After going through the complaints filled by so many people, I thought of taking Ola cases to Consumer court.

I have received not less than 5 automatic cancellations by Ola Cabs as per their wish. THis cancellations are not during day time, rather off peak and important hours like 8.00 am is flight, ola was booked for 5.30 Am, i get a cancellation message at 5.40 am

Ola booked at 11 pm to railway station cancellation comes at 11.05 pm and the customer executives arrogant and nonresponsive with only answer your location is out of corporation limits. Drivers are the most horrible when called.

Bangalroe services has been good but Mangalore horrible.

Request all customers should file a complaint in consumer court then Ola executives and drivers will learn a lesson for torturing customers, as they will have to pay for mental torture that they cause

    I warn everyone reading this..never hire ola outstation cab..they would send the most horrible cab with an inexperienced driver who will make you sit at the edge of your seats..As he would be so rash..you are charged a bomb for a cab that has a non working Ac..the drivers are not experienced enough to drive on highways..they can be nasty on the roads..behave in an obscene manner..will make you uncomfortable.. As they keep their undergarments to dry on the dashboard.. And you trust this company that they will do something about your problem..they force you to pay the complete round trip even if you tell them the whole set of problems you faced.and offer you a 100 rs compensation. Their senior most people Mr.rishi and Ms.poonam should be fired as after listening to the issue.. They say we can't do anything about it..ola has not trained their drivers..to drive..to behave..any person can take up a job here..even if he has zero experience..Life is precious..don't risk it by travelling through ola.this company needs to work on their ethics..customer satisfaction is the key to success not micro rides.
    They need to work on many other things not just how to make the rides cheaper

      Hello Sir/Madam;
      I am Himanshu Goyal from New Delhi .I have an ola account and 2 days back I got an email, message etc from ola that you book this cab, this destination and all. But I did not book any cab . I think there is a misuse of ola account is going on, or there is any technical fault in Ola's database . Someone booked a cab ride from Uttam Nagar the Paharganj and the ride fair is Rs.293
      Kindly solve this problem otherwise I will file a RTI on ola.

        I booked an ola mini cab at 5.30pm today i.e., Thursday, 23rd June 2016, from SCOPE complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi to Khirki extention, Malviya Nagar, new Delhi . I received a message from OLA that I have been upgraded to Prime.
        A Swift Dzire, Reg No. DL1Y E3051 was sent. I have been charged an amount of Rs. 169.00 as Prime Car rates where as when I travel by Mini, the amount comes around Rs. 120/-.
        You are requested to adjust the excessively charged money ( Rs. 50/-) in my next ride.

          I have booked your cab to airport and the driver stopped the car half way and asked the higher rate. I hv rcvd the sms from you at 23.06.16 at 5.10 am for rs.94. For the car ka28c4767.

          Because of the flight check in time i forced to accept his condition and he charged me rs.1400 + 100 as toll.

          Kindly avoid this type of anti social elements from your list and refund the excess amount.

            Last Monday 20th June, I travelled to the Airport for to catch a flight. Typically, I pay the bill which is generated and that's it. This time, the driver said that I'm supposed to pay him INR 100 more because while going out of the airport, he'll have to pay the toll of INR.

            I refused to believe the story, since I know that's not the case. He called up someone at Ola and that lady also mentioned that the bill was made wrong and that INR 100, was mandatory. She also mentioned that she'll provide me another bill.

            Hence, I went ahead and paid the extra INR 100/-. However, I was not given any receipt for the extra 100.

            This is duping and I need my money back. The details are given below

              Today my son missed his train in Pune because of incompetent and uncaring service of Ola. This is reaching a level of criticality. On a number of occasions cabs come late, many often they cancel after booking citing wrong reasons.
              But this is really the end of this. I am going to take this to the highest level unless my financial loss of Rs 1100 is made good.

              I am not very surprised to see that the response rate against complaints is very low. Not surprised as I rate Ola as a horrible service provider but this time I am not going to keep quiet.

                Greetings of the day
                yesterday i booked ola mini ...it was very urgent for me bcz i hv to catch one of my client. but chauffeur vishal denied ...and totaly ignored my urgency . he said he was far away from my location .
                but normally from that location i booked many times .its not so far even though he rudely said to cancelled my booking. did you guys have policy you will pick or drop customer if it comes in the way of chauffeur otherwise they'll ignore. common yaar i am also working with hospitality industry anyways its just my feedback i am regular with ola but my last 4 to 5 rides was not acceptable now i have to think twice before using your service. would like to give thanks to chauffeur jagdish he was polite and courteaus.

                  how you can charge cancellation fee of rs 50 if there is not mymistake... when your app is showing that cab will get received in 5 minutes and when i am trying to track that cab location that was not moved after 5 minutes from the previous location. so why i shoul wait when another cab is available. at the time of booking cab is showing that it is located at roadways bus stand and after 5-6 minutes, cab was at same place then i supposed to cancel my booking. then u r charging cancellation fees.                   one suggestion to every body.. do not use OLA money. if we have OLA money with out our mistake they are cutting our money.

                    After booking a cab, the drivers refuse to come with nonsense excuses, some dont pick up phone for a long time, made a list of those who did that

                    One more driver, gopinath b, ([protected]) [tn11r7012] after booking or ola-share, took the money first and after some time declared that he cannot go any more, because he does not go in those direction. But he di not return the money.

                      Yesterday I booked ola cab from airport cargo terminal Jaipur raj.When driver Mr bhoor singh didn't contact with me I contacted with Mr.bhoor singh. He denied to pick up me and advised me to cancel the booking. So I didn't travel by ola cab.later 37 rupees were deducted from my ola money. How is it possible. Kindly refund my money to olamoney account. Thanks

                        I booked an Ola share today morning and driver ended ride on his own withourr even picking up us and did not answer the phone also. Ola money is deducted for the ride which I did not have. Either you refund back my Ola money and strict actions against the driver otherwise I will file a legal complain of fraud in consumer court. Every time I try to choose Ola over Uber I have got regrets in memories. Refund the money back and get back to me asap otherwise I will take it further against driver and primarily Ola . And those Ola mony will be last ride with Ola . Won't repeat the mistake again, Ola just can't live up to Uber if these kind of things keep happening.

                          The cab was booked from chitrakoot sec 2 vaishali nagar jaipur to swej farm sodala. The driver shiv raj meena asked to stop the cab and re-book as it would provide him benefits. He snatched the phone from the customer and did not return it till he booked it on his name again, after two failed attempts. He told the customer that she will not be charged extra. However, the customer had to pay rupees 68 and rupees 65, equal to 133 rupees. When customer asked shiv raj to return the money, he misbehaved and shouted. Please look in to the matter.

                            That was the first time i regretted that y i had booked ola above uber.
                            1st cab - driver switched off his phone. Verify this with ur telecaller.
                            2nd cab driver said - he is wid a client it will take half an hour for him to come. Hhow can u make such ugly mistake.
                            3rd cab driver - after calling him thrice to check where is he, he asked where do i want to go & then he denied the duty.
                            This entire incident wasted my 45 mins at the airport.
                            I can write more but i don't want to spend more of my time on this

                              I booked an auto through OLA Cab app and was promptly sent the auto driver details. When I called up the auto he flatly refused to come.
                              Later a bill was sent to me on my phone for the journey undertaken which actually did not happen.
                              I want action taken against this specific auto driver for flatly refusing a passenger and also for giving false information and getting a bill generated.

                                Dear Team,

                                I had booked a Cab in Jaipur vide CRN no.[protected] today.

                                The driver named Bhawani ([protected]) took the ride in Etios RJ14-TD-4074.

                                Unfortunately, a phone Samsung A8 was left in the cab mistakenly. Within 10 minutes we tried to coordinate with the cab driver to get the phone back. But he straight away denied about the phone saying he is not having the phone and is not responsible and he has other passengers in the meanwhile.

                                Whereas we are certain that the driver has taken the phone in his possession in such a short time or atleast he should track the phone through whoever customer he had taken the ride for.
                                We seek help from Ola to involve into the matter and take appropriate action with immediate effect.

                                  My boyfriend was travelling from Robinson street to the airport this morning in kolkata. He is not a local hence he cannot speak Hindi or Bengali. The driver Mr. Ranjit of a white Swift Dzire WB04G2470 was very rude. He was recklessly driving and when reaching the airport said that he did not have change! Even when searching for change to give him he was very rude and kept insisting that he be given the money fast, in this hurry as he was constantly being pushed by the driver he happened to leave a white envelope which had 9500/- rs in it, the driver even took an extra 80/- rs under the same context that "he did not have any change".It was unfortunate that he realised this once he landed and since he can't speak any of the languages I called Mr. Ranjit but he was very confident it wasn't there! If a customer is in a new place and is relying on a company like yours isn't it your responsibility that atleast call the customer back and say he's left something behind?? If you don't really have change don't you give your customer a breather to atleast check for some change and not keep pushing up to hurry up because hel land up paying up parking fee in the airport?? Is this how you brief your drivers on treating a customer whose new in the city and can't speak any of the language??
                                  Do we need to stop using ola because this was such a bad experience?? I am very shocked and really very upset!

                                    I booked an ola cab on 18th june for 19th of june, 2016 vide crn no crn[protected] for 3:45 am and i was supposed to get driver details 15 minutes prior to the booking. But till 3:45 i got no sms from ola and then i booked another ola sedan vide crn no crn[protected] which took me to sealdah rail station from my door at santoshpur for 184 rs. And after some time i returned to my home from sealdah raiway staion by ola sedan again vide crn no crn[protected] whereas this time i am charged only rs.137.

                                    Now my question whether ola is getting too many bookings that they cant handle or they are running by some worthless management who are not capable for advance bookings and proper billing.???

                                      I am regular user of Ola Cab.One day i booked a cab for Industrial area Phase 1, Chandigarh.During my ride one another car over took are cab unintentionally.I don't know what happened to my driver.He started chasing that car and there was a point when both cars could have got serious collision.
                                      Moreover he was playing music loudly without caring of the fact that i am getting calls from my office.
                                      If we are traveling with ola then its your sole responsibility to provide us safety.Drivers cant take are safety as for granted.
                                      On 19 June 2016 i booked a cab from Elante Mall, Chandigarh at 8:30 pm .At that time due to heavy rush cabs are hard to book.Due to this i had to book it on 2.5 more fare.Driver called me and said you come to taxi stand and there i will pick you.I said i cant come there because i am with my friends and i don't know where this taxi stand is.
                                      Then he immediately cut my phone replying that if you want to come its your wish and if you don't want to come then go.
