I booked Ola cab today morning i.e. 15/06/16 from Rahatani to chinchwad, pune cab no. MH-23N5795 driver name Kailas.

I travel regularly and travel cost comes between 120-130, the driver stopped the journey twice because of which it costed me 167/ (72 for first half and 95 for second half), when i argued on the same driver started abusing and shouting on me.

At the end i paid full amount to driver.

while travelling through ola we expect proper service from company and their drivers, they cannot be rude and abusive.

I want my money back and would never like to travel with the same driver in future.

My name is avik i was travelling today by ola from my house to howrah railway station. My complain is they charge 40rs for parking. But i can't take any parking i left ola on road there haven't any parking charges.. When i complain this ola support then told me yes it's chargeable... My question is if i take parking it's fine but if i did't take it then why i pay for it...

I have been taking ola cab services in pune.
In a matter of 15 days i faced two cheat issues
1. On 6th june, when the driver overcharged me above the actuals and was misbehaving
2. On 15th june, i took an ola auto by the no. 4961 and the driver's name was sampat kolte.
My phone was showing some problem so i relied on his word and he charged me above the actuals giving an excuse that rs. 20 are additional charges than actual

I hope that you guys take this matter seriously and look into it.
This is a case of cheating and there is no difference between normal auto guys and you in pune on which you bang on

I would like to inform to you that I booked ola cab mahipalpur to anand vihar share option. I am regularly using ola cab but this ride i am not happy with your service. Because of cab driver was demanding extra money in this ride he said you want to pay extra money for this ride due of night extra charge . but if your doing this type of service you loosing your guest and ill forward this message to my friends circle and I am really disappointed for your this of services

Stop torturing your customers. I book for an outstation cab at 2am on 12th june and after great promises from the driver and pretentious good service of ola i called the cab driver at 1.30 to 2. 30 for 56th time which he dint pick after which he got untraceable. Wait theres more to it. Seeking for help i called up ola they had nothing to help but yo deny ms2that i ever a booked a cab, after i hot horrified finally that freak accepted i made a booking and asked me to seek help myself as they got no back up for doing this crap. Guys get professional,! Stop bullying. Be doomed

I was traveling to some other country for a month and took an Ola cab to IGI airport (Delhi).

Cab driver made a mistake and took a longer root and I travelled almost 8-10 KMs out of the root.

I had some Ola money in my account which is also deducted from my account even after paying the full amount to cab driver.

When I returned back after a month, I realized this and raised a request to customer care but they are not listening to me as I am late in raising my request.

I am still wondering and thinking my mistake.

Worst customer care services and their processes. Will never recommend this taxi to anyone.

I had taken a cab from sarjapur road to infantry road through micro on 11th june (Saturday). As per the policy and advertisement micro charges rs. 6 per km and an ac cab for the micro price. However, i was charged around rs. 277 without ac against the actual of rs. 126 with ac.

I would like to raise this complaint and credit the balance amount to my account asap.

This is just a lack of interest and irresponsibility on part of ola.

So I had booked an Ola for a drop to the airport, in Delhi. The driver, however, took three wrong turns, despite the navigation, only to have my flight missed. On complaining to Ola, they refunded my trip fees stating it as a consequential loss. However, it wouldn't be wrong to term it a direct, avoidable, intentional loss.
This is just a portrayal of sheer lack of efficiency, training on the part of the company.
I fairly ask for compensation for the flight missed.

I would like to complain against driver prajwal, for giving invalid contact number and false billing, when i have not availed the services.

It is very unfortunate that ola drivers a cheating the customers like this.
Now days it is becoming a regular practice to cheat people.

I want strict actions against this driver so that he will not repeat such instances.

On 13th june around 8:30 pm, i booked a ride, the ola driver asked me to cancel the ride and he himself accepted the ride: (MANI ([protected]) is on the way to your location in a white Beat PB-10ES7454.)i have already booked another ride at the same time..i got a message of money deduction from my ola account of rs.48..the ride which i dint took and the ola driver mani has accepted the ride fakely ...so please credit the wrongly deducted amount in my ola account...kindly take an action

Hi this is Niveditha here., I travelled in ola share.. When I was at work I was getting calls from unknown numbers when checked one guy calls saying have u found any wallet in cab as my fren was travelling in same cab and some gal told that she found wallet .. Some nonsense .. And I again get call saying are u Niveditha from Infosys .. Have u found wallet ..I told no and asked how u got number .. He says ola provided .. What nonsense and what security do we have .. It's my personal info how can it be shared ..

I had to travel to railway station from the airport and had booked an ola cab.
The cab arrived soon and i started my journey to the airport. At the destination the driver asked me to pay rs. 205 for the trip. I paid him the fare and the driver departed. When i checked my phone i received a message that my total fare was rs. 133. It's my mistake too that i didn't ask the driver for the bill but the driver is also not loyal. This may have been happened with other customers too and this might affect the reputation of ola. Please take strict action.

As I am very frequent user of ola cab because i dont have any two or four wheeler . As these days i booked ola cab daily whereever i want to go in pune.
There should be a fare difference between two places if the distance is varying. suppose koregaon park and Amanora mall from kharadi reliance mart one day I travel with ola cab to amanora from my place that is kharadi Thite nagarthe distance is 4.6KM I had paid around 130or 113 rs. next day i booked ola cab for Kalyani nagar (6.6Km)and i suggested to driver to take the route of Keshavnagar koregaon park on that i paid 104 rs
Next fior phoenix (approx 5.9 Km)i had paid Rs113, If I will take a local auto it will take hardly 50 to 60 rs but with ola i am paying double amount, As ola promises to customer that they provide cabs at low fare with Security but its nothing like that
Recently You guys has launched Ola micro @6Rs /km but whenever I tried to book that cab its always server Issue is there.
As a customer I Have right to know the reason behind all that so Can I please get the Update on My issues.

The Ola taxi service is cheating on the customers in the name of peak time and apply price surge whenever they want, even when there is no condition or a situation of peak demand. Whenever there is price surge and we book a cab, cab will be available in 2 min, then how it can be possible that cabs are in peak demand and extra charges are applied in the lieu that cabs are difficult to provide to customers in short time ???? when cab can be at the door within 2 min, then why price surge?? Moreover, sometimes the drivers donot know the route to a particular address and ask the customer to tell them way to destination or their customers GPS service. This is pure cheating on to customers.

I usually travel on Ola and many incidents happened. Now, Distance between Sector 38 b and Elante Mall is 7.8 kms and a bill of Rs 222/- and Rs 143/- were charged. This much price is just unethical and is fraud on the customer. The extra charges taken should be refunded for all drives .

A cab driver was following my cousin on the road and was asking about her personal details like address contact number please remove him from job immediately and take severe action so that he will not repeat this and learn a lesson veh no TS09VA5816 please mail me back so that I can provide his details please try to hire a good person with Gud character as this Vl b helpful how can play hire such stupid people as cab drivers

Please check with the driver and the passenger who came next if you cant share with us the details about the missing mobile. This is very unhelpful from ola s end

I took a micro cab from pitam pura to vaishali on 12 june 2016 around 12.30 pm. The driver told me that because i was travelling to ncr, i would have to pay an additional toll tax of rs. 100. So at the end of the journey, the bill was rs. 446, but i paid him 546, as he insisted that i paid the toll tax. I asked him if the toll tax was already included in the bill, because during my previous trips, it had always been included. The driver refused. Now, i see the bill sent to my email [protected]@gmail.com, and i see that toll tax of rs. 100 had already been included in the bill of rs 446. I ended up paying an extra rs. 100 to the driver. I have been overcharged and lied to. I feel cheated. This is a breach of trust!

Yesterday we booked a micro ola cab from nizammuddin railway station to vasundhara, ghaziabad, u.P. We travelled about 19 kms in total. According to their deal, micro ola cab runs at 6 rs./km. We were charged rs.317/- total. It is very high price which cost us abt rs.16.7/km.
This is cheating and fraud. Highly intolerable

These ola cabs charge at a very high price.
Please solve this matter. Refund us the extra money they have charged us. Also, warn them against such actions in future.

Yesterday we booked pallavaram to ramapuram chennai. Ismail hassain tn01ak8831 driver refused to come after booking confirmation. He says car tyre punctured. I asked brake down place to know true or false. But he used unwanted words. Our programme delayed 1 hr. After we booked another ola cab... Mr. Madhan.. He was good... But necessary action against dr. Ismail hassain tn01ak831. He may spoiled ola. Please reply action taken...
