    Dear ola,

    I have been booking your cans since past 5 months. I took a ola can from ambazari nagpur to beltorodi in the morning and booked a return cab from beltorodi.

    Driver shyamkumar mh40y6438 was supposed to pick me but cancelled the ride saying that he has to travel 4-5 km extra to pick me up. Soon i received a cancellation sms saying that i will be charged a cancellation fee of 25 inr to compensate the driver.

    I called the driver instatantly and he was arrogant and ruthless.

    When i told him that i will make a complaint against him he said "beshak kijiye".

      I have had many pathetic experiences with ola, one of the worst one is here. I booked a cab for my parents (since they dont know to operate phone), made a prepaid booking, when they were getting down they were fooled by showing some previous bill by the driver and were asked to pay some 700 rs. This happened about 6 months back, no one took any action. I kept quite about this. 13 days back, when i booked a cab at 3.21 am to airport (my flight was at 5.20) the driver said he is coming, 15 mins passed and later he says he wont come, i booked another cab, waited for 5 mins again, he too asked me to cancel it, this happened multiple times, finally could book a olashare auto, paid 637 (Approx) and after crossing a distance of about 4 kms, got a another booking, driver literally took 15 mins to locate the co passengers location, and when finally located, he waited for the co passenger for 15 mins whereas they r suppose to wait for only 5 mins, since i was requesting him to make it fast he rudely replied me asking to book another cab despite of paying him the entire amount, considering no other option i booked another cab, new can driver denied to driver more than 60kmph, and finally takes me to parking zone instead of drop zone, and starts chit chatting with the parking toll guy. By the time i could run and reach the boarding counter it was late. reach at 4.55 am. i have incurred a loss of about 5000rs in total. (Booked two cabs 1st one i paid 637 approx + 2nd 900 approx + since i missed my flight booked another flight of 4300 and missed one of most important meeting)

        Ola cabs running safe in bangalore good app hatsoff to it's developer for such great idea to implement app based booking cab rentals. Now a days ola cab drivers are rowdies they are kannadiga's so you should be listen to them. They won't listen to you. They feel they are ceo of ola cabs. Guy's auto waala's bahevior are bettern than this. Very rude folks of kannadiga drivers so much dominative in city. Kannadiga's domination in bangalore. Before it was in tamilnadu especially in chennai. Now same problem people facing with kannadiga's in bangalore. Even labors are grouping to lead with people on the name of kannada symbol for personal lead values front of any role of people. They just say we are kannada. Ola customer care is good cabs are good app is good. Not there driver's (Kannada groups) for lead and rule people. It's just one strategy of kannadiga's to lead not support state.

          I am kiran ([protected]), i booked a ola cab on 25/06/2016 to travel in the city hanamkonda.In the middle of the my journey he stopped and closed the journey in his mobile and i got message saying that pay the bill to cab driver, when asked him my journey is not finished yet, to continue i need to pay extra money according to his terms in that manner he was asking for extra money. When i refused to give him extra money he shouted at me in an abusive language. He has created a scene that i am travailing for free.

            I travelled from trichy railway station to sastra university
            I cab driver rajasekaran. R charges two way trip which means double the amount. He even didn't tell me that before getting in to the cab,
            I wish to refund my half money back and immediately fired him otherwise i will not leads to travel anybody with your services

              On 24th june 2016 i booked ola cab from millat nagar andheri to lower parel.
              Driver took us via sea link.
              Upon reaching sealink toll area he asked for 60 rupees for toll which i gave cash to him.
              Then upon reaching lower parel he charged me 575 rupees.
              I paid and left.
              Later i got bill in my mail and was shocked to see i was charged for toll again 60 rupees.
              I called shyam yadav the ola cab contact number and he promised to transfer money in my ola account. Since yesterday i called him many times and messaged him to as reminder but it's falling on deaf ears.
              He just answers call and says he will do it right away but still not done..
              I didn't say anything even when the driver said he lost his gps and didn't know the route and was trolling around parel area. Even wifi stopped in the car.. But this extra toll money was too much for me to digest. It's not about money it's about ethics.

                I jatin harjai has been a regular costumer with ola cabs n i can't believe dat a driver an go to dis extent to trouble a client. I want to recall the senirio with the ola supportive team i bookeda cab for my mother on 24th june at 8 o clock in the evening n when a driver named naresh in an white wagon r number plated hr69ct3602 cameto pick up was irritated frm d get go n when they reached at d drop location he charged rs431 n refused tl drop my mother at d exact location n left her half an km away frm d exact locationn tried everything he could i. E threatened the client, used filthy language n my mother was scared he left the cab dueto d fear of dat driver. My only plead to ola is i want a serious action against dat guy or i have to file a legal case of herrasment against ur company just due to one driver bcz my mother has paid n got assaulted in d end is dat d way u treata senior citizen if i wouldbe i wouldn't have paid a single penny n would have sued ur company ryt m asking u take dis incident seriously as it can drag ur company to court.

                  I am saddened by looking the progress OLA is making with its customers, which is highly unsatisfactory.
                  Nowadays new drivers from all over India are joining OLA. They have little or no knowledge of NCR routes. It is the duty of OLA to give them a week's training on routes especially the Landmarks like Iffco chowk or Pari chowk or Signature tower.
                  Despite of the fact that the driver is 2 mins away, but they don't know the routes so it took them 20-30 mins to reach at the pick point. I am with those drivers as its not their fault its OLA's. They have to give them basic information for the routes and train them before they start driving.
                  Because of OLA's negligence both drivers and customers are facing inconvenience.
                  Please take a strict action on this and improve OLA training services for drivers. I am here standing with a group and they all are facing this problem and many of my friends have faced this.
                  If this persist without any action from your side, i assure you we will take it to public forum and social networking websites.

                    Hi Team,

                    I booked a Cab from Bangalore Hurmovu until Kromangala after booking on application I called driver to guide him to my location also I informed driver we have one more pickup near lingrajpuram will he pick our friend. Driver agreed to pick our friend I was with my sister and her 7 year old daughter. As I know Ola company has policy of one pick up only that is why I wanted to confirmed with driver on call if he is ready to pick my friend.

                    Driver replied Yes. But to my surprise once Cab moved for about 1 km driver denied to pick my friend and started using abusive language in front on my family and 7 years old niece. I requested him Sir I told you on call if you can pick my friend or not and you agreed he told us to get out of the Cab also told it is my Cab I don't care about Ola company. He stop the cab in the middle of road and told us to get out in traffic.

                      On 24 June i booked a cab i had to catch my flight for nairbi on 10:10 which i missed it it was a 45 minutes way and i was drop at the airport in 3 hours because of that i missed my flight i called the ola company they i asked me for my ticket and said they will refund my flight ticket in 24 hrs i called them back at 4 in the afternoon and they rejected to pay back I here by request you that please refund my amount of the flight the driver was not aware of the way and due to that i have missed my flight
                      i am in a really big loss and due of money and i am a NRI kenyan passport please i need the amount
                      I request to help me out in getting back my missed flight fund which is RS.19000

                        After going through the complaints filled by so many people, I thought of taking Ola cases to Consumer court.

                        I have received not less than 5 automatic cancellations by Ola Cabs as per their wish. THis cancellations are not during day time, rather off peak and important hours like 8.00 am is flight, ola was booked for 5.30 Am, i get a cancellation message at 5.40 am

                        Ola booked at 11 pm to railway station cancellation comes at 11.05 pm and the customer executives arrogant and nonresponsive with only answer your location is out of corporation limits. Drivers are the most horrible when called.

                        Bangalroe services has been good but Mangalore horrible.

                        Request all customers should file a complaint in consumer court then Ola executives and drivers will learn a lesson for torturing customers, as they will have to pay for mental torture that they cause

                          I warn everyone reading this..never hire ola outstation cab..they would send the most horrible cab with an inexperienced driver who will make you sit at the edge of your seats..As he would be so rash..you are charged a bomb for a cab that has a non working Ac..the drivers are not experienced enough to drive on highways..they can be nasty on the roads..behave in an obscene manner..will make you uncomfortable.. As they keep their undergarments to dry on the dashboard.. And you trust this company that they will do something about your problem..they force you to pay the complete round trip even if you tell them the whole set of problems you faced.and offer you a 100 rs compensation. Their senior most people Mr.rishi and Ms.poonam should be fired as after listening to the issue.. They say we can't do anything about it..ola has not trained their drivers..to drive..to behave..any person can take up a job here..even if he has zero experience..Life is precious..don't risk it by travelling through ola.this company needs to work on their ethics..customer satisfaction is the key to success not micro rides.
                          They need to work on many other things not just how to make the rides cheaper

                            Hello Sir/Madam;
                            I am Himanshu Goyal from New Delhi .I have an ola account and 2 days back I got an email, message etc from ola that you book this cab, this destination and all. But I did not book any cab . I think there is a misuse of ola account is going on, or there is any technical fault in Ola's database . Someone booked a cab ride from Uttam Nagar the Paharganj and the ride fair is Rs.293
                            Kindly solve this problem otherwise I will file a RTI on ola.

                              I booked an ola mini cab at 5.30pm today i.e., Thursday, 23rd June 2016, from SCOPE complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi to Khirki extention, Malviya Nagar, new Delhi . I received a message from OLA that I have been upgraded to Prime.
                              A Swift Dzire, Reg No. DL1Y E3051 was sent. I have been charged an amount of Rs. 169.00 as Prime Car rates where as when I travel by Mini, the amount comes around Rs. 120/-.
                              You are requested to adjust the excessively charged money ( Rs. 50/-) in my next ride.

                                I have booked your cab to airport and the driver stopped the car half way and asked the higher rate. I hv rcvd the sms from you at 23.06.16 at 5.10 am for rs.94. For the car ka28c4767.

                                Because of the flight check in time i forced to accept his condition and he charged me rs.1400 + 100 as toll.

                                Kindly avoid this type of anti social elements from your list and refund the excess amount.

                                  Last Monday 20th June, I travelled to the Airport for to catch a flight. Typically, I pay the bill which is generated and that's it. This time, the driver said that I'm supposed to pay him INR 100 more because while going out of the airport, he'll have to pay the toll of INR.

                                  I refused to believe the story, since I know that's not the case. He called up someone at Ola and that lady also mentioned that the bill was made wrong and that INR 100, was mandatory. She also mentioned that she'll provide me another bill.

                                  Hence, I went ahead and paid the extra INR 100/-. However, I was not given any receipt for the extra 100.

                                  This is duping and I need my money back. The details are given below

                                    Today my son missed his train in Pune because of incompetent and uncaring service of Ola. This is reaching a level of criticality. On a number of occasions cabs come late, many often they cancel after booking citing wrong reasons.
                                    But this is really the end of this. I am going to take this to the highest level unless my financial loss of Rs 1100 is made good.

                                    I am not very surprised to see that the response rate against complaints is very low. Not surprised as I rate Ola as a horrible service provider but this time I am not going to keep quiet.

                                      yesterday i booked ola mini ...it was very urgent for me bcz i hv to catch one of my client. but chauffeur vishal denied ...and totaly ignored my urgency . he said he was far away from my location .
                                      but normally from that location i booked many times .its not so far even though he rudely said to cancelled my booking. did you guys have policy you will pick or drop customer if it comes in the way of chauffeur otherwise they'll ignore. common yaar i am also working with hospitality industry anyways its just my feedback i am regular with ola but my last 4 to 5 rides was not acceptable now i have to think twice before using your service. would like to give thanks to chauffeur jagdish he was polite and courteaus.

                                        how you can charge cancellation fee of rs 50 if there is not mymistake... when your app is showing that cab will get received in 5 minutes and when i am trying to track that cab location that was not moved after 5 minutes from the previous location. so why i shoul wait when another cab is available. at the time of booking cab is showing that it is located at roadways bus stand and after 5-6 minutes, cab was at same place then i supposed to cancel my booking. then u r charging cancellation fees.                                         one suggestion to every body.. do not use OLA money. if we have OLA money with out our mistake they are cutting our money.
