My share ride on Ola on 12th June was a disaster. I wanted to go to Dadar. at around 2015 hrs. Driver (MH48BF1146) refused to ply further from Santacruz. I did not pay the bill, Driver might have paid the bill, I am not aware. I tried to explain the driver that we don't enter the destination while booking as it is not asked by the system. Finally I have to abandon the taxi and catch regular Kali-peeli Tax. Please educate Mr. abbas and not to use his own logic.

    I am using the service provided by the OLA since many months. But now a days many of your drivers are asking for the drop location and then they are denying the rides. I have ignored this kind of hopeless issues but today i.e, 19/6/2016 again it has happened.

      Dear Team,

      This time it was highly disappointed that driver after commetting to pick and never picked the phone. I booked Ola at 20.37 hrs, ETA of which was 6 min. (approx). Another sms I received at 20.47 hrs of that the cab has reached the location. But there was no any cab waiting. I called the driver's number but it was switched off.. 1hr later another 2 bookings were made NOT by me but how I don't know.. these type o[censored]ncommitted service is not expected...

        Hi ola,

        I am sharing my horrifying exp. With ola cabs. I had pre-booked a ride with ola for 19th june 7:38 pm, bangalore which was confirmed and the crn was[protected].
        However, just at 7:15 pm, the driver mr. Javeed ([protected]- cab ka53c2570) called and first asked drop location, when i said majestic,
        He refused to come without informing in advance and said i am very far off and then said tyre puncture (As usual lame excuse by ola driver).
        Another driver mr. Kalandar ([protected]) was scheduled to pick me up at 7:40 - he also called and said i am not willing to go,
        After a delay of 30 mins from the scheduled time but he too refused to come and said he was far off.
        At 8 pm, i got a message from ola about driver initiated cancellation as there was no response from me it seems (Crn[protected].
        After confirming a ride in advance, i was left stranded! The services of ola has been pathetic. Without informing in advance the driver refused to come,
        Ola made no suitable alternative available. This is definitely not acceptable. I would like to warn people before they book ola rides for any important affair.
        Therefore, i request ola to take immediate stern action against these cheat drivers who lie always and clean the system. Please compensate me as per norms.

        Restructure:-
        1) come with new plan of driver's payment/share :- it should depend on no. Of km and not no. Of rides completed by driver.
        No ola drivers are willing to cover longer distance.

          I had booked an Ola cab for pickup from Matunga east Station on 18th Jun 2016 at 10:00 pm as a corporate booking.

          I opted fro Mini, but was upgraded to prime and received the message regarding driver and car details.

          Driver Rakesh (Mob: [protected]) Hyubdai Xcent, white color MH47 N 0150.

          When I contacted the driver he mentioned that he had received a cancelled booking message and hence he cannot come.
          When I mentioned I had not cancelled, he said you can complain, but he will not come.

          I had not cancelled, neither did I receive such message and also the app showed the status as Scheduled.
          I called the Ola customer care Nos, but no response and hence finally took a local taxi.

            This was really a frustating bad expirence, if your driver cannot pick us please do not committe and if any case they cannot come please do let us know the same.

              This is regarding the particular ride " CRN[protected] ".

              I am one of the regular customer of OLA CABS, I booked a Micro cab from Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi to New Ashok Nagar, New Delhi. The total distance is around 10 kilometers, in which only DND (Rs.28) is required in this route no where Noida, UP entry is required.

              But on the ride dated June 18th 2016, the driver MISROUTED the route to Noida, UP which really not at all required. He paid the DND I.e. Re.28.00 and in the State Toll the toll person was busy with one truck, the OLA driver just ran out from there without pay toll money I.e. Rs.100.00. violated the State law and regulations.

              At the end of the ride the OLA charged Rs. 530.00 (which deducted from my OLA money). In which included Rs.200 as State MCD toll and Rs.28 as DND, I called OLA support initially spoke with the rep name Umesh, he spoke with driver and said OLA will return Rs.100.00, I complained to the representative regarding violated the State MCD toll, he kept me in hold and had a word with driver, he came back and provided me the information like driver totally paid Rs. 128.00 from his pocket. Again I ensured him about the violation, he again kept me hold and went to talk with driver, now he came giving me the details as driver has the State MCD TOLL pass for the month. I asked him to transfer the call to the floor supervisor because just before he said driver paid Rs.128.00 including State MCD and now saying as driver has MCD month pass, which is really a stupid thing I heard in the same call.

              A person name "Mayukh" attended the call as supervisor, provided him with all the discrepancy with driver and the previous rep. He again called driver and came back and provide same information, I requested him put me in the conference call with driver to confirm he paid the State MCD toll. He denied and again went to contact driver and this time he said " I MISROUTED the driver". Later, here the height of the information provided by OLA support supervisor " Mr. Vedhun, it doesn't matter what driver paid or not, as per the OLA website the route lies a state MCD toll so OLA will charge."

              I asked him to email me the same information which he provided me in this call ticket#10041396, he played very smart, he emailed me like

              The complete different information is emailed, really this is very very unprofessional behavior by OLA CABS. In the invoice the MCD toll is Rs.200.00, where they themselves agreed incorrect and agreed to refund of Rs.100.00. OLA is charging extra to the public and looting the money, which is really not acceptable.

              I attached the screenshot of this ride dated June 18, 2016 and another screenshot of ride dated June 13, 2016. Where booked and travelled from the same pickup point to drop location.

              As a citizen of this country please consider this as complaint to take the action with OLA from looting the money from public.

Is 7895. at getting down at medavakkam .he did not show me the actual amount & message and he demand me Rs. 250 . this is not good l feel bad about this matter.                   Hit and run case by one o[censored]r cabs at around 2.30pm (19/06/2016)on chennai airport road at a signal.
                  Cab driver did not present his id but we have noted the car number as TN18AB8941
                  Traffic police on site asked the driver to keep his car to side during which he escaped from the site. And I have given a call to ur call center as well which gave us a useless feedback. Respond asap otherwise we will be taking up this case with legal action

                    Today morning, my family members were supposed to board a flight at Terminal 3.

                    None of their cabs are available, we tried several times between 5 AM till 6 PM. Finally we gave up and took auto for airport.

                    What sort of services these guys are providing. All Cab drivers GPS were off and seems their service is available only in general working hours.

                      I am a regular customer of ola for a past 1.5 years. I have had a mixed experiance during this time period. However since this ia a place to submit complaints, I will speak on the harah side of my experiwnces.

                      I dont understand certain rules set by ola like

                      1. Some drivers insist that ola rules strictly prohibit them to take any route other than the shortest route. I do not understand who has given this right to ola to set the route on behalf of the passenger when the passenger is paying for the distance (rs. per km) as well as for the ride time (rs. per min). I feel this should be stopped immediately or atleast altered to provide more freedom to the passenger to choose their route. Shortest route can be the default route, but it should flexible enough to change routes.

                      2. Some ola drivers insist that as per ola rule they cannot drop a co-passenger on the way before continuing to the final destination of the journey. I really do not understand this logic. If three friends have gone on a trip and they stay at three different places( in the same direction of the journey) the rule forces them to book three different ola cabs for each, just because as per ola rules the deiver will drop all three only at one location. If this is some management trick by the high level management of ola to increase their bookings, then it is not cool. I see it as harasement of the customers.

                      Kindly take care of these rules.

                        I believe my complaint will not go to deaf ears. as there are 2183 complaints against ola cabs, that i can see online. i have experienced multiple issues from Ola, but i never paid that attention. but today it was high time .

                        Today it was the most horrible experience, where i tried to book ola cabs from my alternate mobile number 3 times. But all the 3 times the drivers gave me lame excuse and didnt turn up for the trip .First time the driver said that he is stuck in traffic at Kundhanahalli gate ( i am residing in bangalore, this place is near whitefiled in bangalore ) . But i had just passed through the same place just 5 min back where i didnt find any traffic but the driver said that he is tuck in tracffic. The second driver said that i cannot come as i have to go to shivajinagar . The third driver said that my vehicle is punctured. And i am very sure that the vehicle was not punctured. These was the second instance that was happening with me.

                        Secondly now a days see there is new way to cheat the customer. When we book a cab at single time charge during peak time, we get a confirmation message that the cab is booked. But suddenly the message pops up that your booking is cancelled as we are not able to find cabs near you. But at the same time if we try to book cabs at 2X or 3X we get the cabs. My question here is when we have cabs at multiple charges then why is is not available for single time charge. I clearly see that there is strange way to loot the customers. Then Ola cabs stands no different to the regular Auto drivers who demand atrocious for a distance of 2 to 3 KM as well.

                        Some day back my Wife had to book cabs four times for a single trip. The first 3 drivers said that they havent received the confirmation message. ANd one of them behaved rude and asked her to step down the car. My question is that how come the drivers are not getting the confirmation message, when we are getting the message stating their car and mobile number. And if they havent received the message then why did they come for the pick up.

                        I believe that if this complaints are reaching the correct person then i should get a resolution as well as a call or a mail explaining why this has happened Else i would assume that Bhavish Aggarwal has set false principles for hi business and you people are no different than the unorganized auto drivers.

                          Yesterday (17th june 2016) around 6pm my father and me took a old cab booked by my friend and the driver was very rude to us because he didn't know the location of our area even though we made him speak to our relatives who we were staying with, as we were tourist in pune. Only came there for days. He attacked me while we were about reach. He punched my dad on his nose. He was bleeding. We took him to the police station (Ghorpadi). We launched a fir against him.                             I have been having a horrible experience off late with OLA cabs. Their drivers are rude, there is always a bad stench emanating from them and the car, they are rash and often end up ramming into other vehicles and they are never on time and are always on their phone while driving. I wish to bring to your notice one recent case which demands strict action.
                            i prebooked an OLA cab on Thursday (16th June 2016) night for a ride that i wanted to take on Friday morning (17th June 2016) for 8.30 am. I received a text message at 8.15 am that shared the details of the driver and so i called him. He blatantly refused my request and said that he had not received any complaint and said he will not come and pick me up. So i politely requested him and said that i had the booking so he could check his phone and consult with his OLA office and come to serve me. But he was so rude and yelled saying that he was not going to come as he had no booking. He even went to the level of complaining to OLA on me that i cancelled the ride. This is totally ridiculous and unacceptable given the fact that i reply on cabs like these to get to work everyday and have been a regular customer spending hundreds each day.

                            Please take strict action. He should not be so rude especially to women customers and it is his duty to atleast make an attempt to get the issue sorted with his office rather than push the blame on my head.
                            I've received an email from Ola saying "travel between 11th-19th June by Ola micro n get the third ride free" I've travelled and I've not got the free ride.Infact, I had to pay for it.Why do you'll send such emails when no free rides are given ?

                              Regarding ride crn[protected], no prior information is provided in ola app for charging for parking. The driver did not inform nor did the app norms. Charged almost double. That's cheating. I[censored] want peopl to pay fr parking kindly include it in ur rate estimate card!! Its nowhere mentioned, making fool out of people. Moreover driver did not came to pick up on my location, i had to walk a lot. N still i was made to pay parking charges. That's so much lacking in ur app. Mention parking charges inclusive where ever applicable. That was such a bad experience early in the morning. Hope ola does sumthng for it.

                                It's the worst service it's happened with me for the second time now...The quality of drivers are of the worst level.. even ola as company shld take the onus of training them with general good behaviour as their name is on stake...first the driver doesn't know about roads or direction don't know how the he'll he is been hired as a driver...doesn't know how to talk to passengers...just cancels the booking without informing customers no sensitivity at all for senior citizens incase there is an emergency they don't think and just cancel the bookings just because they don't find roads or rather unaware of the roads...ridiculous. ...I am outright deleting and banning this app from my mobile and I make sure I influence people to not use this ridiculous service at all...shame on ola ...The driver am talking about his name and number is as follows SUBHASH ([protected]).                                   The driver left me at the middle of the road just because he assumed that I contacted Customer support and complained about his poor sense of direction wherein I was talking to a friend.

                                  the time was around 9PM where I could find no other vehicles, I called support and also sent an e-mail - but as expected received robotic e-mails.

                                  OLA is nowhere close to what they claim to be - The driver threatened me and followed me till my house.

                                  Now the question is about safety,
                                  OLA managed to harass me and threaten me in a ride that did not even last 15mins.

                                  What would have happened if the customer today was a female? and left by OLA at the middle of the road. I'm sure OLA does not have an answer nor they ever will.

                                  I will never use OLA nor I will let any of my family or friends.

                                    Ola cab service is poorest even when we are paying they treat people pathetic . One of the driver said he will remove the covers which was totally uncomfortable while sitting but because it was his new car he will not uncover it .is it really a customer service u guys are providing ??? The cleaniness in ur car is pathetic they smell like hell . No manners of talking to their customers

                                      This company is fooling public. Drivers now a days found new way to make easy money. They will start trip which you have booked without picking you up and then receipt comes in your name stating trip is completed, and sometimes money is also deducted.
                                      I have spoken about this to at least 10 people and everyone has same compliant.

                                      If you raise concern with Ola within 10 mints email comes up as issue resolved with out even asking us what had happened they will resolve issue which is way of fooling people.

                                        I booked a cab on 8th june, 2016 for airport for 4:01 am on 9th june, 2016.

                                        When in the morning i got message from ola about driver details (Dhirendra[protected] when i was calling on this no. His phone was switched off.

                                        I kept calling him for almost 20 mins. Then i cancelled my booking around 4:28 am.

                                        I have to take an emergency car and took paid on person so that he can drop me to mumbai airport.

                                        In all this mess i have loss my rs.20, 000/- cash. I cough my flight almost at last moment.

                                        I want to make serious claim on my rs.20, 000/- from ola cab.
