I want to address u all with an experience of ola today morning.
I had booked an ola share cab for my office. Ola app is showing me time 4mnts after booking but from 20mnts its showing me 4mnts only, but after 5mnts when i have checked my app again that time driver has taken self-ride he has not called me single time i am calling him after 5mnts continuous call he picked up the call and told me that he has waited for me at location for 20mnts but had not made a single call that's why he took self-ride. But without call how can i know that he is outside of my house. That time i get pissed off but i thought ok let it stops my trip because i need to book another cab and in the review, i have addressed the problem by app response and booked another cab then again the same thing happened with me but this time driver has not picked up my call. I have called him like 20time nonstop but no response now i am not able to book another cab also so ola cab has wasted my near about 2hours and misguided me and 1st-time driver misbehaved with me on the phone and given nonveg abuse words. And this type of problem i have faced like 6 to 7 time. Sometimes i have ignored and sometimes i have addressed the problem through twitter but i got "000" "zero" response. But today when i claim on twitter with all my details and warning then they respond that they will take action against driver.
But my question is very simple one day i booked a cab and then within 30sec cancelled the cab but ola cab charged me 25rs as fine. Ok, i understand this but now for 30sec they charge 25rs according to you for more than 2hours how much amount you think the need to pay back to me and 6 times before also i have faced the same problem now you guys decide what amount ola need to pay back me. If they are not going to pay back i am going to make a fir against them with all proofs of emails, screenshots and call details.
One thing i want to address you all that the behaviour of ola driver in bangalore is like they are paying us and behaved like they are the boss. Such a bad behaviour of ola driver

    I have been having disgusting experiences in using the ola cab. Out of 5 booking i make, the cancellations are 3. Off late the drivers take over 20 minutes time to intimate to me that they do not turn-up. When i call to them to check about non-reporting, drivers cooley advise me to cancel the cab, which is very late. There is one instance where i paid the same cab guy double the amount billed amount and went for the ride (Off course the driver directed me that that i should not inform the company about it as this is the favor he is doing it to me). There are so many times, where i missed the trains and missed the meetings as i was late by over 45 minutes. The ola cab is completely not dependable and at times i feel like filing a suit before consumer court claiming the compensation!!!

    Please think before using the ola cabs as i guess many of you also may have the identical experiences
    Every driver is giving an excuse that mobile is switched off i cant come, without cancelling the booked cab cancelled automatically by driver, i will not able to come due to traffic and dont want to come due to traffic. I had booked 7 cabs and every driver is giving me useless reasons. Thirdclass service

      Well it takes hardly half an hour from mahipalpur to dlf phase 3 building no. 6 but driver didn't have google map so it takes more than 1 hour and bill of rs 307 rahul sharma crn[protected]. And at last i have to take auto to reach dlf phase 3 buliding number 6 very disappointed thing is that i was not able to give my interview that day because i was late for interview : (

        Ola cabs are fooling their customer by giving offers on their apps. First these people are providing offers to customer for their first time then afterwards onwards these people are charging 4 times double amount. As per there fare chart sheet there inform customer, ola cabs charge rs 100 for first 4 kms and after that per km rs 10/- which is not at all true. These people are charging triple time extra amount as per fare chart, just for 9 - 8 km journey these people are charging rs 350 - 440/- amount which is very very high. If we ask any reasons to there driver these people are just providing some or other excuse and fool customer by giving some reasons.

          I arrived from kathmandu on 14th july 2016 in the evening at chhatrapati shivaji international terminal -2 and booked ola cab.
          1. i was informed at 6.05pm that one mr nilesh ([protected]) is on the way to your location in a silver verito mh43d7679.
          I called nilsh at 6.07pm and spoke with him for 1 minute 22 seconds and informed him that i am waiting at p4-431parking. he expressed his inability to come to the airport as he was at domestic terminal.
          2. at 6.09pm iwas informed by ola that one mr. bholeshankar ([protected]) is on the way in a white dzire mh47c9088. i contacted him at 6.11pm;6.15pm;6.17pm;6.21pm, and my last talk with him wasat 6.25pm for 2 minutes 33 seconds when he informed me that he is not conversant with the airport terminal and he had reached the departure section of the terminal although he was given details of my location as p4-431 parking at arrival section.
          After that i went to prepaid taxi stand and booked a cool cab and paid rs. 1048 for reaching cbd belapur, sector-15.
          I do not understand why deepak at 6.11pm;mathuralal at 6.34pm were alloted to me?
          When i informed the caller from your centre that your cab drivers are ignorant and untrained about the international airport t-2 and stopped the phone as i had to board the engaged taxi.
          Infact i went through lot of mental agony and frustration at the age of 74 years of age and wasted my time and energy and also spent more money.
          There is no question of paying any cancellation fee of rs. 75 as informed to me. i claim a compensation of rs.5000/- from you for the mental agony that i suffered due to your failure to provide the service as agreed on the display on your app at the time of booking.
          You also have to surrender unconditional apology for charging me rs. 75 as cancellation fee.
          I hope for early action.

            I have travelled from m/s. Abb, peenya 2nd stage to m/s. Green secure energy systems at around 1.50 pm to 02.07 pm in ola cab bearing registration no. Ka 13 a6930, driver name:lokesh. I had kept the mobile on the back seat (1+ make mobile). After paying the charges i forgot to pick my mobile from the seat and got down from the cab.               After, around 10 seconds he called me and started using abusive words which is very disrespecting.

                At around 2.15 pm today, i booked ola taxi having crn[protected] but when i tried to contact the driver named babloo, contact no. [protected], his phone was switched off.Initially he picked the phone and said, "book another taxi." after that he switched off his phone.

                What is this behavior? He should have switched off his gps. I booked the taxi for very sick and old man.

                It is very disgusting to know when we get this type of reply from driver. I have been regular customer of your service. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com. Looking forward to you to take some necessary action.

The said driver called and asked our address and he has not turned to our residence for pick up. Simply he cancelled our booking on his ownd went.                     We have booked cab through ola money crn[protected], firstly driver came very late and took us from the wrong root (Longest), i just arrived at railway station before 2 min of the departure time, i was in hurry so driver asked me about the money of rs.236/-, i gave him rs.250/- because of hurry. He didn't told me that i have already paid through ola money. And ran away.
                    Since than i hv called many times on call center no. But nobody respond me.
                    Very worst service.

                      I booked a cab (Micro) on[protected]. I faced the following problems:
                      1. The cab white swift dl1yb8139 reached late at my pick-up point.
                      2. The cab was in bad conditions as the horn was not working, trip meter was always showing 0:00.Interior of the car was in bad condition.
                      3. The driver birender took the vehicle off the normal road through a congested street meant for two wheelers and pedal rickshaw etc. Not for four wheelers.
                      4. Took more than reasonable time to reach destination.
                      5. The bill showed extra amount as the journey was only 18 km and the bill was for rs. 451.
                      6. The driver misbehaved with me and threatened me too. Any how with the help of the other persons at the destination i could pay him rs. 300/- mean while he tore off my baggage by pulling and throwing aside.
                      I could hardly catch my train. Please redress my grievances.

                        Dear ola team!!

                        It is very sad to write here.

                        Even after so many bad experiences with ola for me earlier, foolishly, with my urgency, for the sake of reaching office in time, with a higher expectation again, i have booked an ola cab today at 8.23am from my home at kukatpally, hyderabad to my work place at habsiguda and got a message from vk-olacab with driver details viz. Ramesh, mobile no.[protected] with cab regn. No. Ap28tv6992 and made me fool that cab was on the way.

                        As usual, there was no sound from the cab driver but i have called him to let him know the exact location to help him to find early and explained clearly about the location and as usual and very tactically the driver also inquired about the destination and i also informed him about destination. But to my repeated surprises for the same kind of situations happened earlier too, i got a message from vm-olacab that "there was no response from me hence the booking was cancelled". Please note i have neither cancelled the booking nor instructed the driver in my call for cancellation. And another message also received that i will be charged rs.25/- for cancellation!!

                        I dont know what ola is thinking of a customer like me, are we fools??? By waiting for a cab which was booked and anticipating for almost 11 minutes that it will reach us in time and help us in reaching office in time, but ultimately, for so many times like this, my precious time in the morning hours is wasted today also only due to ola cabs. This is not at all tolerable. Ola team should know that, when a person who is in hurry will book a cab and of course for comfort too. Rather than comfort i used to book cabs to reach office in time. But ultimately it was not done and i was late to an important meeting today at my office.

                        I dont know if this mail would reach the ola management, if they take any step to stop this kind of negligence and bad and very very poor service or keep silent. But the above is a fact and i suffered today and earlier too with ola cabs, a lotttt.

                        And finally, i decided not to book ola any more!!
                        Very bad service and least bothered about the ola customers!! Hats off!!

                          Totally disappointed with ola services.

                          I am recounting the entire sordid episodes as transpired this morning. Booking crn[protected] done on 17 july 16 and cfmed by you. 3 drivers were allotted by you - manjunath mob no [protected] - did not take my calls - subsequently, call your customer service - allotted another cab - devraj mob no [protected] who also refused to come - then, third driver narayanagowda mob no [protected] picked up the call but declined to come and he also went ahead and cancelled my booking.
                          Your customer service agent did not help - had to rebook vide crn [protected] - again, ramachandra mob no [protected] was called - he also refused to come. Called customer service, who went ahead and cancelled the booking as i was speaking to her.
                          Again, rebooked vide crn[protected] john bosco mob no [protected] was contacted - he refused and called me to request to cancel the booking. I had to do that and promptly, i get a penalty of rs 75 slapped on my account.
                          I rebooked vide crn[protected] and vinay was allotted, who picked me up at 0937 hrs - booking time was 0852 hrs. The bill came to rs 279 including the rs 75 penalty.
                          I did an ola money top up of rs 150 vide transaction id c7ky-4f5k-w2ux for rs 150, which made the available money at that point in time of 1019 hrs at rs 285.
                          The trip vide crn[protected] was completed at 1033 hrs - i was asked to pay cash of rs 144 by the driver as his device showed the top up was not done. I paid that.
                          Now, my questions - why are the drivers allowed to cancel our bookings?
                          Why are the customer service agents allowed to cancel my bookings?
                          I wasted 1 hr 33 minutes of my time following up with ola - why should i get penalised - and what is the compensation i get for the deplorable service i received.
                          Why was the credit not reflected and why was i asked to pay cash when the money was already shown as credit and i received an email confirming the same.
                          Contrary to your commitments several times on these issues, the situation is just deteriorating day by day and your customer service agents and supervisors are just articulating standard responses as parrots.
                          Hope to receive a response.

                            Yesterday i was hire taxi for sharing basis from linking road bandra to siddhi vinayak mandir dadar approx 9 km distance.
                            Bill was 169/- how can you charged 19 rupees per km in sharing taxi for a distance of 9km, it means you looting passengers, vehicle & driver details given below:-

                              Hello,

                              Ola cab service @jabalpur has got serious issues :-

                              (1) cab drivers are very rude.
                              (2) drivers tell customers that they will be half an hour late because they have some work on the way for pick up.
                              (3) drivers call the customers to ask for location after 20 - 30 mins of receiving the pick up request.
                              (4) drivers are very lazy. They will ask the customers the drop location on call before even picking up the customers, and if the drop location is undesirable, they will say they cant come and will cancel the booking saying "customer not picking up the call".
                              (5) when we try to submit a complaint against the drivers, soon after i will get a mail saying "issue resolved".
                              Excuse me???
                              What happened?
                              How did you resolve it?
                              Did i get an apology?
                              Did i get a confirmation that this will not happen again?
                              Did you give me an assurance that in case this happens, how will you tackle it?

                              Besides, this has happened for most of my booking with ola cabs jabalpur (80% of the bookings)
                              I have booked a ola in dindigul district Tamilnadu . They are responding harse while asking when they ll be reach to pick up.very worst response in dindigul.

                                Worst cab service ever..! Plz do not book..

                                It was my first and probably the last experience with booking an ola cab. The worst experience, i booked a cab for my parents from raipur railway station to devpuri. I called the driver and he demanded an extra 100 rs for returning from my destination point, for which i disapproved. I told him i am not going to pay anymore than what i have been asked in the msg sent by ola, to which he just cancelled my booking and said you better take an auto then. This was really pathetic attitude towards their customers. I strongly urge people to not book ola.

But at the time of departure driver told that this cab is already booked to another person and his locate to another cab. But till date cab bill not received and i have paid 500 rs.                                       First time on 11.07.2016 i have booked ola cabs. Without verbal or written communication ola cabs has charged three time extra charges as peak pricing for cab booked on 11.07.2016. Actual bill was rs.556/- and ola had charged rs.1498. Rs.942 charged as peak pricing which is un ethical and doing un professional business practices. I have not received any sms or call from ola unless or untill i call their help center. Looking after bill i have called ola help center and informed ola, then they have sent sms, also not mentioned peak pricing or anything in this sms. Car booked @ 4.45 pm and received sms at 6.50 pm. Under protest i have paid rs.1498/- against invoice crn[protected] to highlight un ethical business practice of ola.

                                      Because of this i have mentally harassed and i have to took iou from my friend to paid this heavy bill. This was my first experience with ola and was very bad. Kindly arrange to refund my excess paid amount.

                                      I have told that this is my first booking. I have to get Discount/offer. inspite of giving Discount/offer OLA has cheated and looted amount. I have requested them to wave off peak pricing charges as these are not communicated and un ethical and cheating with customer. Also OLa don't have fear of consumer complaints or forum.

                                        Driver didn't come and for asked crn number[protected] and started trip from his location and went to minerva cricle which is not my destination and also he didn't received call after sharing the crn number.
                                        Then i called ola call center, they told to book another cab and for previous booked cab doesn't charge but the driver has taken took money from my ola money..
