I believe my complaint will not go to deaf ears. as there are 2183 complaints against ola cabs, that i can see online. i have experienced multiple issues from Ola, but i never paid that attention. but today it was high time .

Today it was the most horrible experience, where i tried to book ola cabs from my alternate mobile number 3 times. But all the 3 times the drivers gave me lame excuse and didnt turn up for the trip .First time the driver said that he is stuck in traffic at Kundhanahalli gate ( i am residing in bangalore, this place is near whitefiled in bangalore ) . But i had just passed through the same place just 5 min back where i didnt find any traffic but the driver said that he is tuck in tracffic. The second driver said that i cannot come as i have to go to shivajinagar . The third driver said that my vehicle is punctured. And i am very sure that the vehicle was not punctured. These was the second instance that was happening with me.

Secondly now a days see there is new way to cheat the customer. When we book a cab at single time charge during peak time, we get a confirmation message that the cab is booked. But suddenly the message pops up that your booking is cancelled as we are not able to find cabs near you. But at the same time if we try to book cabs at 2X or 3X we get the cabs. My question here is when we have cabs at multiple charges then why is is not available for single time charge. I clearly see that there is strange way to loot the customers. Then Ola cabs stands no different to the regular Auto drivers who demand atrocious for a distance of 2 to 3 KM as well.

Some day back my Wife had to book cabs four times for a single trip. The first 3 drivers said that they havent received the confirmation message. ANd one of them behaved rude and asked her to step down the car. My question is that how come the drivers are not getting the confirmation message, when we are getting the message stating their car and mobile number. And if they havent received the message then why did they come for the pick up.

I believe that if this complaints are reaching the correct person then i should get a resolution as well as a call or a mail explaining why this has happened Else i would assume that Bhavish Aggarwal has set false principles for hi business and you people are no different than the unorganized auto drivers.

    Yesterday (17th june 2016) around 6pm my father and me took a old cab booked by my friend and the driver was very rude to us because he didn't know the location of our area even though we made him speak to our relatives who we were staying with, as we were tourist in pune. Only came there for days. He attacked me while we were about reach. He punched my dad on his nose. He was bleeding. We took him to the police station (Ghorpadi). We launched a fir against him. His name is yogesh talekar and his car number 5941

      I have been having a horrible experience off late with OLA cabs. Their drivers are rude, there is always a bad stench emanating from them and the car, they are rash and often end up ramming into other vehicles and they are never on time and are always on their phone while driving. I wish to bring to your notice one recent case which demands strict action.
      i prebooked an OLA cab on Thursday (16th June 2016) night for a ride that i wanted to take on Friday morning (17th June 2016) for 8.30 am. I received a text message at 8.15 am that shared the details of the driver and so i called him. He blatantly refused my request and said that he had not received any complaint and said he will not come and pick me up. So i politely requested him and said that i had the booking so he could check his phone and consult with his OLA office and come to serve me. But he was so rude and yelled saying that he was not going to come as he had no booking. He even went to the level of complaining to OLA on me that i cancelled the ride. This is totally ridiculous and unacceptable given the fact that i reply on cabs like these to get to work everyday and have been a regular customer spending hundreds each day.

      Please take strict action. He should not be so rude especially to women customers and it is his duty to atleast make an attempt to get the issue sorted with his office rather than push the blame on my head.
      I've received an email from Ola saying "travel between 11th-19th June by Ola micro n get the third ride free" I've travelled and I've not got the free ride.Infact, I had to pay for it.Why do you'll send such emails when no free rides are given ?

        Regarding ride crn[protected], no prior information is provided in ola app for charging for parking. The driver did not inform nor did the app norms. Charged almost double. That's cheating. I[censored] want peopl to pay fr parking kindly include it in ur rate estimate card!! Its nowhere mentioned, making fool out of people. Moreover driver did not came to pick up on my location, i had to walk a lot. N still i was made to pay parking charges. That's so much lacking in ur app. Mention parking charges inclusive where ever applicable. That was such a bad experience early in the morning. Hope ola does sumthng for it.

          It's the worst service it's happened with me for the second time now...The quality of drivers are of the worst level.. even ola as company shld take the onus of training them with general good behaviour as their name is on stake...first the driver doesn't know about roads or direction don't know how the he'll he is been hired as a driver...doesn't know how to talk to passengers...just cancels the booking without informing customers no sensitivity at all for senior citizens incase there is an emergency they don't think and just cancel the bookings just because they don't find roads or rather unaware of the roads...ridiculous. ...I am outright deleting and banning this app from my mobile and I make sure I influence people to not use this ridiculous service at all...shame on ola ...The driver am talking about his name and number is as follows SUBHASH ([protected]).             The driver left me at the middle of the road just because he assumed that I contacted Customer support and complained about his poor sense of direction wherein I was talking to a friend.

            the time was around 9PM where I could find no other vehicles, I called support and also sent an e-mail - but as expected received robotic e-mails.

            OLA is nowhere close to what they claim to be - The driver threatened me and followed me till my house.

            Now the question is about safety,
            OLA managed to harass me and threaten me in a ride that did not even last 15mins.

            What would have happened if the customer today was a female? and left by OLA at the middle of the road. I'm sure OLA does not have an answer nor they ever will.

            I will never use OLA nor I will let any of my family or friends.

              Ola cab service is poorest even when we are paying they treat people pathetic . One of the driver said he will remove the covers which was totally uncomfortable while sitting but because it was his new car he will not uncover it .is it really a customer service u guys are providing ??? The cleaniness in ur car is pathetic they smell like hell . No manners of talking to their customers

                This company is fooling public. Drivers now a days found new way to make easy money. They will start trip which you have booked without picking you up and then receipt comes in your name stating trip is completed, and sometimes money is also deducted.
                I have spoken about this to at least 10 people and everyone has same compliant.

                If you raise concern with Ola within 10 mints email comes up as issue resolved with out even asking us what had happened they will resolve issue which is way of fooling people.

                  I booked a cab on 8th june, 2016 for airport for 4:01 am on 9th june, 2016.

                  When in the morning i got message from ola about driver details (Dhirendra[protected] when i was calling on this no. His phone was switched off.

                  I kept calling him for almost 20 mins. Then i cancelled my booking around 4:28 am.

                  I have to take an emergency car and took paid on person so that he can drop me to mumbai airport.

                  In all this mess i have loss my rs.20, 000/- cash. I cough my flight almost at last moment.

                  I want to make serious claim on my rs.20, 000/- from ola cab.

                    After few min the driver called and he started yelling at me, saying he can wait only for 80 sec. If it is so, he could have formally informed me, saying as i am late he is cancelling the cab. Later i asked to cancel and disconnected the call. He was continously calling me and texting me asking me for 3k, saying he will report badly.

                    How can he ask 3k, he was rude, he cancelled my cab, and blackmailing me to pay money unofficially. I was into serious stress with his behaviour.

                    I humbly request you to take necessary action. This kind of behaviour is highly unlawful. I would seriously like file legal complaint, but i believe u ppl will take necessary action.

                    I dont want any such bad customer experience any more. Please take necessary steps asap.

                      We booked the cab from Kanakapura Road to Yeshwanthpur Railway station.
                      Pickup time was 8.30, we were continuously calling and he always tell 5min.
                      We waited for 30 min then we realized that driver only cancelled.

                      We luckily got auto and went.How much tensions & panic we got they will not understand please take any action for this.

                        When I booked a ride from my location near uttarahalli, Bengaluru, the driver named ranganatha wit car number KA05AF8275 cheated me by lying that he has already arrived. He never turned up. Within 5 minutes I got a bill of 12 rupees and strangely another bill on the same ride of 43 rupees. How can i get a bill when i have not even boarded? The coupon of discount was wasted. Again I booked another car and that driver refused to come on time. He also never turned up.

                          I have booked Ola cab today from Chadivali to BKC. Mr.Salim ANwari[protected] picked me. After reaching BKS, Bandra he asked me whether I have cancelled my trip request. I said NO. He tried to reach some one and after sometime he asked my to pay 300 for the trip without any display. This is not at all acceptable. I feel cheated without any SMS or mail receipt for the official trip I have taken. This is one of the tactics he is tried to...

                          OLA drivers(car owners) in amritsar are not satisfy the system provided by ola in amritsar. The is not such money pay by ola to car owners. yeaterday we reached ola office amritsar to take justice. nearest cities ludhiana & chandigarh are happy with ola because the give best package to ola car owners but this satisfaction in amritsar is not there for amritsar ola car owners. Amritsar ola cars is at commision with every ola ride but this commision is tooo low. Yesterday we all ola car owners reached ola office in ranjit avenue amritsar & ask for justice & give atleast 80 rupees for every booking or make car package instead of commision & there was much news chanels available at ola site with us. If our demand will not accepted by ola, we will case against ola & will not run even one car of ola. we will stop all ola cars in amritsar. s please take some action against ola amritsar office or change the ola staff & clerify our demands & give us justice.

                            I was travelling from bandra to taloja on 15/6/2016 MH47C9812. I had a meeting in company so i informed the driver to wait till i finish my meeting.
                            when i finished my meeting and out in parking i was shocked as the driver was not in the parked area. when i called him on hes phone, he told me he has already left. and told me to give his complaint to ola office.i had my bag in the vehical. i had all my contacts and details in it . and i had back flight to Goa which i also missed . now i have no idea where abouts my bag. i request to take serious action within 24hours . or i have to take a legal action. i had my ipad in my bag, a power bag and cloths and other suff.my contact no [protected]

                              I have booked a OLA cap in the midnight 1.00am from the vadapalani signal and i have called the given driver num [protected]- PREMKUMAR(Silver Indica TN20 CB 8780), he said i m on the way and will reach soon. suddenly i am getting a call from OLA saying some recorded voices and the cap also arrived, when i am entering into the cap, the driver asking me with the diff cust name and i said i m not the same person but i have booked your cap also the details also the same. driver replied me i dont know that booking has been cancelled and he bargaining me with the huge amount to drop me at home. Then i left the CAP and booked another one and wait for 15 minutes to get the another cap. meanwhile i got a message from old stated as first booking has been cancelled due to no response from my side and the driver PREMKUMAR has tried to reach u so many times. imagine that i m with my family in midnight at the vadapalani signal and waiting for the cap then how come i will not respond to the driver call and even the CAP driver PREMKUMAR not even tried to reach my mobile number and he himself cancelled the booking like that with his own and when i am entering into the cap he asking me to pay the diff amount. his only moto his to earn a huge money in the midnight and the cap and cap driver like him should have been fired as they playing the major role in OLA cap.

                                We have booked your cabs on 12.06.2016 at Howrah Railway Station
                                Your Driver Name Munesh asked me to pay the howrah parking fee Rs. 40 at the time of boarding the car,
                                I asked him it will comes in your bill his reply no sir it is extra you have to paid first.

                                where as in your bill you also charge rs. 40/- as parking.

                                Is it justify ?

                                  Yesterday i. E 15th june i booked a ola share osn85745715 driven by mr ramadass. When i enquired him where he is located, without hesitation he rudely just asked me to find it from the maps. When i insisted him to be courteous while replying, he just cancelled the trip on his own and he never picked my call. This is highly objectionable and dis courteous.
                                  This has happened despite a message indicating the fare i am supposed to pay.
                                  This is the 3rd such kind of incidence.
                                  I am thoroughly disappointed and think twice before booking a ola cab.
                                  I am also looking at the angle of taking this to the chennai transport authorities.

                                    Dear Team,

                                    I booked ola cab 3 times from Chandigarh airport. Once it got automatically cancelled and next 2 times drivers refused to come as they mentioned that were very far from pickup location.this was despite shown in the app that both drivers were few minutes away.i was very disappointed and ended up paying extra fare for prepaid taxi. Not sure if I will still rely on this service.

                                      I am a proud customer of ola but today i felt like ola does'nt take good care of their drivers. My booking id is crn[protected]. The name of the driver is santosh mob. No.:- [protected] driving white indigo br01pf7242. Abused me while finding my location. I was standing on maruti suzuki workshop located near rajapur pull, patna, bihar for the servicing of my car. To return back to home i picked ola which have given me a very good service till date. The driver did'nt tracked my address correctly and started abusing me after 3 or 4 phone calls. I sincerly request ola heads to dismiss these types of drivers. They are just spoiling your name and kindly take harsh action against them.
