Dear ola team!!

It is very sad to write here.

Even after so many bad experiences with ola for me earlier, foolishly, with my urgency, for the sake of reaching office in time, with a higher expectation again, i have booked an ola cab today at 8.23am from my home at kukatpally, hyderabad to my work place at habsiguda and got a message from vk-olacab with driver details viz. Ramesh, mobile no.[protected] with cab regn. No. Ap28tv6992 and made me fool that cab was on the way.

As usual, there was no sound from the cab driver but i have called him to let him know the exact location to help him to find early and explained clearly about the location and as usual and very tactically the driver also inquired about the destination and i also informed him about destination. But to my repeated surprises for the same kind of situations happened earlier too, i got a message from vm-olacab that "there was no response from me hence the booking was cancelled". Please note i have neither cancelled the booking nor instructed the driver in my call for cancellation. And another message also received that i will be charged rs.25/- for cancellation!!

I dont know what ola is thinking of a customer like me, are we fools??? By waiting for a cab which was booked and anticipating for almost 11 minutes that it will reach us in time and help us in reaching office in time, but ultimately, for so many times like this, my precious time in the morning hours is wasted today also only due to ola cabs. This is not at all tolerable. Ola team should know that, when a person who is in hurry will book a cab and of course for comfort too. Rather than comfort i used to book cabs to reach office in time. But ultimately it was not done and i was late to an important meeting today at my office.

I dont know if this mail would reach the ola management, if they take any step to stop this kind of negligence and bad and very very poor service or keep silent. But the above is a fact and i suffered today and earlier too with ola cabs, a lotttt.

And finally, i decided not to book ola any more!!
Very bad service and least bothered about the ola customers!! Hats off!!

    Totally disappointed with ola services.

    I am recounting the entire sordid episodes as transpired this morning. Booking crn[protected] done on 17 july 16 and cfmed by you. 3 drivers were allotted by you - manjunath mob no [protected] - did not take my calls - subsequently, call your customer service - allotted another cab - devraj mob no [protected] who also refused to come - then, third driver narayanagowda mob no [protected] picked up the call but declined to come and he also went ahead and cancelled my booking.
    Your customer service agent did not help - had to rebook vide crn [protected] - again, ramachandra mob no [protected] was called - he also refused to come. Called customer service, who went ahead and cancelled the booking as i was speaking to her.
    Again, rebooked vide crn[protected] john bosco mob no [protected] was contacted - he refused and called me to request to cancel the booking. I had to do that and promptly, i get a penalty of rs 75 slapped on my account.
    I rebooked vide crn[protected] and vinay was allotted, who picked me up at 0937 hrs - booking time was 0852 hrs. The bill came to rs 279 including the rs 75 penalty.
    I did an ola money top up of rs 150 vide transaction id c7ky-4f5k-w2ux for rs 150, which made the available money at that point in time of 1019 hrs at rs 285.
    The trip vide crn[protected] was completed at 1033 hrs - i was asked to pay cash of rs 144 by the driver as his device showed the top up was not done. I paid that.
    Now, my questions - why are the drivers allowed to cancel our bookings?
    Why are the customer service agents allowed to cancel my bookings?
    I wasted 1 hr 33 minutes of my time following up with ola - why should i get penalised - and what is the compensation i get for the deplorable service i received.
    Why was the credit not reflected and why was i asked to pay cash when the money was already shown as credit and i received an email confirming the same.
    Contrary to your commitments several times on these issues, the situation is just deteriorating day by day and your customer service agents and supervisors are just articulating standard responses as parrots.

      Yesterday i was hire taxi for sharing basis from linking road bandra to siddhi vinayak mandir dadar approx 9 km distance.
      Bill was 169/- how can you charged 19 rupees per km in sharing taxi for a distance of 9km, it means you looting passengers, vehicle & driver details given below:-

      True, even I experienced the same. I booked 2 ola cabs same time same destination and there was difference of 50 rs in both cab charges

        Hello,

        Ola cab service @jabalpur has got serious issues :-

        (1) cab drivers are very rude.
        (2) drivers tell customers that they will be half an hour late because they have some work on the way for pick up.
        (3) drivers call the customers to ask for location after 20 - 30 mins of receiving the pick up request.
        (4) drivers are very lazy. They will ask the customers the drop location on call before even picking up the customers, and if the drop location is undesirable, they will say they cant come and will cancel the booking saying "customer not picking up the call".
        (5) when we try to submit a complaint against the drivers, soon after i will get a mail saying "issue resolved".
        Excuse me???
        What happened?
        How did you resolve it?
        Did i get an apology?
        Did i get a confirmation that this will not happen again?
        Did you give me an assurance that in case this happens, how will you tackle it?

        Besides, this has happened for most of my booking with ola cabs jabalpur (80% of the bookings)
        I have booked a ola in dindigul district Tamilnadu . They are responding harse while asking when they ll be reach to pick up.very worst response in dindigul.

          Worst cab service ever..! Plz do not book..

          It was my first and probably the last experience with booking an ola cab. The worst experience, i booked a cab for my parents from raipur railway station to devpuri. I called the driver and he demanded an extra 100 rs for returning from my destination point, for which i disapproved. I told him i am not going to pay anymore than what i have been asked in the msg sent by ola, to which he just cancelled my booking and said you better take an auto then. This was really pathetic attitude towards their customers. I strongly urge people to not book ola.

But at the time of departure driver told that this cab is already booked to another person and his locate to another cab. But till date cab bill not received and i have paid 500 rs.                 First time on 11.07.2016 i have booked ola cabs. Without verbal or written communication ola cabs has charged three time extra charges as peak pricing for cab booked on 11.07.2016. Actual bill was rs.556/- and ola had charged rs.1498. Rs.942 charged as peak pricing which is un ethical and doing un professional business practices. I have not received any sms or call from ola unless or untill i call their help center. Looking after bill i have called ola help center and informed ola, then they have sent sms, also not mentioned peak pricing or anything in this sms. Car booked @ 4.45 pm and received sms at 6.50 pm. Under protest i have paid rs.1498/- against invoice crn[protected] to highlight un ethical business practice of ola.

                Because of this i have mentally harassed and i have to took iou from my friend to paid this heavy bill. This was my first experience with ola and was very bad. Kindly arrange to refund my excess paid amount.

                Cheater ola cab. doing illegal Business.
                I have told that this is my first booking. I have to get Discount/offer. inspite of giving Discount/offer OLA has cheated and looted amount. I have requested them to wave off peak pricing charges as these are not communicated and un ethical and cheating with customer. Also OLa don't have fear of consumer complaints or forum.

                  Driver didn't come and for asked crn number[protected] and started trip from his location and went to minerva cricle which is not my destination and also he didn't received call after sharing the crn number.
                  Then i called ola call center, they told to book another cab and for previous booked cab doesn't charge but the driver has taken took money from my ola money..
                  I have added images in the attachment.

                  Can you please help to refund the money for which i never used, and please take action regarding driver. or else i will take this issue to the further.

                    Ola cabs... The company has made great strides forward since their establishment...
                    But have they really dwelled upon the complaints of their customers.
                    An incident happened to me twice with ola cabs in the recent past.
                    I would have booked the cab some 4 hours before the ride... But still the driver comes late by 15 minutes or if he thinks he is going to be late he would call upon and request me to cancel the ride and suggests me to book a new ride... But when i check the app. The rates for book now rides would be exorbant 1.7 -2.2 times the normal.. Due to more demand during that peak hours and it becomes even more difficult for me as a customer. Then i decided to call the customer care but even they responded poorly to my problem, there was no compensation of any sort.
                    It is a problem which has to be resolved by the so called cool cabs of our country - ola cabs.

                      Total ride amount is Rs. 325 including toll charge of Rs 22. Driver denied to pay the toll and taken Rs 30 from me, while returning another (loyal driver) doesnt ask for money on the same route.
                      I request ola to return my money Rs30 back to my ola money account.

                        With reference to above, i have registered a ride from Giridarshini layout mysuru to Shanthala theater Mysuru on[protected] time: 4:00pm. booking has been confirmed through SMS and we got ready and waiting for the cab. Before 2-3 min of scheduled time we got a call from the driver saying he is unable to pick us and the reason given by him was very silly.we are very unhappy with the service provided to us. Kindly make sure the customer should be informed at least 30 min before the scheduled time. so the we can arrange for the alternate.

                          The worst service what one can get is from ola i have been preferring uber always however when there is no availability need to use ur poor services.
                          Have been always raisi issues n concerns but no follow up or no feedback is ur policy it's seems.

                            I had booked a mini cab from dlf centre court to cyber city (About 7-8 kms) at around 09:20 am on 18 july 2016 and while booking app prompted that peak charges will be added without mentioning how much it will be added.

                            I thought it could be double but on reaching my destination the bill came to 516.00 and peak hour charges of 320 was added to my bill. For a journey of about 30 minutes and 8 kms i was made to pay inr 516.00 (Invoice no. Crn[protected].

                            On raising the complain both on phone and email no satisfactory response has been provided. How can they charge my more than inr 60.00 per km.

                              We had booked Ola cab for airport a day before in advance, got a confirmation saying its booked and that driver's name will be shared 15 mins prior to the booking. The next day 10 mins before the driver had to show up, I got message from them that no one is available. It's the worst app and worst service I have ever received. I will be sure not use Ola in future and will definitely tell friends and family to stay away from them.
                              Ola does not deserve any star.

                                Today i was getting late for a meeting in dehradun and i booked an ola cab... And the driver was 3-4 kms away from my location and refused to come... And it happened 3 times... If a driver does not want to come then just dont cnfrm the booking... Dont make fool of people.. They keep on waiting... And then i finally got a cab.. Who was driven by bahadur thapa ji... He is a very nice person... Came as soon as i called him after the booking...
                                And then i saw on the way one ola cab was standing and the driver was resting in it...In place of coming to people's aid... Tell me if someone has to catch a train... Then it simply means that u cannot rely on ola... Thats a fact... So if someome does not want to drive then dont allow them to... And i will personally make sure that no one books an ola from now on... And will share this on every multimedia wesite... Wait and watch...

                                Usman ali, yograj and saurabh dhinan... These three are the drivers who refused me... And i m going to show them what a common person can do..

                                  The worst experience i ever had of ola cabs in patna. i used ola in relevant cities like pune, goa etc. but in patna, i called many of the drivers but in spite of picking up, they are making excuses of not going at the particular place. the guy named guddu, vehicle no. br01pf5276 told me after waiting him for 15 minutes that his ac is not working as well as his car is not getting started. after leaving him, i searched another person named jitendra, vehicle no. br01pf7992, made me a wait for 15 minutes he told me that there is a huge traffic jam where i wanted to go. finally, i selected a local auto and went to the place and saw there was no traffic jam even it was smoother than any day. i m highly unsatisfied and not gonna refer anyone for ola cabs at least in patna.

                                    Hi, this is second time for this month, when i am charged for the ride with was never commenced. I had booked ola auto and before even coming to the point he switched on the ride and my ola money got deducted. He did not even pick the call. This is fraudulent and it's over often with ola cabs. Hope an action is taken. The message which i received was this "ola! Your bill for krn[protected] is rs. 45 (Incl of all taxes). Distance: 0.0km. Ride time: 0 minutes. Please email us on support olacabs.com for any query."

                                        Hi, I had booked an Ola mini today but due to some reasons it got cancelled and the customer care said they will send replacement car.. But the car that they send is from the micro category but I will be charged for the mini category which is completely unfair... It wasn't our fault and we kept our patience for the delay but we expect some fairness on this matter..
