This is to inform you that last friday[protected] i have booked ola cab from terminal-1 to faridabad. But at the time of departure driver told that this cab is already booked to another person and his locate to another cab. But till date cab bill not received and i have paid 500 rs. And i have many times trying to cab driver number but his not response properly. Cab driver no=[protected] and cab no=hr55x4613

    First time on 11.07.2016 i have booked ola cabs. Without verbal or written communication ola cabs has charged three time extra charges as peak pricing for cab booked on 11.07.2016. Actual bill was rs.556/- and ola had charged rs.1498. Rs.942 charged as peak pricing which is un ethical and doing un professional business practices. I have not received any sms or call from ola unless or untill i call their help center. Looking after bill i have called ola help center and informed ola, then they have sent sms, also not mentioned peak pricing or anything in this sms. Car booked @ 4.45 pm and received sms at 6.50 pm. Under protest i have paid rs.1498/- against invoice crn[protected] to highlight un ethical business practice of ola.

    Because of this i have mentally harassed and i have to took iou from my friend to paid this heavy bill. This was my first experience with ola and was very bad. Kindly arrange to refund my excess paid amount.

    Cheater ola cab. doing illegal Business.
    I have told that this is my first booking. I have to get Discount/offer. inspite of giving Discount/offer OLA has cheated and looted amount. I have requested them to wave off peak pricing charges as these are not communicated and un ethical and cheating with customer. Also OLa don't have fear of consumer complaints or forum.

      Driver didn't come and for asked crn number[protected] and started trip from his location and went to minerva cricle which is not my destination and also he didn't received call after sharing the crn number.
      Then i called ola call center, they told to book another cab and for previous booked cab doesn't charge but the driver has taken took money from my ola money..
      I have added images in the attachment.

      Can you please help to refund the money for which i never used, and please take action regarding driver. or else i will take this issue to the further.

        Ola cabs... The company has made great strides forward since their establishment...
        But have they really dwelled upon the complaints of their customers.
        An incident happened to me twice with ola cabs in the recent past.
        I would have booked the cab some 4 hours before the ride... But still the driver comes late by 15 minutes or if he thinks he is going to be late he would call upon and request me to cancel the ride and suggests me to book a new ride... But when i check the app. The rates for book now rides would be exorbant 1.7 -2.2 times the normal.. Due to more demand during that peak hours and it becomes even more difficult for me as a customer. Then i decided to call the customer care but even they responded poorly to my problem, there was no compensation of any sort.
        It is a problem which has to be resolved by the so called cool cabs of our country - ola cabs.

          Total ride amount is Rs. 325 including toll charge of Rs 22. Driver denied to pay the toll and taken Rs 30 from me, while returning another (loyal driver) doesnt ask for money on the same route.
          I request ola to return my money Rs30 back to my ola money account.

            With reference to above, i have registered a ride from Giridarshini layout mysuru to Shanthala theater Mysuru on[protected] time: 4:00pm. booking has been confirmed through SMS and we got ready and waiting for the cab. Before 2-3 min of scheduled time we got a call from the driver saying he is unable to pick us and the reason given by him was very silly.we are very unhappy with the service provided to us. Kindly make sure the customer should be informed at least 30 min before the scheduled time. so the we can arrange for the alternate.

              The worst service what one can get is from ola i have been preferring uber always however when there is no availability need to use ur poor services.
              Have been always raisi issues n concerns but no follow up or no feedback is ur policy it's seems.

                I had booked a mini cab from dlf centre court to cyber city (About 7-8 kms) at around 09:20 am on 18 july 2016 and while booking app prompted that peak charges will be added without mentioning how much it will be added.

                I thought it could be double but on reaching my destination the bill came to 516.00 and peak hour charges of 320 was added to my bill. For a journey of about 30 minutes and 8 kms i was made to pay inr 516.00 (Invoice no. Crn[protected].

                On raising the complain both on phone and email no satisfactory response has been provided. How can they charge my more than inr 60.00 per km.

                  We had booked Ola cab for airport a day before in advance, got a confirmation saying its booked and that driver's name will be shared 15 mins prior to the booking. The next day 10 mins before the driver had to show up, I got message from them that no one is available. It's the worst app and worst service I have ever received. I will be sure not use Ola in future and will definitely tell friends and family to stay away from them.
                  Ola does not deserve any star.

                    Today i was getting late for a meeting in dehradun and i booked an ola cab... And the driver was 3-4 kms away from my location and refused to come... And it happened 3 times... If a driver does not want to come then just dont cnfrm the booking... Dont make fool of people.. They keep on waiting... And then i finally got a cab.. Who was driven by bahadur thapa ji... He is a very nice person... Came as soon as i called him after the booking...
                    And then i saw on the way one ola cab was standing and the driver was resting in it...In place of coming to people's aid... Tell me if someone has to catch a train... Then it simply means that u cannot rely on ola... Thats a fact... So if someome does not want to drive then dont allow them to... And i will personally make sure that no one books an ola from now on... And will share this on every multimedia wesite... Wait and watch...

                    Usman ali, yograj and saurabh dhinan... These three are the drivers who refused me... And i m going to show them what a common person can do..

                      The worst experience i ever had of ola cabs in patna. i used ola in relevant cities like pune, goa etc. but in patna, i called many of the drivers but in spite of picking up, they are making excuses of not going at the particular place. the guy named guddu, vehicle no. br01pf5276 told me after waiting him for 15 minutes that his ac is not working as well as his car is not getting started. after leaving him, i searched another person named jitendra, vehicle no. br01pf7992, made me a wait for 15 minutes he told me that there is a huge traffic jam where i wanted to go. finally, i selected a local auto and went to the place and saw there was no traffic jam even it was smoother than any day. i m highly unsatisfied and not gonna refer anyone for ola cabs at least in patna.

                        Hi, this is second time for this month, when i am charged for the ride with was never commenced. I had booked ola auto and before even coming to the point he switched on the ride and my ola money got deducted. He did not even pick the call. This is fraudulent and it's over often with ola cabs. Hope an action is taken. The message which i received was this "ola! Your bill for krn[protected] is rs. 45 (Incl of all taxes). Distance: 0.0km. Ride time: 0 minutes. Please email us on support olacabs.com for any query."

                            Hi, I had booked an Ola mini today but due to some reasons it got cancelled and the customer care said they will send replacement car.. But the car that they send is from the micro category but I will be charged for the mini category which is completely unfair... It wasn't our fault and we kept our patience for the delay but we expect some fairness on this matter..

                              Dear ola,

                              Today i travelled by ola from my resident (Baneswadi, bangalore) to nistesh forest hills (Seegahalli, bangalore) - crn[protected]Cab driver name: srinivasa) at 9:11 am. I gave my mobile to charge since the battery was low and i need to book my return in ola app.

                              After getting down i paid rs. 320 (Generally i pay for a tea) and the cab passed the gate. It was 3 mins latter i realised my mobile ([protected]) in the car. I called my mobile (Since i don't have the cab driver number) the phone was ringing and no answer.

                              After my meeting i again called my mobile and the call was forwarded to another number. That's when i found that the driver has stolen my mobile.

                              With the help of security i booked a return ola. After i returned home, took the details from my email (Revathy. [protected]@gmail.com). The person who took my complain said that the driver says he did not find any mobile.

                              The driver is lying and please do the needful to get my mobile back. It is not locked and i haven't taken any backup. I has secured details. The driver is lying and i am sure he has got my mobile.

                              As a customer i was happy with the ola service and have rated many of the service as 5. Unfortunately, this incident has happened and i am feeling unsecure with ola now.

                                Complaint 1 - i was overcharged since on of their drivers waited at a gas station for 30mins to get gas on my meter. I filed a complaint many times. Nothing was done. Booking number - crn[protected]. I was overcharged by atleast 200 since it was cab booked at peak fare which is again ridiculous.

                                Complaint 2 - i booked a car to return home from vashi at around 830pm, i was waiting till 9:15pm, i did not get a cab and 5 of their drivers cancelled bookings. First one said i had to go home. Second one never showed up. I booked another cab but driver said his system is down and he too wants to get home. At the end of the driver, i did not get a cab. Then i get a message from ola cabs that i was charged rs 50 for cancellation? Hello? I never got a cab and had to take a meru. Do you expect women to wait till midnight to get your freaking cab. I filed numerous complaints. I was told that will not be charged that rs 50 cancellation fee.

                                Yesterday i took an ola and they charged me that extra 50rs for not giving me the cab? Its ridiculous. I have worked for customer service too as a manager but we never give such runaround to our customers when its not their fault. You guys need a lot of work on the way your customer's complaints we being handled. Throw all those who handled my requests they obviously dont deserve to be in your company.

                                  Recently ola is about to introduce a cancellation fee system where if we cancel a booking after 5 mins of booking it will credit an amount in the next travel bill, which is ridiculous.

                                  *my complaint is, if they are introducing it, there should also be a system where cab drivers when deny duty after booking a ride because they do not want to should be penalized and customers should be given a refund amount or something of that sort for the same for their next ride.

                                    Vehicle - white indigo tn76t1420. even though he didn't park the car at airport, he cheated me by collecting extra amount rs. 130 for parking at chennai airport, which is not paid to the concerned office. actually we booked two cars for going to airport at the same time. another driver irudaya ([protected]) (silver tavera tn32ah6384) didn't collect the parking charge. but the driver arun ([protected]) has collected it knowingly, even though we didn't park the car. so, please warn the driver so that he should not cheat others in future. can you please collect that amount rs. 130 from him and refund me? thanks.

                                      16.7.2016 .i booked a ola car to chembur.the person of the cab was very rude to me taking money and not giving me...but return money back..got no change ..he said i told i wil send a feed back to the customer care.. he dared said he don, t care for that..name of the car driver..naya firoz vechile satus..mh47c9532. i want a enquiry with cab person..ask him..not to behave with customers lik he had..ans warn these people such things should not happen again...and keep good professional drivers who are very cool minded...

                                        My name is sunil. I had booked a ola ride on 15-07-16 for punchkula to mohali. A. C was not working in cab. When i reached the destination the driver charged me 500rs for 27 k. M. I said him i got message of 243rs, he told he stopped the meter in the way and booked another ride from his own mobile. He took extra 257 rs for only 7 k. M after i got the message. Next day had book a same ride from mohali to punchkula. He charged me only 230rs for same ride. I am feeling cheated my by driver. Kindly do the needful and revert. Because it is completly fraud. If you want to run your business smoothly kick him out from the compony.
