I also have got warning messages for barred services from idea due to non-payment of bill despite me paying bill on time.

                                2-poor application interface and design.

                                3- also i loaded 1999/- amount to ola money using coupon code ola1999 and it got applied successfully but i didn't receive cashbacks also, technically its wrong even if the offer is discontinued.

                                4- inaccurate billing - upon taking ola cabs ride the charged bill is no accurate and theres a difference of few rupees always and no resolution is provided by customer care team each time upon called.

                                Overall the company is not ethically dealing with the customers.

                                  I am narendra. Last saturday i have tried to book a ola cab. I have tried from 3.20 to 4.30 pm around 5 cabs. All drivers are saying various reason for delay for example middle in the lunch and two of the 3 of them are extremely wise they have not picked and went somewhere and closed it.

                                  This is not at all acceptable during health emergency patients are waiting for quick service.

                                    Ola app is very slow, we are not able to book any cabs or autos and it is very worst.
                                    With respect to ola autos, service is very worst, they are not accepting the request and if they accept also after some time they are declined our request.
                                    It is very bad and service also very poor.
                                    Please try to improve your service, application and the rates as well.
                                    Rates are very high and you are charging peak hour charges extra.
                                    It was very bad experience with ola

                                      I travel in ola cab no ap28667269 with the driver name md azhar ([protected]) from punjagutta to padmarao nagar hyderabad, but the driver is not listening to me and try to drop me in wrong location and told stop the cab in lonely place and tell to call customer care after that also scolding me very badly, just want necessary steps to be taken against driver

                                        I am a regular customer of ola. But in recent times I am really getting fed up with u guys

                                        1. Whenever I book a ride from mambalam to Maraimalai Nagar all the drivers are refusing to come.

                                        2. And after dialling up for 7 drivers I have tried for the 8th one.. But my account was blocked. Fault s not mine. It Lyes with the drivers who refused the duty

                                        I have a special respect towards ola. Kindly consider and do the needful
